Community Website Tips
V
italia at Tradition Residents! We hope you enjoy the website service for your Association. Here are a few tips for working with your community’s website www.VitaliaAtTraditionHOA.com
Kraig Carmickle Community Manager 863-427-7103 kcarmickle@aamfl.com
Directory Your community directory can be found in the contacts menu. At first you won’t see many names in the directory. This is because we value your privacy. We let you decide how much of your information to share with your neighbors, if any. If you wish to display your information in the directory for your neighbors to see, simply click the “My Profile” link in the top right corner of the website and click on the edit button next to your name. Once you are in the edit screen make sure the “Display in Directory” box is checked and hit save. Email Blast This website is set up to be able to send out email blasts to the community and the best part is you don’t have to do anything to be able to receive them. All we need is your email address, which you provided when you registered. If your email has a lot of filters in place you might wish to add messenger@associationvoice.com to your “safe” list in your email.
Of course, if you don’t want to receive messages from the Association through your email you can opt-out of the email blast by going into your profile and setting your communication preferences to “Mail.” Just remember if you do this, you might miss out on something important. Discussion Group This website offers a discussion group that is easy to use as the topic with the most recent response will always be listed first. This can be confusing until you get used to the way it works. Responses are listed conversation style, not in chronological order. The discussion groups are monitored by the Association management firm who will participate in the discussion if asked a question. They will also delete or edit any post that contains profanity, name calling or other inappropriate content. If You Forget Your Password Our webmaster cannot view your password. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Sign-In Name and/or Password” link on the sign-in page. It will prompt you for your email address and will send both your username and your password to that email address. If you have a new email address that you forgot to update your profile with, contact webmaster@aamaz.com and they will fix it so you can use your new email address to retrieve your sign-in information. Remember, if you ever have any questions about the website our Website Team is happy to assist you. Just email them at webmaster@aamaz.com. This will be a great tool to improve the overall communication within Vitalia at Tradition. Enjoy the month of October and let me know if you have any questions or concerns!

Clubhouse Groundbreaking
AV
Homes has announced that Vitalia at Tradition has broken ground on an expansive 24,000-square-foot clubhouse and is expected to be completed in mid-2014 (pictured above). Mulch is on the Way!
Keith O'Dell Owner, PROscape AAM Customer Care (Work Orders) 866-516-7424 csr@aamfl.com
Each year as the holiday season approaches we start to put our plan in place for our winter activities out in the landscape. One of the most important and probably the most impactful from a visual standpoint is the annual re-mulching. As we move into the every other week mow schedule in October we will begin the mulch process. This year we hope to begin the mulching at the homes on the week of November 4th. Our goal will be to have the home re-mulching completed by the week of December 25th. We will communicate more about this project through the email blast as we approach the end of October.
We hope that October is a wonderful month for each and every resident and as always please enjoy your beautiful Vitalia landscape!
Thank You Very Much!
