COVID-19 Safety Guidelines: First and foremost, we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. We know this pandemic has been stressful to many and we recognize that socializing and interacting with peers can be a healthy way for children to cope with stress and connect with others. We are hosting our PACC programs while following CDC guidelines to protect our participants, families, and our community. The health and safety of our participants and staff remain our highest priority. Below, you will find a summary of the actions we are taking to help ensure we are lowering COVID-19 risk as much as possible. PACC is working with Allstar sanitizing to disinfect the entire center at least once a week. Everyone entering PACC will need to have their temperatures checked and hands sanitized upon entry. Keeping participants in small groups of less according to the room size. Limiting the number of items that are shared or touched between participants and staff. Providing participants with hand sanitizer upon entering PACC and we will have sanitizing stations throughout PACC. Requiring staff and participants to wear a mask or face covering throughout their duration at PACC. The only exception to this is if the participant or staff member is stationary and is 6 feet away from another individual.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines: PACC will be providing masks for anyone who walks into PACC without masks. For drop off of child(ren): Parents will not be allowed to enter the center. Students must be dropped off at the door. The only exception is if a payment must be made. For pick up of child(ren): When a parent gets to the PACC parking lot please send a text to the appropriate WhatsApp group and we will bring your child to your car. If a participant does get sick at PACC, we have identified an area where they can rest, be watched after, and safely isolate themselves from others. Any child who is sick will be sent home. We will communicate with parents or caretakers directly. If any participant is feeling any Covid-19 symptoms, we ask that you stay home and get tested. Once you are tested, please inform our office administration of your results. If any participant is positive, we request that the participant does not come to the center for 10 days from the first day of exhibiting symptoms. After 10 days, the participant is welcome back. In the event of a participant missing classes due to testing positive with Covid-19, we can provide a virtual option when appropriate. If not possible, then we will arrange for classes to be made up during our make-up week or through other classes that are available.

PACC’s Programs At PACC, our mission is to sustain and strengthen ties to Palestinian heritage while empowering the success and well-being of the entire community. We are by the community and for the community and we are committed to continuously improve the quality and delivery of our programs to meet your needs and levels of satisfaction. Our programs are for every age in our community and we are so happy that we can serve you! Each class will be capped at a maximum of around 12 students so that we can ensure quality. We have alternate schedules for our programs to maximize flexibility. Our classes are focused on age and level to make sure our participants are getting the most benefit.

PACC Family Discount With all this, we are offering a special discount to our PACC family! In order to qualify for the PACC Family Discount, all you have to do is give us the names, ages and contact information of everyone in your household and pay an annual fee of $50 per household!

*Please keep in mind that Registration will close once we reach capacity. This may be before the last day you can register.

Make Up Class If you miss a class, you can make up one class by arranging with PACC’s office administrator to come another day. If you miss more than one class, you will not be able to make it up. *If you have contracted COVID-19 and are unable to attend our classes, please let our office administrator know and we will arrange for classes during our make-up week.
