HOW TO REGISTER
As we leap into the New Year, getting and/or staying healthy is likely top of mind. We all know eating right and keeping fit can help us lead longer lives; however, according to Bethesda Health, you might be surprised to learn there is another key component to longevity: being social. Whether it’s dinner with friends, a phone call with a loved one or playing on a team, you can reap the benefits of socializing from staying mentally sharp and physically healthy. Your Parks & Recreation team has worked hard to provide hundreds of opportunities to socialize. As you skim through this guide, think about all the social opportunities offered and how healthy we are in Oro Valley!
