PACC’s Commitment and Goals

At PACC, our mission is to sustain and strengthen ties to Palestinian heritage while empowering the success and well-being of the entire community.

We are by the community and for the community and we are committed to continuously improve the quality and delivery of our programs to meet your needs and levels of satisfaction.

Through our programs we are committed to the following:

We have created alternate schedules for our programs to maximize flexibility.

Our classes will be focused on age and level to make sure our participants are getting the most out of our programs.

PACC’s Family Discount

We are offering a special discount to anyone registered for our PACC Family Discount program! In order to apply for the PACC Family Discount, all you have to do is give us the names, ages, and contact information of everyone in your household and pay an annual fee of $50 per household!

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:

The health and safety of our participants and staff remain our highest priority. Below, you will find a summary of our COVID-19 Safety Guidelines to help ensure we are lowering the risk of spreading COVID-19 as much as possible.

If any participant has COVID-19, we request that the participant not come to the center for 5 days from the first day of exhibiting symptoms. On day 6, the participant is welcome back but is required to wear a mask for an additional 5 days.

PACC will be providing masks for anyone who asks for one.

If a participant does get sick at PACC, we have identified an area where they can rest, be watched after, and safely isolate themselves from others. Any child who is sick will be sent home. We will communicate with parents or caretakers directly.

If any participant is feeling any Covid-19 symptoms, we ask that you please stay home and get tested. Once you are tested, please inform our office administration of your results.

In the event of a participant missing classes due to testing positive with Covid-19, we can provide a virtual option when appropriate. If not possible, then we will arrange for classes to be made up during our make-up week or through other classes that are available.

Spring 2023 Program Schedule

All our Spring 2023 programs will run for a total of eight weeks.

8-week sessions

First week of session: Monday, April 24, 2023 to Sunday, April 30, 2023

Last week of session: Monday, June 12, 2023 to Sunday, June 18, 2023

Last day you can register for spring programs*: Sunday, May 7, 2023 (two weeks after program starts- NO EXCEPTIONS!)

*Please keep in mind that registration will close once we reach capacity for each program. This may be before Sunday, May 7. Capacity differs depending on the program.*

Minimum and maximum capacities for each program are written under each program.

PACC will be closed for:

- EID AL-FITR from Friday, April 21, 2023 to Sunday, April 23, 2023

- MEMORIAL DAY on Monday, May 29, 2023

Make Up Classes for the Spring Session

The make-up week for the Spring 2023 session will be from Monday, June 19 to Sunday, June 25.

PLEASE NOTE: All registrants will only be allowed to make-up one missed class. If you miss more than one class in the session, you will not be able to make it up.
