Annual (Year-Long) Programming, Important Dates & Closures
By registering for one of our Annual Programs in the fall, you will automatically be enrolled for the full year from September to June. Programs that we are offering as “Annual Programs” are the following:
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Dabka for all 8 to 16 year olds
Arabic Language Program for all 5 to 14 year olds
Homework Help
Our Annual Programs will run from September 28, 2024 (first day) to June 21, 2025 (last day)
We will be closed at some points between these dates to observe national and religious holidays - See 2024 - 2025 Calendar on next page. 1 2 3
Annual Homework Help Program
Our Annual Homework Help program is open to all students in grades Kindergarten to 8th Grade. Our homework tutors are able to provide assistance with Mathematics, English/ Language Arts, Social Studies or Science homework.
Although our Annual Programs usually require you to register at the start of the fall session in September, you can register for our Homework Help program at any time during the school year.
Only members of our PACC Family Discount program are eligible for our Free Homework Help Program.
Our Homework Help program for the 2024- 2025 school year will begin on Monday, September 16th and will run for the entire year until Thursday, May 29th.
The program will take place weekly between these dates from Monday through Thursday from 4 pm until 6 pm.
Please check our annual calendar for days that our PACC programs will not be running.
Annual Youth Dabka Program
Our Annual Dabka program is open to all kids ages 8 to 16 years old and includes classes for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced level Dabka students.

All Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Dabka classes will take place every Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10 am and 1:30 pm.

All of our Annual Dabka students will participate in an end of the year Dabka Recital, which will showcase what they have learned throughout the year.

Program payments are preferred to be made via our Program Payment link, which will be emailed to all participants. Payments are also accepted in person at PACC or over the phone in the form of cash, credit, or check.
PLEASE NOTE: Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.
If payments are not made in full and you choose a payment plan, a credit card must be kept on file and will be charged automatically according to the scheduled payment dates listed in the booklet for each program.
If paying in full, payment must be received at least one week prior to the program starting to secure a spot. If payment is not received, your spot in the program can be given to someone else and is not guaranteed.
