How is money raised?
Bring your friends! This year we will be giving out a free Full Golf Membership to one lucky guest! Tickets are $100 a person and include all you can eat and drink, a free ride home, and a complimentary guest pass for 18 holes of golf. To purchase tickets, book your reservations through our mobile app or by emailing rsvp@oxbowcc.com. Because a large percentage of our members are newer members, I recognize that not everyone knows what Stag is. Keep on reading if you’d like to know more information, and feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I hope to see you all there!
Several amazing individuals and businesses around the community donate items to our Stag Committee to be sold during the live and silent auctions. We also have raffles, contests, boards, and other games that help us raise money.
What type of items are sold? Every year we have quite the variety! Autographed sports gear, sporting event tickets and suites, private parties and dinners,
gift cards, golf lessons and trips, golf gear and apparel... you get the idea!
Who attends? Stag is a special event for our male members. Basically. It’s one big guy's night! It's a great chance to meet other members and staff, network, make new friends, and donate to your club!

just exciting! Myself, my staff, and the rest of the Oxbow staff have always wanted Oxbow to be your first choice for dining out. I can say now, we are very close to meeting that goal.
As, always I appreciate your feedback on your experience at your club. Whether good or bad. The month of December is going to be packed! So many of you have chosen Oxbow as your Christmas party destination. One of the biggest member events of the year takes place in December. Santa Brunch!!! We will

credit for this staggering incline. All the credit goes to our one and only Suzy and her son Michael for cranking all of these out. I did however peel and cut more apples than I ever have in my entire life. WOOF!! If you get the chance, please let Suzy know how much we appreciate her hard work. That pretty much sums up the culinary department. I hope to see you all out for Santa Brunch!
For this month’s recipe I want to share an idea. The idea of where your food comes from.
The idea of how, I, as your chef, can tell you exactly where your food came from. Currently I can tell you where most of our produce comes from. I can almost pinpoint exactly where our beef comes from. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you who grew the vegetables or raised the cattle. I want to change this as best as I can. A lot of it starts with YOU. We started with a small garden last summer at the Clubhouse. I want to expand the garden this coming year. I would like to triple the size of the garden add a melon patch and a pumpkin patch. The I like the idea of having a pumpkin patch because it would give our members and their children a chance to come pick pumpkins for Halloween … AT THE CLUB! Along with the garden I’m interested in starting a bee colony. The bees help the garden and the garden helps the bees! So, please, help, me make my case! We want Oxbow vegetables and Oxbow honey! How cool would that be?
Ingredients: Oxbow vegetables and honey
