First, the author before quoted says: “The library consists of a body that seems to float, generating public space under it as the slope is pronounced. The glass is the principal agent in this volumetric flight as well as in the different surfaces that cut through the initial volume through flat and sloping ceilings to illuminate the internal spaces”.
