Square One is the largest premier retail destination in Ontario. An impressive selection of best-in-class retailers makes Square One the destination for up to the minute fashion. The retail mix offers co-tenancy with a collection of the world’s most sought-after brands. Located in the heart of Mississauga, a city that is ranked 6th largest city in Canada, Square One benefits from being in the downtown core and being surrounded by high growth residential areas, office towers and municipal offices. Located on the major 400 series highway, Square One is a highly frequented tourist destination. Oxford and AIMCo are investing a total of $400 million in the redevelopment of the shopping centre, spanning from 2012 to 2016. The full interior renovation, totaling $84 million, includes new limestone floors, new ceilings and décor, vertical transportation, and new restrooms and entrances. Hot on the heels of the interior renovation, Square One also opened Food Central; a $20 million expansion and full renovation of the food court including a scullery service with signature dish wear and eight new eateries. In the Fall of 2014, the 118,000 SF North expansion opened, representing a $60 million investment and featuring a 35,000 SF flagship Forever 21. In the Spring of 2016, the $227 million South West Expansion will open, anchored by a 120,000 SF flagship Holt Renfrew and Ontario’s first Simons department store. Square One’s dominant best-in-class retailers currently include: Harry Rosen, Michael Kors, Apple, Sephora, Crate & Barrel, Whole Foods, Microsoft, Kiehl’s, L’Occitane, Tumi, Urban Outfitters (opening Fall 2015), Kate Spade, Rolex at Raffi Jewellers (opening Spring 2016).

ROYAL BANK PLAZA EST. 1976, RENOVATED 2005 200 BAY STREET TORONTO, ON M5J 2W7 As the primary gateway to the Toronto PATH system, and with direct access to the city’s subway and GO trains, Royal Bank Plaza’s concourse attracts impressive foot traffic on a daily basis. The TTC alone has an annual ridership of 43 million, and the complex is located at the centre of the highest concentration of daytime population in the GTA, with over 220,000 daytime workers within 1 kilometre. Royal Bank Plaza customers have been strategically coordinated to appeal to discriminating urban professionals and visitors to downtown attractions. Royal Bank Plaza’s new 535-seat food court will allow customers to choose from several distinct dining environments, and its retail concourse levels are comprised of a vibrant mixture of stores and services, including the first Brooks Brothers store to appear in Canada, as well as a modern LCBO location. In 2010, Royal Bank Plaza made history by becoming the first office bank tower in Canada to obtain LEED-EB Gold Certification through a number of energy savings and cost effective measures, which further distinguished its presence among the other towers.
