Community Emergency Food Bank (CEF) Oxford Registered charity, providing emergency foodbank and café in two locations within Oxford. Tea, coffee and snacks are on offer at the centres. There is also the opportunity to talk to someone if people feel they would like this before collecting their provisions. The aim is to help people through a crisis, so there is a limit of about three parcel collections per person/family in any 12 month period (CEF is only able to help people with access to cooking facilities).
