Your 2023 Pacific Dental Conference username and password is still valid for the 2024 meeting. If you do not recall your username and/or password, please use the “forgot password” feature on the website. If you did not register in 2023, please create a new account. *Please note: You will not be able to request booths at this time.

2024 website opening for booth requests – September 12, 2023 9am PDT

When requesting your booth, please note the following:

Requests for two or more booths

For those companies requesting two or more booths, the website will open September 12, 2023 9am PDT for requests and deposit payments. The deadline to submit a booth request is September 22. Requests will not be considered if deposit has not been made. Priority for assignment is based on the number of booths requested, and the date and time that the 50% deposit is received. Booth assignments will be send out to exhibitors starting October 4.

The balance of the booth fee for multiple booth companies is due October 31, 2023

One booth purchases

Companies wanting one booth will skip the booth request procedure and directly purchase their booth starting October 31, 2023 9am PDT. Single booth companies have the ability to see the booths remaining on the floor on October 4 and make their own selection as to which booth location would suit them best.

Floorplan Availability

In order to faciliate your booking of hotels and flights, the floorplan will be available on the website as of October 3, 2023.

Cancellation Policy

For any cancellations or reductions, please notify the PDC office in writing at exhibits@pdconf.com . Cancellations received on or before September 22, 2023 will receive a full refund. Cancellations of any booth purchase between September 22 and October 31, 2023 will forfeit the 50% deposit of the booth cost. Please note in the case of space reduction, the PDC reserves the right to reallocate booth space. There are no refunds for any cancellations received after October 31, 2023.

In the event that an in-person event is not permitted to happen and the PDC Exhibits Committee elects to either cancel or provide a virtual option, all exhibitors would be provided with the option of a full refund of booth fees paid.

Booth Prices

Please view the interactive floor plan at www.pdconf.com All booths will be colour coded indicating their type and price.

Standard Booth – is 10’ x 10’. Cost of booths are $2,200.00 plus GST

Deluxe Booth – is 10’ x 10’. Cost of booths are $3,400.00 plus GST

Deluxe Corner Booth – is 10’ x 10’. Cost of booths are $3,600.00 plus GST

Premium Booth – is 10’ x 10’. Cost of booths are $3,700.00 plus GST
