Educational Programme Options Sessions: get started with a chat – a member of our team can talk to you about your mental health and help you find the right support. Information service Wherever you’re based in Oxfordshire, our Wellbeing Service has groups, activities, support and information near you.
Friendly, local support Our courses have something for everyone Whether you want to pick up a skill, or develop an interest you already have, learning something new can really help improve your mental wellbeing. We run courses to help you improve your health and fitness, and courses that give you the skills you need to deal with difficult situations. We have a variety of courses running in Oxford, Banbury, Witney, Abingdon and Bicester. They take place during the day, in the evenings and at weekends. l Beginners’ Boxing for Wellbeing We regularly run a variety of Keeping Well courses, from fitness classes to calming exercises.
