Dates: June 13 - 17 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Tuition: $200
Join Jeremy Jacob, Captain braid beard and his crew as they discover the Pirate’s Life. Jeremy learns how to talk like a pirate, sing old songs of the sea, and throw food! Campers will draw inspiration from Melinda Long’s book How I Became a Pirate. Campers are introduced to basic vocal and performance techniques.

if you give a mouse a cookie, after all, he’s bound to ask for a glass of milk, for which he’ll certainly need a straw, not to mention a napkin, and a mirror to check for a milk mustache, which will only lead to him noticing that he needs a haircut. Join mice, moose, cats, and pigs on adventures with cookies, muffins, cupcakes, pancakes, and everything that comes with it.
pigeon presenTs...adVenTures WiTh mo WiLLems Dates: July 5 - 8 Time: Tuesday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Tuition: $175
He’s no ordinary Pigeon. He’ll be your best friend if you have a bus and if you let him drive it. This camp, based on Mo Willems’ beloved book series about a mischievous pigeon, will have students flying high with fun.

Dates: July 18 - 22 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Tuition: $200
Llama Llama loves his mama. He likes to play games with his friends and he carries his stuffed animal, Fuzzy Dolly Llama, everywhere he goes...come and learn about friendship, family and most importantly, how to be nice.
All CAMPS
are taught by theater professionals, and are designed to ignite imagination and inspire creativity while teaching life skills. Each camp culminates in a “show and tell” for friends and family. Classes are limited to 16 students. Camps should be selected by the grade your child will enter in August 2016.
lUNCh BUNCh
Lunch bunch an optional, pay-peruse program for campers Age 4 to grade 1. During extended day sessions for camps ending at 12:30 p.m., children eat the lunch they’ve brought from home and have unstructured play, crafts, stories, and songs. $10 per day. Each session is from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

GRADeS 2 - 4 sTeam Camp: The arT and sCienCe oF TheaTer (grades 3 - 5) Dates: June 13 - 17 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Tuition: $300
This collaborative camp experience starts and ends each day at the Orlando Science Center, but includes sessions at the Orlando Shakes and the Orlando Museum of Art, as campers explore the art and science that is involved in a staged production of Beauty and the Beast. Students explore special effects, character development, set design, and play production. it’s 5 fun filled days, full STEAM ahead. To register, call the Orlando Science Center at 407-514-2112.
shakespeare’s pLaYers: The TempesT
Dates: June 27 - July 1 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuition: $250
While exploring the world of The Tempest, campers will be introduced to the techniques of Shakespeare in performance, including daily physical and vocal warm-ups, staging, line memorization, and rehearsing. The camp culminates in a presentation of scenes from The Tempest for friends and family.
magiC Tree house: piraTes pasT noon
Dates: July 11 - 15 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuition: $250
Travel back in time with Jack and Annie when the Magic Tree House whisks them back to the days of deserted islands, secret maps—and PirATES! Will they discover a buried treasure? Or will they be forced to walk the plank? Campers are introduced to basic vocal and performance techniques.
magiC Tree house: mummies in The morning Dates: July 18 - 22 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuition: $250
Travel with Jack and Annie to Ancient Egypt, where they meet a ghost queen who needs their help, and learn how art and science converge. Act out scenes from the book; and explore the art, culture, and science of ancient Egypt. Campers are introduced to basic vocal and performance techniques.

Dates: July 25 - 29 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuition: $250

The Young Company: As You Like It
Grade 9 – College Freshmen Dates: June 13 - July 8 Time: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tuition: $475 Auditions: Saturday, April 23, 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Performance: July 8 at 7 p.m., July 9 at 7 p.m., July 10 at 2 p.m.
The TYC experience is an introduction to the world of professional theater. Having been cast through an audition process of prepared monologues and cold readings, the company engages in an intense fourweek rehearsal period, including table work, exploration of meter, status, voice, and movement. Working with professional directors and costume, light, set & sound designers, this program culminates with ticketed performances on the Margeson stage. Admission is by audition only. Bards Production Camp: The Comedy of Errors
Grades 5 - 8 Dates: June 20 - July 1 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuition: $375 Performance: July 1 at 7 p.m.
While exploring the world of The Comedy of Errors, campers will be introduced to the techniques of Shakespeare in performance. Actors will audition for roles on the first day of camp, take part in daily physical and vocal warm-ups, learn staging, memorize lines, rehearse scenes, and aid in creating costumes & props. This two-week production camp culminates in a free performance in the Margeson Theater for friends and family.
Shakespeare With Heart: Two Gentlemen of Verona Grades 7 - 12 Dates: July 11 - 22 Time: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Tuition: $200 Performance: July 22 at 7 p.m.
This program is a collaboration between UCP of Central Florida, the Exceptional Education Department of UCF, and the Orlando Shakespeare Theater that brings students with and without special needs together over a two-week period to produce a Shakespeare play. All students participate in daily voice, movement and warm-up activities before rehearsing together. This two-week camp culminates in a fully produced performance on the Margeson stage.
