Make it an Esplanade Season to Remember! A big thank you to all our Members for making our recent events such a success. Your Lifestyle team has worked hard to bring you more of the curated lifestyle experiences you enjoy as we enter the season of gratitude and giving. As our boutique community continues to grow, so will the social life! Please know that as soon as you go under contract with Taylor Morrison on this property, you are invited to participate in all Lifestyle events and activities. Before the hustle and bustle this Holiday Season, take some time to review your event calendar and plan which thoughtfully curated events you will attend. Upcoming programs to celebrate with your neighbors include It’s a Wonderful Lifestyle Signature Event and Charlotte Ballet’s Nutcracker. I encourage Members to continue Northgate’s annual red and green coach light tradition. Learn something new by crafting soy candles and citrus garlands. to your Lifestyle here at Northgate. We also invite all Members to join us for Neighborhood News, a community update with your dedicated team, and Coffee and Conversation with your Lifestyle Manager to discuss your curated events. Make the season bright with the many opportunities to join inspiring events! As many of you are aware, I’ve made the decision to step back from my role as your Lifestyle Manager in order to support my mom in caring for my dad, while also prioritizing my own health. It has been a great pleasure to have had the opportunity to serve each and every one of you from the very inception of Esplanade at Northgate. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the incredible memories we’ve created together through the numerous Lifestyle events. These moments have been truly special, and I cherish them deeply. This isn’t a goodbye, but rather an “until we see each other again!” The search for a new Lifestyle Manager has already begun. In the meantime, I will continue to support all things Lifestyle and Corrin Godlevske, Resort Manager of Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch, will be filling in as needed until my replacement is fully onboarded.

Furry Friends Meet Memphis
LOVED BY THE SCHOLLHAMMERS Memphis is Nancy and David Schollhammer’s 16-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He was named as they were moving to Tennessee when they brought him home. Luckily, the couple ended up in beautiful North Carolina at Esplanade at Northgate. Memphis is full of energy and loves everyone! He can take or leave treats, but he’s very toy motivated, with his favorite being his yellow duckie. He is the epitome of a lap dog, loves to give kisses, and was nicknamed Lovey (their daughter calls him that exclusively). Fun fact: a lot of people think he’s “Lady” from Lady and the Tramp, which offends Memphis since he’s a gentleman, not a lady or a tramp. Nancy and David are excited to meet other furry friends for Memphis at the next Yappy Hour! Contact your Lifestyle Manager to be featured in the next edition of the Lifestyle Magazine.
