To comprehend this process Let’s break it down step
by step
CCU-based polycarbonate polyols and isocyanates undergo a blending reaction, resulting in the formation of the synthesis of polyurethane (PU).
Through specialized techniques, this polyurethane is further processed into CO2-included polyurethane films.
Through the integration of CO2 Pure film and recycled polyester into outdoor performance textiles, we not only diminish our reliance on finite natural resources but also reduce the requisition for petroleum and fossil fuels. This integration adheres to the principles of recycling and empowers us to attain our objectives of carbon reduction.
* ARAMCO, also known as Saudi Arabian Oil Company. It is one of the largest oil companies in the world and is responsible for approximately one-tenth of the world's oil production. The company is investing in renewable energy sources and carbon capture technologies to reduce its environmental impact.

Why CO2 Film ? Is it worth it?
Typically, under normal weather conditions, outdoor skiing with a waterproof rating of 10K would be deemed sufficient. Even in the event of a light drizzle, there would be no cause for concern.
As for durability, we have the complete flexibility to adjust the fabric material.
For everyday wear, it wouldn't necessarily require the highest level of waterproofing or breathability. Such textiles would effectively against sudden rain brash while ensuring long-term comfort without feeling stifling or lacking in breathability. Moreover, it would contribute to carbon reduction and reuse efforts.

In April 2023, the European Parliament passed a series of pivotal legislations, embodying three significant measures. The urgency of addressing carbon emissions, carbon leakage, and related issues has become undeniable. The textile industry, similarly regarded as a major contributor to emissions, must ponder upon strategies to diminish greenhouse gas discharge. PALTEX diligently follows this prevailing trend, offering you innovative cutting-edge technologies that foster sustainable development, thereby transforming challenges into opportunities.
