If you have taken a drive around Palmetto Bluff recently, you will have noticed the construction activity in our community has continued unabated. We now have 388 homes either under construction or in the DRB review process. This is on top of 781 completed homes already on the ground. In the not too distant future, we will have over 1,000 rooftops in our community. The real estate market in Palmetto Bluff continues to surpass last year’s record. As of this writing, there are 429 properties worth over $451MM, either closed or pending, in Palmetto Bluff. This same time last year, we had 316 properties with $269MM in the pipeline. If you combine this sales success with the fact that less than 1% of the privately owned properties are on the resale market, we are seeing values increase across the board.
