Brings Magic Mike Live to SoFL

Channing Tatum’s Magic Mike Live North American Tour is coming to Miami this fall and premiering on October 13 at the Miami Marine Stadium site. This smoke show tour will not only add to the Miami heat, but it will also bring back the talents of a Pembroke Pines-born and raised celebrity choreographer and director.

Alison Faulk, Co-Director and Choreographer for not just the Magic Mike Live Tour, but also all of the “Magic Mike” films, began her journey in her hometown of Pembroke Pines, Florida. Alison’s natural-born talent, along with her desire to work hard, has led her dance career to global success by working with icons such as Janet Jackson, P!NK, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, LL Cool J, Miley Cyrus, Paula Abdul, and Missy Elliot, to name a few. On top of her countless film and music video features, Alison’s gift for dance has also brought her the opportunity to be the lead choreographer in projects with entertainment legends including Madonna, P!NK, Jennifer Lopez, Britney 2 Spears, The Lonely Island, Brett Eldredge, Ricky Martin, and Victoria Justice.

After cultivating a well-respected name in the industry, in 2011 Channing Tatum asked Alison to choreograph the film “Magic Mike” directed by Steven Soderbergh. After choreographing “Magic Mike” and “Magic Mike XXL,” she helped Tatum create and choreograph the live version of the movie, Magic Mike Live, in Las Vegas, London, Berlin and Australia, and now Miami. Created by women for women and with a message all about women’s empowerment, Alison’s creative direction and genius choreography will be showcased by some of the best professional dancers in the world starting in October when the tour comes to South Florida.
