It’s amazing how we are getting ready for the start of another new year! We accomplished so many projects that were on our agenda in 2024 and even started planning new ones for 2025. Below is a list highlighting some of these projects:
» New pool furniture and umbrellas.
» Our pools have also received a much-needed update by making sure that all equipment is working to its full potential.
» Added more lights to the boat docks.
» Replaced and reinforced the flooring on most of the boat docks.

» New benches were installed by the boardwalk for the enjoyment of our residents.
» We are in the process of replacing all boards on the flooring of the boardwalk. This project will extend to our new year’s project to-do-list.
» We added more seating by the canal, which also includes a picnic table.
» Purchased new life rings, shower heads were replaced on all showers inside the amenities, and on Bellalago pool deck.
» New windows were installed in our restaurant, Flip Flops, and we also replaced the HVAC system with a new 15-ton roof top unit. We installed new crash bars on all doors for safety and better opening and closing of the doors.
» Every room of our club house received a new and fresh look by adding new pieces of furniture, wall art and paint colors.
» New TVs were installed in the aerobics room and both gyms.
» New Guest Wi-Fi system was installed at Flip Flops.
» We are in the process of replacing all ceiling fans in our aerobics room, gyms and multi-purpose room with a more modern feel.
» Gym equipment has been added to the existing ones and all machines were replaced with updated models.
» The sound system has been updated at both club houses by replacing the speakers and sound equipment.
» New LED light fixtures were installed around the breezeway.
» New rubber mulch was added to the playground swing area at Isles of Bellalago and new swing seats were installed on both playgrounds.
There are so many other projects on our TO-DO list to enhance the beauty that this community already possesses, but it is within our commitment to make sure that with every project we complete, it helps increase the value of your home.
