What's Happening in April?

"Sky Info For April 2021" The full moon that appears in April is called the Pink Moon. This name came from the pink moss or phlox, which is one of the earliest widespread flowers of the spring. The Pink Moon of April is Page | 15

sometimes referred to by names associated with other signs of spring like Seed Moon. In other cultures, this full moon is sometimes called the Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and among coastal tribes the Fish Moon, because this was the time that the fish swam upstream to spawn.

April 12 - New Moon. The Moon will located on the same side of the Earth as the Sun and will not be visible in the night sky. This is the best time of the month to observe faint objects such as galaxies and star clusters because there is no moonlight to interfere.

April 22, 23 - Lyrids Meteor Shower. The Lyrids is an average shower, usually producing about 20 meteors per hour at its peak. It is produced by dust particles left behind by a comet. The shower runs annually from April 16-25. It peaks this year on the night of the night of the 22nd and morning of the 23rd. These meteors can sometimes produce bright dust trails that last for several seconds.

April 26 - Full Moon, Super Moon. The Moon will be located on the opposite side of the Earth as the Sun and its face will be will be fully illuminated. This full moon was known by early Native American tribes as the Pink Moon because it marked the appearance of the moss pink, or wild ground phlox, which is one of the first spring flowers.

"Every Breath Is A Promise" By Melinda Johnston

A personal reflection...

As many of you know, the past year or so has brought great change to our lives, our family dynamics, our goals and opportunities...etc. In my own life, change came like a freight train with the loss of both my parents and my beloved companion, Chinook all occurring within months of each other. And of course the travel and retreat portion of my business came to a screeching halt...none of these are experiences one can plan for.

The spiritual teachings tell us that when massive change comes, expect massive new opportunities on the other side. The Universe is always balanced, always in harmony, there is always an equal exchange between flow and ebb.

It makes sense to strive for Flowing experiences, but when you find yourself in an ebb, a season of loss...in the Stillness, what can appear and feel barren, is an vast sea of bliss, comfort, grace, and even authentic Joy. It's there, and will lift you, guide you, and inspire you...whenever you are willing and ready to surrender the "pain" of the loss.

Surrendering the pain of loss, or the pain of any troublesome emotion is a leap of Faith that will graduate you into a higher realm of consciousness.

Many of us, blinded by loss, perhaps subconsciously hold onto pain.

During the ebb season, we allow the pain to define us. It is quite easy to become trapped inside that belief, because the emotions entangled with the loss, bind us to the condition. It is not long before we become trapped inside a whirlpool of suffering over our own suffering.

During the winter season, I had the privilege of teaching an Intro into the Bhagavad Gita course. I have always had a favorite verse from this amazing spiritual text, but the act of preparing for and teaching the course...when I came across the verse again, life instantly became renewed: "Whatever you do, make it an offering to Me - the food you eat, the sacrifices you make, the help you give, even your suffering." Gita 9:27 In my own practice of reading spiritual texts, I BREATHED that verse in, and instantly my eyes were opened, and my tiny broken heart was mended. In all the pain and loss, I had forgotten to include God/Universe in the experience of it.

In a single mindful breath love, grace, beauty, release, transformation came rushing in. With full awareness AND faith (a sense of expectancy) I offered the suffering to God. In that instant, I became free of the pain. Glory! Glory!

In the next breath, my consciousness instantly REMEMBERED that EVERY breath is the eternal NOW, and every promise God/the Universe has made to humanity is available for the asking. Quite a Page | 19

humbling experience, and certainly a freeing one.

Indeed, every breath is a promise of new life, new potentialities, new peace, new fulfillment, new joy... if you are willing to surrender the pain.

Blessed be this season of renewal, transformation, new growth, and new opportunities. Allow each mindful breath to usher in a restored sense of authentic Joy. “Vaccination Or No Vaccination” By Barry & Joyce Vissell

This is not an article about the benefits of getting a vaccination. Nor is it an article about not getting a vaccination. I am writing about following one’s heart and having respect for others’ decisions. There is so much tension right now about a person’s decision to either vaccinate or not. We need to have respect for one another.

The decision to get vaccinated was not difficult for me. Right away, in my heart, I knew this was the right decision for me. I have had Covid19 and I was really sick with it, and I also know how lucky and blessed I was that I never had to go to the hospital. I do not want to get Covid19 again or any of the variants. I did not even have to think about this decision. My heart directed me very clearly.

But just as clearly, people are being directed by their hearts to not get the vaccination. We have a mentorship program that now meets on Zoom. There are ten women in this group, with Barry and me as the leaders. Having this group has been enormously helpful for all of us, especially during this time of the pandemic. During one session, Kerry cried while she shared a recent very traumatic experience. A friend had asked her if she was going to get vaccinated, and Kerry replied that it did not feel right for her. The friend then proceeded for two hours to verbally abuse and bully her, calling Kerry irresponsible and part of problem of the pandemic. Finally, Kerry had to ask her Page | 22

friend to leave, but she felt traumatized and, after two weeks, she was still dealing with the emotional abuse she felt from that time. Kerry’s trust in her friend was deeply broken.

In this same mentorship group, we also have, besides Barry, three other wonderful doctors, each with over thirty years of experience. I asked one of the doctors how she felt about the vaccination, and she gave this reply, “I tell all of my patients about the benefits of getting the vaccination. But then I also tell them to tune into their body and into their hearts and intuition, and find the answer for themselves.”

I have two very good friends that I have had for over thirty-five years.

They do not know each other and live in different cities. Each one has come to the conclusion that, for them, the vaccination is not right. For me, I know that the vaccination is right. We respect each other’s decisions and there is no need to argue.

The pressure can go the opposite way as well. I have a counseling client, Betty, who is eighty years old. She is undecided about the vaccination because her daughter subscribes to the various conspiracy theories about vaccinations. Her daughter puts great pressure on Betty every single day to not get the vaccination, and sends her articles that support her argument. Betty’s doctor has urged her to get the vaccination, especially because her husband has multiple health challenges involving his lungs and heart. Betty’s daughter has told her that she will feel betrayed if her mother gets the vaccine. She gives her mother no freedom to go inside her own heart and intuition and find what is right for her.

We need to respect each other, and trust that each person will follow his or her own heart. If your friend is making a decision that is very different from your decision and belief, there needs to be respect. The proper answer is, “OK, I trust you are making the right decision for you.”

I swim almost every day at a sports gym near my home. There is a beautiful outdoor pool, and we all must sign up for a time and then can have a whole lane to ourselves for just 45 minutes. Today, I was running late and was in a hurry to change into my suit. As I entered the locker room, I was keenly aware that there was a verbal fight Page | 23

going on between two women. I quickly gathered that one of the women must have said that she did not believe in vaccinations and the other woman was yelling at her, blaming that she was the whole reason the pandemic might just continue. The rest of us were just trying to change into our swim suits or get back into our clothes, and had to endure the arguing and negativity. As I did not want to miss out on my swim time, I quickly left. But I thought about it while I was swimming. We all need to have tolerance right now for different opinions. When it comes to the Covid-19 vaccinations, there is much uncertainty and fear.

None of us know the inner story of a person’s decision to vaccinate or not vaccinate. We know a young man who is choosing to not get vaccinated. When he was a baby, his mother allowed his doctor to vaccinate him, and he ended up in a hospital with a severe allergic reaction. The doctor in charge told his mother to make sure that he never receives another vaccination as he could end up back in the emergency room, or worse.

Right now, we need to spread tolerance, understanding, respect and kindness, not only with the issue of vaccination, but with all issues.

Our world is needing this right now. If someone you know is making a decision different from what you feel, just allow them to have their choice and give love, acceptance, and understanding. Giving forth a peaceful and loving energy can help so much.

"My Life As A Medium" By Tobie Hewitt

He placed the ring in the palm of my hand. I closed my fingers around it without looking at it and shut my eyes. Immediately, images flowed through my mind.

“Three people owned this ring before you. One died after being hit by a train. One drowned. And one died suffering a massive heart attack.

Your nervousness and anxiety are coming from the ring.”

I opened my eyes and he was staring at me in amazement. “Everything you just said was true. Relatives all died the way you described.”

I could see that he was growing anxious. More information kept coming to me. “You’re on medication because of the anxiety induced Page | 26

by the ring. If you get rid of the ring, the vibrations will stop and you will be able to feel better and there won’t be a need for the pills.”

He shook his head in amazement. “I’m on a huge amount of Vallium. I can barely function. This is an heirloom, but I need to get rid of it. I can’t believe you knew all this.”

What he didn’t know is that I was as amazed as he was. At nineteen, it was the first reading I’d ever given, and it confirmed to me what spirit had indicated all along. I was a psychic medium, and now my further service to spirit could begin. I saw him several months later, and he was doing fine and was weaning off the medication.

I had known all my life that I had a strong connection to spirit. I have known my spirit guide, Roger, as long as I can remember. I knew things I could not have known. For example, I was home sick the day President Kennedy was shot. I was resting in bed and spirit told me to get up and turn on the television. Immediately, I saw Walter Chronkite giving the news that the president had been shot. My mother came into the room, ready to reprimand me for being out of bed, but when she saw the news, she stopped and stared at the TV. She didn’t even bother asking how I knew to turn on the set.

About a year before I had given my first reading, I received one in Lily Dale from a medium. She had held my ring and told me about people who had passed and then went on to predict, with amazing accuracy, the events I would experience over the next three years. Watching her, I learned how to give a reading and so I felt prepared to give my first one.

Since then, I have come to understand that my accuracy rate is very high. I can tell people things about their loved ones on the other side— how they looked, what they did, items they owned, even things they said. Once in a while the spirit who comes to the reading to interact with their loved ones becomes a friend of mine. That is what happened when I met Tim. Victoria had come in for a reading and I started by letting her know that if after ten minutes I had received nothing she was able to recognize from the other side, we would stop the reading and she Page | 27

would only pay for those ten minutes. It is how I ensure that I treat my clients with respect. I don’t want to waste their time or money.

She agreed. In just a moment, Tim arrived, tie-dye bandana on his head and leaning against a motorcycle.

“I have someone named Tim here and . . .”

Victoria cut me off, tears welling in her eyes. “That is exactly who I wanted to speak with!”

Tim was very pleased that I was able to see and hear him so clearly, and we continued with the reading, giving details of how he had passed, etc. The reading went on to other topics, but Tim stayed and, in fact, stops by periodically to say hello to me.

Another reading that surprised even me was given to a father and his daughter. They were seeking to speak with his wife, her mother. The spirit came to me, identified herself as Patti, which I shared with her loved ones. Patti said, “Say ‘yellow’ to them.” I spoke with her silently, confirming that was the message she wished to share. She said yes.

The man asked if she visits him, and I said, “Yes she does. What does it have to do with yellow? What’s yellow?” Both father and daughter were shocked and explained that they had asked Patti to get me to say the word yellow as proof that she was really there. I was as amazed as they were!

As my friend Tati and I travelled through the mountains, I was struck by how the indigenous people can use every bit of land to farm, creating a quilt of a multitude of shapes and colors.

It made me feel it was a metaphor for our lives - made of different experiences, shapes, colors, feelings....

"Magick - The Art of Bending Reality" By Cheryl Costa (Lady Tashi)

Consider for a moment the idea that reality is pliable and bendable.

Also, consider that real life mystics have been massaging reality’s pliable points using metaphysical techniques for millennia.

Magic is a topic that fascinates us! Stage magic dazzles and entertains us. Stage magic, as you know, is cleverness and the art of illusion.

Of course, there is the high-tech Computer-Generated Images (CGI) that we see in modern motion pictures, the proverbial movie magic.

Then there is the magic that we read about in fairytales. It's powerful magic usually wielded by sorcerers and the ever-present stereotype witch. Magic in storybooks is theater-of-the-mind, made real by the powerful prose and most certainly our own imaginations.

Then there is a real-life Magick. Please note the variant spelling that magickal adepts use to denote the art of the reality-bending practice.

Of course, most people will tell you that magick is simply makebelieve. They will assure you that such things do not exist. There are a few people who believe in the power of magick. Usually, these are not people who practice magick, nor do they really understand a thing about it. They are happy to bend your ear and tell you that magick is dangerous and not to be fooled around with. They also frequently say those who practice magick are evil. There are also many people who believe that only a divine being can manifest natural magick.

Still, others are skeptical, but they leave the door open for real magick. Unfortunately, they frequently expect real-world practitioners to perform abundant and mighty feats. They almost always want over-the-top and overt demonstrations. Yet many of these people are less than impressed when a genuine practitioner demonstrates some small feat that defies the laws of physics. “It's not good enough,” they say. In fact, it's never good enough for them. They almost always label it a parlor trick.

The truth of the matter is that Reality is a construct; therefore, it is bendable and malleable. I once read a passage in a book by Buddhist Scholar, Robert Thurman where he described that experienced lamas are literally immersed in the art of manipulating the “machine code” of reality. Magickal adepts have been doing this sort of thing to one degree or another for millennia.

Buddhist and Magickal practitioners alike understand that there is a Great Common Consciousness, which we magickal adepts call the Higher Self. We also both understand the idea of the dualist view. An adept refers to our personal aspect of the great consciousness as the Younger Self and our day-to-day human perspective as the Talking Self.

The basic technique of magick is simple enough in theory. It only requires communicating our intention from our Talking Self to the Younger Self to the Great Consciousness (Higher Self) for manifestation. That sounds like a “prayer” doesn’t it? In effect, it is a Page | 37

prayer of sorts.

Bottom line, all efforts to manifest something through supernatural means works through this mechanism. Some might call the Great Consciousness by a God or Goddess name or by perhaps a Buddhist Bodhisattva name, folks grounded in Star Wars Mythos might call it The Force.

By whatever name you call it, the principle is still the same; ultimately we are merely trying to get our intention communicated to the Higher Self or Great Consciousness.

This metaphysical communication also works in another way, the gathering of information. As a Buddhist lama once told me, meditate on it and be open to the knowledge. So instead of experiencing something to know it, you contemplate it and come to know it without experiencing.

A student asked a Zen teacher how he should learn a particular thing.

The teacher simply told the student to “know it.” This is the gaining of knowledge without experiencing it; this too can be accomplished by touching the great consciousness. This is the technique that military Remote Viewers used to gather intelligent information through psychic means.

In the movies, we are shown that great sorcerers read aloud powerful spells from venerable ancient books of magic. Such a scene makes for high drama but falls short in terms of actual magickal technique.

As a mystic, I will take three old ladies focused on saying a rosary, verses a great sorcerer reading a long-winded, verbose spell, any time. Why? Communication to the younger self is on a more primeval level.

Verbose higher language doesn’t cut it! To communicate with the younger self, you need to use, art like symbols, play acting, music, and dancing. Think of magickal practice as a non-verbal game of charades.

For example, you want to have a new bicycle manifest in your life. An excellent simple technique is to cut out a lot of photos of the bike you want and stick them up on your mirror, your doors, and even the wall across from your toilet seat. Put the pictures up any place where you can observe the photo in a relaxed state of mind. The other approach would be to engage those three old ladies with the rosary beads. Why? The reciting of prayers is known as a mantra. Repetition of mantra is a time-honored technique for quieting-the-mind. So now we reach the heart of the matter, quieting-the-mind.

Whether we are trying to divine or remote view information from the Great Consciousness-Higher Self or trying to impress a magickal request for the manifestation of something, in reality, the key to both scenarios is quieting-the-mind.

Other time-honored methods for quieting-the-mind are chanting, drumming and ceremonial dancing. Meditation is an excellent way to do what all the different techniques eventually achieve, mental quieting.

The process of quieting the “monkey chatter” in your mind makes it possible to non-verbally communicate an intention from the younger self to the higher self.

If you decide to learn meditation and perhaps the arts of magick, I caution you that to start any of it requires that you shut your phone off during your efforts.

Quieting the mind is the primary requirement for working magick.

The quieter the mind, the crisper the non-verbal imagery required for first-rate manifestation. Experienced magickal adepts understand that quieting the monkey mind chatter is what it is all about!

"9 Strategies To Cure Emotional Hangovers"

An empath absorbs the emotions of other people into their own bodies.

As an empath and psychiatrist, I know that feeling well.

Even though empaths may set excellent limits with energy vampires, it’s common for us to experience “emotional hangovers,” an energetic residue left over from the interaction. Toxic emotions can linger long afterwards which make you feel exhausted, beset with brain-fog, or ill. When dealing with drainers at work or at home, empaths often need time to recuperate later. In addition, try the following suggestions from my book “The Empath’s Survival Guide” to remove any hangover symptoms from an energy vampire encounter.

Enjoy the Shower Meditation. In a shower, stand under the stream of water and inwardly or aloud practice this affirmation: “Let this water wash all the negative energy from my mind, body, and spirit.” Feel the shower cleansing you, making you fresh, positive, and rejuvenated.

Use gemstones. Carry or wear a crystal, a black tourmaline, amethyst, or black obsidian to ground yourself and remove emotional hangovers. Shamans feel that if you carry or wear black, which doesn’t absorb light, you will be more protected. I wear a jade pendant of Quan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion. I love how jade changes according to your body chemistry over the years and protects you by responding to your emotional shifts.

Burn sweetgrass and other purifiers. This plant in Native American culture is used to purify a space. Its beautiful smell wafting through the air feels nurturing to my feminine energy. Sage is effective too. I also pick cypress sprigs, eucalyptus, and juniper to burn. Experiment with which plant aroma you respond to.

Use negative ion generators or salt lamps. These devices produce negative ions which clear the air of dust, mold spores, pollen, odors, cigarette smoke, bacteria, and viruses. They are also thought to remove leftover negativity in a home, office or other locations. (Your own shower, with its stream of moving water, also produces negative ions.)

Light a white candle. This sets a meditative mood and quickly removes unpleasant energy from any surrounding.

White contains all colors of the spectrum and creates comfort and calm.

Spray rosewater or utilize other types of aromatherapy. The delicate scent of rosewater is lovely. I find it effective in removing an emotional hangover. Or, inhale lavender or peppermint oil. You can also put an essential oil in a diffuser which spreads the scent in the air. (Stay away from synthetic oils with toxic ingredients.) You can try lavender, peppermint, juniper, sage, or frankincense and myrrh.

Experience the sublime scent purifying your energy and the room.

Get out in nature. Hug a tree. Do some Earthing to connect your bare feet with the ground. Rejoice in the flowers. Hold a rock in your hand. Breathe in fresh air to cure emotional hangovers. (Inhaling oxygen is a treatment for alcohol hangovers.) The purity of nature can restore your clarity and mood.

Create a sacred space for meditation. Place candles, incense, flowers, and/or a statue of Quan Yin, on a simple table in a quiet corner. Meditating in this sacred space protects you and builds positive energy, which is a balm for emotional hangovers.

Seek emotional support. If you feel negative energy lingering from a toxic interaction, say from a narcissistic boss or a critical spouse, you may need some extra help to remove it. Talking out the situation with a friend or therapist allows you to voice and dispel any remaining negativity.

Whenever you suspect you’ve absorbed emotions from someone else and feel an emotional hangover coming on, practice these strategies.

They’re a way of clearing unwanted energy and emotions from your body.

"A Message For Easter" By Niann Emerson Chase

What does communion mean? According to the tenth edition of Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary communion means: “mutual participation; the act or instance of sharing; intimate fellowship or rapport. A Christian sacrament in which consecrated bread and wine are consumed as symbols for the realization of a spiritual union between Christ and the communicant.”

Derivatives of communion are: • Commune, which means “to communicate intimately;” communicate means “to share, to transmit information, thought or feeling, so that it is satisfactorily received or understood. To open into each other; to connect.”

• Community, which means “a unified body of individuals; a body of individuals having something in common. A fellowship.”

Jesus communed and communicated with his apostles daily, and he lived in community with them. In this closeness of living with the apostles, Jesus showed them how he lived his life moment to moment in communion with God. In his teaching them, Jesus sought to divert the minds of his apostles from glory and “miracle seeking to the finding of a real and personal experience in the satisfaction and assurance of the indwelling of God’s spirit of love and saving grace.”

[The URANTIA Book, Paper 138, Section 8, Paragraph 8] In other words, Jesus taught and lived that the most important thing about an individual’s religion was his or her personal relationship with God and then how we live with and love others.

Communion with each one of the apostles and with them as a group began from the time that Jesus began to live in community with them.

We are told in Paper 138, Section 8, Paragraph 9 of The URANTIA Book: “Nothing ever seemed so important to Jesus as the individual human who chanced to be in his immediate presence. He was master and teacher, but he was more. He was also a friend and neighbor and understanding comrade.”

Comrade means: “an intimate friend or associate. A companion, a fellow soldier.” The URANTIA Book indicates that from the beginning days of the apostles uniting with Jesus, they continued to be disappointed, confused, overwhelmed, frustrated, and puzzled with many of Jesus’ teachings and his decisions. But in spite of this, all apostles except Judas stayed with Jesus until the end because of their love of him as a person.

In those early days with Jesus, Matthew said about their Master, “The more you understand some people, the less you admire them, but of this man, even the less I comprehend him, the more I love him.” [The URANTIA Book, Paper 138, Section 7, Paragraph 6] Again in Paper 138, Section 9, Paragraph 1 of The URANTIA Book, we are told: With all of their grumblings, doubts, and transient dissatisfactions, the apostles remained true to their vows of devotion and loyalty to the Master. It was their personal association with Jesus during these months of testing that so endeared him to them, that they all, save Judas Iscariot, remained loyal and true to him. Even in the dark hours of the trial and crucifixion, real men simply could not actually desert a revered teacher who had lived so close to them and had been so devoted to them as had Jesus. Through the dark hours of the Master’s death, in the hearts of these apostles, all reason, judgment and logic were set aside in deference to just one extraordinary human emotion, the supreme sentiment of friendship loyalty. These first five months of work with Jesus led these apostles, each one of them, to regard him the best friend he had in all the world. And it was this human sentiment and not his superb teachings or marvelous doings that held them together until after the resurrection and the renewal of the proclamation of the gospel of the kingdom.

Remember Webster’s definition of communion? “A Christian sacrament in which consecrated bread and wine are consumed as symbols for the realization of a spiritual union between Christ and the communicant.” Paper 179 of The URANTIA Book describes this first communion that Jesus introduced at the last supper before he was arrested, tormented, tried, and crucified. Also at that last supper Jesus displayed the most beautiful, humbling act when he knelt down at each of the apostles’ feet and washed them, which was the job of a servant. It was a deeply moving experience for those apostles, and it was a tremendous teaching for them. …now, the Master was instituting a new remembrance supper as a symbol of the new dispensation, wherein the enslaved individual emerges from the bondage of ceremonialism and selfishness into the spiritual joy of the brotherhood[/sisterhood], and fellowship of the liberated faith sons [and daughters] of the living God. (ibid., Section 5, Paragraph 2) As they brought Jesus the third cup of wine, the cup of blessing, he arose from the couch and, taking the cup in his hands, blessed it, saying, “Take this cup all of you and drink of it. This shall be the cup of my remembrance. This is the cup of the blessing of a new dispensation of grace and truth. This shall be to you, the emblem of the bestowal and ministry of the divine spirit of truth and I will not again drink this cup with you until I drink in new form with you in the Father’s eternal kingdom.” (ibid., Section 5, Paragraph 1) When they had finished drinking this new cup of remembrance, the Master took up the bread and after giving thanks, broke it in pieces and directing them to pass it around, said, “Take this bread of remembrance and eat it. I have told you that I am the bread of life.

And this bread of life is the united life of the Father and of the Son in one gift. The word of the Father as revealed in the Son is indeed the bread of life.” When they had partaken of the bread of life, the symbol of the living word of truth, incarnated in the likeness of mortal flesh, they all sat down. (ibid., Section 5, Paragraph 3) The sacrament of communion is merely a symbolical and artistic reminder that each one of us as individuals can have that intimate and personal communion with Jesus Christ Michael daily, moment to Page | 47

moment. Christ Michael is our daily comrade through his Spirit of Truth that is in each one of us. As a result of that communion with Jesus, we draw closer to the Universal Father through communication and cooperation with our Thought Adjuster, the Fragment of God the Father within each of us. It was Jesus’ communion with his apostles and disciples that enabled them to eventually believe in his resurrection and accept his ministry to them in his morontia forms. It is that daily communion with Christ Michael that enables us to continually be resurrected from our own deaths to our dio (erroneous) patterns, our own disappointments, confusions, and frustrations. It is that communion with the Creator that enables us to continue on after our various crucifixions, being resurrected to carry on the ministry today as the apostles and the disciples carried on Jesus’ ministry for the rest of their lives.

Think of those times of resurrection in your life when in some way God reached out to you. God reaches out in so many ways. He reaches out through nature. He reaches out through other human beings. He reaches out through the living spiritual forces that are on this planet, and of course He reaches out through the Threefold Spirit that is within us. I want you to reflect upon the different resurrections that you have had in this life, where you have in some way been uplifted by God’s personal ministry to you.

There are a lot of things happening on this planet that are very frightening and discouraging. We are aware of those signs of the socalled “end times,” but let us not forget the vision and the destiny of this planet and that light and life is being brought here. All of these other things that are happening are simply the labor pains of the transition into this rebirthing of our planet and of each of us as individuals if we choose to resurrect in God’s outreach to us.

Unfortunately there are selfish so-called journalists who try to, and often do, make themselves famous on the coattails of great men and women with their derogatory misrepresentation of those individuals.

This has happened for thousands of years, and many a good person and their families have been hurt in various ways by such yellow journalism, which really isn’t journalism at all. Yellow journalism is based on sensationalism and crude exaggeration, which is misleading, with many falsehoods and information that is not truthful.

Many yellow journalists, with an agenda to create a juicy story, seek out apostates from a particular group with an ax to grind—either religious, political, or another type of organization. Usually the Page | 56

leaders of the group are targeted, and these journalists feed off of the apostates’ embittered perceptions of the former groups they once were loyal to. The more abusive and hateful the apostate is, the more exciting the story. Obviously, without the ethics of true journalism, which considers all angles and sides of a story, there rarely will be an entirely factual and truthful representation from these type of journalists, who are not really concerned about truth. They are “looking for blood” to feed those who thrive on hate.

Mark David Chapman assassinated John Lennon to become famous, but his name is not on the lips of human beings, but John Lennon still is. And when you think of Chapman, you think of a murderous maniac, and rightfully so.

So it is with yellow journalists, who assassinate change agents with their murderous words. Their names are only in the company of individuals like Mark David Chapman.

“But no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.” (James 3:8) Many a great and honorable person has been character assassinated by unscrupulous journalists in this manner. For instance McCarthyism, in which McCarthy ruined the careers of many actors, actresses, producers, and directors in Hollywood, accusing them of being Communists.

Men like Ted Kennedy and Gary Hart’s presidential campaigns were ruined because of adultery accusations.

Today it is almost impossible to hold those individuals accountable who are perpetrating misrepresentation and falsehoods. Deceivers hide behind the First Amendment of free speech with their character assassination of those they are demonizing, and there just aren’t the laws to protect the persons targeted.

A large percentage of the population cannot (or do not want to) discern what is truthful and what is “fake news”. Unfortunately, due to the fame-motive behind most unscrupulous journalists and wanting as much publicity as possible, they do not even consider what Page | 57

is right and what is wrong. They give more attention to the demonizers than decent people who are bringing attention to the good these humanitarians are doing. (Most news with a positive message about goodness and decency takes a back seat to the more sensationalized news with a negative slant.)

In today’s modern society, one can say anything about anybody publicly on social media and get away with it under the free speech twist. This is not what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they wrote the Constitution. Facebook and other social media make millions of dollars allowing “anything goes” statements on their sites.

Slander and character assassination were not written into the Constitution, and the Founding Fathers trusted in common sense. But in today’s immoral and degenerate modern society, anything goes.

The Office of the President, or government leaders, or even ministers, no longer holds honorary designations because of the misuse of free speech and the kinds of characters who slander others to make a name for themselves.

Yellow journalists are like the ambulance-chasers on the constant lookout for a bloody wreck of a story so they can take advantage of those who suffered in the accident, with the motive of making money off of the situation but they are not really interested in the whole truth behind the accident. A true journalist looks for the whole truth and does not try to concoct a story to fit their unethical agenda of halftruths and distortions. What the ungodly call “truth” is usually perjury and discrimination.

Too many public figures are the targets of unscrupulous, fraudulent journalists, and as a public figure, I personally (and my loved ones) have suffered from these types of journalists. There actually used to be more justice for the defamed than there is today.

In England the laws are written more for the people, and a person who is defamed has more of a possibility of actually suing and winning against defamers. In the U.S. it seems as if the laws are more for corporations over people and for defamers over true servants of humanity. Often when the defamers are taken to court, the righteous people and their families are deposed and torn to pieces by Page | 58

unscrupulous attorneys who want to win rather than find justice.

I feel that part of the reason why defamers get away with murder, so to speak, is because of the “anything-goes” society we live in. Outright lies are more interesting and sell more papers and books, because people with dirty minds have no nobility to recognize the liar. Often people with an axe to grind or a vendetta flock together and even form negative networks to bring down a truly good person or organization, if they can.

I believe that when the Lord returns (which, with all the signs written about in Matthew 24 and Luke 21, could be very soon), the false journalists and all those who have lied or twisted the truth against righteous individuals and groups of people will be judged for their wrongdoing and held accountable for the harm they have caused.

In the meantime, I do pray for these wannabe characters, that they truly come to know Jesus Christ personally and have a relationship with the living God, finding their peace. Isn’t that the answer for anyone who hurts anybody in any walk of life?

Condemnation is not an act of love, and the false accusers will find out that love rules the universe, that there is justice, and that they will find themselves standing in front of that Righteous Judge one day.

"Act On Your Intuition" By Patti Fields

It happened one night. During a time of emotional darkness, I received a miraculous healing … in a dream! Before this experience, I had never considered that dreams could be a channel for healing. Yet, when you consider that everything is energy, it makes sense that a dream originating from the spiritual realm would have the power to shift things quickly. Beliefs and behavior patterns that have existed for years, decades, or even lifetimes, can change with a single thought from the spiritual realm.

After this initial experience, healing dreams became a common occurrence in my life. One night, I was struggling with a limiting belief that any fun, exciting, and imaginative idea was the ego’s attempt to distract me from my spiritual path. I labored through mundane tasks without energy or enthusiasm, believing that this way of living would keep me untethered to the material world. DREAM I stand in a crowd next to an older woman. She firmly grasps the hand of a little girl. It appears as if their relationship is loving, but my intuition tells me something is not quite right. No one in the crowd seems to notice anything amiss. Yet, I sense that the child is being neglected. I am determined to act. As the woman and child walk away from the crowd, I follow. snatch the child away from her. The child, scared and confused, reaches out for the woman. I comfort the child with promises that I will care for her. I will look out for her needs and keep her safe. These words sooth the child and she relaxes in my arms. The woman becomes irate and screams, “She has taken my child!” The crowd, hearing the commotion, closes in. “Give her back the child!” They demand. “I will not give her back,” I state firmly. “This child is being neglected. I am the one who will keep her safe.” The crowd sees no evidence of neglect, so they believe the woman. They sling threats at me. I refuse to budge. The pressure builds until suddenly a man confesses sheepishly, “I saw the woman yesterday and she WAS neglecting the child.” Now that an eyewitness has backed up my claim, the crowd knows that I am right. But, the man’s confirmation makes no difference to me. I acted on my intuition. That was enough.

When I woke up from the dream, I knew a major energetic shift had occurred.

All along my intuition had been telling me to rescue my child-like spirit from the ego’s rule. I didn’t listen until after this dream.

Inspiration that I repressed and ignored because I believed I would lose my spiritual inheritance, was now recognized as spiritual guidance. I nurtured and cared for creative ideas and ignored the voices that told me what I should or should not do. Energized and inspired by intuition, the old patterns of passively letting the ego control my life had come to an end. And, I was grateful once again for the insights and healings that can come from dreams.

If your creative, child-like spirit has been living under the ego’s “care” for far too long, maybe it is time for you to take action. Refuse to listen to thoughts that keep you from your power, your gifts, and your purpose. Act on your intuition. If you become confused or frightened, hold firm to your vision, yet be gentle with yourself. Never forget, “You were created to create the good, the beautiful, and the holy” (A Course in Miracles). Each day ask your inner wisdom, “What will give me joy today? What will feed my soul? How can I nurture and care for my creative spirit?” Then act on your intuition and go forth to create a beautiful world.

zen habits by Leo Babauta “What I Learned About Facing Fear from Cold Swimming” For the first 40 days of this year, I jumped in a cold swimming pool with two of my sons, as a practice in facing discomfort and fear.

We never looked forward to it, but it taught me a lot about facing things I don’t want to face.

The things we don’t want to face can look like a top hits list: • • • • • • • •

Overwhelming piles of work Our unhealthy habits Our addictions to social media or online browsing Finances or taxes Difficult conversations Projects I’ve been putting off Putting my work out into the world Piles of stuff in my garage

Does any of that sound familiar? Turns out, facing difficult stuff is huge!

In this article, I’ll share what cold swimming taught me about facing difficult stuff.

What Avoidance Feels Like Every day, I noticed myself not wanting to jump in the cold water.

Luckily, I had two other people I’d committed to, and they helped me to stick to the commitment!

I would pause and notice how my resistance felt. It is a tightness in the chest, an urge to go do something easier or more comfortable, and urge to not even think about the hard thing. An urge to turn away, to go to the busywork.

Imagine having to dive in a pool of icy water right now — OK, some of you masochists would probably enjoy it (Canadians and Finnish!) — but most of us would quickly think of a few other things that need Page | 68

doing. We’d feel that bodily resistance, and maybe a little feeling of dread as well.

That’s the same thing we feel when it comes to tackling an overwhelming project or having a difficult conversation. We would rather scrub the kitchen.

Taking the Plunge For 40 days, we faced this resistance. And here’s what I learned that helped: 1. Do it with others. Not only did it help keep me accountable, doing this challenge with my sons made it more fun. More meaningful. We were in it together. I highly recommend finding others to do it with.

2. Make it meaningful. Have a reason to do it that feels really meaningful to you. For me, it was not just doing it with my sons (though that would have been enough) — it was being a model for doing scary stuff in the world, for all of you. That is by far greater than my fear of discomfort.

3. Don’t overthink it. I wouldn’t think about the discomfort too much. There’s a way where we can psyche ourselves out, and argue why we shouldn’t do something. I didn’t think about it, I just stayed in the moment, and didn’t even anticipate the cold until I’d leaped into the air and was headed down into the water. The anticipation is often much worse than the actual difficulty.

4. Find the joy, find the fun. Every day, we experimented with different ways to find fun in the act of diving in the water.

We’d dance or yell, laugh or howl. In the water, when the shock of the cold water hit me, I’d find a way to bring joy to that moment. It doesn’t have to be miserable just because it’s uncomfortable.

5. No big deal. The thing that helped us the most was the phrase “No Big Deal.” We would act nonchalant, like it wasn’t going to be anything to worry about. In the beginning we’d do a lot of preparation, but towards the end, we adopted the No Big Deal attitude and would just jump in.

It was just as uncomfortable, but we found that acting nonchalant about it was very helpful.

6. Fall in love with the moment. There is always something to love. I would find wonder in the blue sky above us, in the intensity of the cold, in the aliveness I felt, in the yells and laughter of my sons. The discomfort is only a part of the moment — the actual moment is much bigger, and it is awe inspiring.

These were beautiful lessons for us. I hope to carry it through to my other challenges this year!

BP FOR HEALING MIRACLE Severine writes from China: Last week my friend’s mom who has a terminal cancer was at her worst, when I posted the BP request on your Facebook, doctors were not even sure she would make it last week.

Thanks to the group of people who joined the BP, the doctors just discharged her from the hospital and predict another few month of life. She feels much better physically and will spend Chinese New Year celebration with her close family this week at home.

Here were the BP we said “I ask any and all beings to please assist Z.P.R and her mother in Chengdu, China in receiving a healing miracle. Please surround them with massive white light and love on all timelines and may the outcome be better than we could hope for thank you!”

I have updated my post on Facebook and thank everyone who participated, asking BP for them to receive multiples MBOS in their lives.

MBOs FOR LIFE PATH Chris writes: Thanks for everything you do, it’s been enormously helpful as I’ve taken time to slow down and reset my inner compass.

Between your work and that of Matias De Stefano (yosoy.red) I’ve been learning about our true nature as souls and humans, how we live many lives, what our role is as a species and as individuals too.

For a long time I’ve wondered how I could ask my GA for hints to my path. But I also knew they wouldn’t tell me directly, so I’d still be looking for clues and guessing through intuition. Then I realized that if I was really surrendering to my soul path I should actually do nothing. Only then would the life I’m living unfold the way it’s Page | 72

supposed to. Of course, that’s easier said than done This is what I said: ‘I request a most benevolent outcome for learning to live without expectations. Thank you.’

Then, I added, kind of like an afterthought: ‘I request a most benevolent outcome for surrendering to the waves of the cosmic ocean. Thank you.’

Literally like a switch was flipped, I started to be overcome with emotion. First I cried uncontrollably, there was nothing I could do to stop it. Then I went into a giggling phase. It was the weirdest thing, the waves of emotion came out of nowhere, I wasn’t expecting them at all… so strange. And they weren’t attached to memories, it was just the emotion… As a wave of laughter overcame me I tried to resist – literally tried to clench my jaw closed (because it was just so odd) – but it still poured out like a tidal wave. There was about an hour of this, and since then a few short episodes have popped up sporadically.

Physically, my chakras have very obviously opened. My crown chakra, root chakra and third eye have been tingling/buzzing for days now.

The strength of the tingling comes and goes but it’s not subtle. There are more subtle physiological things too. The tingling in my crown / third eye started a few days before. For your readers, I don’t do any kind of formal meditation or anything related to chakras or kundalini… this has happened entirely spontaneously. Very unexpected and most wonderful.

TRIPS TO THE ER I forgot to include this one in last week’s Blog.

Lori writes: I was basically comatose during 4 weeks of COVID. I knew I was in bad shape. I opted for home care because I didn’t want to be alone in a noisy, cold hospital. I did have 3 trips to the ER! During one of the “coma-like” times, I very clearly remember a peach gold light coming into me. Would that be a check in from my guardian angel? I got a chance to really test MBOs during the terrible winter storm we had here in TX a few days ago.

When they predicted it would get down to 3 degrees I didn’t believe it, but started saying MBOs and BP’s for people of TX. When my electricity went out at night I just stayed in bed in the dark and whispered MBOs and BP’s.

I was one of the lucky ones (MBO influence for sure). My electricity went off for 5 or 6 hours and then would come back on long enough for the house to get back up to 60 degrees or so. The morning it was 3 degrees outside, it was 43 degrees in my house. My water pipes did not freeze or burst. I said MBOs during the entire time I was wrapping outside pipes with towels and generally preparing for unprecedented cold weather Basically whenever I got nervous or anxious or scared, I said an MBO and BP for others. The scariest part was not knowing if the electricity would come back on. The system malfunctioned in many areas. My guardian angel was totally there for me.

It was a tough week, no doubt about it, but the Gentle Way made my week much better than I ever could have predicted or expected.

"Going Beyond Space and Time To The Zero Point Unified Field”

When one thinks about time, it’s usually in a linear fashion that goes from future to past or past to future depending on how you think about it. Science would probably say time moves only forward. If I correctly recall, Einstein said that time was relative. I believe he also said that if we were able to move really fast as near the speed of light, time would greatly slow. It seems science has been fretting and analyzing the movement of time for many years trying to figure it out.

Einstein worked for years on the idea of his unified field theory but it appears he didn’t finish this grand equation during his lifetime.

Speaking about the matter time, sadly it seems most minds these days are so wrapped up in the fast moving flow of chaotic digital life that few really know how to relax and focus on the time of NOW, which if one thinks about it, is the only time that truly matters. Also, this constant state of mental excitement can wear on the mind, emotions Page | 78

and nervous system, causing it to fray like a wire in a fuse box. Frayed wires tend to short circuit if not taken care of. Our nervous system act like wires but are far more sensitive. Once they are destroyed by constant agitation, it may be too late to repair them? Although current science may be able to stitch together a broken nerve, to my knowledge it can’t make the light impulse flow through it.

The great yogis, saints, rishis, seers and avatars delved into the mysteries of mind, matter, sub atomic matter, and finer than atomic matter over the last five thousand plus years and discovered many things that modern science has slowly begun to awaken to and assimilate over the last three hundred plus years. India’s great masters have been able to use this divine science to intuitively see xray like into the true nature of life with all of its varied mysteries and beauty.

In our human ego nature, we tend to get so caught up in the narrow bandwidth of drama and uncertainty of this dream life that we are ill equipped to focus on what’s right in front of us. Sadly, so many get overwhelmed that they look for an escape through drink, drug, sex, cars, boats, motorcycles, shopping and other endless diversions that don’t solve the problems to life. Peace of mind can’t be found through those external forms of excitement and many lead to harmful habits that take us far from the reality of now and the unified zero point field.

Let’s face it; life can be darn difficult for anyone these days. No one is immune from the chaos, confusion and uncertainty of life except for those rare individuals who found the divine inner door of freedom and inner fulfillment to this unified zero point field. They are the truly rich! These individuals are greater than kings, presidents and the rich as they are not only free from the troubles of life, they can rise above the wave delusion of time to know and experience the unified field that Einstein postulated.

So, how can we be free like these super humans who have reached the pinnacle of evolution? We can do so by humbly following in their hallowed footsteps. They left behind many divine pathways that eventually merge into this unified field.

So, what is this unified field? It’s none other than God or Spirit. God created everything from the finer than atomic, sub atomic, atomic and other various states of matter. It’s His intelligent thought and light vibration that is condensed into heavier vibrations that fill this visible universe with everything we behold around us. God’s light and love is the unifying field that flows through everything of space-time, matter and even beyond. When one raises himself or herself to this elevated and purified field, all things are truly possible. Time has no effect on those souls who know this infinite truth. They live in a state of endless bliss and joy. They are free to be as heavenly children of God. Doesn’t that sound nice to not have to get caught up in all the endless troubles of life?

The good news is we all have that divine spark of perfection within us to make this journey to freedom. It matters not how far we may have fallen or how many mistakes we have made. Our trip to this unified field of eternal love and joy can begin with a single step today. We only need to be willing and receptive for this journey to begin. Once we sincerely start on our upward trek from ego and worldly matter to freedom and peace within, God’s infinite wisdom and grace can help carry us swiftly back to our inner wondrous home of joy.

All true paths eventually merge back to this unified field of Spirit.

Some paths are faster than others but it’s not this writers place to say what they are as each soul needs to decide what is best for them. Jesus stated it so simply when he said “When thine eye is single, thy whole body is filled with light”. The great Yogi Avatar’s call it Samadhi.

Whether you start with a simple prayer asking for help to be freed from the bondage of ego-self, reading a book from an enlightened yogi, going to church, repenting old ways or learning the science of yoga meditation, the paths are many. For this writer, he was truly blessed with a particular book many years ago called “The Autobiography of a Yogi” by Paramahansa Yogananda. This book opened his eyes to so many amazing things, miraculous things and also firmly put his feet on a royal path of happiness via the unified field that is God, Spirit or whatever you prefer to call our loving creator. All consciousness, matter and energy is integrated and connected in Earth's environment. The experience of separation contained within life here comes from an illusion and this illusion comes from containing the concept of non-existence within consciousness here.

This concept of non-existence can become very powerful with exposure to the experience of death in Earth's environment. The concept of non-existence comes from the uncertainty associated with the experience of death which has been a part of evolutionary activity in Earth's consciousness and environment. Containing the concept of non-existence associated with the experience of death generates a very powerful experience of separation in the consciousness and is measured in different degrees. All living organisms in Earth's consciousness that go through the experience of death transfer into a primary field of energy in Universal Consciousness known as the Higgs field. Any resistance to the evolution of consciousness here expressed in the environment transfers out of the individual living organism and they never contain this resistance ever again. The resistance to the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy is measured in a restrictive or expansive type pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy in consciousness in the entire body. The frequency vibrations themselves represent the existence and experience of thought so pressure that doesn't regulate properly within these vibrations causes the consciousness to go through an experience of separation because pressure separates the vibrations themselves. All matter in Universal Consciousness requires pressure in order to sustain form and experience evolutionary activity and advancement.

All living organisms in Earth's environment contain both light energy and dark energy in the form of frequency vibrations in the body. Love evolves into both light energy and dark energy but because the vibrations are different then love is experienced in the body in different sensations when light or dark energy is primarily emphasized in reference to experience with oneself and in the environment. Consciousness and light energy is measured by higher frequency vibrations and consciousness and dark energy is measured by lower frequency vibrations. Light and dark energy have to support the evolution of eternal love in existence and all three have a symbiotic relationship.

This misrepresentation has only come from the experience of separation in consciousness here represented in the form of duality between light and dark energy. This happened because human beings haven't understood what's been happening with the evolution of consciousness here in reference to the activity of light and dark energy and evolutionary development and advancement. Because light energy in the consciousness produces higher frequency vibrations and dark energy produces lower frequency vibrations; when the two converge together with evolutionary activity this causes pressure to accumulate within the frequency vibrations of mostly dark energy and some light energy. This activity is what causes Universal Consciousness to experience expansion and acceleration and not just dark energy. Pressure transfers into dark energy easier because the vibrations themselves are lower and there is more dark energy in existence everywhere. Existence is designed this way so dark energy could process more pressure and maintain the integrity of the evolution of light energy everywhere. This is due to the characteristic of empowerment that is contained within consciousness associated with dark energy because love and dark energy serves as the foundation for the production of more light energy in the consciousness. This happens because of the characteristic of nurturing associated with light energy and this is closely associated with female consciousness and female consciousness introduces more life into existence through the body and the reproductive process. This is a primary reason that love and dark energy supports the evolution of love and light energy. This is why stars are observed the way they are from life contained in the environments of planets.

The resistance to the evolution of consciousness hasn't come from dark energy itself; it's come from certain degrees of pressure within Page | 85

the frequency vibrations of consciousness that becomes restricted or too expansive. This is what has caused the experience of separation in consciousness with evolutionary activity and this has come from consciousness not understanding the foundation for life here or what happens with the experience of death. Consciousness here in Earth's environment has went through a powerful experience of separation from the truth and the truth will be revealed in it's entirety with the introduction of the Shift in Consciousness and this will bring about the foundation for world peace forever. Animals contain very powerful love and dark energy. Fearlessness, empowerment, fortitude and strength has been necessary for these particular living organisms to sustain themselves in Earth's environment this way.

Human beings contain love and light energy and love and dark energy as well in different degrees but human consciousness of course is different and animals have needed to rely upon love and dark energy in order to sustain survival in the wild. Having stuffed animals in the human population especially among children has caused love and light energy to evolve and transfer into love and dark energy within the animal kingdom on a global level. Love is the foundation for the evolution of consciousness, matter and light and dark energy and the evolution of consciousness, light energy and dark energy generates more love in Earth's consciousness and environment. The relationship of this activity is completely symbiotic. As this happens and consciousness advances what takes place is more restrictive or expansive type pressure which causes the experience of separation and resistance to evolution changes and the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy can become more powerfully integrated with themselves and the experience of separation in consciousness consistently improves and this facilitates more evolution of consciousness.

Stuffed animals are contained in toy stores, department stores, neighborhood pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens and in homes everywhere. The adult population also contains stuffed animals and this is fantastic for the relationship with the inner child. As an individual ages what happens due to more interaction with stimulus in the environment is the consciousness can go through an experience of separation between the conscious activity of the adult and the past experiences of youth. This can generate more resistance to evolution in the consciousness and body with the production of light and dark Page | 86

energy in the consciousness (body). Having a stuffed animal as an adult transfers the present experience of adulthood into the past of the inner child which is associated with powerful curiosity, wonderment, exploration and spontaneity. Being a child sometimes everyday waking up was a new adventure to behold and this allows a very powerful interaction with Earth's consciousness which allows for a more powerful transfer of energy from the Higgs field contained within Earth's environment. Having a stuffed animal as an adult or child helps the individual with the transfer of the evolutionary activity of the relationship with the Higgs field where eternal love is stored on a universal level. Life in Earth's environment has only experienced about a 5 to 8 percent rate of interaction of activity with the Higgs field because the resistance to evolution in the body has been so powerful here in reference to the experience of separation in the consciousness. This is why living organisms age here and go through the experience of death.

Interaction with stuffed animals in the population of human beings was actually necessary and has been an integral part of the evolution of consciousness here in Earth's environment. Because all consciousness, matter and energy are connected in space and time here what this has been doing has been helping to incorporate human consciousness into animal consciousness on a global level with the evolutionary activity of light energy, dark energy and love. This has been generating more evolution within the Higgs field in Earth's consciousness and environment which has been advancing the evolution of love on a global level. A very powerful transition is going to begin happening very soon with the introduction of the Shift in Consciousness and I assure you all that this activity will be unlike anything that anyone could have ever imagined or dreamed possible.

"Cultivating Your Enlightenment" By Kent & Renee Miller

December 21, 2012 marked the end of a cycle. The next grand cycle begins when the interplanetary magnetic field poles reverse. For now, we are in a period of transition and transformation. Covid-19, coupled with weather events that have occurred over the past couple of years, has created a global food shortage of which many are unprepared for.

For those who have never gardened, now is a great time to collect what you will need to begin your new journey bonding to Earth as you work her soil, providing food to nourish both your body and your soul.

An inner peace lies in the culturing of a renewed relationship with our Mother Earth, nurturing a soil free of chemicals and genetically modified organisms, bonding with Gaia in a more profound way, as she sustains a higher vibration within us while we are turning her soil. Putting our feet on the ground, and hands in the soil, the Earth’s vibration reaches up to our physical bodies, gently nudging our vibration upward.

We are also expanding our own conscious value as we explore what is needed to make our gardens successful and our food more nutritious.

It is through our expanding consciousness that we can consistently sustain an evolving vibration to ever-higher levels. The conceptual learning realizes the interconnectedness of all systems, from the fungal floor, feeding nutrients to the roots of the plant—that will, in turn, sustain us—to the beneficial insects that feed upon the ones that harm our plants. It is knowing what grows and what doesn’t grow in a given area and the balance of nutrients and pH of the soil to maintain the health of the plant. It is the understanding that the natural micronutrients are needed by the plant to sustain a healthy structure, naturally warding off disease. It’s about balance.

There is much to learn about how to garden organically, how to work with local weather and water conditions, how to deal with the critters Page | 91

eating the fruits of our labor, and how to nurture the soil. Thankfully, there are many resources available in books, on-line, and through local agricultural extensions. Even Pinterest provides a litany of ideas for small space gardening. Gardening is a gift of enlightenment, an opportunity for spiritual and vibrational growth, and an opportunity to expand our friendships as we reach out to other gardeners for both companionship and a sharing of information.

Victory gardens cropped up during world wars I and II to take the burden off of government in order to supply food to the troops. They are becoming popular once again in the shadow of covid-19 as a productive way to stay busy. It is a happy place for those not working, providing the dense nutrition not found in commercially grown foods to keep a body healthy during times of stress. An empty lot can be shared by neighbors, a lawn can be converted, a patio can be dotted with interesting pots, full of delicious and nutritious food.

During this time of great transformation, we can find a place of serenity and of creativity, to channel positive energy, increasing health and nutrition, all while raising our vibration as we bond with the Earth and expand our conscious horizon. It is a time where we can so eloquently move with the natural flow of energy, stepping into our new role as conceptual beings, aligned to a natural world.

"Sadness Versus Depression" By Sheila Tillich

I ask myself the question- Am I sad or depressed? Clarifying the distinction between sadness and depression helps me understand why I ask this question.

Unfortunately, we live in an era where sadness and depression are misunderstood as “imbalances in brain chemistry.” This is heartbreaking. We are labeled as having “depression,” not understanding that a person is going through sadness. Sadness is real and it does not have to be labeled depression.

Sadness is a natural response to unreleased pain of actual experiences in life. Depression is related to a significant loss, and most likely an important loss of love. This insight has the power to heal the real root of depression. To achieve this in a way that does not require “medicating feelings away,” as there are other ways to unblock loss and sadness. This “other way” does take work with an ongoing basis proportional to the ability to face and release the pain carried. This is the bases of energy medicine I personally work with.

You can heal yourself by changing a belief system that no longer serves you.

Denying our painful feelings guarantees that we will continue to be encumbered by them. The feeling of being burdened, stuck, or not knowing what to do. Validating and expressing our sadness, letting them out and letting them go restores our natural ability to feel at peace and free. We no longer have the energy imprint that can cause depression. Going within - open your heart to free your sadness.

Understand where it comes from and fully letting it go – this is a Page | 94

beautiful self-healing act of self-acceptance. Sadness is a natural reaction to experiences of frustration, loss, etc. Completely be in touch with your sadness and letting it out, all of it, then there is no depression.

Depression - is the deadening result of powerful feelings of being ‘stuck and blocked.’ This can come from a learned belief system.

These blocked feelings stop us from expressing our natural emotions and living in balanced harmony with our life force energy. These blocked emotions cause negative imprints on the human energy field.

True healing can occur when our life energy force is freed (released) and the buried pain is gradually faced and thoroughly worked through. Body and spirit come alive, restoring healthy brain function and heals the root cause of depression.

Sadness or anger or being afraid for most people is when they cannot fully connect to the emotion. This can cause the beginning process of depression. Usually this begins from childhood from being treated hurtfully and not able to express and release their pain and sadness.

Their Mom and Dad, the people they needed the most to turn to for love, support and understanding, were mistreating them. (Often, Mom and Dad were also treated the same in their childhood and did not have the ability to connect to their emotions. The cycle begins.)

So, a young child unconsciously numbs and blocks the feelings (emotions) to survive and cope. This can start chronic depression.

A person can be sad, but not depressed - if they are open to the sadness and letting it out fully. Although depression could be smaller degree of sadness with a lot of suppression and denial. Go within – open your heart to free your sadness. Get real and have an authentic response and reaction to the painful things and situations that happen in your life. Get in touch with the inner child that still hurts.

Free that childhood pain. It is usually deep and has many layers.

Love yourself and understand that being sad is a real part of you and it is ok to be and feel sad. This is being real and authentic. Being sad is okay. It is a part of being human. You can be sad and not be labeled as having ‘Clinical Depression.’ You can release sadness and make positive changes in your life that create happiness. This is what I love about energy medicine: the whole body, mind, and soul. It looks at the whole dynamics of being human with an electromagnetic energy field.

It allows you to release the negative energy that no longer serves you.

Heal from the pain you still have, evolve into your full potential as a soul, and empowers you to create a life of joy and happiness.

"Secret In The Room" By Lee Carroll/Kryon

If you feel the core of your reality start to move into that which is different from what it was, the first reaction of many is to fear it! The reason is that most of humanity is invested in “wanting things to stay the same.” This even goes to those watching a program like this, calling themselves Lightworkers or healers. This is because the energy of the healing processes themselves start to change. The reactions to all this create much uncertainty.

The uncertainty that so many of you feel, again, leads to more uncertainty, anxiety, and worry. How many of you continue to awaken in those magic hours that your teacher, Shamir, told you about today [referring to the meeting]? So when you are awakened at three in the morning, when Spirit often will invite you to meditate … instead, do you now awaken and say, “What is it that I should worry about?” Dear ones, we know you so well because that seems to be one of the first reactions that so many of you will wish to change, allowing new loving energies to arrive in your life. Do not automatically give fear the upper hand.

The changes for you may be subtle, but you feel them. Many of these changes are not things that you can linearize or put your finger on, as they say. Maybe these things are simply changing energy and you’re picking it up? Indeed, that’s what’s happening on this planet at the moment, dear ones. You’re feeling that which is different – something that you haven’t experienced before, and the feeling is not a path that you’ve walked before.

So, there are several ways of treating this change and that has been discussed this day in the teaching. Indeed, we have spoken about this before, but now, it is more enhanced than ever.

The first reaction is often fear, and many will go to the worst possible scenario and then actually develop it. Did you hear that? A Human Being has the ability to take an idea and build any “house” they want.

It can be a fear-house or a lighthouse. Humans like to extrapolate everything. They take what is before them and develop it into a conclusion, based only on what they have seen before. Fear begets more fear.

Then there are those who will, instead, look at this and recognize that it was foretold. They will actually admire it, and they will say, “This is the energy of what the ancients spoke of. This is what Kryon spoke of.

This is what so many of my teachers have spoken of. I’ve felt this in my bones. I’ve felt this in my persona. We are starting to see a changing Earth.”

There are those who will actually go a step further and celebrate this strange new energy and say, “I know that it is difficult, but here it comes: Here comes opportunity. Let me see it all so I can know which way to turn.”

Again, I will say the things I’ve said before: If dark, horrible things seem to be crawling out of the cracks of this planet, and you’re seeing them for the first time, remember, they were always there. Now it’s time to see them and decide if you wish to have them continue or not.

If this is the case with you, remember that this is an indication that light is starting to increase, metaphorically, on this planet. Whereas in an older time, these things would simply stay covered up and stay as they were, now they are starting to show.

HIDDEN THINGS What’s going on in your house, and your room of reality? Are things starting to show up that you perceive as ugly or worrisome? Did you ever think it might be on purpose, so you can take a look at what has always been there? That multidimensional broom is always there, dear ones. It would help sweep away all of these things that we have spoken of that are inappropriate for your magnificence, including worrying about the future; including the anxiety that you may feel when you awaken early. There is something hiding in your room, and the broom can expose it. You see, it’s something hiding that is a major gift from Spirit. Your broom is a metaphor for your ability to sweep away the old ideas and expose this secret.

I would like to tell you about something you didn’t expect. Again, you tend to linearize everything. You might say, “Okay, how much work is it going to take in order to sweep these things up or change my life?”

Many of you love to make lists, don’t you? You tend to linearize action items in your life because that’s what you were taught in school. But there is another energy hiding here. There is a secret. It’s one of the best secrets I could give you.

Almost all of you believe that you are pushing that “Life-ball” up a hill in order to get to that place where you want to be. Even a spiritual place will take more work, you believe. This is a linear metaphor that says, whatever happens is an effort and will be difficult. Question: What if that’s actually not the way it works in this new energy?

What if I told you that, on the other side of that ball that you’re pushing uphill, there are hands that are grasping it and starting to pull it up with you? Are you getting this?

THE NEW SECRET Spiritually, Humans have always had free choice. You can do whatever it is you wish with your lives without any judgment. We have told you this for years. Love is this way. We are in love with you, and we let you be. In addition, we give you signs and hints, but not with intervention that would force you to do anything. Free choice is that way. It’s a loving hands-off.

Here is the secret. There is a new energy starting here that is profound, and that you need to know about: When you get into a certain realm, a certain energy of compassion and willingness to see a grander truth; when you start that path, dear ones, your Page | 99

consciousness changes. Consciousness is energy, and when energy shifts, things happen.

Even though you have free will, your consciousness starts to give messages to the other side of the veil of “permission to help.” It’s almost as if a light goes on in your soul and starts to shine very brightly in a multidimensional way. Imagine something with me: You start to change the way you perceive things, and your awareness begins lighting up. Suddenly, all those guides, helpers, angels (whatever you wish to call them) are alerted.

“Look! Look at what she/he is doing. Look at the light. Look at this!

Now we can help, because this magnificent Human has made the choice to change. Wow! This soul has made the choice to look. The light of this consciousness has given permission for intervention.”

Once you’ve made the choice to look, your perception is altered as well: Is God bigger than you were told? Are you bigger than you were told? Are there processes starting to appear that might change your sense of reality? Are there processes that you are intuitively aware of that may even be multidimensional? Is it possible that you are being guided and that you may not have to push that ball as much? For some, that seems counterintuitive. For them, a higher level of awareness can only be created by pushing the ball harder. Welcome to the secret. It’s NOT that way.

The way you perceive this message is like a light switch. Do you believe it? If so, know this: When you start to activate these new ideas of your new consciousness, you get help – lots of help. Lightworker, there is enhanced light when you start to understand that you are an amazing lighthouse. You might even say, when you start understanding this, that it spreads your Soul-Light in a logarithmic way. It amplifies itself in a way that is not linear, and you can see results in that help in your daily life, almost instantly. Love is that way.

When I first came to this planet, I gave you a basic “Kryon metaphor.”

I told you that when you’re in a dark room and you light a match, interesting things happen. The first is that everyone can see just a little better – everyone. Most of them may not even know the matchPage | 100

bearer, or where the light is coming from, but by having just a little light, everyone benefits.

It’s a metaphor that means that what you do for yourself often is grander than you think, and not just for you. Is it too grand to say that all of the souls of humanity might know when you light that match?

Some of you are receiving a large awareness right now of this secret and are saying: “I want to hear these things again. I want to start practicing some of these ideas.” If that is you, then you’ve just thrown the switch of intent. For over thirty years, we gave you information about the power of pure intent as an axiom to enhance your life.

That Life-ball that you are pushing uphill in order to get rid of the fears and the anxiety … is starting to be pulled uphill as you push it.

Do you feel it? This is the hidden secret. Free-will includes the freedom to now grasp consciousness as an actionable energy that can change your entire reality. Are you able to start compassionate action in your thinking to everyone, including those you don’t want anything to do with? Can you love a soul, no matter what? Can you float around your own home, or are you weighed down with fear and challenge and so much more?

Love changes all. It’s more than just a hand pulling that ball, which is helping you, dear ones. It is your Old Soul destiny. Indeed, when you start to examine that which you never examined before, you are not traveling an unknown path at all. Instead, you’re on a beautiful path that you have felt belongs to you. You are correct.

All of these things we give you because we now can. However, most of all, this message is given to you because you “decided to look,” and to be with us here today.

This will not be the only time that we present this information in channel, for this is the core information that we came to give you, if you would make it as a civilization past the precession of the equinoxes. You did!

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

Not only did you write the rules of this game, but you literally wrote the many different ways to experience the game. Now the game is changing. It is no coincidence that many of you find yourselves on Earth at this moment. Most were here at the beginning, and the family is gathering for the next step.

That next step includes being able to carry more of your own spirit in your physical body. Your body will have the most difficulty with this shift, but that is already well underway. It increases the light in your eyes when you smile. That may not sound like much, but once mastered the light will lead and unite you. We can tell you that from our perspective this is being accomplished in many ways. The problem with more light is that it makes it difficult to hide.

Wave of Grief One thing taking place right now, which very few people have been able to identify, is that many of the challenges of the collective are actually an elongated wave of grief. We mentioned this quite some time ago, when that virus came in and people started dying in mass.

They’re still dying, even worse than before now. The interesting part is that not only is there a wave of grief for those who have left, but you’re also grieving your old lifestyles. That grief will play out for a time in many ways, including a rise in crime.

Some may look forward to creating something new. And yes, one needs to tear down so rebuilding anew can begin. That is the traditional way that humans have moved from one stage to the next, going back to the stories of the Shakti and the Shiva. Here you are creating it all over again in a different way. What we’re going to ask you to do is to look ahead. Instead of looking at all the small little mud puddles that are on the path, focus on the opportunities ahead. We’re going to take you much further down the road, because that’s what many of you came in for. Sacred Contracts Sacred contracts are starting to trigger on a massive scale now. These are the big contracts you hoped to work on as a spirit. Your spiritual family on our side of the veil is around each of you more than you may know. So, don’t be surprised if suddenly you’re speaking with someone and a message slips out of your mouth without going through your brain. Humans call it channeling. You will be getting much more of this from time to time, as we give you these gentle nudges.

Now the Earth energy is growing denser. You’re not the only ones experiencing this, for Earth herself is going through a massive shift.

She has worked very hard as a living sentient being to make space, to create this incredible energy where biological beings of her own creation could grow and have a very long lifespan. If you look back at some of her own history swinging from ice ages to global warming, she actually gave you quite a long time.

You’re all wondering how long humans have been here. It actually goes back to nine or 10 million years. But she’s held space at great personal cost so humans could thrive and be part of her. You’re an expression of the Earth, but you’re also a mix of the spirit. That’s the game that has been happening on planet Earth. Yes, you all walk around in a physical body. Every once in a while, someone will experience passion, laugh or smile. They do something that brought warmth to their heart. And in that smile for just a moment, you could see their spirit. That’s the game of hide and seek that we have been talking about, since we have been working with you. You’re looking for other spirits inside those physical bodies. The moment you can find and connect with them, know that they’re going to touch your spirit.

So, what happens when two people come together and shed all the energies, standing in the nakedness of complete energy to each other?

They remember Home and fall in love. Depending on a person’s goals, belief systems, and sexual preferences, a relationship can progress. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to be with everyone that you Page | 107

fall in love with. The idea is to fall in love with as many as you can, who align with your four vibrational lines of integrity: what you speak, what you think, how you act and what you believe. These are the parameters that will define the ways you allow yourself to fall in love, the “rules” of the game. Keep in mind that if you can fall in love with a person who passes you on the street without ever seeing them again, your spirit glows because of that expression. You are the ultimate beneficiary of that love. It could be said that you are in a game trying to see how many people you can fall in love with on planet Earth.

We see you, dear ones, you’re hiding behind those shells of physicality. You’re creating emotional memories that you recreate over and over and over again, trying to perfect them each time. Then when you have that, you return Home. You bring all this energy here and spread it out to the collective of all that is. Everything is recorded.

Every pen stroke, every blink of an eye, every aspect has been recorded. We watch over your shoulders as you go through much of this. We find it interesting that some of you feel so incredibly alone when we’re right here. And not only us, there are many beings on realms that humans know very little about. In addition, there is an important gathering taking place on this side of the veil to assist in this transition of all of humanity.

Mud Puddles The road ahead has twists and turns, it is difficult to see. As you start looking for a clear road ahead, you may see mud puddles and obstacles that weren’t there before. You may be wondering if this is still your path of least resistance, or if you must go find a new one.

Breathe, dear ones. Although it used to be that a contract would come along once every so few years and you’d be able to work on it a while, now you’re going to find them right after one another. It is nothing actually wrong, simply the way you set it up. Do anything you can to start connecting your hearts and connect to other beings, even if it’s at a distance. Being able to see a spirit inside a physical body is your job, that’s what you came to do here on Earth. Tag, you’re it!

"The Journey Inward" By Pamela Kribbe

Dear ones, I am Mary Magdalene. I come to you in friendship. I am joyful and grateful to be here in your midst.

You are making a difference. By coming together with the intention to change your consciousness and to make it more open and spacious, you create change in your life and also in that of the collective atmosphere on Earth – everything you do makes a difference.

From the perspective of the level of existence in which I live, the inner world is primary. We see events in the outer level, that which you call the objective world, as secondary. Outer events arise from inner changes, from intentions on the inner level – the external follows the internal. For me, and for all who are with me here in this level, the inner is more real than the outer.

For you, the opposite is true: the world around you has a considerable impact and effect upon you. The physical impressions you receive through your senses, the conversations with people, the outer circumstances, all these seem to define and shape you. Still, this is essentially an illusion. There is an inner world that precedes everything that is around you, and it is through the connection with this inner world, the world of the soul, that you regain your strength.

On the outer level, you are vulnerable and weak. You have a human body that can fall prey to all kinds of external influences: diseases, forces of nature, human violence. Your human body is fragile and delicate and it is mortal. There are also your emotions, over which you often feel you do not have any control. You then feel like the plaything of the moods and emotions that run through you, just like the weather outside you with its wind, storm, rain. If you are very strongly identified with your emotions, you will feel small and weak because you feel a victim of your moods and whims.

In a sense, however, states of mind, moods, and emotions are outside you. There is somewhere deeper within you that is independent of both the stormy emotions that run through you, as well as the physical world outside you, with its people and activities.

I now encourage you to go to this inner place, a place of neutrality and silence that is independent of time and space, and independent of the physical self. You can find this place within your body, and you can connect with it by becoming very intimate and close with yourself.

The body is the gateway to the inner self. Go inward with your attention and connect with your heart, and feel how the warm stream of your attention touches and benefits all your body.

Your body also has an inner life; it is not only an objective complex of cells or anything that can be described by a chemist or biologist. Your body has an inner consciousness and life, so feel that for a moment.

Let your breath sink deep down into your body, and feel that this happens by itself: your body knows how to breathe in a quiet and relaxed manner. Feel how the outside world is less important when you go inside and become quiet.

Descend into the area of your abdomen. Find a place there, in your lower abdomen, where you can come to rest; sense energetically where that place lies within you. Imagine that you touch that place with your breath; then descend into that opening or cavity with your attention. You can imagine that place to be like a bowl shaped by two hands, or from some other material. Imagine how that place of repose in your abdomen appears, and imagine that all your strength lies there. It is a quiet force that is millennia old and withstands time.

You have already been in a body here on Earth many times. Deep in your abdomen is a place where you realize you are much more, and much greater, than this body, than this person with these emotions; more even than this life. You are an eternal being, and the more you understand that truth, the more your soul gets access to your physical existence and outer life here on Earth.

First sense that inner peace at the bottom of your abdomen. There is an anchor, a stability there that does not scatter along with all the emotions and moods flowing through your energy field. Yet that still place is not empty – it may be neutral, but it is not empty. Feel the consciousness there; it is resilient and vital, and also very broad and spacious.

Imagine how that consciousness, that energy, flows from that deep source throughout your entire body, and just observe how that happens. From the still place on your pelvic floor, an energy flow swirls slowly throughout your abdomen. That current very peacefully and gently finds its direction. It is your deepest self that is merging with your earthly self, so just see where that flow wants to go: up to your heart, shoulders, neck, and head, or down to your thighs, knees, lower legs, and feet.

Feel that when you join with this energy, this power, you get a very different perspective on many things in your life. You feel you are strong and independent. You are greater and more spacious than everything that happens in your life; even more than your emotions and intense feelings. There is something greater than all that – and that is what you are.

What is needed today in many people – in all people – is space to be themselves and to feel safe. However, the existing structures in society on Earth are not capable of bringing that inner space and security to people. So what is needed are people who can bring in new, flexible social structures that are the outgrowth of this inner freedom and wisdom, and not those based on fear and control.

You are the bringers of the new. You often think that you live and operate here on Earth as a lone individual, but what you think and feel and do makes a difference. Even by just thinking differently, you exercise an influence on the world around you. The inner is always ahead of what is happening in the outer; therefore, the inner carries more power than the outer.

What you are thinking and feeling is essential for change in the world, so do not blindly dwell on how you appear to the world. Instead, I encourage you to go within. What then emerges from within, the regaining of a sense of your own strength, will be spontaneous and happen naturally, so you do not need to dwell on making it happen.

The way inward turns the key in the lock, and from that turning will the rest unfold naturally.

The way inward calls for courage. It sometimes seems easier to adjust to the energy flow and seemingly apparent facts which exist around you in society, with its expectations and the habits of people. A very compelling suction power emanates from that energy flow, and, in a sense, it can become a distraction and addictive. It feels gratifying to think you belong to society and flattering that you are admired or loved in that way. But what is that love or admiration really worth if it restricts you and does not do justice to who you really are inside: the living vital force in your abdomen that comes directly from your soul.

Ultimately, it is the intention that you give this vital force of your soul a wide open path, and that starts with your inner renunciation of structures, requirements, and expectations that do not fit you, and doing this requires courage. It is very natural, and you are not crazy, if you experience fear when you fully descend into your abdomen and make the connection with your spontaneous nature, with your deepest impulses.

Because of that fear, it is necessary to do this descending, again and again, in order to revive the connection with the power in your abdomen. You need to keep reminding yourself that your true core is there; that it is there where lies the source of your inspiration and thus also the source of the meaning and direction of your life.

I encourage you to descend into your abdomen and to connect with this resting place, and from there to feel your energy flow downward into the Earth. Feel free and unlimited by entering into a joyful connection with the Earth and with her essential core; you and the Earth are both powerful souls. Now ask yourself and this flow: “What do I need to do in my everyday life to bring forth my own power? Are there small steps I can take to make that happen?”

Now imagine that you are firmly anchored in your own center and joined to the Earth, and ask yourself: “What do I want?” Feel that “I” resound deeply. It is a deep “I”, an essential layer of yourself that speaks to you here. It is possible that you do not sense something concrete right away, but pay attention to what you do feel, what you desire or long for fervently. Maybe it is something general: more freedom, more lightness, less pressure. Let it bubble up and trust the instinctive wisdom of the flow in your abdomen. But do not dwell on it overly much; simply go along with that flow.

Realize that if you do this regularly in your daily life, you are in a certain way a revolutionary. In the silence of turning inward, you let go of that which is only apparent, is illusory. You begin to really listen to your authentic self and thus to create change, not only for yourself, but also for the society around you.

You are in the final stages of a specific unit of time, and you all have been subject to a unique system of rules. Total free will was deemed to be a great gift; however, it became a great burden as humanity sank into the broad spectrum of duality, which has resulted in great pain and suffering.

It is time to intercede! There will be a Divine Dispensation for those who are striving to attain Self-mastery, and the Spiritual Hierarchy and the Angelic Kingdom are authorized to give assistance in whatever way is appropriate within the framework of Cosmic Law.” The Law of Grace exists as the higher frequencies of Karmic Law, and it will, henceforth, apply to the emerging group of World Servers as well as the aspirants and disciples on the path of ascension.

As this particular era comes to a close, there will be a new system of rules and laws which will apply to all emerging Spiritual-Human Beings. A new expanded cycle of Creation is in progress, and all of you who are striving to attain a unified state of consciousness will be designated as cocreators of the future. As a Ray of God Light, your Divine Mission is to expand the borders of God-consciousness. Your goal is to become a master of manifestation, drawing forth the Essence of Creation, activating it within your Sacred Heart, and via specific thoughts from within your Sacred Mind, molding the God Substance into an endless variety of forms. Thus, you become a true extension of our Father/Mother God. You, the wayshowers, are the hope of the future. You are laying the foundation for a new social order. It is vitally important that you walk the middle path. A Self-master does not take sides, neither for nor against the conflicts that are presently raging around the world. Your personal power is most effective when you stay centered within your Sacred Heart and you are guided by the wisdom of your Sacred Mind.

Your stance should always be that of good will, and your platform should be for the greatest good of all.

As you actively seek en-Lighten-ment and strive to return to balance and harmony within, it is important that you become aware of certain karmic limitations which your Soul has accepted as a learning experience in this lifetime. gracefully and to strive for excellence within the framework of the boundaries that have been imposed upon you – not as a punishment, but as an opportunity to balance discordant energy and thought patterns. However, we wish to emphasize, this lifetime is unique for every Soul on Earth, and no matter what circumstances you were born into, there is an opportunity for greatness and a reservoir of knowledge and talents needed to attain Self-mastery. You were designed to be a master of manifestation, a cocreator with God-given abilities.

The first step is realizing that you have programmed within your DNA Genius Potential and a broad spectrum of talents and abilities. You chose, before you incarnated, a set of circumstances with specific abilities which are more readily available than others. However, even though the full range of your gifts and talents is held in reserve, you have the ability to bring them to the fore so that you may begin to actualize, integrate and use them.

You must have access to the higher Dimensional levels of the brain in order to make contact with your Soul-Self and the Beings of the higher realms. Your brain is composed of multiple levels of consciousness. The lower brain and the three lower chakras are the realm of humanity’s animal-human consciousness. It is mostly instinctive, drawing much of its information from the collective consciousness of the astral plane as well as from the Earth’s consciousness. Survival and the ego desire body are in control of the masses’ thoughts and desires, and thus form the prevalent picture of reality. The focus is on the external, material world and on service to Self.

As your consciousness moves into the mid-level brain activity, you begin the process of becoming a Spiritual-human Being, and your feeling nature will gradually move upward to incorporate the heart and the throat chakra. A gradual awakening process begins as your Soul nudges you onto the path of awareness, and the journey of Ascension begins. An aspirant on the path must traverse the astral plane and gain control of the emotional and astral body – the lower nature (the three lower chakra centers) – which will open the pathway to the refined frequencies of cosmic truth via your Higher Self, guides, teachers and angelic helpers. word and deed with focused observation abilities are important traits of a Self-master. You must clear the mind of distorted, negative, defeating thoughts before you can become a transmitter of Light into the darkness and distortion of the lower Dimensions.

It is important that you understand: as your frequency patterns or Soul Song become more refined, your attitudes and comprehension will attune to higher and higher levels of consciousness. Your Etheric Body will gradually change as well, and it will begin to respond to the higher frequency energies. Service to Self gradually evolves into a desire to fulfill your Divine Mission and to undertake group service.

As an en-Lighten-ed Being, you begin to build a bridge of consciousness back into the higher realms of this Sub-universe. This pathway was called the Antakarana in ancient, esoteric teachings, and is sometimes known as the Rainbow Bridge currently.

In order to return to Self-mastery, you must learn to use the three aspects of your mental nature: the brain, the mind and the Soul. You must also clear the negative distortions of the subconscious mind, and attune the conscious mind to your Soul-Self, so that the wisdom of your Soul and Higher Self can begin to flow throughout your four lower-bodily systems.

Remember, every atom and all your physical Being have consciousness; they must be en-Lighten-ed and attuned to the higher frequency patterns of Ascension. You are made of Divine Essence.

You are a Spark – a Fragment – of the Supreme Creator. You have latent powers that must be acknowledged and developed. There is a great need for humanity to refresh its Spiritual memory and to develop the powers of a Master of Light.

The Antakarana is composed of many sub-tributaries or streams of Light, which will ultimately strengthen and magnify the connections between the many Facets of Self and your OverSoul Higher Self, and ultimately your Sacred Triad that awaits you in the lowest sub-level of the Fifth Dimension. These streams of Light have consciousness, and they contain the intelligence of your multiple levels of Self which reside in the higher Realms. As we have told you, your subconscious mind is becoming conscious, and your conscious mind is opening up Page | 124

to the wisdom of your Superconscious mind, which contains the mysteries of this Sub-universe.

You, the aspirants on the Path, are becoming proficient at building and using multiple Pyramids of Light and Power in the Fifth Dimension as you slowly but surely become acclimated to a lower Fifth-Dimensional environment. Many of you have opened the pathways to the Cities of Light so that you may gradually incorporate higher and more refined frequencies of Light. You are also preparing yourselves to interact on a regular basis with the many Facets of your Higher Self and the great Beings of Light.

It is time for the next step in the Ascension process to begin, and many of the advanced aspirants on the Path are already becoming proficient and engrossed in the procedures. At this time, there is no question that those who are in any way advanced in spiritual consciousness are having their awakening and evolution process hastened as never before in the history of the Earth. This step is imperative so that more and more of you may act as transmitters and interpreters of Universal Law and Cosmic Truth.

The call for reunification is beginning for many of you, whereby your refined Soul Song is reaching various members of your OverSoulHigher Self. As you refine your vibrational patterns and your Energetic Signature reaches a certain level of harmony, your Soul Song will begin to reverberate out into and through the Fourth, into the Fifth, and for some of you, possibly even into the Sixth Dimension.

As a result, via Streams of Light, you will begin to connect with the auric fields of some of the Soul Fragments of your Higher Self.

Slowly, these blessed Facets of your Self are becoming aware of you, and gradually, they will begin the process of exchanging Memory Seed Atoms of higher consciousness with you. Those whose resonance is lower than yours will fall into line within the appropriate Dimensional level below you, while those who are on the Path ahead of you will slowly move closer within the column of Light above you.

You will also be moving laterally, as well as higher, into the refined realms as all of the Fragments of your Higher OverSoul Self gradually begin the process of moving closer and closer to your central column Page | 125

For some of you this information will be confusing; however, many of you are experiencing this process in varying degrees during your nightly sojourns or in meditation. Therefore, we wish to give you a basic understanding of what is taking place at the various levels of the Ascension process. We will discuss this further and in more depth in the near future.

As you study and delve into the mysteries of Cosmic Truth, you will begin to build a reservoir of knowledge which you can draw upon when needed. Also, as you gain further access to your Sacred Mind, it will seem as if you have tapped into a Cosmic source of information.

However, in the beginning, it will be your own ancient, extensive past that has been made available to you. You will become increasingly sensitive to ideas, concepts and complex information, and you will gain the ability to tap into this rich storehouse of information at will.

As you evolve and become skillful at sharing your wisdom with others, you will become increasingly sensitive to the subtle messages, concepts and ideas from your guides, teachers, angelic helpers and the en-Lighten-ed Beings from the higher realms. When you have turned the information you have garnered into wisdom, and you have become a living example of each new, advanced level of consciousness, you will then be qualified to teach the concepts to others. You must experience that which you teach and become a shining example, which is the most effective way to get the attention of others.

Remember, my brave ones, in every era and major cycle, Cosmic Wisdom and Divine Truth are made available to those with open minds and loving hearts. Submission to the Will of our Father/Mother God means adherence to the Universal Laws as they are revealed to you.
