Each hamper purchase will give you one ticket into the draw to win. The prizes will be drawn at IGA Mills & Sons Cunnamulla at 5pm Friday 7th December 2018. Winners will be displayed on the notice board in store and are able to collect their prizes until 5pm 24th December 2018. Any unclaimed prizes by this date will be given away as charity and no compensation will be offered.

HOW IGA MILLS & SONS & CELLARBRATIONS @ CLUB BOUTIQUE HOTEL WORKS ABOUT ORDERING You can order IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers for yourself or as a gift for someone else who has a Paroo or Bulloo Shire address.

All IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hamper products are available via a payment plan, no interest charges and no credit traps. A flat one off $10 setup fee is charged plus a processing fee Per Debit of $1.35 and Per debit Failure/Dishonour $5.50.

Orders are packed and available for collection from IGA Mills & Sons Cunnamulla and Cellarbrations @ Club Boutique Hotel from Wednesday 12 December 2018 or on the day and date specified on your order. When ordering fresh fruit and veg items and perishable items consider you may wish to collect closer to Christmas. Rural Mail orders can also be arranged at the time you order your hamper.

You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You can add products throughout the year too. The earlier you start, the smaller your weekly payments will be.

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER IN PERSON: The most effective way to place your order is to choose what hamper packages you would like to purchase and then book a meeting time with our staff to finalise all your paperwork and work out the best payment options for you. You will need to have a copy of your photo id, bank account details including BSB and account number.

PHONE: Once you have selected the products that you want, you can phone your order through to one of our friendly staff on 07 4655 1222 or 07 4655 1679. They’ll be able to tell you how much your weekly payments will be, and help you with anything else you need.

HOW TO COMPLETE A DOWNLOADED ORDER FORM MEMBERSHIP DETAILS: Cross the relevant box and write your Membership Number if you have one.

MAILING ADDRESS: Complete your personal and address details.

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Complete delivery address details if different from mailing address.

CONTACT DETAILS: Please provide at least two forms of contact details.

HAMPER ORDER DETAILS: Write the details of the hampers that you want: Code, Hamper Description, Size (if applicable), Quantity and Price.

Total up your order and write the total amount in the box provided. Divide the amount by the number of payments or weeks you would like to pay over and that will be your weekly amount.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED: Print and sign your name and fill in the date.

PAYMENT DETAILS: Choose your payment start date, payment frequency and payment day.

DIRECT DEBIT REQUEST: Complete the Direct Debit Request to secure your order. We need your bank account number, and BSB not your EFTPOS card number. Don’t worry if your account has fewer numbers than the spaces provided – this is different for each bank.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?: By Direct Debit. Credit Cards will be debited on the 15th of every month.

CAN I STOP A DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT?: Yes, if you put your request in writing at least 7 working days before your payment is due. If the payment is dishonoured a fee of $5.50 will be charged for each dishonour.

WHAT IS A DIRECT DEBIT AUTHORITY?: A Direct Debit Authority allows a payment to be automatically deducted from your bank account. By filling out the Direct Debit Request form in this catalogue, you are authorising to IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers to debit your payments from your chosen account. At midnight on the day you have chosen (usually your pay day), PayAdvantage debits your account electronically.

It’s easy. Just fill in the form and then everything else is automated for your convenience.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT?: We’ll automatically add an extra payment at the end of your agreed plan however your order must be fully paid by Friday, 30th November 2018. Remember there is also a $5.50 charge per dishonour.

WILL I BE CHARGED IF I MISS A PAYMENT?: Your bank, Credit Union or Building Society may charge you a fee. PayAdvantage will charge you a small dishonour fee of $5.50 to cover charges we incur.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T KEEP UP MY PAYMENTS?: We understand that circumstances change and if you are not able to keep paying, please call one of our friendly staff to discuss your options on 07 4655 1222 or 07 4655 1679.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PAYMENTS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?: Your Direct Debit payment will come out the next working day. Please note that IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers are located in Cunnamulla, therefore we observe QLD public holidays.

GET CRACKING PLAN What is a GetCracking Plan? A GetCracking Plan allows you to make payments towards next year’s order, while giving you time to decide exactly which products you want. Once your 2018 order is fully paid, a GetCracking Plan for 2019 will automatically be created for you and your direct debit payments will continue (for the same amount as your second last payment for your 2018 order).

What if I don’t want a GetCracking Plan? If you do not want to have a GetCracking plan, you can tick the red box at the bottom of the order form or simply call us on 07 4655 1222 or 07 4655 1679 and we can do it for you.

What will my payments be under a GetCracking Plan? We will write to you to confirm the amount and other details of your GetCracking Plan payments prior to commencing your direct debits under the GetCracking Plan.

Are my payments refundable? Payments under your GetCracking Plan are fully refundable unless and until you convert them into an order for 2019.

Once payments under your GetCRacking Plan are converted into an order for 2019, IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers Cancellation Policy will apply to your 2019 order (see below for details, or CLICK this link for the IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers Terms and Conditions of Purchase. You can convert your GetCracking Plan into an order for 2019 by filling out the order from in next year’s catalogue, by giving us a call on 07 4655 1222 or 07 4655 1679.

What if I don’t convert my GetCracking Plan into an order? If you have not converted your GetCracking Plan into an order by 28th February 2019, IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers will automatically place an order for you for goods of a similar value to your 2018 order (unless you tell us not to do this). Orders that are automatically placed by IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers are fully refundable unless and until you confirm your order. Once you confirm your order, IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers Cancellation Policy will apply (see below for details, or CLICK this link for the IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers Terms and Conditions of Purchase).

CALCULATING PAYMENTS Final payment for catalogue orders is due in November 2018. Therefore, your payments depend on when you place your order and how often you make them. There is a flat one off $10 setup fee plus a processing fee Per Debit of $1.35 and Per debit Failure/Dishonour $5.50.

CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel your order at any time prior to the delivery of goods. If you cancel your order within 21 days of the date of your original order confirmation (Cooling Off Period), there will be no cancellation fee. After the Cooling Off Period, IGA/Cellarbrations Cunnamulla Festive Hampers will charge you a cancellation fee as follows: prior to 1 August: 20% of monies paid at the cancellation date (up to a maximum cancellation fee of $200) after 1 August: 50% of monies paid at the cancellation date (up to a maximum $500)

The sooner you place your order the more weeks you have to split your payments over which makes the weekly payment amounts lower!
