It has 188 different apartments for a maximum of 245 patients, being of different categories, both for such who need a high level of care as well as for those who can maintain their own way of life to a higher degree. The apartments are distributed over 11 blocks with large terraces and gardens in between, 2 exterior swimming pools and 1 interior, gymnasium, garages, etc. The plot where the Residential has been built is surrounded by 4 streets and is located in a calm and consolidated urban area. Within a comfortable walking distance of less than 100 meters there are many services and amenities, such as: A commercial center with supermarket, bank, pharmacy, various restaurants, shops, etc. Municipal bus stop. A church with a municipal park. Petrol station “Repsol” – with a shop. The Residential complex was originally designed by a Swedish construction company, which by the end of 2002 decided to leave its activities in Spain. It’s layout, design and organization is marked by very high standards similar to those in the Scandinavian countries. The construction works were carried out and finished 2 years ago by a construction company from Alicante. There are long lists available of possible future clients to benefit from the services of Care Home in the Town Hall area to which it belongs. The plot of land where the Residential has been built is also freehold. The Residential complex is totally private and is under no obligation to have to accept clients from the public sector.
