Perseid Meteor Showers in August You can see them in the late evening to dawn on August 11, 12 and 13, 2020. The Perseid meteor shower is perhaps the most beloved meteor shower of the year for the Northern Hemisphere. The meteors appear in all parts of the sky. These meteors frequently leave persistent trains. Perseid meteors tend to strengthen in number as late night deepens into midnight, and typically produce the most meteors in the wee hours before dawn. Forgiveness Day is a time to forgive and to be forgiven. It must be a pretty good thing, because there are two groups that lay claim to a Forgiveness Day in the month of August. Both are world or international events. There's enough trouble and strife in the world. Two forgiveness days can only help to make things better. August Pagan Holiday - Lammas or Lughnasaid
It derives from the ancient English festival the Gule of August, which marked the beginning of the harvest, traditionally August 1. The church used this opportunity to make it a celebration. The word Lammas derives from the Old English phrase hlaf-maesse, which translates to loaf mass. In Page | 18
early Christian times, the first loaves of the season were blessed by the Church, a convienent way to again build connections of organized religion and the importance of wheat in the lives of the people at that time. In some traditions the bread was baked in a shape of a man to symbolize the god of harvest. To the Celts, this was Lughnasaid, the feast of the wedding of the Sun god and the Earth goddess, and also a harvest festival. In Scotland, the Lammastide fairs became famous for trial marriages that could be ended without question after a year. ________________________

Our recently unleashed COVID-19 pandemic universe which, in a matter of days, has swept away Life As We've Known It - never before experienced in pretty much any of our lifetimes - is more than anything a call for courage. Page | 19
It is a time to understand and newly create the Courage to Be: 1. Fully, greatly, unconditionally, compassionately present. 2. Endlessly committed to support The Greater Good. 3. Able to unleash our authentic Self as a "waiting in the wings" super woman/man revealed, and care for and about Her/Him in all ways enough to accordingly act, everyday. 4. Well understanding of the real operative laws of physical and spiritual reality. You may well ask: What the hell does any of that actually mean? Glad to answer ... but first I want to say ... Courage Comes from New Resolution of Unleashed Fear Courage always seeks to emerge from fear - it is an act of completion from experiencing true resolution (always a mystery) - and how we "lift up and out" in tremendous desperation through taking a fall. We can "check that one off the list", because in most of the world, as COVID-19 has been unleashed, we have collectively taken a tsunami-wave fall . . . and thousands so far - and by all predictions this hasn't begun to peak here, for sure - have not survived. So we find courage when survival is at stake. Now back to the above list, #14 ... When we come through the previous 4 stages of grief (in this order denial, bargaining, anger, helplessness/hopelessness/despair) to #5, we Accept What's Real - because it is what it is. Then we fall into being fully, freely, wholly present in each and every unfolding moment . . . and we become, in the wake of that, compassionate - which the Tibetans say is the most evolved emotion we are capable of feeling, defining it as detached loving. Then we intuitively recognize our real purpose, which is to support the Greater Good and discover to carry out beyond knowing, doing the right thing- accepting it as a Great Mystery/never fully known - but what we hope for and envision, accepting ourselves as morally functioning (therefore spiritual) beings, willing to be held fully accountable and recognizing we are, as unique, multi-dimensional beings of divine Page | 20
consciousness, able to freely choose accordingly without agenda. Now we become greater than we were through corresponding action and ongoing vision, newly creating and extending to all others, which critically supports growth/evolution with expanded definition through these acts of love without exception or qualification. We release any delusional faulty belief systems, understanding and living earthly lives as temporal - death happens, always, unpredictable and, along with physical life, therefore precarious - which continually births intense aliveness and joy as our great paradox of existence. We transcend and see ourselves as rebirthed anew - at our essence, spirit - as we see all life, moving forward beyond expectation, lightly carrying ever-evolving visions, uncaring beyond all related aspects of creating and supporting in expanding love, freedom and correspondingly unleashed power. Courage Unleashes New Power and Freedom to Choose When we find - always a surprise - our courage, unknown power is unleashed, as well as expanded insight and a whole new sense of freedom. Responsibility is no longer a heavy sense of obligation. Instead we are shockingly proud of ourselves and glad to courageously and without condition support ourselves and others, realizing we are All One. So ask yourself in this moment in a deeper reflective, even meditative state, what feels like a courageous choice I can make now that brings me a sense of lightness, power and clarity/rightness? Record your sensations . . . and SEEK TO DO THE THING. We are meant to live life courageously, and how life is always repeatedly brings us to face these directives, now more than ever. DNA stands for DeoxyriboNucleic Acid and is the storage of information that contains the instructions needed for an organism to develop, survive and reproduce. ESP stands for Extra Sensory Perception and describes the reception of information sensed by the mind—the brain at work to explore and engage its environment through its sensory organs. Through the natural programming of DNA in our evolution and reproduction, our brain has the ability to decipher information signals from its sensory organs to understand and navigate our physical world. The brain also has the ability to decipher information signals referencing our sensory organs to understand and navigate our energy world. One example of our energy world is the earth’s geomagnetic field, how the compass points to the north pole and how birds migrate thousands of miles. There are no arrows on the ground, but they follow the magnetic energy signals to guide them to their destination.

Where there is life, there is a biofield…an energy world…and our DNA and ESP are partners in allowing us to receive and interpret the information being shared through it. And efficiently, too! Through this one set of sensory organs, and the experiences and memories of our senses, the brain can tell us what is happening. If you were asked to “picture” a grapefruit, you may also suddenly smell it, or “taste” its juices in your mouth. Whether the grapefruit is physically being eaten, or the extra sensory perception of the brain’s memory is activated, you can be made aware of it. "The Winter of Our Spiritual Path" By Patti Fields
Driving through New York this past May while looking at the stark landscape it was hard to believe that it was Springtime. However, I knew that below the surface of bare trees and brown grass new life was just waiting for the right conditions and in a few weeks the hills would be carpets of greenery. I have to remind myself of this when I am in the winter of my spiritual path; when devotion to stillness and listening, releasing false ideas, patterns, and emotions shows no evidence of new growth. It is challenging to keep the faith when we look at the stark landscape. That is why I love this quote by Andrew Wyeth. "I prefer winter when you feel the bone structure of the landscape, the loneliness of it – the dead feeling of winter. Something waits beneath it – the whole story doesn’t show." He reminds us that transformation, renewal, and rebirth all take place inside underneath the surface of our life where no one (not even ourselves) can see it happening. We must remember that what we visibly see doesn't tell the whole story. Every season has a purpose and sometimes it is best for us to prepare for our new life. Maybe the winter is for stillness, listening, and following or to uproot fears and outdated beliefs, behavior patterns and judgments. Maybe we are asked to take baby steps to learn to trust more and fear less. It's important during the winter of our spiritual path to remember that life is unfolding perfectly. Whatever is happening or not happening can lead to good for everyone if we let it be used for spiritual blossoming. If we forget this the strain of the dead feeling of winter can be challenging. Recently I was feeling sad and frustrated that nothing was changing, I went to sleep and prayed for guidance. In my dream I am in my home. The bathroom and living room had undergone a major remodel. Both rooms Page | 26
had been gutted. New plumbing and electric were installed, and the ceilings and walls had all new drywall. All that was left to do was to paint the walls. What a beautiful reminder that even though the landscape looks stark, allot has changed over the winter! During this transition from the old way of living to the new way, take some time to deepen your insights, let go of your blocks, and open your heart to experience even more Divine love and compassion. Even though it looks dark at times, trust that there is an invisible energy working on our behalf. And when the conditions are right we will see the manifestations of our devotion to love and unity. This channel is being given in an auspicious time. It’s a time where many are in fear and others are struggling to stay out of it. Before we go into something that I want you to hear, let’s just take a moment… There are those right now who are saying goodbye to their elders. That’s difficult. They never thought it would be this way, and it’s difficult. You can be told some of the principles and the esoteric attributes and reasoning of it all, but it doesn’t help when you’ve lost someone. Let’s take a moment of compassionate action to be the Lightworkers of the age, and share the peace and compassion that you have - Light of the world that you are, for those who need it, just for a moment. Pause There are those who will say, “How long is this going to last?” The answer is: Long enough; long enough. I want to tell you things, given in metaphors. Some of you will understand and some of you will not. Let’s talk about children for a moment. When children are growing up and they reach a certain age, every balanced benevolent parent knows how to work this puzzle. Let’s say the child becomes afraid. They are afraid of just about everything because they haven’t seen everything yet, or perhaps certain unknown things frighten them, or they just need help. Sometimes the biggest fear is of the dark, and they’ll say, “Dad, Mom, I’m afraid of the dark; I don’t know what’s there. Help me because there could be monsters lurking there.”

Every good parent knows how to handle this. They will tell a child: “Listen dear little one, I’m going to turn on the light here for a moment. When I do, I want you to see there’s nothing there. When I turn the light off again, I want you to understand there’s still nothing there. But if you’re still afraid, even for a moment, I’m still here. I’m holding your hand; just hug me; just hug me. “Don’t be afraid of what’s not there,” they will say to the child and eventually, through time, the child evolves and grows up. The child balances itself and It knows what the parent knows. Then it’s able to help the children that arrive in the future. It’s classic, absolutely classic: Children go through times of fear when they don’t understand things, but that is so easily correctible with compassion and love, and a nurturing explanation. Every good parent listening or reading here has gone through this and perhaps they even experienced it with their parents as well. I’m going to give you two scenarios that totally go against this commonsense maturing, but which happen every day. Perhaps it’s inappropriate, but they happen. SET UP: I want you to imagine that child for a moment - in that state of fear - trying to make sense of things in the dark. They always imagine things perhaps, which might attack them. Scenario One: What if, instead of a hug, the child saw that the parent was afraid too? When that happens, it’s over for the child and they often check out [no hope]. They check out because it’s just too much to process. They’re afraid of the dark and so are their parents. It scars a child for life. They won’t forget this moment because there’s no hug. There’s no explanation; there’s no light; there’s only fear. Their parents are shaking in fear, as well. It happens. It has happened. It happens during war times when the parent can’t do anything about it. Scenario Two: This one is even worse, and it represents inappropriate parental control. This is when the child is afraid of the dark and the parent says, Well, you should be! There’s are evil things there! So, you must do this and that. The child grows up with rules about evil, or invisible dark things, and understands that there is no hug for the dark at all. There’s only fear and rules to let you escape the worst. Everything I’m telling you is a metaphor. Some of you are understanding this already, and some of you are not. Every Human Being listening here, every one of you, has an inner child. Some of those inner children right Page | 29
now are scared to death, and some are not. I know who is listening to this later, dear ones. I know who is listening to this and watching it now. Many very mature old souls, who know exactly where this is going, will say, Well, this message is not for me, I’ve gone beyond it. Have you? Have you really? How far does it have to go before that maturity breaks down and you start to fear? I’ll tell you right now, Lightworker, old soul: All of you have nurturing, compassionate tools inside you to soothe that savage beast called Fear. It’s what Adironnda [Marilyn Harper channel] said also; it’s what were all saying also. If you didn’t hear it already from me, I’m giving you a prediction: One of the things that’s going to radically change when this event (virus) is all over, is the accountability from those who inform you in media. When the dust clears, you’re going to look at this closely and say, All the media made it worse, made it worse! Dear one, in your life there’s never really been anything like this. Your media information sources are marketing-based media. They are not information-based. Dear ones, you know this. They all compete for your viewership and the more dramatic things they can show, the more humans are attracted. This goes for most of you, the world, and perhaps even Lightworkers. Many of you have to consciously remember to turn off the media, since it is carefully designed to “pull you in.” The world is attracted to drama, so after the media gives you information that may be totally correct and accurate, they then “spin” the fearful side of it without you even being aware that they are doing in. Not only that, they depend on repetition to make certain you hear it many times. Did you know it’s possible for you to turn on the media when you wake up, then turn it off when you go to bed, and hear the same thing over and over 3040 times? How does it make you feel? How does your inner child feel when all you’re seeing is that the adults are afraid too? The media is not yet aware of something else they are doing automatically within their programming: In-between the designed drama they are giving you, they then are playing advertisements which create even more inappropriate ideas. The advertisements are often about medicine and drugs you need because you’re old, or medicine you need because you’re young and have pimples, or medicine you need because right now you are in anxiety (which they created), or medication you need just because you Page | 30
stand there as a Human Being, aging every hour. In other words, you’re never normal! You always need something to medicate you. Or perhaps you need an attorney to help you after the medication went wrong? I don’t think that those media outlets are really putting together what they are doing: They are responsible for scaring the planet to death. That will change. Watch for it. The demand for Accountability for this scenario will eventually create “hope channels” of media. There will finally be room for the good news channels. Lets call them TFH channels: (My partner’s term for TRUTH-FACTSHOPE). They will present facts that are confirmed, then go to show things which are balanced and uplifting around those facts. Then you can see that which is, and is not, happening. There is so much good news that none of you know about, dear ones! None of you see it because that is not in the scope of what they do. Your media is currently in the drama business, and not the truth business. The planet is going to demand this: You’re going to look at those in charge of your media and say, “Bad job! You didn’t do it well. You didn’t do it right. You gave us entertainment and drama. You didn’t give us anything that helped our hearts. You didn’t hold our hands when you could have, and you didn’t hug us enough. You didn’t do any of that.” The media will defend itself and say, “It’s not our job to hold your hand. It’s our job to inform you.” Dear ones, welcome to the New Normal. Your media indeed should invest itself in giving you hope, as well as truth. There are two sides to the news, not just the drama. This is what will change, and what is next. That’s one thing that you’re going to see change, Dear Ones. That’s a reboot. The earth will probably take a while for all of this, but you’re going to start seeing things differently and more truthfully. The main thing is that this will represent a paradigm change. Many will start getting their broadcast news from those who also tell “the rest of the story.” That will be the new, attractive thing that you will not expect. Humanity will start to become more wise about the manipulation that takes place “on the air.” The Experiment I want to tell you something else: I want to tell you something about an experiment done with children many years ago. It’s an experiment that probably would not be allowed in today’s rules, but it was a classic: Some Page | 31
psychologists know of this, and some nutritionists have studied it. It’s an experiment done with children and food. The experiment: The children are given a buffet three times a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner, where they can select anything on the buffet, as much as they want of it, without anyone saying anything. No parents allowed. The buffet is beautiful and nutritionally complete. It starts with vegetables and goes to the rice, the carbs, the fruit; and so on. All the food groups are represented, and it’s the standard wonderful healthy buffet for the culture of the children. And, of course, at the end of the buffet there are the desserts. Except these deserts are more for kids. There’s the candy, the cookies, the cake, and the pie. It’s all there. It’s all there. So, the children are turned loose at breakfast. What are they going to have? What do you think? The children all run to the end and stuff themselves with the cookies and cake! Surprised? Lunch time: They did the same thing. I mean, really! How how could a turnip compare with a candy bar? Dinner? They did the same. The next day, they were all sick. Surprise, surprise! So, over a period of meals, what happened in this experiment is that the children started eating the vegetables, the rice, the fruit, and all the things they passed over before (even the turnip). The desserts were eaten in moderation (but they still loved them). The innate part of the Human Being demanded the balance; not the junk, but the balance. It was interesting because the experiment showed that even children who desire sweets and don’t know any better, have an innate which starts to balance itself when given the right choices. I want you to analyze what’s going on right now on this planet. I’m going to make a statement: You are not being given the right buffet. Dear Ones, right now on this planet, there are no vegetables and there is no fruit. I think you understand what I’m saying. That is going to change. Page | 32
I think the wild card in all of this will be those who are going to step up and change it, and say, Look we’ve got some good news here. There’s hope. That’s the balance you have been craving. No wonder all of you are sick! The Incredible Bias of Virus Reporting I want to show you the bias. I want to show you the bias of your media that is hidden. If you look at the virus information channels, they’ll give you all the charts of the infected and the deaths. Over and over - the infected and the deaths. For every state or country, the infected and the deaths. I want to ask you, Where is the RECOVERED column? It’s not there, is it? That’s a bias. That is a drama bias. Did they tell you that over 99 percent of those who catch the virus recover completely? Where is that number? Do you also know that those who recover have natural immunity for a few years? Where is that information? These are the heros of your time! Did they tell you that? Where are the parties for the recovered? THEN: There is all the economical doom and gloom that they’re telling you: Not since the depression, they say, have we seen this kind of economy. They are comparing your virus situation to the horrors of 1929 – yet nowhere are they saying: “Wait a minute – wait a minute... this was created! You told us to stop working and stay home! This is not an economic depression like 1929. It’s a temporary situation. The factories and markets didn’t collapse. We are just not allowed to go out and work! Dear ones, the world economy will slowly return, and the stock market will also. It’s poised and ready. This is not the end of the the automobile industry or the manufacturing industry. It’s not. This is a bump. Are they saying that to you? Or are they comparing it to the worst of the worst, and you tune in and hear: “There’s no vegetables, no fruit. There’s just junk. Prepare to be sick for a long time.” Historians, generations from now, will look at some numbers which are very telling. Humanity in general has increased its life span attributes. There was a time, even in this country, when you would live to 45 or 50 years old, and that was your life expectancy. You weren’t really expected to live that long. There was too much disease and bad nutrition. All of things have evolved so now you’re seeing a slow increase of life span because of nutrition and especially knowledge. This allows you to live well into the late 80s and even approaching the 90s. (First world nations) But historians in the future will see something odd: Generations from now, they’re going to look at the life charts and say, “What is this dip here? How Page | 33
is it that for a little while, Humans didn’t live as long?” They’re going to name it The Corona Dip. The dip they may see is for an entire generation of humans, and it had nothing to do with being infected by the virus. They will determine that by the millions, fear shortened their lives. Fear shortened their lives! That’s how profound this media bias is. Historians may eventually report that when they do all the accounting for what really happened, that fear killed more people than the virus. Dear ones, are you going to be one of them? Or are you going to stand tall and say, “This is a hump, and we’ll get over it? It’s temporary. We’ll mourn when we have to mourn, but we’re coming back because it’s temporary.” That’s what I wanted to tell you. The truth is not really being shown. As bad as you might say this is, the real truth is not being shown. The up-side is not even on the radar of the media. Not yet. There’s going to be a reckoning for that. You’ll see. No matter where you abide on the face of the Earth, your assistance in bringing this facet of the Divine Plan to God Victorious fruition will benefit ALL Life evolving on this Planet. In October of 2019, a huge portal of Light that once pulsated in the Heavenly Realms above New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington, D.C. was activated and once again opened to full breadth. "It's Not Your Job To Take On The To Take On The World’s Pain" By Dr. Judith Orloff
Empaths and sensitive people have an open heart. They don’t have the same emotional guard up that many others do. They feel people’s pain–both loved ones and strangers–and instinctively they want to take it away from them. Right now, we are going through an extremely challenging time. Many of my empath patients are suffering tremendously from the massive suffering and fear that is manifesting in the world. This makes them and all sensitive people particularly vulnerable to overwhelm, exhaustion and anxiety. Especially when many of them have been taught that being compassionate means it’s their job to remove other people’s pain. This is not true. You can hold a supportive space for someone without absorbing their distress in your own body. Finding this balance is the art of healing. Inwardly you can say, “This is not my burden to carry.” It is impossible to fix someone and it is really none of your business to try. More than twenty years of being a physician has taught me that everybody deserves the dignity of their own path. Page | 46
Here are a few tips from Thriving as an Empath: 365 Days of Self-Care for Sensitive People to decrease your stress level and find your center, even in the midst of uncertainty and chaos. Practice deep breathing to exhale stress Limit exposure to news Do not let others feed your panic. Even though we are going through a scary time now, panic is not the key to any door. When you feel panic, breathe deeply, meditate for a few minutes to center yourself, and focus on feeling safe in the now. If you notice yourself absorbing the stress or pain of others, take some alone time to regroup and replenish yourself. Do not get into victim mode. Try to see the lessons you can learn from chaos and crises rather than feeling only victimized. Stay in the Now. The only way to get through this is a day at a time. Try to stop yourself when your mind catastrophizes about the future. Many empaths are used to socially distancing as part of their everyday lives so it may take less getting used to than others experience. Earth is not a realm just of sweetness and light. It has great darkness here, and also great suffering. Our intention, as sensitive people, is to not become martyrs and victims, but to try to summon all the light possible to increase the light in the world and overcome the darkness with love. This requires faith, and a strong belief in love—we can all do it together. Practice this intention from Thriving as an Empath: I can be compassionate without becoming a martyr or taking on another person’s pain. I can respect someone’s healing process without trying to “fix” them. The many roles of women have evolved over time. With many thoughts come many emotions, responsibilities and at times pressure. All these emotions create frequencies that will download into our nervous system. Whether you have knowledge of not about consciousness it is important to understand that there is a magnetic force, always in motion and based on the frequencies our emotions create. It is the Law of Attraction. What many do not realize it this sacred and natural law is not only attracting but can repel or hold us still. The power of women understanding who they are as spiritual and as human beings is more imperative for our world, maybe than ever before. First let us understand what is meant by the spirit. The spirit is the aspect of our nature where our intuition, creativity, compassion, coping and connector to eternity exists. These are qualities that will be expressed through our personality in all relationships, and the most important one is the relationship with our Self. The personality needs these qualities to feel inspired, loved even to survive. These are spiritual principles that we are naturally aligned to. It does not matter your religious belief; this is the about the “spirit to live� as a human being. Imagine if we were taught that as young women? In spiritual principles our foundation for survival and security begin from conception to five years of age, through the bond of every emotion the mother has. All the experiences we have are expressed through emotions that energetically transmit to the baby. It may be hard to imagine that every thought and emotional response we have is channeling right in to the tiny precious being in our womb, and through life, but it is. of life. This is the silent language of the between us all. The spirit of who we are wants to embrace all things through love. A source of energy that will supply us with all we will ever need. Also, a source that many search for outside of themselves. The foundation is forming up till preteen. Then in teenage years the interaction emotionally, physically and even sexually begins to become natural. The search is on to understand emotions toward others and if the desire for fulfillment even to feel love will be outward or in the natural and oh so powerful inner self. The spirit of life will supply the personality with all the support it needs in the human experience. Your intuition is an inner compass, directing or even redirecting you through relationships. In a personal relationship you will not need a loving relationship because you are all the love you need. So, you attract love of the same nature or someone who feels the same. It also tunes you into relationships that may not be healthy for you. Often a partner is blamed for someone’s unhappiness. Imagine if you listened to your intuition from the start. In my sessions I have heard that from many women if they only had listened. This also applies to professional. What classes to take as we approach future goals in high schoolers should not be a stressful time, it should be exciting and a happy time. In my practice I have worked with many young girls dealing with anxiety and depression because of choices that became challenges because of fear and the right or wrong subconscious thoughts. Confidence, curiosity, and self-awareness would help. But how does that if we never are taught the natural and sacred power we have within? As women we have this miraculous way of loving and nurturing others. But it is so important that we devote this to ourselves every day. Moments of awareness in how our thoughts are making us “feel�. Take moments to slow your breathing and even use a mantra to regain order in fast thinking and emotional responses. This will connect us to the highest intelligence, our intuition, creativity, inner compass and releases us from pressures of time. Which is a human concept. When connected to our spiritual essence we release from this pressure and it is amazing how everything will get done! Our compassionate, trusting nature to love others is our power and our strength. For some reason it can be perceived to be weakness. I can't tell you how many times I hear a woman say I just love too deeply, or I trust unconditionally, and this has gotten me in trouble. "Twinkling of Minds - All Minds Are Joined" By Rachel R. Tipton
I am not alone in experiencing the effects of these thoughts because all minds are joined and when more energy is devoted to believing one way or another, thoughts are being pulled on. I wish you could begin to comprehend how important it is to keep quiet and stay positive. Thoughts are like magnets and when you tell everyone you are having surgery tomorrow individuals think the worst and you may not heal as fast. Facebook and Twitter do not help because we are now reaching a larger pool of people with these fearful ideas than in the past. I have a cough, I hope it does not turn into bronchitis. When you post this stuff out there it more than likely means an antibiotic is in your future. Even if you post I have a small cough but feeling better. That has a positive spin, but the meaning is still the same. You are casting the fact that you are a separate being from God and are capable of being sick and helpless. When you post in mid-January when it is minus seventeen outside, how your house seems colder than normal and you are hoping the furnace is not breaking. Congratulations, you just cost yourself $3,500 for a new heater. Stop searching the internet for answers too. It just reinforces the corrupt thought in your mind. Do you see the pattern here? Stop thinking and posting bad thoughts and watch the difference it makes in your life. Do you understand what I am saying? YOUR THOUGHTS BRING IN EVERYTHING. GOOD OR BAD. It is hard for you to understand possibly because your whole life you saw everything as external as if you had no Page | 55
choice over the bad things happening all the time. As if this world and people made it difficult for you. But now you are starting to see the world as internal and you manifest everything. What a relief. Now you can make some real changes. Do not beat yourself up thinking you caused everything to happen. If you are the parent of an ill child, for example, do not feel guilty that you may be the one responsible for causing the condition. If you focus on the guilty or disappointing feeling than you are just shifting the pain you are already experiencing into something else. Just be proud of yourself that you now understand what is happening and can move forward with positive thoughts. The “99%” is correct conceptually but wrong in reality, because there are still a great number of middle class, leftover from the good ol’ days, with enough money in the bank for them to feel secure. As a matter of fact, they do not see themselves as part of the 99%. In this article, I will refer to these “couch sitters” as the apathy-ites. They think that people who take to the streets protesting any form of injustice are leftover hippies, or the poor who do not want to work, or young people who are just looking to cause trouble—even if some of those demonstrators are their own children, who are in debt thousands or tens of thousands of dollars in student loans, with little hope of getting a job in the career they got a degree for or are trying to get a degree in. These parents—baby boomers in the millions—grew up in a time of prosperity when they were able to buy a home, have a car or two in the garage as well as a boat for the weekends, and take vacations at least once a year. Many still have enough left in the bank to continue to live that kind of Page | 57
lifestyle in their retirement years. They were able to send their children to college, and many of their children, when they graduated, still were able to get jobs in their careers. Unfortunately they also became apathy-ites, better known as YUPPIES. But some of these once-middle-classers ran out of money and are on the streets protesting the rising injustice in every city in the United States and all over the world. However, there is still a great portion of Americans who have not felt the recession enough to get them out of their comfort zones or even to voice their opinions in support of those who consider themselves the 99%, like the “Occupiers.” Those comfortable people are actually part of the 99%, but they think (because they are still comfortable) that the system works and that it is OK if the rich are rich (and getting richer) and that they (the “common” people) are just comfortable. What these comfortable couch sitters do not realize is that this type of thinking worked in the 1950s and even ’60s, but the opportunities for middle-class living started to slowly deteriorate in the ’70s. Now, decades later, depending upon a number of factors (mostly how much money is in their bank accounts), the apathy-ites will be joining the ranks of the poor and will definitely begin to consider themselves as part of the 99%— perhaps sooner than they would think. Apathy is a terrible thing. Any person who travels to a tourist town to see its special beauty of lakes or rivers or oceans or snow-capped mountains sees a conglomeration of people—tourists as well as gated-community, seasonal residents—who are oblivious to the sufferings of the rest of the country and world. We need to start feeling embarrassed about going to these places of smug comfort and apathy while an increasing number of Americans can hardly put food on the table and keep a roof over their children’s heads. The corporate-controlled news sources on television, radio, and other media outlets and their advertising promote “the good life.” They may show some short clips of the protestors, of the poor, but it is always in the context of “they are the few.” For instance, May Day 2012 was a day of solidarity workers, and hundreds of thousands of people demonstrated in the streets of major American cities, but ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and definitely Fox gave little attention to any of the people’s May Day protests. When any of these news programs did give attention, they downplayed the amount of people in the streets, always showing the few who were anarchists or unruly looking, to make it look like the Occupy movement Page | 58
consisted of mostly violent troublemakers. In June 2020, headlines revealed Fox News digitally altering images of protests in Seattle, again twisting facts and violating ethical standards for media. For the life of me, I could never understand how the commentators (socalled journalists) can report lies and still consider themselves “respectable” news people. How can they face their own children? I guess it is because they have sold out, and the only way we can defeat their propaganda is not to look at their programs. We need to tune in to alternative news networks like Free Speech TV, Link TV, and their programming. We need to demand that the FCC makes other satellite stations for nonprofit media organizations (like the two I mentioned) more available, so that there can be many nonprofit media stations with more programs by creative and talented artists of all kinds and musicians who have something to say through their art and can get exposure, because even Free Speech TV and Link TV play it too safe and use popular speakers who are too co-operative with government and corporate media, and they do not allow speakers and teachers on either station who present an alternative and necessary truth and who they think rock the boat too much—be it social, environmental, political, or spiritual truth. There needs to be true community radio stations that are not run like regular commercial stations, and the people have to keep an eye on them, because if they are not allowing our voices to be heard on their stations or our music to be played, they are not really a community station. There needs to be truly more public television stations that are honestly “of the people, by the people, for the people.” Most of the stations in existence have become too standardized as to who they will put on their programs and what voices they will allow to be heard, based upon who their sponsors are. Commercial stations are controlled by the profit motive and advertisers. Many community stations, both in radio and television, are controlled by the sponsors giving them big bucks. And before they may play our son’s or daughter’s music, they will look to see if we are a donor. So we do not want to support these kinds of community radio or television stations. The apathy-ites need to be a lot wiser in who they support today. The apathy-ites watch “Big Brother” on television, particularly in their retirement years, day and night. And Big Brother is telling them who to vote for (because only the politicians who have sold out can pay for Page | 59
television or radio), what kind of disease they have (and what drugs to take for it), how to dress, what movies they should go to see, and on and on. This has become the normal way of life for the apathy-ites, but they need to take a good look at the real world, here in America and abroad. What they consider “the real world” has fallen apart for the majority of Americans and people all around the world. Their apathy and turning their eyes away from what is really happening does not really serve their children or grandchildren, or their neighbor’s children and grandchildren. The 1% who feeds these lies to the people of the 99% do not care about them, and when the apathy-ites’ money runs out, when their health insurance runs out, they will find out then the hard way—like millions of others have, in America and all over the world—that capitalism works well for the rich and that in the long run the once middle class will always become the slaves to the 1%. Every revolution in history happened because the majority of the people woke up at some point and revolted against their oppressors. When capitalism (control of money in the hands of the few) begins to take the place of precepts of the Constitution that our Founding Fathers wrote, we become the kind of society that George Orwell wrote about in his book 1984. We are there. We have been there since 1984, in reality. His timing was close enough. In 1984 in America there were still more comfortable apathy-ites. Today there are many more poor, disenfranchised, and oppressed people who are crying out all over this nation and the world for true freedom. Freedom in this country was always true only for the 1% and the middle class, but really never for the poor and disenfranchised, because the 1% and apathy-ites need the majority of people to be controlled so that they can live the good life and keep the poorer people slaves. So I have to ask those apathy-ites, what is the spirituality you think you have? What is that religion you call yourselves? Because I guarantee you it is not the teachings of Jesus Christ, in this so-called “Christian” country of America. Jesus never taught Christianity. He taught “The Way,” the way of being your brother’s and sister’s keeper. His “Way” was for all races and all people all over the world. The 1% likes religions because in those religions are the 1% who can keep the people in bondage to their interpretation of the Bible, the Torah, the Vedas, the Book of Mormon, and the Tripitaka and use the pharisaical appointed teachers Page | 60
of these books to be the infallible voices of God—the priests, ministers, rabbis, and imams who actually teach the religions of financial prosperity, fundamentalism, and religious elitism. It can no longer work for the true holy men and women within these religions who are called by the Creator to serve humanity, because they cannot truly serve humanity in religions that are controlled by the 1%. In reality, it has always been this way. The good and the bad souls have existed side by side in every religion, university, political arena, and work place. But the Rebellion on this planet is coming to a close. Evil is coming to a close. The good seed is being separated from the bad seed, the wheat from the chaff. The signs are everywhere. If you are blind to these signs, then you too have become too comfortable. Now it is time for true journalists, artists of all kinds, professionals, laborers, and soldiers to walk out of the systems of greed controlled by the 1%, and in particular, the true holy men and women who have been called by the Creator to be ministers in all of the evolutionary religions to come out of them and to walk in “the true Way.” This too goes for the people of all religions to walk out of those religions and systems built by greed and trust the Creator to provide for you and your family’s needs. You have never found out the truth of a true faith walk, because you have been taught by the teachers of the 1% that you need the degrees, their prestigious titles, and badge of success to really succeed in the world. But it is not the world you want to succeed in. It is the kingdom of God that you need to succeed in, for this kingdom is the eternal one. And it begins right here on Earth. The people of the world need to come together in a radical unity, in a SpiritualutionSM movement, and unite in this spiritual revolution and help others survive outside of the system of greed and bondage to the 1%. If the 1% has no workers, no slaves, then their dynasties, their banks, their corporations, and their control of natural resources will crumble. The apathy-ites must understand the words that I have written in this article and begin to see with true spiritual eyes “The Way”. They do not have to join a church; I am saying to get out of churches if they are controlled by interests of the rich and filled with other apathy-ites! They do not have to join a religion; I am saying get out of them if they are not of “The Way”! Most religions and the 1%’s control of them have made the words “spirituality” and “God” dirty words. They have made “The Page | 61
URANTIA Book” and “The Cosmic Family volumes” dirty words, because these books are revelations of “The Way”, not teaching religions. Jesus actually taught the Fatherhood of God and the brother-/sisterhood of humankind. Do not throw away Jesus Christ because of modern Christianity. Do not throw away His Father because some people—who do not want to truly practice love, peace, patience, kindness, putting the other person before one’s self, and unselfishness—have made these words concepts to avoid. The Father of all freewill beings on every inhabited world in every universe who have never fallen in a rebellion against their Creator follow “The Way” of the Creator. It is the 1% who has put God into little boxes and has told humankind: “This is how you have to do it to be a good follower of the Creator.” They have used religions as a tool to control the masses. Every person knows that there is right and wrong, good and evil (except for those misguided individuals who try to make evil good and say that everything is OK). All that God is asking of people is that in the moments of every day they follow their conscience and make decisions for the good of others rather than decisions for selfishness. "Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty
Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with our collective roots though the ancient art/science of Astrology. We offer a glimpse into the current celestial cycles under which we are all operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes. We are obviously in a time of great change and disruption of patterns worldwide. Astrologers have been watching and anticipating great events this year (and beyond) for a long time. While few predicted a world wide pandemic related to the current celestial configurations, it has been widely acknowledged that governments, monetary systems and more would break down. Our country, especially, is in a long process of deep transformation related to the racial and social inequities woven into the very fabric at the foundations of our nation. This is related to a 246-year cycle reaching its apex in 2022. Everything we are currently experiencing is setting the stage for negotiating the minefield of our cultural disintegration leading up to the Page | 64
2020 elections and their aftermath. Fasten your seat belts: We’re in for a bumpy ride. Our eventual destination, however, will be worth it. A few words about the asteroid goddesses: Physically, there is the asteroid belt in our solar system between the quicker-moving personal planets (Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars) and the slower-moving trans-personal planets (Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto). Try an app like Sky View Lite to get a clear picture of this if you like. Every developed culture since the Babylonians has used the lens of astrology to help understand life. They observed the Sun, Moon, five planets and constellations which they could see with the naked eye. One very well-known story is about the three Wise Men (Zoroastrian astrologers) following a star! Starting in the 16th century, optical lenses were developed leading up to telescopes and later the discovery of the asteroid belt in 1801. Ceres (goddess of the harvest and nurturance) was the first object named at that time, followed quickly by Pallas Athena (strategic warrior goddess). The names of the asteroids are primarily drawn from the mythological goddesses and the stories that predominated our very ancient history over 4,000 years ago. Early astrological perspectives have been dominated by the patriarchal understanding of the mythical gods, with Venus and the Moon alone reflecting the face of the feminine. As evidenced by the MeToo movement, AOC, Mary Trump and so many more women in leadership positions, we are experiencing a resurgence of the feminine wisdom within our cultures and hopefully within ourselves. This is reflected in the current planetary configurations. We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it is also the most easily observed in a personal way. On August 3rd the Full Moon in Aquarius promises to be heated, eventful and challenging. Not only are the energies of Saturn (limits), Pluto (deep transformation) and Jupiter (expansion) in Capricorn directly involved in a stressful exchange with communications master Mercury in Cancer, there are also several asteroid goddesses in the mix. They are Juno, Vesta, Pallas Athena. Keywords for these feminine energies include: steadfast, assertive, and strong-willed. Dwarf planet Eris (discovered in 2005), Page | 65
named after the sister of the God of War, is also in the mix. She is known as the Goddess of discord and we see her signature daily. We can all look for women to be even more prominent in the world news, speaking up for what is right in contrast to entrenched paternalistic systems and characters. One recent example is the line of moms in Portland, OR, forming a protective barrier against federal stormtroopers. Individuals with birthdays around Aug. 3 and Feb. 1 will experience these with the most direct impact. The feminine energies continue making inroads on the New Moon in late Leo on Aug. 18th. Venus (money and justice) will be sitting on the Cancer Sun in the US chart, again highlighting these areas within our country. In the current skies, Venus is also directly opposite Pallas (strategic warrior), invigorating an epochal overhaul of the inequities built into our government systems. We can expect continuing eruptions of longsimmering sentiments. Those born within a few days of Aug. 18 and Feb. 14 will register these energies particularly strongly. Since it is a time of new beginnings, they would be well advised to focus on them intentionally for the highest and best outcomes in their own lives by knowing which areas of their birth charts are being impacted. As August begins, communicative Mercury is in a stressful relationship with the slow movers in Capricorn as it finishes its unusually lengthy tour of Cancer. This will be apparent to even the casual observer as more heated conflict between opposing viewpoints and ideas heat up even more. The winged messenger will quickly move through proud, generous Leo and detail-oriented Virgo. Then in the third week of Sept. in Libra, it will again enter into contention with the dominant energies of Mars and the Capricorn Cluster (Pluto, Jupiter and Saturn) in yet another wave of heated rhetorical exchange. Venus moves into Cancer on Aug. 7, focusing us once again on hearth and home. Toward the end of the month she will also start to tangle with the Capricorn Cluster, contributing to further tensions and developments related to the balancing act between family affairs and business. On Aug. 25 and 30 Venus will specifically struggle with Jupiter and then Pluto. These dates and planetary contacts will ramp up the stress around economics issues such as homelessness. This includes but is not limited to the expanding housing crisis. Back at the end of June, warrior Mars began its unusually long six-month sojourn through fierce and fiery Aries. At the Aquarius Full Moon this month on the 3rd, Mars will tangle with Jupiter for the first of three times Page | 66
(also mid Oct and Jan 2021). This will create even more challenges and frustrations around keeping activities within realistic, safe bounds. This is also likely to find expression in a peak of the constitutional crisis concerning police actions against domestic protestors. In the second week of the month Mars will challenge Pluto, also for the first of three times, heating up the deep transformative process of change we are all currently engaged in. We could see extreme militancy continue and possibly some disturbing acts of destruction and the people’s response to it (as in Portland currently). Personally this is a challenging time to keep desires and angry responses in check. Those born around Jan. 13, April 12, July 15 and Oct. 15 will especially feel the force of this. In the fourth week, Mars and Saturn will lock horns, again the first of three, in a contest of whether to move ahead quickly, slow down or stop. Saturn is about limits, and Mars in Aries is the energy of taking initiative and breaking boundaries. The contrast is obvious to us all. Again, folks with birthdays approximately three days after those mentioned above, will experience this effect most strongly. In the background of all this planetary action is the 246-year cycle mentioned above: namely the Pluto return in the US birth chart. This refers to the planet returning to its exact place in the zodiac in 2022 as it was at the time of the official founding of the country. It is very slow moving and is being felt now even as it moves into place. This is not experienced by individuals, for obvious reasons, but many other countries have undergone such metamorphosis. The very concept that this country was founded on freedom ideals that left out all but white men of property, is up for review in very harsh ways. The contentiousness of these times is intense on the collective as well as personal levels. We may soon be faced with increased disruption in the distribution of goods and food, as well as housing emergencies that come together in stressful ways. We are faced with urgent choices. The polarities are strongly aligning behind divisiveness and conspiracy theories on the one hand versus science, equalities and fair mindedness on the other. zen habits by Leo Babauta "4 Mindfulness Practices That We Need Right Now" In the middle of the chaos of the world right now, what can we do to take care of ourselves? Let’s talk about a handful of simple mindfulness practices that can be helpful. Breathe deeply into the belly. This is one to start with, no matter where you are or what you’re doing. We get caught up in our heads, stuck in a cycle of thoughts that are rarely very helpful. So to get out of our heads and into our bodies, we can do deep breathes, into the deepest part of our bellies. Do several breaths like this, maybe for 3060 seconds if you have time. This not only calms you down, but helps you to be more present with your body and surroundings. Check on your feelings, give yourself compassion. Turn your attention to the sensations in your body, and notice how uncertainty and fear/anxiety might feel for you right now, as a bodily experience. This, again, helps get you out of your thoughts, but also it’s important to notice how you’re feeling. Practice giving these feelings some space, letting them be (it’s OK to feel anxiety!). Then see if you can give them some compassion, to take care of yourself when you’re feeling uncertainty or frustration. Find calm in the middle of a storm. When the world is full of chaos, can we find calm? Find your breath. Let the swirl of thoughts calm down. Notice the light around you, notice sound. Notice the beauty of the moment. Widen your awareness beyond yourself, and feel the peace of a moment of stillness. You can still take action, but from a place of calmness. Send compassion out to others. Once you’ve practiced compassion for your own uncertainty and fears … once you’ve found a moment of calm and centeredness … you can open your heart to others right now. They’re afraid, they’re feeling anxious. Open your awareness beyond your home, to the others in your neighborhood and city, to others around the world, to your loved ones and strangers. Feel the worry they’re feeling. Send them compassion, from the deepest place Page | 72
in your heart. Let it flow out as a healing salve to everyone. Notice how this feels. Notice how it might change how you interact with others. Let these practices help you through this troubled time, my friends. When we did not hear from them, we emailed and received an email saying they had decided not to pay and complete the Agreement. We sent a strongly worded email, but did not think that would have any influence. Still, before I gave up completely, I requested a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) to receive the payment. Then I released, as you must always realize that your Guardian Angel (GA) knows what’s best for you. Last Monday, I received another email, and I was quite surprised to see that they were going ahead with the payment. We will be very cautious in further dealings, but naturally I thanked my GA Theo for his assistance. MBO FOR NO WAIT AT TELLER DRIVE-THRU Laurie writes: Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, I’ve had to use the outside drive-through teller window at my bank. I don’t normally use this option because there is usually a line and it takes too long. As a matter of fact, the last time I had to use the drive-thru teller there were a bunch of cars ahead of me, and we all had to wait a rather long time because there was a chatty customer ahead of us in the queue. (I had not asked for an MBO for the bank that day. My bad.) So, before I went to the bank a few days ago, I asked for a Most Benevolent Outcome for an “extremely short or non-existent wait in line at the teller drive-through”. Well, my MBO was answered, of course! There was no one ahead of me. I drove right up. Yay! But, before I could even start my transaction, I glanced into my rearview mirror and saw that there were three cars behind me. Wow! I have to admit that I was surprised, even after all my years of experiencing successful MBOs. The result was so quick and dramatic. If I had been delayed by even one minute (60 seconds!) I would have been at the end of that line, not at the front of it. I know that the readers of this blog know the power of MBOs. Our requests can be major or mundane. But we all know that they work. And I get a little thrill of validation each time it happens. THE POWER OF BPs Adrienne writes: You can pass along. My thanks to everyone who said MBOs for my husband earlier this year when he was on a ventilator for over three weeks, in ICU with Covid-19. He miraculously recovered and is gradually overcoming all the many aftereffects of this disease. "Harmonic Duality Within Divine Circuitry" By Niann Emerson Chase There is a building wave of multiple planetary movements working toward compassionate understanding of others, nonviolent solutions to our many problems, peaceful unification of nations, and an integrative and regenerative existence of humans with the planet’s natural ecosystems. Within that wave of movements for worldwide sustainability on all levels of human existence are the Me Too and LGBTQ movements, which have to do with gender identification, respect, and equality. The last three years witnessed an almost-instant rise in power and influence of these two movements, impacting every aspect of the dominant culture, including new legislation of laws protecting the rights and dignity of women and those who have lifestyles that do not include straight heterosexuality. The Me Too Movement is the most recent reaction to centuries-old treatment of women as sex objects and chattel to procreate and please men, not considered as persons of equal worth. And though there has been progress in many countries to change the perception of women and development of more opportunities for women’s rightful place in Page | 79
society, the centuries of enculturation and imprintation of the inferiority of women is still present deep within the psyches of males and females. In contemporary times this has translated into domestic neglect and violence for far-too-many women, as well as sexual harassment in the workplace for far-too-many women, and all-toooften lower pay for working women than what men receive in the same job role. Tragically, the kidnapping, beating, raping, and killing of women continues. And, as long as there is a market for it, the horrific booming business of sex trafficking will be a reality worldwide. The LGBTQ Movement is a reaction to prejudice and violence directed towards those who do not live a “straight” lifestyle but who want to be treated as citizens who have the same opportunities and rights that any other citizen has. **** Though I have simplified the reasons of both movements for the sake of brevity, the issues are much more complex, with biological, environmental, social, and cultural elements to consider. However, from a spiritual perspective I believe that both of these movements have to do with imbalances within the divinely-gifted circuitry in all people, thus causing a lack of personality integration. For example, the Me Too Movement is a result of women suffering from the extreme imbalances of certain men who have not yet “found themselves” in their true identity of the Father circuitry, which comes from the Universal Father. Nor have these men experienced identification with the circuitry of the Universe Mother Spirit, which is also within them, though to a lesser degree than the Father. As a result of messages received from a society controlled by imbalanced males, many women also have not yet “found themselves” in their true identity of the Mother circuitry, which comes from the Universe Mother. Thus women have endured and allowed for centuries the violence and demeaning cultural messages directed at them, which have caused anger, resentment, and, of course, low self-esteem, and even in some cases self-loathing.

Within the LGBTQ movement—or the gender revolution, as coined by National Geographic in their January 2017 issue on the subject—are souls struggling with their own identity within their personality circuitry. I believe that as ascending souls, we humans are born into physical bodies that in almost all cases are either female or male. I also believe that, within divine pattern, the God-gifted personality circuitry of each individual fits the body of that person, thus being either female or male. But due to many reasons, not everyone identifies with the gender body in which they are born. Dr. Debra Soh, who has done much research on human sexuality as a specialist in sexual neuroscience, indicates that scientific evidence shows the physical make-up of most human bodies is either male or female, and that only in rare cases is someone born with a body of mixed sex parts. In other words, we are born of bodies that are one or the other—male or female—but rarely both. I believe that those with “gender identity confusion” suffer psychologically in trying to “find themselves” within their Father and Mother circuitry, and this would include heterosexuals. Regardless of birth-assigned sex and gender identification, when individuals are confused and imbalanced within their own sense of personhood (which is a large segment of the world’s population), they are not encircuited with their true God-given personality and thus experience a sense of feeling “lost” and not knowing oneself. That lack of personality integration results in circuitry imbalances, which manifest in ways that have caused the numerous societal problems, including the issues of the Me Too and Gender Revolution movements. The dominant culture that influences world events is spiritually sick and is the cause of worldwide inequality of opportunities, spiritual and economic poverty, physical and psychological violence, the unraveling of most ecosystems, and many other current world crises. In order to have healthy cultures and societies, the persons who have created, maintain, and live in those societies need to be psychospiritually healthy. And I believe that means individuals finding their identity as either an ascending son or an ascending daughter of the Creator of all. Page | 81
**** The universal divine pattern for us humans is the local Universe Father and Mother, who are our Creator Parents. Their relationship reflects harmonic duality, complementing each other in their love and respect for one another and in their loving overcare for their created children. Our Father and Mother circuitry within our personality patterns comes through our Universe Creator Parents, originating with the Trinity of Paradise Persons, who are individual Deities with their own attributes, but are so coordinated and complemented that they are “as one”. And that is the ideal for us humans on this world, for men and women to be so “at home” within their gender identification and personality identification of love, mercy, fairness, and goodness that they create relationships and societies that reflect the attributes of the Universe Father and Mother, as well as how these divine Persons relate to each other in a complementary manner. So, what is Father and Mother circuitry, the yang and the yin, which is within all human souls (though ideally with males the Father circuits should be more prominent and with females the Mother circuits)? As I mentioned earlier, at the center of the master universe, which includes the hundreds of thousands of universes of time and space, is a triune relationship of Paradise Deities—the First, Second, and Third Sources and Centers—the Universal Father (God), the Eternal Son, and the Infinite Spirit. However, in the local universes it is a dual relationship of Deities, the Father Creator and the Universe Mother Spirit, from which Father and Mother circuitry is directed to us humans, though the origins for circuitry is from the Trinity. In describing the attributes of these individual Trinity Deities, they all have the attributes of love, mercy, justice, beauty, and goodness and are “as one” in their relationship with each other, just as the localuniverse Father and Mother act in perfect coordination with each other. Though acting as one in the outworking of the Father’s perfect will, there is a difference in quality and technique of expression between the Father and Mother circuitry—whether between the Page | 82
Trinity Persons, or the local universe Father and Mother, or human men and women on Earth/Urantia. In describing the love of “God”, The URANTIA Book states: “As love is comprehended on a sex planet, the love of God is more comparable to the love of the father, while the love of the Eternal Son is more like the affection of a mother.” (1) Thus the Eternal Son is also referred to as the Mother-Son in certain instances. To put that into more earthly terms, Father circuitry represents the qualities of the Universe Father in responses to circumstances and people—strong, decisive, leading, protecting, and guiding. Mother circuitry represents the qualities of the Universe Mother Spirit in responses—gentle, soft, yielding, kind, giving, patient, and so on. The ideal for all of us humans (men and women alike), who indeed have both the Father and Mother within us, is to be in the balance of both when responding to circumstantial reality—strong human father traits and gentle human mother qualities. **** Two thousand years ago Jesus lived in a culture that was similar to cultures of today where basically men are considered superior to women. The many issues that plague us today concerning misunderstanding and confusion around gender identification and the realization of divine circuitry were also present in Jesus’ time. When Jesus observed a man mistreating his wife, “as was his custom, he intervened on behalf of the person subjected to attack.” After privately addressing the wrongdoing of the husband by appealing to the man’s higher self, Jesus was able to help the man change how he perceived his wife and women in general. In bidding the man farewell, Jesus said: . . . My brother, always remember that man has no rightful authority over woman unless the woman has willingly and voluntarily given him such authority. Your wife has engaged to go through life with you, to help you fight its battles, and to assume the far greater share of the burden of bearing and rearing Page | 83
your children; and in return for this special service it is only fair that she receive from you that special protection which man can give to woman as the partner who must carry, bear, and nurture the children. The loving care and consideration which a man is willing to bestow upon his wife and their children are the measure of that man’s attainment of the higher levels of creative and spiritual self-consciousness. Do you not know that men and women are partners with God in that they co-operate to create beings who grow up to possess themselves of the potential of immortal souls? The Father in heaven treats the Spirit Mother of the children of the universe as one equal to himself. It is Godlike to share your life and all that relates thereto on equal terms with the mother partner who so fully shares with you that divine experience of reproducing yourselves in the lives of your children. If you can only love your children as God loves you, you will love and cherish your wife as the Father in heaven honors and exalts the Infinite Spirit, the mother of all the spirit children of the vast universe. (2) **** Interestingly, within many indigenous cultures is the understanding of the “two-spirit� person (one who has both male and female spirits), which was understood at different levels within the different indigenous cultures. In truth, all humans have the potential of becoming two-spirit souls, for we each have Father and Mother circuitry within us that we are destined to eventually embrace in balance within our identity as either an ascending son or an ascending daughter of God. When individuals become more integrated with the pattern of their God-given personality circuitry and see themselves and others as beloved children of the Creator, they live within the reality of planetary brotherhood and sisterhood. In the balance of the Father and Mother circuitry, individual souls experience self-esteem, which results in respect and love for other individual souls, regardless of gender, race, nationality, religion, or culture. And balanced two-spirit persons are integrated within their personality circuitry, identifying as men or women who complement the other in love, respect, and harmony. In our balance we become more whole, healed, and compassionate beings who contribute to the genuine progress of human civilization by helping create cultures of congruency within divine pattern, rather than societies of distrust, division, and destruction. Ultimately, we come to truly honor and celebrate the wonderful differences between ascending sons and ascending daughters and how they create true harmonic duality, that fosters genuine worldwide peace and harmony among all peoples. "A Detailed Explanation of Universal Consciousness and The Evolutionary Advancement of Life" By Sean McCleary
There is a lot of different research being done within the scientific community on the nature of consciousness. There has also been a long standing debate over the subject of Panpsychism which suggests that consciousness permeates throughout time and space everywhere. I am an author, a writer and do work on evolutionary cosmology and the evolution of consciousness. My work is different than most traditional approaches and I combine consciousness with the behavior of matter and energy in order to explain the nature of Universal Consciousness and the evolutionary basis for the foundation of life. I went through an extremely powerful experience in 2011 in Opelousas Louisiana with my consciousness and now my consciousness has been evolving and advancing with a phenomenon described in the metaphysical community as the Shift in Consciousness and I can assure you that this activity is very real and will impact life on Earth in a very powerful way soon. Universal Consciousness is also very real even though some scientists would vehemently disagree due to lack of empirical evidence; but I can provide a very plausible and detailed explanation of how Universal Consciousness was introduced and how life is experienced within this consciousness with evolutionary activity and development. I can also clarify some important information on the subject of Panpsychism as well. I need to start from the very beginning in order to effectively describe the introduction of Universal Consciousness and the foundation for the evolution of life contained within consciousness everywhere.

One has to observe the most powerful and important aspects of existence in order to gain a clear perspective on how everything works and this is what I describe with my work. These are consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, life, death, love and fear. These are the most powerful elements of consciousness here on Earth and life on Earth evolved out of Universal Consciousness. There is a foundation and a process that I can explain which is fairly easy to understand where one can get a clear perspective upon the nature of life and the nature of consciousness. Before Universal Consciousness existed there was consciousness and energy everywhere and this was existence. This consciousness has always existed and this is why human consciousness on Earth can conceive of infinity. This consciousness which I refer to as Infinite Consciousness contains on the most powerful quantum level higher frequency vibrations which generate the production of light energy and lower frequency vibrations which generate the production of dark energy. Consciousness and higher frequency vibrations is where light energy originates from and consciousness and lower frequency vibrations is what produces dark energy. Infinite Consciousness also contains the existence of eternal love. Eternal love is the foundation for existence and serves the evolution of consciousness everywhere in existence. The reason is love gives eternity a reason to exist. Infinite Consciousness has always existed like I mentioned above but something very powerful concerning evolutionary advancement happened before Universal Consciousness was introduced. Infinite Consciousness had been exchanging light and dark energy for the purpose of evolutionary advancement and expansion and acceleration infinitely before Universal Consciousness was introduced. The advancement of eternal love was also being experienced with evolution within this consciousness as well. An event happened a long time ago within this consciousness which caused the introduction of Universal Consciousness around 13.8 billion years ago. What happened was Infinite Consciousness had a very powerful moment of self-actualization and thought "will I continue existing forever?". This type of perception exists within consciousness on Earth as well. As soon as this happened a very powerful change occurred within Infinite Consciousness. When Infinite Consciousness had this realization what happened was this consciousness perceived emptiness and nothingness everywhere; where this consciousness had currently existed. At this moment death was introduced into existence and another form of consciousness and energy was introduced into existence. This was actually evolution calling for more consciousness or more life into existence. This is similar to the evolutionary advancement of the human race and reproduction is necessary in order for the human race and human Page | 87
consciousness to survive. This was the beginning of the evolutionary development and introduction of Universal Consciousness. Universal Consciousness went through an early developmental stage inside of Infinite Consciousness before the actual introduction which has been measured on Earth at around 13.8 billion years ago and has been described as the "big bang". Scientists just haven't been able to measure the early developmental stage of Universal Consciousness yet due to the condition that human consciousness currently exists within on Earth. The early developmental stage that Universal Consciousness went through is why reproduction exists on Earth with the development of a child or other living organism in the womb of a mother and this is an extension in time and space of what happened with the beginning stages of Universal Consciousness. There is a star called the Methuselah Star which has been measured as being older than the existence of the introduction of Universal Consciousness. This is most likely because the light and dark energy which are contained within this star came from the early developmental stages of Universal Consciousness and this transferred into the matter contained within this star. Photons carry and distribute light energy but are not the primary source of light energy in Universal Consciousness. Photons are designed this way because matter was introduced into Universal Consciousness and matter requires light energy in order to exist. Photons evolve out of the higher frequency vibrations of consciousness and light energy and are the result of the evolution of matter and light energy. Male and female consciousness are another primary element in existence and these two forms of consciousness also originate out of Infinite Consciousness. Female consciousness comes from the higher frequency vibrations of light energy and male consciousness originates from the lower frequency vibrations of dark energy. When Universal Consciousness was introduced the two forms of energy fused together and male and female consciousness contains both light and dark energy; especially in the form of matter contained within the species of life and these vary in different degrees. Infinite Consciousness also contained some pressure within the vibrations of light and dark energy; but mostly dark energy because dark energy contains lower vibrations and there is more dark energy in existence than light energy and there are important reasons for this occurrence. Also the vibrations themselves contain the existence or experience of thought. This is where thought originates from are the vibrations themselves. What happened over a long period of time within Infinite Consciousness through the exchange of light and dark energy is the accumulation of pressure began getting more powerful due to Page | 88
evolutionary advancement and activity. When pressure is introduced into these vibrations and these vibrations represent thought this can create a sensation of separation in consciousness because the pressure generates separation between thought. This is where fear originally comes from is pressure being introduced Into the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy in consciousness. A certain point came in evolutionary activity in Infinite Consciousness where the pressure became more powerful within the frequency vibrations of mainly dark energy and this is when Infinite Consciousness experienced a moment of very powerful self-actualization and thought will I continue existing forever? This was due to a sensation of an experience in separation within this consciousness from an accumulation of more pressure. When this happened like I explained previously the concept of death was introduced into existence and a new form of consciousness and energy began evolving. Eternal life within this consciousness had a certain form of consciousness and energy and then death was introduced into existence introducing another form of consciousness and energy; similar to a positive and negative charge in electricity. This was evolution calling for more life in existence and the beginning of the early developmental stages of Universal Consciousness and the introduction of matter into existence. The early formation began like a child in the womb of a mother. What was introduced into the early formation was Infinite Consciousness, the beginning of Universal Consciousness, light energy, dark energy, male consciousness, female consciousness, eternal life, death, eternal love and fear. Death is not a permanent ending to life; only a new beginning to life and an advancement in the state of the evolution of consciousness. The reason is death was introduced into existence by Infinite Consciousness as a concept and different form of consciousness and contains the element of infinity itself; it’s just another form of consciousness and energy. Infinite Consciousness knew that all of this consciousness, energy and pressure had to experience evolutionary development and advancement and this is consistent with the activity which exists within Universal Consciousness today. Earth’s consciousness and Earth’s environment contain a very powerful and concentrated mixture of all of these aspects of existence due to Earth being located in a region of time and space which is 13.51 billion years old. Earth is very close to where the early developmental stages of Universal Consciousness happened as well as the introduction known as the big bang. The reason for this is Universal Consciousness contains memory in time and space and memory that is 13.51 billion years old exists in the Milky Way galaxy. The early formation of Universal Consciousness began Page | 89
with an advancement in evolution, the introduction with the concept of death into existence and the process of conceptualization. Conceptualization is an element of evolution that is involved in the process of creation and conceptualization is at a very fundamental level with consciousness and evolution. Galaxies, stars, black holes, solar systems, planets and life on planets are all concepts and this is in the nature of consciousness is to conceptualize in order to drive evolutionary development and advancement. In the early formation period of Universal Consciousness there was a body of consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, eternal love, eternal life, fear and the consciousness and energy of death that were all very concentrated into one body of early development within a concentrated space of Infinite Consciousness like a child in the womb. Eternal life and consciousness were contained in this formation and carried a certain signature of energy within consciousness. Death was also contained in this formation with another form of energy within the consciousness that was developing somewhat like a positive and negative charge and there was also a level of neutrality contained in the early formation. This is what has been responsible for all of the electromagnetic forces of energy contained in Universal Consciousness and there are different variables of these concentrations due to different degrees of time and space and different states of evolutionary development happening at any given moment. The early formation of Universal Consciousness within Infinite Consciousness like a child in the womb of a mother began getting very powerful. What was also contained in this formation was the beginning stages of a primary field of energy within Universal Consciousness known as the Higgs field. The Higgs field is known by physicists as a field of energy which gives everything mass and uses the Higgs boson to interact with other subatomic particles. With the evolution of consciousness though there is more to this field of energy beyond that activity. The Higgs field began development in the early formation stages and is a combination of Infinite Consciousness and the identity or conceptualization of Universal Consciousness. This field of energy in Universal Consciousness serves as a catalyst between the evolutionary development and advancement of consciousness, matter and energy in Universal Consciousness and transfers into Infinite Consciousness linking these two cosmic giants together so the element of infinity can exist within Universal Consciousness and there can be a consistent flow of evolution between these two. The Higgs field contains a very powerful combination of the frequency vibrations of both light and dark energy, the element or will of infinity and eternal love. This is the foundation for evolution in existence because this is what drives the behavior of consciousness, matter and Page | 90
energy in time and space and this is why this primary field of energy generates mass in everything in Universal Consciousness. Eternal love is the most powerful force in existence and the evolutionary activity of light and dark energy in Universal Consciousness produce the evolutionary advancement of love within consciousness everywhere. There has also been a constant flow of eternal love being distributed from Infinite Consciousness; through the Higgs field and into the activity contained within Universal Consciousness. In the formation there was consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, eternal love, eternal life, the consciousness and energy associated with the element of death and fear. Like I mentioned earlier fear is pressure contained mostly within the vibrations of dark energy which is generated in the consciousness in varying degrees. Love can transfer into this pressure as well and dark energy and this is akin to fear that the consciousness contains which doesn't cause the consciousness to experience powerful sensations of separation in existence. What happened in the early formation though was some of this pressure began becoming very restricted within the frequency vibrations of dark energy and this began producing a very powerful form of resistance to evolution. If pressure becomes restricted within the vibrations of dark energy what happens is the frequency vibrations of both light and dark energy can't integrate themselves properly with evolutionary development and advancement and the consciousness that contains this restrictive type pressure can experience a very powerful sensation of being separate from oneself and the evolutionary activity happening around this consciousness. This is exemplified in human behavior on a global level. This type of restriction in pressure within dark energy can be very destructive and this is what has been responsible for a lot of the destructive behavior that the human race has engaged in World Consciousness. Matter requires pressure in order to sustain form in time and space and most of the pressure contained within matter, time and space can expand and accelerate fairly comfortably with the flow of the evolution of eternal love from Infinite Consciousness; through the Higgs field and into the evolutionary activity contained within Universal Consciousness. Some of the early formation of Universal Consciousness experienced a very powerful degree of fear because this consciousness had originally belonged to Infinite Consciousness and was being formed in a new development and with the consciousness that contained resistance to evolution with powerful restrictions in pressure and dark energy; what happened was love had a difficult time transferring into this aspect of consciousness and this is where the resistance to evolution came from in the formation. When evolutionary force became powerful enough and the Page | 91
resistance to evolution could no longer fight the process anymore; and this happens because evolution is more powerful than the resistance, a lot of pressure was released and the element of eternal life in consciousness and energy and the element of death in consciousness and energy collided together and a very powerful fusion occurred with consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, life and death. Please remember that death is an aspect of consciousness and energy in time and space and is not a final ending to life. Death is a process that occurs which advances consciousness into a different state of existence. When this fusion occurred consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure, life and death generated a very powerful expansion and acceleration and Universal Consciousness began formation with the introduction of matter. The reason that galaxy formation happened the way it did was it was like an echo of this fusion transferred out in different directions everywhere in time and space and because there are different variables of time and space galaxy formation is different. This process is how Universal Consciousness was introduced around 13.8 billion years ago. The reason that matter was introduced is because these frequency vibrations contained within consciousness, light energy and dark energy experienced evolutionary advancement and particles were created out of these vibrations. Subatomic particles, atoms, molecular development and life everywhere all contain the primary foundation which is consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure in varying degrees. Black holes also formed in Universal Consciousness due to what a very powerful form of consciousness went through in the early developmental period. Like I mentioned before the consciousness that was being formed into Universal Consciousness had originally belonged to Infinite Consciousness and there was a very powerful form of restrictive pressure and dark energy introduced which also can be measured in varying degrees. The consciousness and energy associated with death had to also experience evolution with life as well. Some of this consciousness in the early formation experienced the sensation that this consciousness was going to become completely separated and die forever. This can't happen because death was introduced from Infinite Consciousness and is a process that life goes through. This aspect of the developmental stage evolved into Universal Consciousness and this is how black holes formed in Universal Consciousness. If a human being conceives of death there is an aspect of their consciousness that experiences what seems like eternal darkness. This is not the case and is only a concept; but when someone does this this perception seems to be the complete opposite of experiencing life and this is why black holes contain the type of gravitational pull they do in Page | 92
Universal Consciousness. I understand the scientific information that when a supernova happens that this generates a black hole in time and space; but the origin of the existence of black holes comes from the concept of non-existence within consciousness. Black holes though have been working to the advantage of evolutionary development. Contained within a galaxy are stars, solar systems, planets and living organisms. There are other life form contained all over Universal Consciousness in a very powerful way but human beings have been unable to detect this activity because their consciousness doesn't interact with the Higgs field that much at all so even with the most powerful equipment they can't see or detect very much activity at all. Because the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy are different when these two interact with one another in different states of evolution this generates pressure in time and space and consciousness. There is a plethora of activity happening in galaxies with evolutionary development and advancement and this causes a build up of pressure in galaxy formations and within life and consciousness contained in galaxies. The Higgs field is contained within galaxies and assists with the flow of Infinite Consciousness and eternal love. The frequency vibrations of light and dark energy can combine and interact comfortably when love becomes the foundation for this activity because love is the foundation for the evolution of consciousness. The Higgs field contains a combination of these vibrations perfectly because the Higgs field contains eternal love and the existence of infinity. There are just different degrees of evolution and resistance in time and space within these vibrations everywhere because Universal Consciousness is only 13.8 billion years old compared to Infinite Consciousness who has always existed; and love had to experience evolution again with a new introduction of matter and the concept or existence of death. When there is a build up of pressure in galaxies in different locations what happens is this pressure can transfer into black holes contained within galaxies and when this happens the pressure is released out of galaxies and this allows more room for the transfer of energy coming from the Higgs field which generates more evolutionary advancement and helps life advance consistently. On the subject of Panpsychism what some people ask themselves is how could a spoon or a grain of salt be conscious? This can be somewhat perplexing for people to imagine and there has been a lot of debate over this subject in the scientific community. Universal Consciousness contains an identity and serves a particular role in evolution. Planets also contain an identity and both Universal Consciousness and planets contain very powerful male and female consciousness in order to support the evolution of the male and female species of life. well and is a very powerful living organism which contains life and supports the evolution of consciousness in the environment. A spoon, a grain of salt or any other object contained in Earth's environment like this is a part of Earth's consciousness and this is how Panpsychism works. These objects or aspects of nature belong to Earth's consciousness therefore contain certain frequency vibrations that correspond with Earth's evolutionary experience and development. Of course human beings and other living organisms in the environment contain particular identities and experience evolution in Earth's consciousness as well. When death is experienced in Earth's environment with any living organism what happens is the pressure or resistance to evolution is released from the body very quickly and the individuals consciousness, identity, light energy and dark energy transfers into the Higgs field and they accelerate very quickly out of Earth's consciousness and then accelerate through Universal Consciousness and arrive safely into world's contained in the Whirlpool galaxy which is about 23 million light years from Earth. This is where God’s home is located. Their consciousness experiences evolution through the transfer and because these world's contain all of the necessary elements to support life; the body evolves very quickly again physiologically and biologically as they enter the environments of these world's they transfer into an a much more powerful state of advancement occurs. This is made possible because the Higgs field contains the existence of infinity and this is also what generates a wormhole as described by people who have experienced NDE's. The wormhole is a result of how quickly the consciousness transfers and also containing the existence of infinity and the normal activity with light and dark energy which exists within Universal Consciousness. This is what causes a wormhole to form in time and space. The reason that scientists even with the most powerful equipment can't detect any of this activity is what I mentioned above is a very limited amount of interaction between human consciousness and the Higgs field. This is how life is experienced in Earth's environment because of a very powerful level of pressure contained within the frequency vibrations of mostly dark energy in the human body (consciousness). This comes from the uncertainty associated with the experience of death which is a very powerful form of resistance in the body and an actual form of pressure and dark energy contained within the existence of death within Earth's consciousness and time and space in this region of Universal Consciousness. Earth’s consciousness contains the element of death as well and this is why almost 99% of the species of life which have inhabited Earth have become extinct. Human beings and other living organisms in Earth's environment all contain some of this consciousness and energy and eventually go through the actual experience of death. This is what generates the perception of separation in human consciousness and the rest of the actual activity occurring in Universal Consciousness. Human beings use 100% of their brain capacity of course but human consciousness and the brain have yet to go through a powerful experience in evolutionary advancement. This will be introduced soon with what I mentioned with the Shift in Consciousness. This activity is very real I assure you and soon life will change here forever with the evolution of consciousness. I personally have been affected by this activity and have a very powerful connection with the Higgs field now and this began for me in the summer of 2011 in Louisiana. "Cruising Along in the Cosmic Lease Vehicle " By Steven Boyd
Many eons ago, when creation stirred and souls began swimming in the infinite sea of peace, Spirit projected on the screen of ether the great play of the cosmos. With this one brush stroke of volition, individual souls were given freedom to roam and experience creation in its infinite variety and multitudinous forms. Some souls decided to play on the finer elemental worlds which, also like spirit are made of the translucent material of the angelic realm. Others sought to visit the more densely vibrating matter planets sprinkled throughout the material cosmos. In order to visit those realms of dense matter, souls needed a vehicle by which they could mingle and interact with creation. Spirit instantly recognized this necessity and gave souls the ability to choose a vehicle, much the same way we humans choose various vehicles like cars, motorcycles and trucks. Page | 106
This is where the cosmic lease program originated. These fleshy vehicles were initially chosen by individual desire and much like our everyday lease vehicles, they had certain guidelines for safety, fuel, maintenance and longevity. Properly maintained, these temporary vehicles would last for many years before they wore out from natural causes. When the vehicle became old and worn, it would be relinquished or turned back into the spirit-dealership where a new vehicle would be leased so as to have another experience. The time between choosing one vehicle and the next was considered a time of rest and rejuvenation at the cosmic rest stop or astral plane, which is also known as heaven by some religions. This process of one lease vehicle after another would go on and on until the soul got tired of visiting those matter planets and yearned for something new, possibly the higher dimensional realms where the heavy matter vehicles would no longer suffice. Those higher realms, made of finer then atomic particles, require vehicles that are constructed of subtle astral light and components. Both types of vehicles look essentially the same but one is made of heavy gross matter and the other, finer energy and elements. The big difference between the light astral vehicle and the heavy matter vehicle is that the astral vehicle is much lighter, can travel incredible distances and is much faster, even faster than the speed of light. That in itself is pretty awesome for fellow speed freaks since no speed limits apply! It also reminds the sleeping soul of its many incredible abilities that wait to be awakened. One of the other key differences is that these fleshy earth vehicles last on average between seventy to ninety years whereas the astral vehicle can last for many hundreds of years or more depending on its driver, the soul. So you see, we chose these vehicles were now riding around in. Whether we like the current model or not, whether it functions well or not, we made choices along the way via our unfulfilled desires, past actions and karmic tendencies that we created and stored in the trunk of our sub-consciousness. Since the grand cosmic lessor (Spirit or God) gave the lessee-soul free will in the beginning of creation, it’s up to each of us to keep up the daily proper maintenance so that we can make the most of our time on this plane of existence and eventually make a smooth transition from this vehicle to the next. Spirit gave us this freedom many eons ago and it’s up to each of us on how long we Page | 107
want to stay and play in this tumultuous world of opposites. Either way, the choice is ours. Our desires, whether good or unhealthy, direct us like a magnet to our next destination. If you don’t like the road you’re driving on, slow down and pull over at the nearest reststop so that you can catch your breath. Then you can reevaluate your direction and make a course correction if need be. When you are actually casting this spell, one thing that is vital is to learn how to be in the now as they like to say, putting all of yourself into sending your intent out into the Universe. Try to keep track of the next two or three minutes somehow; set a timer on your phone if you need to. When the timer goes off, you are now in the future after all. Learning to stay in the present moment allows you to appreciate what you have right NOW and to develop the intent to improve yourself in ways that can benefit your future. Channeling
Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words. Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around). Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet� because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session. "Forgiveness Exercise - Spirit Uranus Talks" By Hanni Salovaara
– Uranus, I find it very hard to forgive other people and especially myself. Uranus: In your mind, think of the persons you want to forgive or yourself, for forgiveness is the greatest love and freedom. Close your eyes and create an image when you see your left hand reached out palm open upwards, and on your palm you see any person whomsoever, perhaps yourself. You just look at this tiny person on your palm, and you see confusion in the person who is there on your palm and who is looking at you in the eye, scared. You know that one single blow and those on your palm cease to exist, for, by the force of the blow, they fly away from your palm, disappear and perish. You know this and you see that those who are on your palm know it too, for confusion and fear grow in them. You know that you do not want to blow, for pity fills your heart. You just look at them and say, ‘I forgive you that you have not been what I would have needed’. You still look and see the impact of your words. Slowly, you begin to move them towards your heart and you feel how the heart energy sucks them, for in the heart is the center of forgiveness, love and life. Forgiveness fills you and your entire body, and you say to yourself, ‘I forgive myself that I have not been able to be to myself what I would have needed. I forgive everybody everything’. Press your palm against your heart and feel the power of this forgiveness. Feel how it is streaming in you and into you, filling with forgiveness first your hand and through that, your entire body, mind and emotions. and enormous freedom. Let your hand relax little by little, be quiet for a moment and let the adult living in you take the child living in you gently by the hand. You feel strong love and trust that prevails between them. Open your eyes slowly. You all can use this exercise whenever you need it. It has a tremendous power in it, for forgiveness is the greatest love and freedom. So, forgive yourselves, your parents, the whole world, and do it from the heart, for then you can surrender to God, or life itself. Then you do not have to try to control things anymore, for security is in life itself. Man realizes that life carries and only brings him good things, whichever they might be. Many good things are concealed and can confuse and cause problems in the beginning, but it is interesting to follow what good they bring, as they come. Life is love itself, for it only brings things that are good for us. When man gives up the intellect and returns to his heart, or the infinite entirety in himself, he can also trust that he will do fine and everything will work out here in the world.
