WORK WITH US! OUTBURST ARTS is looking for experienced and innovative performance and theatre development facilitators to deliver training and development work over the coming year and beyond. We’re looking for a variety of facilitators across broad or specialist genres (e.g. musical theatre, spoken word, drama, comedy) that we can engage as needed for dynamic upcoming funded projects across Northern Ireland. Outburst Arts is Northern Ireland’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans* and queer arts initiative, funded by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Belfast City Council, Lloyds TSB Foundations and others. In addition to our annual nine-day queer arts festival in Belfast, Outburst Arts also delivers arts development and outreach arts projects for LGBTQ people throughout the year. Experience of working with LGBTQ people in Northern Ireland in a creative capacity AND/OR a strong understanding the primary issues for (and experiences of) LGBTQ people of all ages and backgrounds in Northern Ireland. 2. Innovative examples of your creative facilitation and development ideas to date that will make us really excited about you working on our projects.
