About Us!
How we met & more
e were introduced by a mutual friend more W than twelve years ago and have been enjoying the adventure ever since. The double rainbow on our
wedding day was an amazing start to our wonderful life together. We are an easygoing, loving couple who both feel fortunate enough to have married our best friend.
We always have fun together and frequently find ourselves laughing or just being silly, by making crazy faces at each other or singing made up songs. Our little dog Rocky also loves to sing along! We’ve always dreamt about building our family and are excited to start singing some kids songs too.
We can’t wait to play games with our child

Interests we share
n our free time we love to travel and sightsee, whether it’s out of state, another country, or a day/weekend getaway. Our travels abroad tend to draw us to the Caribbean, as we love the ocean, outdoor activities, and the carefree atmosphere. We look forward to exposing our child to different cultures and experiences, both through our travels and within our local community. We enjoy camping with friends, many of whom have young children, and we can’t wait to help our child toast his/her first marshmallow. We love going to San Francisco Giants baseball games and often spend the weekend in the city so we can sightsee as well. Winter months draw us to the Sierra Mountains where we can play in the snow and go sledding. We look forward to making our first snowman as a family. Although we love the outdoors, we also find a peacefulness cuddling on the couch, watching a movie with a bowl of popcorn — made on the stove top, of course!
5 THINGS WE WILL teach OUR CHILD Being different than others is a good thing, it means you are unique & special
You can do OR be anything you want if you set your mind to it and try your hardest
Always be thankful for, and count, our blessings

MY WIFE
Bridget
Enjoying our Goddaughter, Arianna’s, first Giants baseball game
ridget is a caring and nurturing person who inspires B me daily. She truly is my best friend. When we went to our first Giants game together and all I could think about was her, I knew that we would be together always. Bridget enjoys camping, crafting, baseball, and cooking. She also enjoys entertaining and creates such a festive environment for any occasion. Our child will know all the wonders of Christmas, as this is her favorite holiday. She will be the most attentive, loving mother; I see it every time she interacts with children. Bridget is a Registered Nurse and works in the Intensive Care Unit of a nearby hospital. Her part-time schedule will afford her the opportunity to spend many days at home with our child. She’s looking forward to play dates, trips to the zoo/park, and eventually being a classroom helper.

MY HUSBAND
Frank
pon meeting Frank, one may think he’s a serious, U tough, macho guy. Truth be told, he is really a big softie and a kid at heart. I can’t wait to see who gets more Monkey watching at the zoo with friend’s son, Andrew
excitement out of remote control toys, our child or Frank! His playfulness and willingness to try new things are the attributes I love most about him. Frank loves reading, sports, computers, and experimenting with new recipes on the barbecue. He will be an exceptional father, who will provide our child with entertainment, guidance, and unconditional love. I look forward to starting a family with my best friend! Frank has worked in the paint industry for over 20 years and is currently a Regional Manager for a nationwide paint company. He is thankful his job will enable him to be home for family dinner, baths, bedtime stories, and weekend fun.

Welcome
We live in a well-established, kid friendly neighborhood in Sacramento, California, where we consider our neighbors our friends. Walking our dog, Rocky, often turns into social time with him and all the children; he loves the attention and is so gentle. We can’t wait for our child to to our home participate in the annual 4th of July & Halloween block parties. We have enjoyed updating our house over the years, love the home we have created, and are ready to make family memories in it. We look forward to many birthday parties in the backyard, building forts in the living room, and filling the house with the smell of homemade goodies during the holidays.
Family
and our friends
O
ur immediate family is scattered across California and Rhode Island, and our visits with them are always cherished. Most of Bridget’s family lives within miles of us and we enjoy seeing them frequently. Our child will be Bridget’s parents’ first grandchild and Grandma Beth will be our day care for the two days a week it’s needed. We are surrounded by a large group of close friends, some of whom we have known since childhood. Many of them
have young children we adore, and we are honored to be the godparents of two beautiful girls. We get together with friends and family often and love hosting gatherings at our home, whether it’s for holidays, to barbecue, or just a competitive game of Wii bowling. Our loved ones are almost as eager as we are about our plans for adoption. Their love and support is something we cherish and know we’re blessed to have.
