For several years running, the marketing and communications team has created an annual LookBook. Think of it as a highlight reel of some of our favourite projects. It’s a source of inspiration for our clients – you, Oxford – to help you pick and choose the right campaign elements for your next project. Oxford has grown a lot in the last few years. We’re in new markets, with new people on new projects. You asked us for a representative portfolio of our offerings. The LookBook is a tool you can use immediately. Our hope is that this book helps us work together better, complete work faster, and collectively come up with many market-defining (and return-generating!) ideas. We have many new faces on the team. Individually, our team members have diverse and eclectic interests from a variety of cultures, countries and backgrounds. Collectively, each individual contributes to a group of smart and passionate people who are here to help you accomplish your goals. We’re creative in the heart and business in the head. We agree with Steve Jobs when he said: “Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.” We’ll work with you to make something that looks good, but ultimately works well. NEW BUILDING ACQUISITION AND EVENT MANAGEMENT

Branding, communication strategy, content development, collateral production and event coordination Throughout the past three years, Oxford has increased its presence in notable US markets through strategic property acquisitions. This required that all communications be updated overnight, ensuring that when customers arrived to their office the next morning, all communication was from Oxford Properties – Managed with Pride. In order to ensure a quick transition, building signage was replaced, lobby screens were updated and on-site collateral was installed after 8 p.m. the night prior. On the morning of the official launch, customers were welcomed with a boxed breakfast including handshakes from welcoming Oxford staff and postcard takeaways with information on the transition.

CUSTOMER EVENTS Content Creation, Design & Proposal Oxford encourages property management to promote and celebrate events throughout the calendar year. Recent initiatives have included monthly posters to celebrate an upcoming holiday, tenant appreciation BBQs, charity initiatives and a large-scale interactive campaign based around the Olympics. We want to create customer-focused programs that make Oxford tenants love where they work and fulfill our customer service promise.
