And at our eastside home, The Starlight Theater at MYArts, we have a new play based on the Maya Angelou poem LifeDoesn’tFrightenMe:IAm FearlessRoyalty and the musical adaptation of the bestselling book series TheLightningThief:ThePercyJacksonMusical

Join us for an evening of world premiere plays written by local middle school and high school students. The Festival is part of the national AATE Playwrights for Change program. Selected ten-minute plays are directed by professional theater artists and presented by youth and adult actors. A Q&A with the playwrights follows the performance. You will be amazed at the talent, content, and imagination of these remarkable young writers!

SERVICE CHARGES: Subscription tickets purchased during this limited pre-season offer are subject to a one-time $15 handling charge. Group tickets incur a $15 per order fee. Single play tickets purchased online or by phone, through either overture.org or ctmtheater.org, are subject to a 15% per ticket fee.
CTM charges a 3.5% service fee on all credit card purchases, both in person and by phone. Orders purchased in cash or by check incur no additional fees. Orders paid via check will not be processed until check has been received.
TICKET POLICIES | EXCHANGES: All sales are final; no refunds are available. Purchased tickets are eligible for free exchanges and may be exchanged at MYArts or the Overture Center. Tickets must be exchanged at least 48 hours before the first performance involved in the exchange. Tickets may only be exchanged for a CTM 2023-24 season performance of comparable or greater value, provided the additional value is paid, if applicable.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are at the discretion of the Overture Center and MYArts. Cancelled performances are eligible for a refund or exchange to another CTM 2023-24 season performance (based on availability). No show is available for an exchange into the following season. Service charges are non-refundable.
CDC GUIDELINES & SPECIFIC BUILDING POLICIES: CTM will follow all current CDC guidelines, as well as Overture Center and MYArts building policies. Should adjustments need to be made to shows, audience members will be notified as soon as possible. For the most updated information, visit ctmtheater.org or overture.org.
ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair seating, assisted listening devices, and Sensory Kits are available at all performances. Please make your accommodation requests when ordering your tickets. ASL interpretation is offered at select shows for each of our plays on Oct 14, Dec 16, Feb 10, Mar 9, and May 11.
