Come hear about Cattleya Hybrids from Omar Gonzalez who is a Chemist by trade and a Botanist at heart. Omar's presentation for tonight will be "Differences in Cattleya Hybrids and How These Differences Can Be Useful in a Home Setting" .Come learn about Orchids, meet other orchid hobbyist and have a great evening. Hollywood Beach Sweep

Help keep Hollywood’s beaches beautiful on the second Saturday of every month. Volunteers meet at 7:00 am at Charnow Park, located at Garfield Street and A1A, to collect litter and cigarette butts from Hollywood Beach. Minimum age to volunteer is 8 years old. It is recommended that volunteers wear a hat and sunscreen and bring their own water. It is also a good idea to bring a snack. Please wear closed-toe shoes only.
