Make it an Esplanade Season to Remember! I’d like to extend a warm greeting to all of our Members and a “Welcome Home” to those who have returned for the season. Kim Davis LIFESTYLE CONCIERGE
M
eet Kim Davis, the newest member of the Lifestyle team! Kim hails from Cleveland, Ohio, where she was born and raised. She holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati and her life’s journey eventually led her to Sterling Heights, Michigan, where she met her husband. Together, they made the move to Fort Myers 23 years ago, exchanged vows, and are now proud parents of two incredible teenagers – Natalie, a freshman at Florida Atlantic University, and Ian, a sophomore at Fort Myers High School. Kim’s husband serves as a Lieutenant at the Immokalee Fire Control District in Ave Maria. Kim’s career path has been a diverse and exciting one. She spent many years as a General Manager at the Cooker Bar and Grill in various locations, where her passion for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction was ignited. Over the years, she held management positions in renowned restaurants such as Jason’s Deli, MIVA, and Panera Bread. In 2013, Kim embarked on a new adventure by joining Pelican Preserve, where she worked closely with Stacy Logue as a lifestyle concierge and rental admin. For nearly a decade, Pelican Preserve was not just her workplace but her home, and she cherished the community and the people within it. Meeting individuals from diverse backgrounds has been one of the most fascinating aspects of her career. Kim’s life mantra is all about having fun and making the most of each encounter, every single day. She’s eager to get to know all of you and looks forward to the exciting journey ahead!
Furry Friends Meet Theo
LOVED BY ANN & MIKE YOUNG Theo is a Coton de Tulear breed, named after my favorite chipmunk “Theodore” from Alvin & The Chipmunks. We welcomed him into our family when he was just nine months old back in March 2011. He currently weighs 15.8 pounds and will celebrate his 12th birthday on January 3. Theo’s favorite game is tug-of-war. He’ll drop a toy at your feet, but he’ll be sure to beat you to grab it back. He also loves to nip at your ankles if he needs your attention, or if you slighted him on his cookie treats; he’s a little cookie monster! Theo is loving and a big cuddler, especially during the early morning and late evening before bedtime. Throughout the day, he loves his space and cherishes his naps.
