The First Day Of A New School It’s my first day at a new school, I’m so nervous as I speak. My palms feel a bit sweaty. And my knees a little weak. My dad got a new job, So we had to move town. When they first told me this news, I couldn’t help but just frown. I step into the classroom, Shiny new shoes entering first. A sea of friendly faces greet me, I need not have feared the worst. I sit down quickly at my desk, A wide grin across on my face. The teacher smiles at me warmly, This may be my new favourite place!
