Casa Luxe Real Estate has soared in recent years. Founded in June 2022, the company now boasts a team of 14 agents and has facilitated millions of dollars in real estate sales.

Edgardo Guel, president, founder and broker of Casa Luxe Real Estate, started Casa Luxe Real Estate with passion and his sights set on success.

Their primary office, located in the Rivera Molino Plaza in the Romantic Zone, serves as a hub for real estate enthusiasts and investors, and it will soon-to-be-opened a second office at the soon to be opened EVA on Basilio Badillo Street. Once that office is open, the firm will begin to offer property management and vacation rental services.

The Cosmopolitan Boutique Residences is currently in presale development and will be built at 314 Basilio Badillo Street in Zona Romantica, not far down the street from Act2PV.

Casa Luxe Adds Second Office Location In Eva

The new office at EVA is expected to open in Spring, 2025, and will offer in-housen-house property management and vacation rentals to the owners and vacationers of EVA. That same office will provide those services to the new owners at The Cosmopolitan, which is just a few steps away on Basilio Badillo Street.

“We are very excited about offering these new services and to be on-site to be able to do so,” Guel said.

Current Real Estate Outlook

And how is the current real estate market? Well for buyers, it’s a good time.
