As we approach the end of the year, Palmetto Bluff continues to see unprecedented demand for homes and homesites in all value ranges. With few existing homes available for sale, our community has experienced increasing interest in new construction opportunities, particularly homes being offered by our new Builder Guild. At the time of this writing there are only 12 completed homes for sale in all of Palmetto Bluff. Additionally, our latest homesite offering (36 homesites) in Moreland Village was entirely subscribed prior to completion of roads and utilities. This is the first time we have seen this level of activity in a new release since 2006. Palmetto Bluff has generated 316 closed and pending transactions for a total of $269 million year-to-date. And, 237 homes are under construction or in the design review process. This is a highwater mark for new builds in Palmetto Bluff. Demand from buyers is broad based and very healthy with many new buyers looking to call Palmetto Bluff their full-time residence.
