This is a book about is sports. It tells you all about how to train for sports and tells you about all kind of sports. I hope you enjoy.
Tr aining or not Faster and getting ready. Before you do a sport you need to warm up, because you can get your heart beating. For an example: jumping jacks and stretches you can move your wrists and neck. When you are sprinting you need to do splits so you can stretch your legs longer and faster. For tennis you need to move your wrist a lot because you can get your hands tired. If you want to have muscles on your tummy you need to do wall sits. Training is really good. If you don’t train you will lose and your country will be out of that sport that you are playing.
Different countries have different sports. Why do you think this is possible? I will explain it to you?
Canada’s main sport is hockey. Hockey is a very expensive sport. You need to buy the padding and the helmet and the stick. Mostly they play it at winter when it’s snowing. In North American they also play soccer, base ball, basket ball, boxing, wrestling, dog sled, ice skating, running, hockey, golf, and tennis. In Mexico they play all kind of action sports and, cricket. You can also play soccer in Mexico. In Mexico there is this ancient sport. It is really hard you have to use your knee and elbow and feet there are two small hoops so you can score. At this time the Mexican people don’t play it any more only the children play it sometimes.
