What is the STRIVE Holistic Campus? STRIVE Holistic Campus is an innovative program that is the collaborative efforts of Mental Health Systems (MHS) and San Bernardino’s Department of Behavioral Health. The program is funded by the Mental Health Services Act, (Proposition 63). STRIVE’s goal is to assist community members living with mental illness, as well as those assisting their families who have been under served, poorly served or non served. We bring relevant nontraditional and traditional services together in a safe, warm, and accepting environment. Located in the heart of Ontario, STRIVE focuses on three areas: ♦ Assessing those we serve and assisting them in acquiring physical and behavioral health benefits ♦ Acting as a hub for referrals to other community resources and agencies willing and able to help ♦ Creating a series of non-traditional approaches to healing for those we serve Knowing that an individual’s mental health is affected by many of life’s factors, STRIVE’s goal is the total wellness of it’s members. We focus on the emotional, financial, social, spiritual, occupational, physical, intellectual, and environmental needs. Our campus is diverse and inviting ... “… a place where everyone is welcome”.
