PACC’s Programs

At PACC, our mission is to sustain and strengthen ties to Palestinian heritage while empowering the success and well-being of the entire community.

We are by the community and for the community and we are committed to continuously improve the quality and delivery of our programs to meet your needs and levels of satisfaction.

Through our programs we are committed to the following points:

We have programs for every age in our community and we are so happy that we can serve you!

Each class will be capped at a maximum of around 12 students so that we can ensure quality.

We have created alternate schedules for our programs to maximize flexibility.

Our classes will be focused on age and level to make sure our participants are getting the most benefit.

If any participant tests positive for COVID-19, they must stay home for AT LEAST five days after their symptoms began. You will only be able to return to PACC after 6 days.

PACC Family Discount

With all this we are offering a special discount to our PACC family! In order to qualify for the PACC Family Discount, all you have to do is give us the names, ages and contact information of everyone in your household and pay an annual fee of $50 per household! By paying the $50 annual fee, all members of your family will receive a discounted price on all of our programs!

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:

The health and safety of our participants and staff remain our highest priority. Below, you will find a summary of our COVID-19 Safety Guidelines to help ensure we are lowering the risk of spreading COVID-19 as much as possible.

Staff and participants are recommended but not required to wear a mask or face covering throughout their duration at PACC.

PACC will be providing masks for anyone who asks for one.

For child(ren) drop-off: Parents will not be allowed to enter the center. Students must be dropped off at the door. The only exception is if a payment must be made.

For child(ren) pickup: When a parent gets to the PACC parking lot please send a text to the appropriate WhatsApp group and we will bring your child to your car.

If a participant does get sick at PACC, we have identified an area where they can rest, be watched after, and safely isolate themselves from others. Any child who is sick will be sent home. We will communicate with parents or caretakers directly.

If any participant is feeling any Covid-19 symptoms, we ask that you please stay home and get tested. Once you are tested, please inform our office administration of your results.

Fall Schedule

All of our Fall 2022 programs will run for a total of ten weeks.

10 week sessions

First week: Saturday, October 1, 2022 to Friday, October 7, 2022

Last week: Saturday, December 3, 2022 to Friday, December 9, 2022

Last day you can register*: Friday, October 14, 2022

*Please keep in mind that Registration will close once we reach capacity. This may be before the last day you can register.*

PACC will be closed for THANKSGIVING from Thursday, November 24, 2022 to Sunday, November 27, 2022

Make Up Class

If you miss a class, you can make up one class by arranging with PACC’s office administrator to come another day. If you miss more than one class you will not be able to make it up.

General make-up week: Saturday, December 10, 2022 to Friday, December 16, 2022 Make-up for Thanksgiving closure: Saturday, December 17, 2022 & Sunday, December 18, 2022
