Give Back | Palatine Park Foundation GIFTS IN THE COMMUNITY
Palatine Park District offers several options for community members to commemorate life's special moments or to honor the memory of a loved one with a Living Tribute.
ADOPT-A-TREE
Adopt an existing tree in one of Palatine Park District’s parks. A personalized plaque with an inscription of your choice will be placed in the ground near your selected tree. Plaque Fee: $300.
PLANT-A-TREE
New trees can also be planted in certain parks throughout the Park District. This option includes a personal discussion with a staff member to decide on the species and park location. The fee is dependent upon the type and size of tree chosen and ranges from $175 to $750. There is also a $150 planting fee. A personalized plaque can be placed next to your tree for an additional $275.
COMMEMORATIVE BENCH
Choose a 4-foot or 6-foot bench, select one of the parks, and create your personalized bench plaque. Prices for commemorative benches range from $1,000 to $3,500 depending on bench specifications, concrete needs, and plaque.

Palatine Park Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization created to enhance the quality of life and enjoyment of parks and recreation offered by Palatine Park District. The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors including President Robert "Dutch" Schultz, Vice President Kate McNally, Treasurer Fred Hall, Secretary Monica Haun, Jim Lennon, Debbie Lemonidis, and Gerard Iannuzzelli.

All donations to Palatine Park Foundation are tax deductible as defined by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
