What is the PAM Graduate Election [PGE] 2022?

The PAM Graduate Election [PGE] is held by PAM as part of its aspiration to become a forward institute in heeding the call by members for better participation that includes the election of their representative in Council.

The election would result in a Graduate Representative on Council as previously provisioned within the PAM Constitution under the non-corporate member clause 8.10.2

[PGE] 2022 takes precedence from [PGE] 2021 The recommendation of the election to run con-current to the PAM Council Election [PCE] was proposed by the PAM President Ar Datuk Ezumi Harzani during the PAM Council meeting on the 25th of February 2022, taking precedence from the inaugural PGE 2021 which saw the first elected PAM Graduate on Council member Dr. Najah Alwi.

Previous Graduates on Council were nominated and selected by Council.

[PGE] 2022 Candidate Eligibility

The following is the criteria for the nomination of the Graduate Representative as PAM NonCorporate Member on PAM Council, pursuant to PAM Constitution Clause 8.10.2 (b): a) A PAM member for one year b) Member of any committee for a minimum of one year.

[PGE] 2022 Voter Eligibility

Only PAM Members of the following category with an active membership may vote for the election of the PAM Graduate on Council; a) PAM Graduate Member, and b) PAM Associate Graduate Member

[PGE] 2022 | Past Election statitics Community driven action is the most meaningful plan of action.

While the Institute works on improving due process, communication , and key initiatives, we urge members to take interest and increase participation.
