(Training Educators And Creating Hope) has been approved to certify educators in two additional states, North Carolina and Indiana Bro Dr Kilgore has also submitted an application for approval to the State of Arizona and will soon submit to several additional states including South Carolina, Nevada, Florida, Texas and Alabama
