If you are interested in any of our courses please first call the Information Line on 01865 247 788 to arrange an Options Session (available over the phone or in person). An Options Session involves a short conversation about your wellbeing with one of our Wellbeing Workers and will include a short questionnaire.

Information Line 01865 247 788 Open Monday - Thursday 9.30-4.30 and Friday 9.30-4.00 (closed on bank holidays)

During Options Sessions we will identify together which of our courses, groups or activities might be most useful for you at this time, or we can signpost you to alternative activities elsewhere in the county. We will also send through further information about any recommended Mind courses along with details on how to register for the appropriate course.

Practical ways to wellbeing This free workshop introduces some positive, practical strategies for improving wellbeing and is suitable for anyone aged 16 or over looking to improve their own wellbeing. The workshop will: - enable participants to think about what wellbeing means to us; - provide an opportunity to examine the link between physical and mental health; - help participants to understand and use the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and to identify ways they can improve their own wellbeing; - explore ways to accommodate practical ways to wellbeing into everyday life.

Managing stress This one-day workshop offers a shorter, more compact alternative to our 7-week Managing Stress course, covering many of the materials from the full course to help participants think about how they manage the stresses of everyday life, and the types of tools and strategies which can be used to better manage stress, to challenge negative thoughts, and broaden our comfort zones. 6
