REALITY CAPTURE (LASER SCANNING / 360 PHOTOS) The planned practice to use reality capture devices such as laser scanning, 360 photography, or drone photogrammetry to document existing conditions or as-built conditions for the purposes of construction coordination. PHASE: OPERATE RECORD DESIGN BIM The Design Team members shall conform their Design-Intent Models with all the information that is released by the Design Team throughout the course of the design and construction processes. This would include but not be limited to all Addenda, Bulletins, Supplemental Sketches (ASIs), Construction Change Directives (CCDs) and Change Orders (COs) per the Project Deliverables. This deliverable will be expected to be handed over to the Owner at Substantial Completion. AS-BUILT FEDERATED MODEL HANDOVER Compiling of all final Record Design Models plus As-Built Trade Contractor models into one final Federated Model. AS-BUILT TRADE PARTNER MODELS & DRAWINGS HANDOVER As-Built Modeling: the final as-coordinated and as-built verified representation of Trade Contractor models.

BID SCHEDULE, PACKAGES AND WORK CATEGORIES The disciplines noted below are required to provide 3D BIM content, adhere, and perform to the specifications set forth in this BExP. *Note: Work Categories (WCs) listed below marked with an ‘X’ and marked with an asterisk (*) are not required to provide 3D model content. However, these WCs are required to coordinate traditional 2D shop drawings with 3D model content provided by the Engineer of Record and McCarthy to ensure no impacts to field coordination at a minimum. Trade Contractor performing work for these Work Categories may opt to provide 3D model content to ensure proper coordination as part of their base bid at no additional cost to the project.*
