As the Commercial Alliance Committee Chair, I am excited to share that officials from the Osceola County Government will present their Land Development Code on March 22, 2023 at 9:30 AM at our Association. We encourage you to attend and stay educated on the latest in land development code.

The purpose of the land development code is to ensure that all new development is safe, sustainable, and compatible with the surrounding environment. The code includes guidelines for everything from building design and construction to zoning and land use. Additional topics to be discussed during the class include provisions for sustainable development and the guidlines or the review and approval of development applications.
