Hello from your Community Manager! Below are some of the Restrictions that I want to point out to you. These can be found in your Governing Documents, Declaration for Vitalia at Tradition Residents’ Association that you all should have received at or before you closed on your home. I have also uploaded these documents to the Vitalia website. I list these because there is some confusion as to what you can and can’t do in a Deed Restricted community like Vitalia. I believe by listing these we can reduce the number of Friendly Reminders that I need to send out from my office.

Thank You Volunteers!

Melissa Piotter LCAM Lifestyles Director mpiotter@ evergreen-LM.com 772-800-2505

4   Vitalia Voice | April 2019

April is nationally recognized as the month dedicated to honoring all of the volunteers in our communities. Volunteers are an integral part of why communities are successful and Vitalia is living proof of that. When you volunteer, you donate your most valuable resource: time. Dedication, patience, hard work, effort, money, etc. are just a few more of the sacrifices volunteers make to serve their cause. Volunteering, therefore, I feel is one of the greatest sacrifices you can make. That kind of sacrifice, no matter what moral code you ascribe to, is to be admired. When you volunteer, you put someone else’s interests above your own. Volunteers come in all shapes and sizes, but they are the real-life saints and superheroes of this world. Although they don’t ask to be paid for all of their selfless work, they definitely deserve our utmost respect and appreciation. Help me take the

time, especially this month, to say thank you to a Vitalia Volunteer!

Special Upcoming Events On April 3rd, join us for special guest speaker, Dr. Rafael Sanchez, who is the Executive Director of Human Resources from St. Lucie County Public Schools. He’ll be here to discuss the referendum on mileage tax in April. It will be held in the Grand Treasure Ballroom at 3pm. On April 6th come down to the Grand Treasure Ballroom for the quarterly Meet & Greet at 12pm to meet some of your neighbors and welcome new residents!
