Introduction Today you are going to see what happens in the fantastic gymnastic world. You are going to learn gymnastics. What to wear ,How to begin, What to do and all kinds of things to do. So be on track with…………………..GYMNASTICS.`
NICE OUTFIT 1.If you are a beginner I recommend a plain fuchsia leotard but if you aren’t a beginner then wear a pink or black leotard (black higher). If you are cold get a long sleeve one. Know remember this the color does make a difference because they will know to be harsh on you or not. You may like to put your hair up so it doesn’t go in your way. Don’t wear anything on your feet but if you are on the highest level wear an ankle weight. You may want to bring a water bottle with you.
A GREAT BEGINNING 2.You always have to warm up. Now the warm ups are: 1.Roll your head round and round and now the other way. 2.Put your hand on your shoulder circle do the same with your other arm, now both. 3. Put your hands together and roll them round and round, now the other way. 4. Now lace your fingers together and push up,down, left, right. 5. Now roll your arm round and round now the other. 6. Now swing them both up and down 7. Last but not least run around on your tippy toes. Each one is for 10 counts.
HMM WHAT TO DO WHAT TO DO 3.Now that you are finished with the worm ups you could start the real gymnastics. First you’re a beginner right? So now listen very carefully 1. Walk back and forth on the balance beam and try to balance on it. Make sure you don’t fall! 2. Now make a bridge by putting your arms up strait in the air and let someone hold your back so you don’t fall and go down slowly or if you don’t want someone to hold you use the wall. 3. You need to have 2 high bars stuck to the wall and hang your legs on it and put your hands on the floor and lean. Now these are some stuff if you need to now more look for book 2.
Ooow it hurts 4. The things that will hurt you are left split, right split and normal split. Why? Because your legs go wide open and you touch the floor, or the bridge. Why? Because you stay holding for a long time. What hurts even more is the bridge
walk. Why because you hold it and you walk with it.
Equipment 5. Well, you need a mat. Why? Because if you use the floor you may hurt yourself or brake a bone. You need 2 upper bars so you could reach with your hands. Why because you have to go upside down and put your feet on the bars and your hands leaning on the floor. Now these are some things if you want to know more look for book 2.
Where to do it 6. Well you need to have a wide
space. Or maybe a gym.
Flexibility 7. When you are flexible it will be easer to do gymnastics
