We are at the tail end of a trip that sees us explore the likes of Paris, New York and London in search of the best and brightest in new trends and design, and although our days are spent doing business with people from around the world, it’s these three we look forward to hanging with the most.

And hanging out is what they do best, as well as the time they come up with the unique ideas that culminate in the Bull Boxer collection.

DONCASTER Our proud family company began in 1948, when new New Zealander Guglielmo Anselmi saw the opportunity to introduce his native Italian craftsmanship, quality and passion to a burgeoning young country, founding King Country Shoes.

Today Guglielmo would be described as an entrepreneur, but back in 1948 he called himself simply a merchant.

April saw the opening of Merchant 1948’s seventh store in Melbourne, in a key location in the city’s coolest new retail destination. Emporium Melbourne covers an amazing seven floors and 48,000 square metres from Lonsdale to Bourke streets, and we’re rubbing shoulders with international brands like UNIQLO, Victoria’s Secret and Zoo York.
