Letter From the Lifestyle Team KAITLYN ALDRIDGE YOUR LIFESTYLE MANAGER
Happy New Year! Can you even believe we are in 2025? Time sure does fly when you’re having fun. As we head into the new year, we are excited to see more of our Members joining in all the activities, classes and events. Allow one of your resolutions this year to be meeting new friends and neighbors! January and February are filled with new opportunities to meet and mingle with new people, join us for our first ever dinner and show here at The Venue where we will have the Dueling Pianos performing for our Members. Don’t forget to sign up for our Casino Night that unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to Hurricane Milton. We look forward to seeing who wins it big here at ELC. Also, in the new year we are bringing back our Member Mingler, bowling and even kayaking. So many opportunities for fun here at Lake Club and we cannot wait to have you be a part of it! One of the best things about Esplanade Lake Club is that there are so many Members with different interests and
hobbies. If you have a particular interest that you would like to share with your friends and neighbors, we have multiple opportunities to become a club leader. All you have to do is share your interest with your Lifestyle team and they will assist with getting your club started by getting you the interest group and club information packet, assisting with choosing dates and times that work best for your group, and by helping promote it to all of the Members of the community. The variety of clubs are endless; let’s build a great social program together! As you review the upcoming activities and events on the interactive calendar, please remember to register for any events and activities you would like to attend. This helps tremendously in making sure all activities are executed flawlessly and all who sign up to attend are accommodated.

PET FEATURE
Furry Friends Meet Snow
LOVED BY STEPHANIE BROWN What is your pet’s name, breed, age and birthday? Snow is a Labrador Retriever. He’s almost two years old, but we celebrate his rescue day (“birthday”) on May 25! What is your pet’s favorite treat and pastime? Snow goes crazy for peanut butter and treats made with real meat. His absolute favorite thing to do is head to the Esplanade Bark Park. He loves to chase after tennis balls, play with Patrick and I and especially with other dogs. His best friends are Mosey and Watson, two beautiful Great Danes who also live in ELC.
FEATURE YOUR FURRY FAMILY MEMBER Contact your Lifestyle Manager to be featured in the next edition of the magazine. Answer a few questions about your furry, feathery, or scaly friend and share a couple pictures. Don’t have a furry family of your own, but know a community Member who does? Nominate them to be the next Featured Furry Friend.
Pet Events WAGS & WALKS Monday, January 27 | 9:30 a.m. The Venue Join us for a tail-wagging good time as we celebrate with our canine companions. Enjoy a laid-back atmosphere where dogs and their humans can socialize, mingle, and make new friends. Bring along your favorite beverage to enjoy.

Bring your pups to enjoy delicious, dogfriendly treats served in adorable Valentine’s cups. Whether you’re stopping by after a walk or just wanting to spoil your pup, this event is the perfect way to celebrate the season together. While supplies last, one pup cup per furry friend.
4 ESPLANADE LIFESTYLE JAN/FEB 2025
Tell us one special thing about your pet? Snow came into our lives thanks to the incredible Gulf Coast Humane Society (GCHS). My significant other, Patrick Bonbrisco, and I saw his picture on their website shortly after Hurricane Ian and knew we had to meet him. When we first met him, we fell in love with him instantly and knew he was meant to be part of our family! The day after we adopted him, we saw that he was on WINK News. They were featuring adoptable pets available at GCHS. Anything else you want us to know about your pet? Rescuing Snow from GCHS was the best decision we have ever made. He’s filled our lives with so much love and laughter. He loves everyone in our ELC community, both the humans and the other furry friends. Whenever we’re out for a walk around the Esplanade Lake Club community, his tail wags a mile a minute and he has the biggest grin on his face. It’s clear he loves his life here, just as much as we love having him!
