The proposal is to allow for the development of a six-storey mixed-use building. The zoning would change from C-2 (Commercial) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. Upgrades and Change to One Hour Free Parking The Kerrisdale Parkade is managed by EasyPark and over the past year they have done major updates including adding four meters with monthly communication fees, replaced and improved lighting and signage, added security and K9 patrols, and repainted

areas making it brighter, safer and create more prominence in the drive lanes. They are still able to offer one-hour free parking (no longer two hours) and all vehicles must use the meter. Download their app for more convenience or if you wish to add more time.
