Introduction The Phase 6 & 8 housing project is located in Sungai Buloh, bearing towards Kuala Selangor. The project is still under construction with the completed sample units being merged together with the proposed unit. The type of the house is a double storey terrace. As the name suggests, there are two kinds of terrace houses offered, Type A and Type B, differing only in design and space allocation. Specifications Structure unit -Concrete based framing unit Wall -Masonry bricks Roof Truss -Concrete based truss unit Ceiling -Paint and ceiling panels of asbestos board.
