Matthew D’Oyly ’04 Director of Events and Conferences
Opening July 1, 2019, the Office of Events and Conferences is dedicated to providing the finest service with the intention of creating convenient and comfortable spaces for events and conferences at Otterbein. This office is committed to working collaboratively with all campus partners and community members to provide professional and detailed care in a manner that supports the University. Our team also has a commitment to involve students in the process of crafting the ultimate experience for our guests, whether they are members of the Otterbein community, summer conference guests or long-time supporters of our arts and athletic programs. This newly created office was proud to collaborate with campus partners, CNN and The New York Times, to be the host site for the fourth Democratic Presidential Debate. The Office of Events and Conferences is looking forward to diversifying the types of events on campus while offering space for rent for your next meeting, wedding or event.
