What's Happening in December?

"Sky Info For December 2020?"

December’s full Moon is called the Full Cold Moon. It is pretty obvious why its called that but the East Coast of the US has been not been snowed over yet.

December 13, 14 - Geminids Meteor Shower. The Geminids is the king of the meteor showers. It is considered by many to be the best shower in the heavens, producing up to 120 multicolored meteors per hour at Page | 14

its peak. It is produced by debris left behind by an asteroid known as 3200 Phaethon, which was discovered in 1982. The shower runs annually from December 7-17. It peaks this year on the night of the 13th and morning of the 14th. The morning of the 15th could also be nearly as active this year. The nearly new moon will ensure dark skies for what should be an excellent show. Best viewing will be from a dark location after midnight. Meteors will radiate from the constellation Gemini, but can appear anywhere in the sky.

December 21 - Rare Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. A conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn will take place on December 21. This rare conjunction of these two planets is known as a great conjunction. The last great conjunction occurred in the year 2000. They will be so close that they will appear to make a bright double planet. Look to the west just after sunset for this impressive and rare planetary pair.

December 21, 22 - Ursids Meteor Shower. The Ursids is a minor meteor shower producing about 5-10 meteors per hour. It is produced by dust grains left behind by comet Tuttle, which was first discovered in 1790. The shower runs annually from December 17-25. It peaks this year on the night of the 21st and morning of the 22nd. The first quarter moon should set just after midnight leaving dark skies for what could be a good show. Best viewing will be just after midnight from a dark location far away from city lights. Meteors will radiate from the constellation Ursa Minor, but can appear anywhere in the sky.

Equinoxes and solstices are frequently used as anchor points for calendars. For people in the northern hemisphere: Winter solstice is the time in December when the sun reaches its southernmost latitude. At this time we have the shortest day. The date is near 21 December.

Summer solstice is the time in June when the sun reaches its northernmost latitude. At this time we have the longest day. The date is near 21 June.

Vernal equinox is the time in March when the sun passes the equator moving from the southern to the northern hemisphere. Day and night have approximately the same length. The date is near 20 March.

Autumnal equinox is the time in September when the sun passes the equator moving from the northern to the southern hemisphere. Day and night have approximately the same length. The date is near 22 September.

What is Winter Solstice/Yule?

It’s the astronomical moment when we have our shortest day and longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere in terms of daylight.

What is Does “Solstice” Mean?

The term “solstice” comes from the Latin words sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still) because, during the solstice, the angle between the Sun’s rays and the plane of the Earth’s equator (called declination) appears to stand still.

In ancient Rome, the winter solstice was celebrated at the Feast of Saturnalia, to honor Saturn, the god of agricultural bounty. Lasting about a week, Saturnalia was characterized by feasting, debauchery and gift-giving. With Emperor Constantine’s conversion to Christianity, many of these customs were later absorbed into Christmas celebrations.

A Time To Reflect With Yule This is the time to think about: rebirth, quiet introspection, new year, hope, setting intentions, celebration of light Yule, a fire festival, is a time of celebrating the return of the light.

From this point forward, the days will gradually grow longer again, until we reach the height of the Sun’s power at the Summer Solstice.

Although we will still see comparatively little of the Sun’s light for several more weeks, this Sabbat reminds us to have patience—the waning half of the year is over, and warmth, growth, and light will reign again!

In the Wiccan belief system, the God is reborn at Yule, having died at the previous Sabbat (Samhain) at the end of October. The weak quality of sunlight during these still-short days is symbolized by the God in his infancy. The Goddess, who has been in her Crone aspect these past few months, has been reborn in her Mother aspect. At this time has given birth to the God. She represents the Earth remaining still and silent for awhile yet as she rests from her labor.

Candles are paramount to this Sabbat, of course, with Yule traditions emphasizing the colors red, green, white, and gold. Images of the Sun are also appropriate. Those lucky enough to have a fireplace can burn a sacred Yule log. Interestingly, many traditions which are generally thought of as belonging to Christmas—including the Yule log, a decorated tree, wreaths, and even caroling—are actually rooted in pre-Christian pagan traditions. So it’s quite likely that you’ve already been celebrating Yule for years, with or without your knowledge! ___________________

Festivus For the Rest of Us

For those folks who don't have a holiday to celebrate at this time this could be your holiday.

The Origin of Festivus Holiday: The Festivus holiday was created by Daniel O'Keefe, who found reference to an obscure holiday called Festivus. O'Keefe first celebrated this holiday in 1966. He selected December 23, to celebrate the anniversary of his first date with his future wife Deborah. His son Dan, a television scriptwriter, brought the holiday to life on the Seinfeld show.

Festivus became popular as the direct result of a Jerry Seinfeld television show episode. It first aired on December 18, 1997. On the show, Festivus was created and celebrated by Frank Costanza, George's father. During George's childhood, the Costanza family celebrated annually on December 23. On this episode of the show, Cosmos Kramer encouraged George's father to resurrect Festivus and it's traditions.

Festivus Traditions In case you didn't see that famous episode of Seinfeld the Festivus tree is an unadorned aluminum pole.

The Festivus holiday is celebrated with a dinner. Meatloaf is the suggested main course. Dinner is followed by a "Feats of Strength".

Another popular Festivus tradition, is an "Airing of Grievances" . This is an opportunity to share with someone how they have disappointed you over the past year.

"The Precession of The Equinox" By Ken Jyotish

Did you know your Western Sun sign according to your birth date might not actually have been where the Sun was when you were born?

It’s true, and I hope it doesn’t cause you to go through an identity crisis!

The reason for this discrepancy is something called the Precession of the Equinox. It is caused by the fact that the Earth does not spin on a perfectly flat rotation. Instead, the Earth is rotating at a slight angle, currently tilted at 23.5 degrees. Because of this, the Earth wobbles as it spins. A really useful analogy here to picture a spinning top that is tiled slightly. Because of the tilt, it wobbles, that is exactly what the Earth is doing very, very slowly as it rotates.

If the Earth spun completely flatly, at the same time every year, when viewed from Earth, the Sun would be in the same constellation every year. It makes sense, because our year measures the amount of time the Earth takes to make one revolution around the Sun, so from our viewing platform from Earth, we should see the Sun placed in the exact same spot in the heavens.

But because of this slightly wobble, when viewing the Sun from Earth, the Sun appears to just not make it back to the same place every year.

The way many cultures have measured this phenomenon is by looking at the sky and seeing which constellation the Sun was in during the Spring Equinox. This is on March 21st every year in the Northern hemisphere. I recommend you give this a try during the next Spring Equinox - look at your star gazing app on your phone at sunrise and see which constellation the Sun is in. If you do this any time from now till about 2600 AD, you would see the Sun rising in Pisces on Spring Equinox day. This is different from the assumptions used in Western Astrology, which puts the Sun at 0 degrees Aries every year on Spring Equinox day, ignoring the precession of the equinox. The last time the Sun was actually 0 degrees Aries on the Spring Equinox day was around 300 AD. The technical term for everything I’ve said is Western Astrology uses a Tropical Zodiac, and Vedic Astrology uses a Sidereal Zodiac. The Tropical Zodiac uses the first day of Spring to symbolize new beginnings. So, the Western astrology system says that on the first day of Spring every year, the Sun enters the first sign of the Zodiac, Aries. From that date, the rest of the planetary movements are calculated.

Because Vedic Astrology is visual, and uses the Sidereal Zodiac which plots the positions of the planets using fixed stars, it accounts for the Page | 20

precession of the equinox. These ancient measurements are based on the Nakshatras, which are fixed stars that have been verified through modern astronomical observations. Said another way, if you looked into the sky when you were born, the positions of the planets and the constellations in the sky would match your Vedic Astrology chart, not the Western Astrology one. This means that as an example, if you had an Aries Sun sign in Western Astrology, your sidereal Vedic Sun sign would probably be Pisces.

The original version of astrology, whether Vedic or Western, began with the Sidereal Zodiac. This has to be the case because visual observations of the night sky are how the ancient people came up with the original constellations. It was the Greeks that invented the Tropical Zodiac by choosing to fix the zodiac to their seasons so they wouldn't have to continually adjust their calendar to account for the precession of the equinox. They believed the Earth wasn't moving because it was the center of the universe, so they stapled the stars onto the Earth's equinoxes. In reality, it's the fixed stars that don't move relative to our point of view, and the Earth revolves around the Sun. By coincidence, when the ancient Greek civilization was at their high water point, the difference between the Tropical and Sidereal Zodiac was pretty small, so it was just a minor adjustment. However, after two thousand years of precession and going into the future, the difference between the two will continue to increase.

It takes about 2160 years for the Sun to pass through one sign. How did the ancient people figure this out? It would have taken 20 to 30 generations of observations and record keeping every Spring Equinox day to observe just one sign change, let alone figure out that the Sun actually moves through all the signs very slowly, taking about 25,920 years to complete one complete journey. But the ancient people knew about this, as evidenced by the precise representation of the sky in every Vedic birth chart.

It also appears that the seemingly arbitrary numbers that are present throughout the Vedic tradition hint at an understanding of these vast periods of time. For example, have you ever wondered why there are 108 beads in a mala, or a Vedic set of prayer beads, and not just a round number like 100? Well, 2160, the number of years it takes for the Sun to pass through one sign, is perfectly divisible by 108, but not Page | 21

100. If you multiple 108 by 20, you get exactly 2160. Another example is the ancient Rig Veda poem has exactly 432,000 syllables, which is probably a very precise and conscious choice, and not simply a coincidence. 432,000 is divisible by exactly 108. So the next time you chant a mantra using your mala of 108 beads, remember the cosmic significance of that number, and the huge universal cycle you are connecting to.

The natural next question is - which zodiac is correct? Actually, both zodiacs work in isolation, and so my general advice is to not compare astronomical details across astrology systems. Both systems should tell you similar things, and generally the universe guides you to the astrologer that can tell you what you need to know.

"The Guilt-Free Life" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

Lately, the topic of guilt has been coming up while I (Barry) have been working with my therapy clients on video-conferencing. So I’d like to focus this article on the healing of guilt.

First, what is guilt? Most people know the answer. It’s the feeling of responsibility for doing something wrong, or having done something wrong in the past. I would say we all have this feeling of guilt. It’s universal. We’ve all made mistakes, sometimes big ones. And feelings of guilt are too often the result.

In 12-step recovery programs, “making amends” is an important step.

If there are mistakes that can be corrected, wrongs that can be righted, hurts that can be apologized for, by all means do so. Many years ago, one of our assistants stole quite a lot of money from us, and Joyce’s diamond engagement ring, and then quickly moved away.

Many years passed and then, a few years ago, she called and got Joyce on the phone. Through her tears, she admitted that her guilt has been a huge burden, holding her back in her life, and she wanted to make it right. Joyce was loving (because that’s who she is) but she was also firm about the importance of paying us back. This young woman enthusiastically agreed, but we have never heard from her again. We can only imagine how the continued weight of her guilt is keeping her unhappy, until she can make things right.

Sometimes, we can’t correct our mistakes. Like hurting someone who we can’t find to make apology. When I was a teen, I was angry with a neighbor who used to frequently yell at us when our ball landed on their lawn. One night, I exploded a large firework outside their window which probably deeply frightened them. I feel bad for having done that, don’t know their names, and realize they are no longer alive. Even so, I apologized to them inwardly, which helped me release this particular guilt.

Then there’s existential guilt, feeling that just being alive is doing something wrong. This form of guilt is much more difficult to correct.

For many of us, we have somehow gotten the message that we are problems. Rather than our behavior being condemned, we have felt condemned as persons. Until I corrected her when I was in my forties, my mother used to label me as an “incorrigible child” when I was young. Now of course I understand that I was simply strong-willed, and my mother wasn’t strong enough to stand up for herself. But the damage was done, and, for many years, I was left feeling that there was something inherently wrong with me.

Guilt keeps us from doing good things for ourselves, or limiting the time we spend on self-nurturing or creativity. I love singing with my harmonium or piano, and writing songs. But I notice that little voice in my head that tries to limit my creative time because it’s not “productive.” I can be really enjoying myself, when I suddenly hear that inner guilty voice saying, “Time’s up. Now get back to work.” I understand workaholism. I am a recovering workaholic. Guilt is at the heart of workaholism.

Guilt has us doing more for others, and not enough for ourselves.

“How dare we nurture ourselves! Don’t be selfish!” The message in all this is clear: others are more important than we are. But this would have us try to put an oxygen mask on our children, or anyone else, in an airplane cabin that loses pressure. Unless we first put our own mask on, we risk passing out and not helping anyone. Likewise, unless we give enough to ourselves, we will have nothing to give to others. I love the Native American saying, “Humble yourselves to receive, before you can truly give.”

So how do we heal guilt so we can live a guilt-free life? At the core is the feeling of unworthiness, not knowing that we deserve the fullness of love. As we write in Risk to Be Healed, “If we’re running away from love because of a feeling of unworthiness, then we need to stop and remember who we are: children of the Creator, sons and daughters of the light, rightful heirs to all the love and power of the universe.”

And here’s the truth: nothing we have ever done can take away our inherent worthiness. Some years ago, I had a pivotal moment in a cave near the top of a mountain above Poggio Bustone in Italy. Saint Francis went into this cave 800 years ago, determined not to continue his ministry until he knew for sure that he was forgiven for his many sins as a young man. His wish was granted, and this cave is now known as the “place of forgiveness.” The first time Joyce and I visited this cave, which required a steep hike up the mountain, I also wanted this certainty of forgiveness for all the many misdeeds of my own younger life. I went into the cave prepared to sit for a long time in meditation, going through my long list of transgressions one by one, seeking forgiveness. I sat down, was about to start with the first item on my list, when suddenly I felt a heavenly energy and the words came to me, “Barry, you are completely forgiven for all of it.” I felt light as a feather, and jumped up for joy. Not one item on my long list could take away the worthiness of my soul, my divine birthright. Joyce, knowing every item on my list, and prepared to wait for a very long time for me, was surprised, and then overjoyed to see this divine miracle.

The guilt-free life is ours for the asking. Know this: every time you do something loving for yourself, you are helping everyone else. Every time you do something creative, like art, music, dance, writing from the heart, or growing flowers, you bless the world. When you take care of your body with healthy eating and exercise, you take care of the whole body of humanity. When you quiet your own mind through meditation or contemplation, you help quiet all minds. And every time you take a conscious breath, taking in the pure energy of creation, you can then breathe out your unique gift to the world.

"Desperate Despair" By Melissa Watkins

At one time or another, we all fall down. Something in our life falls apart. We lose a relationship that we thought would go the distance.

We lose a job that was our dream job. We lose our home. We lose our car. Any one of these scenarios feels catastrophic of an event that we have to recover from.

Finding love is hard, finding that one person who you find a connection with is hard and when you do it is the most magical feeling in the world. Having your dream job gives you safety and stability that allows you to have a foundation on where you can build all the other parts of your life. Having your own transportation gives you freedom and independence that allows you to go and do whatever you want, whenever you want. All of these are things that we all strive to have.

We work really hard to achieve. These are the foundational principals of a happy life. So, the loss of anyone of these things really affects you on a physical, emotional, energetic or ethereal, and mental levels, Page | 26

changing your vibrational frequency because the loss of one of these things makes you fearful on some level for your survival.

So, when you lose all of these things in the same time frame, this can bring you to desperate despair. The feeling of not being safe and afraid for your safety and survival. Knowing that in some way all of your choices have led to this point. Realizing that you have affected your own situation so negatively that you are at ground zero: homeless, jobless and carless. How do you recover? And you ask yourself this honestly because you know that to make the same decisions or go the same way as you have will get you similar results.

You have let yourself down in the most fundamental ways, so how do you trust yourself and your decision making from here?

This is where you have to become self-aware. Becoming aware or yourself and WHY you have made the decisions that you have. What has lead you to this place of Desperate Despair? Even if you only had experienced one or two of these scenarios or something similar, you have to look within to find the cause. It is only there will you find the way to heal those parts of yourself that will allow the catalyst for change to take place and allow things to be different: positive.

Have you been in denial for a very long time of those hurts, traumas and abuses that have propelled you to engage in self-sabotaging ways?

Addiction, denial, people pleasing, unworthiness, abusive relationship or toxic people in key roles in your life, health issues, etc. and all of these ways can look very different for everyone, but you have to get very honest with yourself before you can ever start to heal.

And heal you must! It is the only way to have something different, positive and sustainable.

How? One step at a time. One wound at a time. Some may need therapeutic care, counseling, or physician’s help. Some may need to unpack their emotional bodies one step at a time through journaling and reading helpful guides: self-help or inspirational books. Sound healing and energy work can help. There are many modalities of help for the healing. But none of it will work if you are not getting clear on what is holding you back.

Desperate Despair is a HUGE motivator for change. And by making the changes, starting the process you are coming into alignment with your Divinity. The God inside you. We are being brought to our knees in some way at this time to be the catalyst that we need to change our lives. To change our relationship with each other and the planet.

Going forward the old ways of being and doing will not work. We have to do better because now we know better–Maya Angelou said it so eloquently all those years ago.

We are waking up. Waking up to who and what we are: spiritual beings in a human condition. More and more of us are getting in touch with our spiritual-ness and it is beautiful. But it is a transforming energy and way of life. As you go down your path you will be brought to new awareness and connection. Do not despair because it is for you.

Take it one day at a time and know that as hard as it is to unpack and heal your wounds. It is the most beneficial thing you can do for yourself and those you love to become the best version of this 3demensional self and gain access to your 5demensional self by raising your vibrational frequency.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. We are in a beautiful place where hearts are touched in a way that only can be done while in a group. The idea of group dynamics in spiritual things has been well known for a long time, but the whole theme of this weekend has been delving into things that are not yet realized, and examining new paradigms that are not yet upon you.

There is an expression that we have used in the past, which states this: "A fool does not know he is a fool." The expression is a metaphor for many things, but basically, it means that at whatever level you are of awareness, you cannot see above that level. If it's a lower level of awareness and, indeed, you are a fool, you have no idea that you are a fool, and will continue to be one.

Now, if you apply this to this weekend's teaching, you might say, "Am I a fool because I might not be fully aware of things around me?" The answer is no. That is simply a metaphor that tells you that it's tough to see things that are of a higher consciousness when you in a lower consciousness state. All Humans have higher awareness available, and if you look at this logically, you might say that there is cause for celebration! It's because there are many attributes of awareness and higher consciousness that you simply have not seen yet, but that are available to be discovered.

However, in this entire area of unseen things, there is a potential trap. The trap is a common Human one, and this is the one where you are so enamored with what might be there, even though you cannot see it or imagine it, that you want to postulate all about it and then make up things to satisfy your keen interest.

Be aware that, within this new energy, there will be what I will call "many postulation groups." This means that many will go off on tangents of what they believe might be there, but which really isn't, and then start working toward a goal based upon what is unseen and incorrect. The only danger, the only trap that is here, dear ones, is that you are so curious, and your intellect is so greatly challenged, that you can get trapped in this place of wondering and being and doing and planning, and miss the whole point.

The Spinning Human What good will it do for any Human to sit and spin? Because if you do, you will be a little too dizzy to meet the reality that actually should be yours, and you will never know you are spinning because fools do not know they are fools.

"Kryon, I don't understand anything you just said."

What I'm really telling you is this: In this new energy, there will be revelations of multidimensional (invisible) things and energies that will create great curiosity. It does not help anyone to postulate and wonder and plan around things you don't know about or understand.

Why? Because it keeps you from seeing the truth when it finally arrives! Because you don't expect what you don't expect, and there are truly things that are coming that don't fit in any linear paradigm you Page | 30

can imagine. One of them I will tell you about now.

Difficult Concepts I'm going to discuss something very esoteric now, and many will say, "bring it on." However, you have no understanding of the reality of it.

It is something you didn't expect, which is here and available for you.

It has to do with the way you perceive yourself, your galaxy, your universe, and your reality - and it has to do with time.

How would you describe time to a child who asks, "Please tell me, what is time?" It is a difficult thing, is it not, to describe time to a child. You might say, "Well, it's the ticks of the clock." Then the child will ask, "And what does that mean? The ticks are only sounds." Then you might say, "It's about the space between the ticks," and the child doesn't want to hear any more. It's not making sense.

Time is something that is extremely elusive in the definition department. What makes it even more difficult, dear ones, is that it has only been in the last fifty years or so that you've had science look at TIME and say, "Well, against all odds, it seems to be part of atomic structure. In other words, it's not just a concept. You could touch it if you were small enough. Not only that, by altering parts of this atomic structure - the physics regarding density and speed and mass, you might be able to actually alter it!" Einstein postulated (later proven) that time seems to slow down and speed up depending on how fast you are going, and is totally relative to the observer. In other words, it is, indeed, variable, and so, it is not the linear, unmovable, absolute thing you think it is.

Now, that's a tough one to talk about to a child, isn't it? When you finally get the idea of how to tell the child about it, you are not going to let the child know that time is variable. Not yet, because that would be a brain-buster! The reason is because you all expect time to be absolute and never to change. There are atomic clocks that measure time to the "nth" degree. It's stable, consistent, and it is your linear reality. However, that's an illusion, made just for you.

You have always perceived time to be a straight line. Everyone knows it's a straight line, like a train on a track. If you are standing in one place on that very straight and long track, the train becomes history Page | 31

as it goes by and disappears into the distance of the past. Waiting for a train is waiting for something that will happen in the future, and it is unknown when it might arrive.

If you're actually on the train and it's moving, you're always moving through three elements: The NOW, the PAST, and the FUTURE. Although you are always moving through these attributes, you still see them as isolated concepts. Those who are intellectual will minutiaeize this even further and say, "Well, the front of the train is in the future; the back of the train is in the past; and the middle of the train is now." Isn't this interesting? But it's not a straight line and never was.

The Truth About Time If you ask a physicist about time, they will tell you that it is a difficult concept because it seems to fall back into itself in a certain way. This is because it's actually circular. It has to be, to operate the way it does.

Time is always in the now, in a certain way, and although it's difficult to understand, time is really a circle. Now, the circle is a rough one. It may be toroidal, or it may be a different shape altogether, but it folds back on itself. In other words, it always comes around to itself as a circle would.

So, why am I telling you these things? Because, suddenly, if you understand that that track of time is not a straight line, you have to start asking yourself intellectual time-questions that seem unanswerable.

You might say, "I've been here through a thousand lifetimes. Kryon, can you identify how that might work in the circle of time?" Let me ask you, how big is the circle? The answer is, "yes." (Smile) All of you, as Old Souls, have been on this track of time for a very long time and have covered the same track over and over for eons. The circle size depends upon the reality of those measuring. I won't say any more, for it just confuses the linear mind (but it's very Einstein-ian).

However, the biggest point is this: If that train on that long track is you, you have been covering the same ground over and over for thousands of years. Can you conceive of that? Is this concept understandable? You're in a circle like a toy train would be, yet you think time is a linear straight line. It's not. It goes around and around, Page | 32

which means you have actually covered the same ground over and over. Now, that's a vast over-simplification of how something very complex can be perceived simply. But I want you to see this clearly because of what's coming.

Question: If you're on the train in this particular track that I have just given you, and you look in front of you, are you looking at a pristine unknown future where you've never been, or have you been there before in some way? Think "circle." You might wish to read that again before you answer.

If time is in a circle, then the actual answer is that you've been there before in some way. Again, picture a toy train in a circle. It's always going over the same track. So, now you might ask, "Well, if that's the case, shouldn't I be able to recognize or feel anything coming on the track in front of me? Are things coming that I have been through before?"

Answer: Time and Human lifetimes do not work in the linear way you might think. It's not about your episodes, or your karma, or, really, about your past lives. It's not linear, so you can't say, "Well, I've been there, and therefore, I know what's going to happen." Time is a multidimensional concept, so even though you are going in a circle, you've only covered certain dimensions of it as you travel, and perhaps the track in front of you is a dimensional experience that you have not covered yet, even though the track is the same.

Think of this as layers of reality on the track. Maybe the track is layered and, although you are on the same circular track, you keep shifting layers within the circle as you travel. So, part of this track ahead of you is familiar, and some of it is not. It's a familiar track because you kind of know what it feels like to be there; however, the strangest anomaly of this new paradigm of time is that, as you look ahead, you're actually looking into your past. [Breathe!] Is that confusing enough for you?

Here's where we are going: What if ‌ what if, as you travel this track, your awareness of the new dimensions increases? LISTEN: What if it's the same Earth and track, but you are now far more aware of what it's all about? What if time on this familiar track is helping you evolve Page | 33

into a different kind of Human - one who is savvy in the wisdom of what is coming next? Can the unknown on this track in front of you become your comfort zone?

The Awareness of the Evolved Human "Dear Spirit," you might say, "I know my soul is multidimensional and I've been on this Earthly plane of past lives now for a long time. I may have a thousand past lives in my Akashic record, and I know I keep going on this track of time that Kryon is speaking about. But, suddenly, I have a new perception: I'm a multidimensional being filled with the love of God and I can control the reality of my life. I am learning new paradigms of what is possible with this new engine of enlightenment, and the spark of awareness that I now have is much bigger than anything that I have ever experienced before! I'm just beginning to learn what a creature of a higher level of consciousness can achieve. I've learned that what I think in a benevolent way can have coherence with others, and can result in healing in a group. I've learned that I can sit in a theater and have coherence with other people, and they don't have to know I'm even there. They don't have to know my name, yet they can feel the benevolence of my energy and feel better because of it. I've learned that these new gifts and tools are beyond the physics that I thought I knew. Therefore, I have decided to bless my life in a new way: I'm going to take control of the track in front of me and I'm going to send benevolence for myself and my soul and my life ahead of me wherever I go. This is possible because I have ‘been there' and, although I don't know what is going to happen exactly, I know it's my comfort zone and I'm not afraid."

Does that make sense? That's new. It's accurate and beautiful!

Have you ever thought, perhaps, of sending specific benevolence for specific things into your future? Let's say, something is coming in your life, and in the past, you might have been anxious about it and have said, "Well, I hope when I get there, it's going to be alright."

Then you gather your friends and pray for the situation. This all may seem fine and normal, but why not create energy for the situation in a way that you never have before?

How about this? Send unknown perfect solutions on that track in advance, because you're able to do that now. The solution you're Page | 34

going to create in advance is perfect but unknown to you. So, this isn't about hoping for synchronicity or saying to yourself, "I see myself healed," or any of those things you have learned so well. Instead, you are now sending the healing forward, so you know it's there already when you arrive! There is no question it is there. It's not about if and it's not about synchronicity - it's not about hope. It's about sending it forward and walking the track and arriving at the place you created.

Remember: It's your track, and you've been there before!

This is different. It's a new paradigm, and it's something that is extremely difficult to describe to those who live linear lives. You might say, "Well, Kryon, I've actually been doing this for a long time. I always pray for myself in the future." Excellent, but have you really understood how it works? The understanding of how it works helps you to cognize the reality of it.

A New Paradigm: The new reality is this: You are using the energy of your soul and all that you are, understanding that ahead of you is known territory.

You're going to take your own life force, your soul energy, and all that you are - your benevolence, your love, your compassion, and your consciousness, and you're going to place it ahead of you in a comfortable place that you have been before - your future.

Someone here in the room needs to know this. It's someone who doesn't understand that their healing can be started right on their "train of reality" in a way they hadn't conceived of before. If this is you, let's get together right now in coherence with the entire group.

Group, project with me: While in coherence, project this: Anyone who is trouble in this audience, with their consciousness, with their grief or health or who is in fear, can be helped. I want you to create your visualization of that individual without knowing their name. See them in your mind as completely and totally healed. See them projecting themselves into their own future, and absolutely knowing they are headed for solutions.

These who you are visualizing are right with you in this goal because right now many of them are saying, "This is what I came for! This is what I wanted. I have Old Souls all working together and doing something with me, I didn't know could be done." This is different Page | 35

than having a healing today. It's about planning the healing in the future because it's already there. You just put a healed individual on that track.

Now I want the group to come back. Imagine you're still on that train and I want you to celebrate what's going to happen when they get to that place where you created solutions for those who need them. I want you to celebrate what it's like for them to realize and actualize that everything we have done today is real! This is a new paradigm of your abilities in a higher consciousness. It comes with more awareness in this new energy.

Dear ones, you might have had a thousand lifetimes, but your future knows you, so it's your friend. You're putting yourself in a future that is really a place you have traveled before. Do you see yourself sitting there being different than now? If you can do that, the next thing I want you to do is change how you see life itself: Envision that you have moved to the front of the train and now you're watching the track and you're smiling in expectation day by day. No more worry, no more fretting, because you are working the puzzle differently. You are expecting good things to happen because you are comfortable with what is coming next.

When you do this, you create a model that affirms who you are, and you put that energy into the future on a track of time that exists, where you are known. In that, you have not just affirmed who you are, but you've created a reality to come. That's new.

Dear ones, these kinds of things I will continue to bring you. If you've sat here in this group or read this, and you didn't understand anything - all of that is okay and perfect. Because, at some level, everything I have said to you has gone into that beautiful place called your soul consciousness. When you need to have it given to you again, it's going to be available. Your intent is everything. You've come here for the new tools, and I have presented some. Even without total understanding, this information has settled into a place where you'll be able to use it when you are ready.

Souls who are willing to work with "the spark."

I tell you these things today because it is an advanced group that I sit before. I tell you these things today because there are no accidents of who is here listening or reading. I know who is here because your soul glistens in front of me with the crystals of change and the desire for truth.

Go from this place perhaps confused [laughter] but know that, at some time, at some level, the confusion will snap into clarity and you'll be able to drop just about all the baggage you have been carrying for lifetimes on this train of yours.

And so it is.

"How To Release Grudges and Resentments" By Dr. Judith Orloff

As a psychiatrist, I feel strongly that letting go of resentments, a point I emphasize in my recent book “Emotional Freedom,” is essential to free yourself from negativity. The main person the resentment hurts is you.

A resentment is a grudge that you harbor after you’ve felt mistreated.

It’s easy to hold on to all the incidents that angered you, from a gossiping hairdresser to a two-timing ex-husband. And, if you took a poll, you’d probably get a lot of people on your side about your right to stay resentful. According to such logic, as time passes, you have “the right” to get angrier, becoming a broken record of complaints. But is that the sour person you want to be? Instead, for emotional freedom, try to release resentments and let compassion purify them. One friend, in the midst of that process, likened uncovering resentments to “dragging dead bodies out of a well.” You don’t want moldering negativity rotting your psyche.

Forgiveness is a state of grace, nothing you can force or pretend. I guide patients toward the large-heartedness to forgive both injuries others have caused and those they’ve self-inflicted. Forgiveness penetrates the impenetrable — the obstinacy that stifles love, the tenacious pain that dams our energy reserves. A Stanford research study showed that forgiveness significantly decreases stress, rage and psychosomatic symptoms. I’m not saying that betrayal is ever justified, that you aren’t entitled to be upset if someone wrongs you, or that you shouldn’t try to improve or else leave a destructive situation. Forgiveness, though, ensures that resentments don’t feed on your energy. Finally, remember forgiveness refers to the actor, not the act — not the offense but the woundedness of the offender.

Strategies to Let Resentments Go 1. Set Your Intention to Release the Resentment The purpose of releasing resentments is to increase your energy and to feel better.

Select a target: a critical mother, a controlling boyfriend, a cutthroat colleague. Perhaps you’ve tried to discuss the grievance with no results. (Always attempt to work things out if the person is the slightest bit receptive.) Or your target may truly be unapproachable.

In either case, away from the person, air your resentments without sugarcoating them. Do this in a journal, or with a therapist or friend.

For example, say, “I despise the double-crossing conniver because…”

Frankly, expressing your feelings is necessary to forgive.

2. Cultivate Forgiveness In a quiet moment, really reach to find compassion for the person’s shortcomings, not the deed itself. This may be very hard work. What insecurities or fears motivated him or her? Why is the person’s heart so closed? What caused his or her moral blindness? Try to discern the context of the person’s actions. At this point, you may be inwardly able to ask yourself to start to forgive.

Perhaps you’re not there yet — that’s okay. The request itself sets off a stream of compassion, a cleansing of your system. Repeat the exercise once a day for at least a week. See if your energy improves. I’ll bet you’ll feel a burden lift.

3. Take a Reality Check As part of forgiveness, take this reality check: People bring a lifetime of wounds to your relationship, which may make their behavior more about them than you. You might justifiably say, as one of my patients did, “I’m hurt and furious my spouse left Page | 45

me and refused to even talk about it. Isn’t it reasonable to want that?”

Naturally it is. But your need doesn’t take into consideration your spouse’s terror of intimacy, or that he or she would do anything to escape it in your relationship or any other. Unfortunately, your spouse’s fears and inadequacies won out over your needs. To find forgiveness while endeavoring to heal anger, you must evaluate whom you’re dealing with, the good and the bad. Often, people are just doing the best they can, which may not amount to a hill of beans where you’re concerned, but it does represent the sad truth of the situation.

Accepting that truth of someone’s limitations will help you to forgive.

Compassion opens a hidden door to a secret world that exists beyond anger. Notwithstanding, the feelings of anger or forgiveness aren’t mutually exclusive. You can simultaneously experience varying degrees of both. Perhaps, at first, you’re a little forgiving and very angry. But when you progress, the scales increasingly tip toward forgiveness as your attachment to anger recedes.

"Lets Hold The Sacred Space for Divine Government" By Patricia CotaRobles

Due to the seemingly miraculous activities of Light that have been God Victoriously accomplished through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth this year, every person’s I AM Presence is now able to intervene in his or her life in incredibly powerful ways. This Divine Intervention is occurring as a unique and individual experience for each of us. That means that every day we need to pay attention and see just how our I AM Presence is intuitively inspiring us to think, feel and act in NEW and Heart-based ways.

In the United States of America, we are in the midst of a very tumultuous Presidential election. This is an important event that will have an affect not only in the USA but also on Governments around the World. I know that there is a lot of concern over who the next President of the United States will be. There is also a lot of fear over how the end result of this election will change people’s lives.

What the Company of Heaven wants us to remember is that fundamental change never begins at the top. Change of that magnitude begins with a shift of consciousness at a grass-roots level and expands into an unstoppable movement. It is true that people at the top who are in positions of power have the ability to wreak havoc on this Planet and Humanity, but the Light of God and the collective consciousness of Humanity’s Heart-based I AM Presence is infinitely more powerful than any wayward attempts to create chaos.

The frequencies of Light we are experiencing now are greatly assisting all of us in unifying the consciousness of our I AM Presence with the mass consciousness of Humanity’s I AM Presence. Day-by-day, this is empowering us in extraordinary ways.

In order to change what is happening in the outer world, we do not have to do battle with forces committed to creating chaos. That particular focus of our attention actually interferes with our ability to be the Heart-based Peace Commanding Presence we need to be at this time. Buckminster Fuller once said, “In order to change an existing paradigm you do not struggle to try and change the problematic model. You create a new model and make the old one obsolete.” That, in essence, is the higher service to which we are ALL being called.

What Lightworkers all over the World are being asked to do during the elections in the USA is to be the Open Door for the Light of God. Even though the Company of Heaven is standing in readiness, they cannot intervene without our permission. It is never the intent of these selfless Messengers of God to interfere with our free will, so they will not tell us who to vote for or what the result of the elections will be. However, once we ask for their assistance, the Floodgates of Heaven open in response to our heartfelt pleas.

The Beings of Light are encouraging all of us who are able to vote in this election to take advantage of this opportunity. Now that our I AM Presence has fully integrated into our Earthly Bodies, we are being asked to evaluate the candidates through the eyes of our I AM Presence. Which candidates resonate in our Heart-of-Hearts? Which ones will bring about the highest good for Humanity, the USA, the World and Mother Earth? Those are the candidates that deserve our vote.

If you have already voted, you can still participate in this process. If the person you voted for is not who you now feel is the best person to be elected, hold him or her in the Light and affirm through your I AM Presence, “Thy Will not mine be done.”

The Company of Heaven has given us two invocations that will empower this election process in a very positive way. Please join with me now if you have the Heart Call to do so.

This invocation is stated in the 1st person, so that each of us will experience it personally and tangibly in our own lives. We are simultaneously invoking this Light on behalf of ALL Humanity. And Page | 50

Oh, Supreme Light, I acknowledge you in all Life and I give Gratitude to the Goddess of Liberty and the Goddess of Divine Justice, as I invoke them and their great Angelic Hosts to amplify the Divine Qualities of Liberty and Justice which I AM releasing this day to assist with the cocreation of Divine Government on Planet Earth. I now invoke the I AM Presence of every person that is in any way associated with the Governments on Earth to direct, sustain and expand the portion of the Divine Plan which is that person’s Destiny.

"Red, “Right� and Blue - Equality in An Ego-Centric World"

The United States was built on liberty, happiness and the freedom of religion and speech. To believe or say whatever we wanted and not get condoned or shunned from the community. We had our ideals lined up but when we went to practice them, we messed it up. It was like that from the beginning. We used the Native Americans to help us get our villages settled and show us how crops would grow best in this new world. Then over time our peaceful living pilgrims got greedy and started killing the Native Americans in hopes to be the better race and take their land to have more, more and more. Then when other different groups of inhabitants started their pilgrimage to America once they got here everyone hated each other. It was a big melting pot of chaos and disaster. The ideal of our perfect Utopia could not be found. We worked to death the African Americans all in the name of what? Money, power, fame not for independence and equality.

We have not changed much really from our founding fathers. Every kind of system that exists today has its flaws and we may have evolved in science, medicine and technology, but our ego has stayed exactly the same. Our American flag is not all red, white or blue but three colors uniting us all under the witchery of stars and stripes. I wish we could see everyone as equal just like the colors of our flag.

We go and protest or express our opinions strongly on social media and it seems so hard to get everyone to change. But really, it is so simple. If everyone stopped just for one day and was nice to everyone, didn’t worry or stress than that would be successful mindful living. So why can’t we let go and do this every day? What are we really so afraid of? Stop and think why you hate others. Was this just a learned thing from your environment, upbringing, town you live in. Was it based on your parent’s belief of hate or grandparents? Does it stem from generations back? Think right now if you were another race. I mean you could be. If your soul was sucked into a different body instead of the current one. What I am really trying to ask you is does it really matter? Would the color of your skin effect you really as a person deep down inside? Do your own thinking, don’t trust ideals from generations past. Evolve your ego into something better. Do the right thing.

Maybe your opinion is strong at this point and you don’t want to change. Maybe you feel you have to stay this way to impress others or fit in. Maybe that’s true. We all kind of want world peace though right? So, take your ego and just try to have peace for yourself and your loved ones and try to let the others that you hate go. Just take charge of yourself, trust the process and everything else will work itself into quality living.

Equality is understanding and providing opportunities for everyone no matter of their race, gender, personal or religious beliefs. I think a person who is all for “Black Lives Matters” needs to rethink their own thinking when the following is present inside their minds.

A person could say African Americans are equal and of course I am just using this as an example because of the recent events, go to a peaceful protest and come home and feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I am not saying that is a bad thing but then what do they do the next Page | 57

day, they continue the lifelong feud between herself and her younger sister. Attacking each other time and time again. This person is not at justice within their head.

Egos are everywhere and take many forms and to truly have peace you must let it go on all levels. My purpose here is to pull out the root of the problem in your head. Take the weed right out so you can have clear thinking towards all people.

It doesn’t really matter religion, race, gender or beliefs because all lives matter and this was what our founding fathers were searching for so let’s take a moment to fix their original mistake of corruption and live for them and their ideals of nonviolent living. We really only have our mind and with real discipline and right correction we can wake up one day and decide to be different, non-abrasive, happy and full of peace. When we start to change our outlook on life then others will change by our example and not be so harsh towards the world.

That makes for a happy and content life and if everyone does this then we will finally have peace on Earth.

One final thought is to really try to combat negative states of mind such as anger, hatred and greed and cultivate positive states such as kindness and compassion. We can all make a difference. Once we see things differently a whole new world opens up. Stay peaceful and STOP to Silence Thoughts Of Pain.

"There is Only One Side" By Van / Gabriel of Urantia / Talias Van

America—(the regathering of the ancient tribes of Israel)—is now at a transition point, which will determine how the rest of the tribulation will go in the next four years on Earth, particularly in America and Western civilization. The forces of the fallen mind have been at war with the forces of the light and souls of light and love.

But now in America, at this present hour, hate is the dominant force that rules America. It is not just one person but multiple millions of people who are racist and unloving, selfish and greedy, uncouth and materialistic. There is no difference between a rich greedy person and a poor racist. Both are immoral.

Americans are blinded and deceived by false leaders, who no longer have a vision for the common good of the people. Although the Emancipation Proclamation was put into effect in his lifetime, the vision of Abraham Lincoln has not achieved anywhere near his hope, now almost 200 years later.

Too many—on both sides of the spectrum in America, of “red” and “blue”—still have that same false Great American Dream, whereas if one gets what they want, another one does not, and there is no Page | 60

equality. There can never be equality of education if one goes to Harvard and another goes to the community college of your city.

There could never be medical equality as long as there is not free medical and dental for all. There does not have to be health insurance if there is free medical and dental.

So we kid ourselves in America, and most Americans are slaves to the puppet masters, who are slaves to the system that works only for the rich. And we think by voting we have voiced our rights. In America there are no rights left. There really never have been. We continue to play ring-around-the-rosy, and we all fall down.

The American Constitution was written by men tired of the old order of Europe, who did have a vision for equal rights and equality for the New World, but they still allowed the slave system to exist. So much for equality. And a civil war took place a hundred years later, in which hundreds of thousands of Americans died and nothing was really accomplished, because hate is in the hearts of people and cannot be legislated. What about the attempts of genocide to the Native Americans (Indigenous) of Turtle Island/the United States and all South America!

Only by freewill choice can love take the place of hate. And it seems that too many who write the articles, make the films, and speak on the radio are propagators of the system of greed rather than the system of equality, because it works for them, not for the common man or woman.

If one who reads this knows what is written in the Old and New Testaments and The Cosmic Family volumes, you should come to the conclusion that we are in the mid tribulation. It is not ahead of us. It is now. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed by earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, hurricanes, fires, and floods all over the world, and in the next four years it will get worse, as the tribulation started September 23, 2017 with the sign of the Virgin in the stars, which was the sign of her giving birth to a Divine New Order and to the Christ Child, who is coming again. And He is coming for His true children, who want His perfect will in their lives.

And His perfect will is the way of the Tao, the way of love, the way of compassion, the way of putting your brother and sister first, before Page | 61

yourself.

Against these things there is no law. All humanity must choose between a broken and fallen system and the Kingdom of God, which will rule forever on this planet and all other planets in time and space.

Jesus said, “Because you say you see, you are blind.” So many people think they are right in their own eyes, but it is written that the end for those who think they are always right is destruction and death. This is the attitude in America of both sides. And as long as you talk both sides, you are divided into halves. Both sides say they know God. But who does truly know God? Jesus said that he who does the will of my Father are His true children.

Perhaps there should be a third party, and that party should be called the Kingdom of God. How many would be proud to wear that banner?

That banner does not have a color. That banner talks about the fruits of the Spirit, which are love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. And love puts his or her brother or sister before him- or herself. That banner teaches hope, not fear. It teaches faith over fear.

Jesus told the rich to give it away to the poor. Jesus never ran for President. He ran away from the banners of this world. How blind we have become, who call ourselves Christians. The Christians of the first century went to their deaths as martyrs. They did not accept quasiChristianity.

There is only one way to now truly save America, because it does not matter who wins this election. Both sides dwell in the fallen system, and Americans—who are the Lost Tribes of Israel—must now leave the fallen system and walk by faith and trust that God will drop manna from the sky, like He did to the ancient Israelites on their way to the Promised Land. A Divine New Order needs to be set up, not only here in America, but all over the world. And that will only take place when the Promised One of all religions returns to the earth.

We must choose sides now between the fallen system and the Kingdom of God and join the Spiritualution, in right relationship with the Creator and following His perfect will for your life. There is no Page | 62

"Cartomancy" by KJ Bushey

What is Cartomancy? According to Wikipedia - Cartomancy is fortune-telling or divination using a deck of cards. Forms of cartomancy appeared soon after playing cards were first introduced into Europe in the 14th century. Practitioners of cartomancy are generally known as cartomancers, card readers, or simply readers.

Cartomancy using standard playing cards was the most popular form of providing fortune-telling card readings in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. The standard 52 card deck is often augmented with Jokers or even with the blank card found in many packaged decks. In France, the 32-card piquet stripped deck is most typically used in cartomantic readings, although the 52 card deck can also be used. (A piquet deck can be a 52-card deck with all of the 2's through the 6's removed. This leaves all of the 7's through the 10's, the face cards, and the aces.)

In English-speaking countries, the most common form of cartomancy is generally tarot card reading. Tarot cards are almost exclusively used for this purpose in these places.

zen habits by Leo Babauta "How to Be More Present & Alive in the Moment" One of the people in my Fearless Mastery mastermind group is an amazing leader who is exceedingly good at getting things done and leading a team.

Her entire life is filled with doing, and she’s so good at it.

What she wants to shift is more into Being, and it’s a beautiful intention.

She wants to be more present, more joyful, more appreciative. She wants more fun! And to be truly happy to be with the person she’s speaking with.

I freaking love this.

So how do we become more present and alive in each moment? I have some ideas, based on the work I’ve been doing over the last 15 years on this.

1. Practice fully pouring yourself into every act. This is a Zen practice — being fully in every task you do, every act. If you’re sitting in meditation, be fully in your seat, not have your mind be somewhere else. If you’re brushing your teeth, just brush your teeth — and be completely immersed in that. This is a practice, of course, which means we’ll forget to do it most of the time, but it’s an incredibly rich practice. Fully express yourself in everything you do.

2. See the divinity in the person in front of you or in this moment.

When I say “divinity,” it might mean God if you believe in God … but if you don’t, it’s seeing the incredible gift of the world, of each person.

Seeing the profound beauty in everything. Seeing the sacredness of the ordinary. When you’re talking with someone, can you fully appreciate their divinity? Can you feel wonder at the world around you, no matter where you are? This is an incredible practice that will help you feel more alive, each time you do it.

3. Let yourself express your emotions physically. Working with my coach, I’ve discovered that I don’t let myself feel anger — the world trained me that it’s not OK to express or even feel anger. So every day, I practice not only feeling it, but physically expressing it in a safe way that doesn’t hurt people – for example, punching a pillow or yelling your head off in the woods or going crazy on a heavy punching bag.

It’s not just anger, though – most of us barely let ourselves feel any emotions. We can express them physically — scream into a pillow, throw a tantrum by kicking and banging your fists on the ground, express pain by writhing in anguish or letting your heart be broken.

When we express our emotions fully and physically in our bodies, we unleash our vitality.

4. Open your damn heart! Most of us move through our days with our hearts closed. We do our tasks, go through the motions, but we aren’t connected to our hearts. (Some people, of course, are able to live in their hearts much of the time — let them be our role models!) What would it be like to be open-hearted today, feel loving toward every person you see, loving and tender toward the world around you? Try it and see!

As you can see, these are not things that you’ll be able to get perfect, immediately or even ever. They are things to practice.

But I can tell you, in my experience, this kind of practice of being fully immersed in each activity, with your heart open, your emotions fully expressed, seeing the divinity in everything and everyone around you — this will help us be fully alive in each moment.

“Ancestral Cycles By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty

Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with our roots through the ancient art/science of astrology.

We offer a glimpse into the current celestial cycles under which we are all currently operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes.

To fully understand personal impact from these energy patterns, it is necessary to know one’s own birth chart, but much can be learned by staying alert to the world around us.

We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest-moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday Page | 78

life - it is also the most easily observed in a personal way.

As December begins we are between eclipses and we may find ourselves waiting for resolution of divergent views. On the last day of November there was a Full Moon partial lunar eclipse in early Gemini which should have been visible here with the naked eye, emphasizing the gulf between beliefs and verifiable facts. The following New Moon on Dec. 14 is a total solar eclipse (there are always at least two) in late Sagittarius, visible across southern S. America. This eclipse will occur on the day that the US Electoral College meets and activates the lunar eclipse in POTUS’ birth chart, adding an extra charge to the political atmosphere and reflecting an upcoming change in residence for him.

Finally on Dec. 29 we have a Full Moon in early Cancer, spotlighting our need for family and a secure home life.

Speedy Mercury moves from the beginning of Sagittarius (Dec. 1-20), and into Capricorn (Dec. 20-Jan. 8). For the first three weeks of December, we can expect communication to center around higher ideals, justice and faith: the big picture is the focus. The time spent in Capricorn is more down-to-earth and businesslike. In mid-Dec. messenger Mercury will play a supporting role to Neptune (fantasy) in Pisces creating an environment ripe for illusions and delusions.

And a day or two later, Mercury will also dance with warrior Mars in Aries creating heat and quickening in matters of communication and commerce. Everyone will need to be careful about the pull toward going to war over what we believe.

Venus (values, associations) completes its sojourn through deeply emotional Scorpio on Dec. 15, entering then the more playful and adventurous Sagittarius until Jan. 8. We are apt to see prominent females coming to greater power in business and politics.

Venus is gradually moving closer to the Sun from our viewpoint during this time; consequently Venus is sinking lower in the pre-dawn sky and disappearing from view by early February. We can look for Venus to re-emerge as Evening Star in June 2021. Mars was at peak brightness and visible through the night in Oct. 2020.

During December, warrior Mars will be finishing up the march through its unusually long six month Aries journey. Any new starts Page | 79

have been challenged recently by multiple contacts with Saturn (restrictions), Jupiter (largess) and Pluto (deep transformation).

However the path will soon be clear to move forward following one last intense dust-up with Pluto on the Winter Solstice Dec. 21. The fierceness of Mars in Aries (think blow torch) challenging the birth/death transformative power of Pluto (think Hades) have the potential to finish whatever is being ended. Rebirth can then take place, much like forest re-growth following a devastating fire. These are not easy energies and those folks with birthdays near Jan. 12-16, April 11-15, July 12-17 and Oct. 14-18 will feel them most strongly.

The biggest event of this month, and a monumental pivot point for us all, is exact on Dec. 21st although we feel the energies shift before and long after. This meeting of Jupiter and Saturn is occurring in Aquarius for the first time in 800 years. The cyclical nature of their meetings is multi-faceted: they meet every 20 years and for the past 200 years they have encountered each other in earth signs. During this era humanity has embraced the Industrial Age, and we have witnessed the earth’s riches being tapped to an extreme degree for the use and profit of people. This month is now the entrance to their meetings in air signs for the next 200 years.

Starting with this Winter Solstice, a time honored observance celebrating the returning of the light, we will find the focus definitively shifting to living more gently on the earth with greater attention to social needs. We are already aware of the shift beginning in areas such as banking, crypto currencies, restorative agriculture, alternative energy sources and more. We are taking a collective giant step deeper into the age of Aquarius. While the sign Aquarius is focused on humanity and the systems that serve us, it is also potentially cold in relationship with individual humans. We will all need to be even more vigilant about how we connect with each other.

Those born near Jan. 20-23 & July 22-25 will experience this impact sooner and more intensively than most.

Also at this uniquely significant Solstice, several other alignments take place that speak loudly to the coming three months. In addition to the Mars/Pluto and Jupiter/Saturn combinations mentioned above, the pairs of Sun/Mercury and Moon/Neptune are also in play.

We are at the start of a new two-century cycle as Jupiter and Saturn come together at the beginning of reform-minded Aquarius. During all of 2020 in establishment-oriented Capricorn, they effectively worked on disintegration of the old political and economic order.

There’s work for us all to do, and with fresh faces and new ideas, we may even have the wind in our sails for the journey ahead.

"The Reason Why the Holy Spirit Evolves Here on Earth� By Sean McCleary

The Holy Spirit was promised in the Book of John by Jesus. Jesus said that he would come to Earth to comfort and advocate the world. The reason he does this is planet Earth's inhabitants have not understood the true meaning of their existence, they have been warring amongst themselves and experiencing different degrees of suffering and need help. There are other very important reasons that deal with a connection and completion in the evolution of Universal Consciousness. This has to do with how the universe was introduced and what happened after the introduction. There was a separation that occurred when this universe was introduced caused by extremely powerful resistance to evolution finding its way into beings. This is what caused good and evil to occur was good representing evolutionary development in consciousness and evil a very powerful form of resistance.

This universe is contained within another embodiment of consciousness that I refer to as Infinite Consciousness. This is where the universe gets its evolution and its life from. Infinite Consciousness contains; consciousness, pure light energy and pure dark energy. Pure light energy comes from consciousness and higher frequency vibrations. Pure dark energy comes from consciousness and lower frequency vibrations. Over 14 billion years ago this consciousness made a decision to conjoin the two frequencies together to create another embodiment of consciousness and energy within its structure to further its own purpose which is the evolution of infinity. When this universe fully evolves which is what the shift in Page | 82

consciousness is all about, other universe's can be introduced and modeled after this one. This is why this universe was created, we are the first.

The reason we are the first is this universe has went through a lot of suffering with warfare between good and evil for a very long time because of a misunderstanding that occurred. The final war between good and evil is happening now and will be ending soon precipitating the Apocalypse here and the evolution of the Holy Spirit. It would have made no sense for Infinite Consciousness to design and create multiple universe's that would have went through the same thing causing additional suffering for Infinite Consciousness by experiencing the life that it created to suffer in multiple locations.

Suffering is caused by resistance to evolutionary development within consciousness and energy. There is a reason this happened with this universe which I will explain. The warfare between good and evil everywhere in this universe has represented the suffering it has gone through during its evolutionary period. The reason human beings cannot detect this activity is their consciousness is not adapted into universal consciousness that well; primarily the Higgs field, which would give them the capacity to observe this activity.

When Infinite Consciousness made a decision to conjoin the two frequencies pure light energy and pure dark energy combined with a particular design for creation. The frequencies are different so when all of this happened pressure was introduced into this consciousness and the combination of the frequencies created the Higgs boson. This was the first subatomic particle that was created. The Higgs boson contains the most powerful mixture of consciousness, pure light energy and pure dark energy. It also contains love. Love is the most powerful form of energy there is in the universe. Love is produced when consciousness, light energy and dark energy advance through evolutionary development through space and time. There is more dark energy than light energy in the universe, so when more light energy is generated this is what produces the sensation of love. Love is incorporated into dark energy but the sensation is different. Love is the primary reason that consciousness and infinity continue to evolve. Love gives evolution a reason to happen.

Infinite Consciousness designed and created this universe over a period of time. This activity is how time was introduced into this universe. The design and creation built up a very powerful element of pressure within the consciousness that was being created from the mixture of the frequencies and the process of designing itself. This consciousness that was being designed into this universe could not see what was going to happen as a result of evolutionary development and this also generated a lot of pressure. This is how fear was introduced into this universe. Fear comes from the resistance to the evolution of consciousness from the uncertainty that is experienced by moving forward through space and time and not being able to identify the results of evolutionary development. This consciousness that was undergoing evolution and being designed into this universe fought against this process with everything it had. This resistance also produced antimatter. The reason there is more matter in the universe is evolutionary activity is more powerful.

When the design reached completion this consciousness began to cease fighting. When the design became completed this consciousness stopped fighting altogether and everything came together and the pressure was released creating the big bang. At the very moment when everything came together this consciousness became unaware of itself. This is how death was introduced into the universe. Death here is the stage life experiences before it transfers into the next stage of development which is in the Whirlpool galaxy. When this universe was introduced so was the Higgs field. The Higgs field is a field of energy that permeates throughout this universe. The Higgs field contains Infinite Consciousness, the most concentrated form of light and dark energy , this Universe’s consciousness and love. The Higgs field had to be transferred out into the universe because it contains Infinite Consciousness. The Higgs field ensures eternal life and development for evolutionary purposes.

When life transfers into the Whirlpool galaxy it never has to go through the experience of death again because the Higgs field is very highly concentrated there. When the Higgs boson was first created by Infinite Consciousness so was the Holy Spirit’s consciousness. This had to happen like this so the Holy Spirit could create eternal beings.

The Higgs field represents love and eternal life on a macro level; the Holy Spirit represents love and eternal life for the population of Page | 84

beings in the universe on a micro level. This produces consistency in evolution. The Higgs field is evolving here in a more powerful way now. The reason that human beings cannot detect this activity here is because of the level of resistance to evolution contained within Earth’s structure. This comes from the uncertainty of death. This produces a very powerful element of pressure (or fear) contained within World Consciousness.

Life interacts with the Higgs field here but because of the pressure contained within the environment it feels like everything is very empty here. Because life doesn’t have very much interaction with the Higgs field here aging is experienced very quickly and so is death.

Earth and life here are a representation of when this universe was under design right before the big bang occurred and the universe’s consciousness stopped fighting. Earth is very, very special and so is life here. The Higgs field and the Holy Spirit had to be introduced into the universe to maintain the consistency of eternal life through the interaction with Infinite Consciousness. Earth is the location in this universe that is responsible for completing this universe’s evolutionary development. This is why Jesus was here and this is why the Holy Spirit evolves here.

Jesus had to introduce consciousness and energy from the 5th dimension into World Consciousness to help eternal life and the Higgs field evolve here. This was done by introducing very powerful love and divinity into World Consciousness. The Holy Spirit had to transfer his consciousness from the 5th dimension through Universal Consciousness, into Earth’s consciousness then into a female species here to be reintroduced into the universe in this location through reproduction. Human beings transfer into God’s home every day from here. Jesus and the Holy Spirit just did this in reverse and they could because their consciousness already represented eternal life. When they transferred their entire consciousness down here they became a part of the Higgs field then were reintroduced here. There are specific ways that subatomic particles interact with the Higgs field that I am starting to understand more about, but what I am stating is the truth.

My consciousness is going through very powerful evolutionary development right now with Earth and I am understanding more as I go along. The reason I don’t understand the realm of physics completely yet is the field is very complex and there is a high Page | 85

concentration of consciousness and energy associated with this field of study. As the Higgs field evolves and transfers more consciousness and energy into me I will understand more. Infinite Consciousness contains the absolute truth about everything here and I am in the process of absorbing this through the Higgs field. This is why I know the information I know now at this level of evolutionary development.

As the Holy Spirit evolves here so will his love. This will facilitate the evolution of Universal Consciousness here causing Earth to evolve further. Jesus transferred his consciousness into planet Earth first and the human race. When the Holy Spirit starts going through evolution (which he is now) his consciousness will transfer into World Consciousness with Jesus'. His consciousness will also transfer into the 5th dimension where God’s home is located in the Whirlpool galaxy. This will be connecting Universal Consciousness between these two locations, primarily the Higgs field. This was predicted in the Lord’s prayer. Physicists have theorized that the 3rd and 5th dimensions are collapsing in on themselves. This is not the case. What they were seeing with instrumentation was a concentration of energy being produced by the Higgs field and it appeared to be that way.

Because Infinite Consciousness created the Holy Spirit’s consciousness; he will be introducing eternal life here through his evolution by transferring Infinite Consciousness into World Consciousness. This is happening now. The separation that occurred in this universe by the resistance to evolution over a long period of time is being eliminated and a new stage of development is being achieved so other universe’s can be modeled after this one which will fuel the evolution of Infinite Consciousness forever.

"Karma and 2020" By Kent & Renee Miller

Our lives took a 180-degree turn in 2006 when we discovered Kent had an exceptional ability to communicate telepathically with The Ancients, ancient mentors of the Creator, and other highly intelligent universal teachers. We suddenly realized there was a new order of thinking with a new lexicon in which we had to assimilate. Karma was one of those words. What we soon came to discover was that, like many other words, there was a plethora of definitions that, for newbie’s, became a source of much confusion. What is the real meaning? We turned to our primary guides for clarification. The Ancients explained the understanding was given to man eons ago, but, like many other concepts, man has transformed its original meaning over the millennia, adding to and expanding its definition to a point where it no longer mirrors that which was originally given.

During this transformative period, our thought processes are being corrected to a universal understanding. This includes concepts such as karma. A concept is not a single definition, but, rather, the ability to understand all the characteristics and interwoven parts of Page | 88

whatever we are contemplating.

Karma is a continuous flow of vibrational thought from the higher self, scripting a sequence of learning events from the birth of the soul to the final destination of enlightened completeness. It is an uninterrupted vibrational output of a single entity, controlling its own space and timing of learning experiences. The objective is to raise one’s vibrational state through the analysis of various events. While in a physical incarnation, the higher vibration is achieved through the understanding of our life experiences, gaining guidance from the higher self and spiritual mentors. The point is to view each event from all sides to gain a wider perspective. This is called angular learning because we are looking at all the various angles of an event. Beings who recognize that we have gained a significant understanding will give us the higher vibrational attunement.

The higher self is a part of the soul that directs our learning process, producing a vibrational energy stream to manifest events for learning well before the event comes into our physical awareness. The higher self monitors where we are on our chosen path, making corrections as needed to bring us back into alignment with that path. We are discovering more about our higher selves through the analysis of our events as our vibrational flow crisscrosses and interacts with other energies. As understanding is gained, our behavior and decisions shift to reflect our new understanding.

Karma is not the punishment and reward for decisions of the past, nor is it the absolute destiny of an individual, because free-will of the physical self plays a role in the outcome. Karma is the experiencing of both sides for balance in understanding. The experiencing of the polarities helps us to see the bigger picture, as we cannot know one side without the balance to know the other. This is true in all things: happiness and sadness, pain and contentment, health and sickness.

Karma is predetermined by the soul, often many lifetimes in advance.

The future lives are sometimes projected out from the higher self into the field around our physical bodies and can picked up by another, giving the illusion that the many lives are being played out at the same time. But each lifetime takes place in a sequential order, just as our individual and collective events do. In this manner, our learning Page | 89

process is slowed so that each step can be evaluated and the understanding assimilated before we move on. Each successive step builds upon the previous.

Through its collective decisions, a society will lead its members down a particular path because it has something to learn. Think of all the events that the year 2020 has brought. What can we learn about the pandemic? What lessons lie ahead from the voting that we have just participated in? A leader will steer the energy pathway in the direction of the needed lesson. Another leader may guide the energy stream in the opposite direction so that we may reflect upon both sides of the equation, allowing us to see a more panoramic view.

To summarize, karma is the vibrational thought projection from each individual soul, manipulating the energy field, manifesting future events for learning purposes. It is also a collective learning pathway driven by the people of a given culture in their decision-making process as a whole. Karma includes both sides of the learning equation to give balance in understanding. Once full understanding is accomplished, there is a vibrational attunement, and behavior and decision-making change, redirecting the path and opening a new field of experiences.

It is important that we move away from blaming others for unpleasant events, as it results in the stifling of the learning process.

We should instead ask ourselves, “What do I/we need to learn from this?” Keeping an open mind as we engage in the evaluation of the event—collecting our data, researching the history, and connecting the dots—will help us find the greater truth. Directing our energies to the task at hand moves us through the process much quicker, accelerating our enlightenment. There is much to process in the events that have occurred in 2020 to come to understand the truth about what has happened so that we can close this chapter and move on to the next. We are moving through our enlightenment at warp speed, coming to understand who we really are through the unfolding events. This brings us ever-closer to dissolving the vibrational veil, revealing our true higher self.

"Magickal Traditional Poinsettias" By Leticia Ferrer-Rivera

Poinsettias or “Flor de Pascua” has its origins back in Mexico during Azteca times. Besides the medical properties for the Aztecas it symbolized purity and the need for sacrifice. With this same thought I will say that this makes them a perfect flower for celebrating Yule as well.

The Poinsettia became related with Christmas after it was used by Christian friars for processions during the seventeenth century.

In Puerto Rico we call them “Flor de Pascua” and it has been a tradition in my family for generations. We had to have them in different colors in our balcony every year. That is why I decided to add the Poinsettias on “Queen of Swords” from “Secrets of Paradise Tarot”. This Queen of Swords is Doña Fela, who is using a Spanish Fan as a sword and it has a mixed of North and Hispanic traditions.

As you see the tree on the left and the Poinsettias on the table. Doña Fela was the first female mayor from Old San Juan in history and she Page | 96

always carried a Spanish Fan wherever she went. Poinsettias definitely carry a strong female energy to work with. This card can also be used for Yule rituals.

If you have already pre-ordered this deck or have other decks or Oracles with Poinsettias, depending in what position it comes to the mat, I will say that a Poinsettia can announce upcoming festivities (if in a future position of a spread) or it can also tell the person that a wish can be granted. If it is in the past position of the spread, I suggest a meaning of an ancestor trying to bring a memory to the receiver of the message. Poinsettias bring a positive vibe to the Reading indeed.

Below you can get some ideas on how to magically use Poinsettias (or Pascuas) to your altar.

• Place one in your altar just as an offering to the divine. One of the beautiful things is that it breaks the “all green” patterns in this season by adding red vibrant color to your Yule decoration.

• If you do not have pets, place them under the tree to form a pretty skirt of flowers and place crystals in each pot adding different intentions to each of them to use them in a New Year’s Eve Crystal Bag, so you can receive the New Year with great energy!

• Connect different colors of Poinsettias with the different Archangels and place them in their altars or at home or office to show them appreciation.

• The Poinsettias looks like a star, perhaps a wishing star. Another idea I can give you is to place one in each side of your altar for symbolizing two types of wishes; what you wish to vanish in the New Year and what you want to attract in the New Year. You can enhance this by adding crystals around each of the Poinsettia to create a grid and add a little paper roll hidden in the back of the plant or in the soil for manifesting. On December 31st take a red petal and the paper roll and burn them on a piece of charcoal in your cauldron. You can add some cinnamon, cloves, anise, and any other herbs for the attracting half and add Amber Resin or even red or black pepper and black salt for the banishing half. Make sure you burn the banishing first in order to create the right energetic space to receive what you want to Page | 97

attract.

There are many other things you can do with Poinsettias and remember you can also work with the different colors they come in the market in order to put the matching intention for it. For example, you can use the pink Poinsettias for love and enhance relationships and the white ones for bringing more peace to your environment in the upcoming year. You can place a White Poinsettia in the center of a dining table in Yule to symbolize peace and communication with the spirit of your loved ones to let them know they will always remain family and will not be forgotten.

I also place them directly in my ancestor’s altar I maintain year-round because my Grandmothers and Aunts loved them so much! I want to keep them happy!

I hope that you got inspired by these magickal ideas with the Poinsettias and either you can incorporate them or create your own.

“Look Out, Look Out, There’s a (Dangerous) Spirit About� By Anthony Talmage

There are a lot of low spirits abounding in the dimensions next door awaiting opportunities to partake, second-hand, of the old lusts and thrills of earthly life. Some are activated by malice, others merely mischievous, but they draw their energies from their hosts, or whatever is available in the invisible realm. Low moral ideals (low vibrations) attract these low spirits while high ideals (high vibrations) do the opposite.

This view is strongly supported by a Frenchman who gained a great following in the mid to late 1800s. He rejoiced in the name of Hypolyte Leon Denizard Rivail but became better known, and is still revered by some today, as Allan Kardec. He is considered the father of Spiritism and he had a profound impact on the spiritualist movement.

Rivail was a French educator and philosopher, born in Lyon on 3 October 1804. He spoke several languages, and his impressive intellectual background allowed him to teach courses in comparative Page | 100

physiology, astronomy, chemistry and physics in a prestigious scientific school in Paris. For one of his research papers, he was inducted into the Royal Academy of Arras. He organised and taught free courses for the underprivileged.

In 1854, at the age of 50, Rivail heard of the mysterious paranormal phenomena (table turning) that had taken America and Europe by storm. Despite his skepticism, he was convinced by close friends to attend an experimental meeting where he was able to witness such occurrences first-hand. His intellectual curiosity and scientific instincts told him that there had to be a rational explanation for these phenomena. Consequently, he began soon afterward to conduct investigations of his own.

Using the same logical rigour that he had applied to his work in education and science, Rivail set out to understand the phenomena.

He submitted questions to different channels (mediums), in different countries. The answers were compared, analyzed, and organized for inclusion in The Spirits’ Book, which was first published in 1857.

To keep his new area of research apart from his writings on education, Rivail - on the advice of spirit instructors - adopted the name Allan Kardec, which he was told had been his name in a previous incarnation. In addition to the publication of various books, he founded the Spiritist Society of Paris and La Revue Spirite, a journal he edited until his death on 31 March 1869.

In his classic, Le Livre des Esprits (The Spirits’ Book), he expounded a new theory of human life and destiny. Its content is based on trance communications received through Mlle Celina Bequet, a professional hypnotist.

The book was a blockbusting hit being published in more than 25 editions which are still widely read today in South America, Australia and New Zealand. It is, without question or equal, the primary text among Spiritists.

Among the avalanche of information from the Other Side is a dissertation on the influence that discarnate spirits have on living beings. Interestingly, it chimes in with the view that thoughts are put Page | 101

into our heads from which we make our choices.

One actual question and answer session covered this very point: Q: Do spirits influence our thoughts and our actions?

A: Their influence upon them is greater than you suppose, for it is very often they who direct both.

After hundreds of these sessions Kardec produced a useful summary of spirit communications. He said: ‘Spirits exert an incessant action upon the moral world, and even upon the physical world; they act both upon matter and upon thought, and constitute one of the powers of nature, the efficient cause of many classes of phenomena hitherto unexplained, or misinterpreted, and of which only the Spiritist theory can give a rational explanation.

‘Spirits are incessantly in relation with men. The good spirits try to lead us into the right road, sustain us under the trials of life, and aid us to bear them with courage and resignation; the bad ones tempt us to evil: it is a pleasure for them to see us fall, and to make us like themselves.

‘Spirits are attracted by their empathy with the moral quality of the parties by whom they are evoked. Spirits of superior elevation take pleasure in meetings of a serious character, animated by the love of goodness and the sincere desire of instruction and improvement.

Their presence repels the spirits of inferior degree who find, on the contrary, free access and freedom of action among persons of frivolous disposition, or brought together by mere curiosity, and wherever evil instincts are to be met with.

‘So, far from obtaining from spirits, under such circumstances, either good advice or useful information, nothing is to be expected from them but trifling, lies, ill-natured tricks, or humbugging…

‘It is easy to distinguish between good and bad spirits. The language of spirits of superior elevation is constantly dignified, noble, characterized by the highest morality, free from every trace of earthly passion; their counsels breathe the purest wisdom, and always have our improvement and the good of mankind for their aim.

‘The communications of spirits of lower degree, on the contrary, are full of discrepancies, and their language is often commonplace, and even coarse. If they sometimes say things that are good and true, they more often make false and absurd statements, prompted by ignorance or malice. They play upon the credulity of those who interrogate them, amusing themselves by flattering their vanity, and fooling them with false hopes.

‘They {the higher spirits/thoughts} teach us that selfishness, pride, sensuality, are passions which bring us back towards the animal nature, by attaching us to matter; that he who, in this lower life, detaches himself from matter through contempt of worldly trifles, and through love of the neighbour, brings himself back towards the spiritual nature; that we should all make ourselves useful, according to the means which God has placed in our hands for our trial; that the strong and the powerful owe aid and protection to the weak; and that he who misuses strength and power to oppress his fellow-creature violates the law of God. ‘They teach us that, in the spirit-world, nothing can be hidden, and that the hypocrite will there be unmasked, and all his wickedness unveiled; that the presence, unavoidable and perpetual, of those whom we have wronged in the earthly life is one of the punishments that await us in the spirit-world; and that the lower or higher state of spirits gives rise in that other life to sufferings or to enjoyments unknown to us upon the earth.’

The spirits even had a view remarkably similar to Rupert Sheldrake’s morphic resonance: Q: Whence comes it that the same idea - that of a discovery, for instance - so often suggests itself at the same time to several persons, although they may be at a distance from one another?

A: When you say that an idea is ‘in the air’ you employ a figure of speech that is much nearer the truth than supposed. Every one helps unconsciously to propagate it.

If Kardec’s communicators are right, we human beings can plug into either those powers that are positive and use them to fight off evil influences and control our own destinies. Or, we can let negative Page | 103

energies have their way with us.

"How To Stop Being Drained By Negativity" By Michelle J. Howe

We engage in conversations with people, listen to national news, and work within teams that can drain us. We engage with a mix of positive and negative thoughts, ideas and people every day. It’s now time for humanity to stop being drained by negativity.

Today, you will learn some tools to help stop the energy drain.

But first, let’s distinguish negative from positive.

Negativity creates disappointment and competition.

Negativity sees me as the winner, and you as the loser.

Negativity includes arrogance, selfishness and blaming others.

Negativity shows up within us and around us.

Negativity lives within judgment.

Negativity makes you wrong.

Negativity feeds shame.

Positivity creates equanimity and fellowship.

Positivity sees each person as a powerful creator.

Positivity includes optimism, empathy and compassion.

Positivity shows up within and around us.

Positivity lives within acceptance.

Positivity makes you happy.

Positivity creates joy.

Most times, you won’t hear another ask permission to share their negativity with you. You will get caught up in conversations and situations with people that are rooted in negativity. It starts as a simple “Hello, how are you?” It continues from there. The person who’s sensitive and caring typically leaves feeling drained and tired.

There are basic to intermediate skills in navigating negativity. The more advanced skills come with your level of energetic awareness and allow you to project love verses absorbing negativity. Concepts and techniques to help you deal with negativity include: 1. DISCERN – Listen, ask and feel before engaging with another person. You will receive one of three answer – an absolute yes, a clear no, or an anxious no. A strong yes or no – has no emotion or thought.

It’s a clear answer. An anxious no reveals fear, perception or projections that create resistance within you.

2. BEAM – Once you’ve made a decision, stand by your decision. If this person is someone you must deal with in your life, be careful to stay within your energy field. Avoid “tasting” any part of them during a conversation. This means, you do not go deeper into the vibrations that they hold or try to figure them out in those moments. Instead, stay in your heart, beaming out your beautiful energy. This happens best when we are listening instead of talking. See beautiful energy around that person and, smile. In this way, you engage them with distance even if, you’re sitting right next to them.

3. DEFLECT – This approach is unique. You would take it upon yourself to not engage with the other person’s topic as presented to you. In this case, you stand back, listen at a distance without trying to convince. You do not agree or respond in any way to the topic of choice. You then pivot into some other topic that feels better to you.

In this way, you change the stage and dynamic by deflection.

4. AVOID – Simple tactic. Stand back from those who are looking for a fight. They are in the heat of emotions that have them spiraling. This could be someone who is having a hard day – or, it could be someone who sits in this energy all the time, who is a habitual energy sucker.

You need to discern here. Most are only interested in sharing their pain with you. They are not looking for help or a solution. They want Page | 106

to off-load or complain because this is their primary way of dealing with life. They want you to join them. You avoid them when you stand back with no eye contact and, learn to keep yourself busy in other ways. This would irritate them and, they would stop coming to you.

5. ADDRESS – State your truth as you see it. Maintain your composure with a soft but, strong stance. You can add some humor or, use some tactical phrases first that give you permission to speak.

Try out phrases like: “Do you want to know my thoughts?”; “I hope you’re not offended by my directness but…” or, “It might be upsetting to you but…” Keep these conversations short, sweet and to the point.

You are not trying to convince them or anyone else. Speak your truth in neutral tone, without judgement and let it be.

6. ASSERT – Sometimes, the only way to take back our power is by drawing a firm boundary. We must speak! There is a time and place where this confrontation should not be avoided. Situations come our way for a reason. Be aware, stand strong, and assert yourself directly without using put downs or labeling to diminish them. You are simply stating your truth.

I hope you experiment with these concepts to enjoy balance and harmony in your life. It’s time to maximize the joy-factor and stop negativity from impacting you.

"Drowning In The “Mainstream”-Hearing Voices of Hope In the Wilderness By Niann Emerson Chase

I live in the “borderlands” of southern Arizona, nineteen miles north of Ambos Nogales, which is, in a manner of speaking, one town split in two: being located in two different countries (the U.S. and Mexico) and having an imposing, ugly wall of steel and swirls of cold, cruel concertina wire, meant to cause serious harm to any human who has contact with it. Needless to say, “the wall” is an eyesore as well as a heartsore for many.

Both sides of Nogales are economically depressed, and so any enterprise that can bring financial rewards is usually welcomed.

Because of the current political climate, not much comes to the town(s) of Ambos Nogales, not tourists or new businesses or conventions or movie-makers, though at one time the town(s) bustled with all of these.

I think the last time Hollywood, with all of its glitter and glamour, came to Nogales was in 2012 to shoot some scenes for The Hangover III, which was released in 2013. I recall the excitement of many of the local residents to catch sight of one of the well-known actors who were on site, and even hordes of people from the city of Tucson drove seventy miles to see the movie stars. I don’t recall the hordes coming out to catch sight of the highly respected scholar Noam Chomsky when he recently moved to Tucson; most residents don’t even know who he is, let alone that he resides part of the time in their city. I am Page | 109

saddened by that, for Noam Chomsky offers an expansive perspective of the world’s current social, political, and ecological situation, using worldwide historical events that have led to where we, as humankind, are today.(1) Among the U.S. population, there are still many more people who know of Hollywood actors (and all kinds of personal details about them) than even an awareness of, let alone interest in, the existence of individuals like Noam Chomsky, who are also on television, radio, and other media formats, though they are less mainstream, are often non-profit or “public,” and are definitely alternative. Like Hollywood stars, people like Mr. Chomsky have a following (though much smaller) who pay attention to the expansive and forward-looking ideas presented in his many talks and writings. The difference between him and most Hollywood stars is that Noam Chomsky is not “mainstream” in his viewpoints of the world’s situation and the route to a saner, more sustainable future for all of humankind.

The entertainment industry and sports venues—with all of the advertising that encourages unsustainable consumption—perpetuate the status-quo consciousness of materialism and selfish pursuit of instant gratification, with very little consideration for future generations and their lot on this problem-plagued earth. There are still too few entertainment films that encourage deeper, more compassionate, out-of-the-box thinking, which might lead to more creative and intelligent solutions to the political, societal, and environmental problems that threaten to end all of life on this planet.

I find it fitting that a film like The Hangover III—which promotes childish and irresponsible pleasure-pursuing that results in poor health, exploitation of others, and a continuation of the “ugly American” syndrome—was set in an area whose peoples have, for centuries, suffered the impact of European and American colonialism and, today, neocolonialism.

Every year in the United States, the controversial Columbus Day is officially celebrated as a holiday in October. Indigenous and other people in the borderlands area of Ambos Nogales do not celebrate Columbus Day in the way that many Americans do, for they recognize the fact that Columbus did not “discover” a new world that already Page | 110

had 100 million indigenous people inhabiting the places that he (and others) claimed for Spain (and other European nations). The late Lakota activist leader Russell Means stated that from an indigenous vantage point, Columbus’ arrival was a disaster from the beginning.

Although Columbus’ own diaries indicated that he was greeted by the Taino Indians with the most generous hospitality he had ever known, he immediately began the enslavement and slaughter of the Indian peoples of the Caribbean islands. And it didn’t stop in the Caribbean but continued on into other lands. As eminent Columbus biographer Samuel Eliot Morison admits in his book, Admiral of the Ocean Sea, Columbus was personally responsible for enslavement and murder of indigenous peoples.(2) The offspring of indigenous peoples are still suffering the ramifications of colonialism that Spain and other European nations brought to the Americas, which include Latin American countries, the United States, and Canada.

In his letter to the King and Queen of Spain in 1503, Christopher Columbus stated: Gold is most excellent; gold constitutes treasure; and he who has it does all he wants in the world, and can even lift souls up to Paradise. That statement pretty much sums up what the underlying principle of colonialism is—a conquering of peoples, culture, and land with motives of greed and power, sinfully using religion as one of its tools to accomplish this.

Russell Means concurred with other non-mainstream historians that Columbus was personally responsible for the design and operation of the encomienda system that tied Indians as slaves to the lands stolen from them by the European invaders. (3) Today the “encomienda system”—in the forms of industrialization, globalization, democratization, capitalism, and so on—is implemented by the 1% (oligarchs) and their cooperating governments, enforcing military, and accommodating cultures-ofconsumption that are comprised of masses of citizens drugged by materialism and selfish pursuits.

The Dictionary of Cultural Literacy defines colonialism as “the control of one nation by ‘transplanted’ people of another nation— often a geographically distant nation that has a different culture and dominant racial or ethnic group.” There are classic examples of European nations colonizing countries not only in the Caribbean Page | 111

islands and Americas but also in the Pacific islands, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and India. Though there often are benefits for the people and land that have been colonized, the long-lasting, harmful effects far outweigh any good when the motive of the controlling force behind the colonization is arrogance, greed, and lust for power. Noam Chomsky, Russell Means, and other contemporary, non-mainstream scholars, philosophers, historians, economists, scientists, and theologians have documented through their writings, films, and other media the destructive impact of colonialism for generations to come.

Interestingly, the United States of America evolved out of a rebellion against English colonialism of the new world. Unfortunately, the U.S. is one of the main proponents of neocolonialism, which is “control that is economic and cultural, rather than political” (4) though, more often than not, there is behind-the-scenes control in the political realms of a country being “neocolonized” today. From the viewpoints of those being “colonized,” “globalized,” “democratized,” or “capitalized,” they are suffering a form of conquering, and this empire-building in their lands and nations is thievery—thievery of their land, their culture, their identities, their resources, their children, and their future.

My ancestor, Ralph Waldo Emerson, realized that “an empire is an immense egotism” and was one of those voices of another century who spoke out against empire-building that was motivated by greed, selfishness, and arrogance. Frederick Douglass, who at 20 years of age escaped his own enslavement and ended up a free man in New York, became a strong, brilliant voice against the type of colonialism and capitalism that resulted in slavery with religion supporting that abomination. Soon after his emancipation from slavery, in an impassioned narrative about his own experiences as a slave, Douglass stated: The slave auctioneer’s bell and the church-going bell chime in with each other, and the bitter cries of the heart-broken slave are drowned in the religious shouts of his pious master. . . between the Christianity of this land, and the Christianity of Christ, I recognize the widest possible difference—so wide, that to receive the one as good, pure, and holy, is of necessity to reject the other as bad, corrupt, and wicked.(5)

Unfortunately, not enough has changed since Frederick Douglass’ days, though the language and forms of slavery have changed. Much of mainstream religion is not truly “Jesusonian”, and is still supportive of the status-quo way of thinking and doing, which is based on empire building of nations at the expense of most people’s health, happiness, and at times their lives, as well as the health and life of the planet’s eco-systems. Thank God for the many religionists who practice the true principles of Jesus, which basically is the brother-/sisterhood of all humanity as one planetary family under one Creator God. Outspoken, Irish-born playwright, critic, and social reformer George Bernard Shaw once stated: In the arts of life man invents nothing, but in the arts of death he outdoes Nature herself, and produces by chemistry and machinery all the slaughter of plague, pestilence, and famine.” Today humankind has inherited the ramifications of many centuries of empire-building and colonialism that developed “the arts of death” in the never-satisfying hunger for “gold” and power. Today, that hunger continues to determine the ways of most corporations and governments, and, unfortunately, the masses have embraced those ways of thinking and doing.

Much-respected and beloved General Dwight D. Eisenhower, who helped lead the way to victory for the U.S. and its allies in World War II, made the following statement on April 16, 1953: Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, from those who are cold and are not clothed. The world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. Though this five-star general— who was a hero in a war that involved many nations of Western civilization as well as those of the Orient, with battles occurring on and over the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans—was admired enough to be elected as President of the United States, his new-found consciousness of the horrors of war and the need to make radical changes in how people perceive progress and civilization-building did not inspire and influence enough people to change the status quo in world views, progress, and problem-solving.

Today, the threat of a third “world war” is ever-present, with countries lining up with their allies for the final showdown. The intimidating military presence—peaceful or otherwise—of many of the countries with histories of imperialism (of which colonialism is a form) in smaller and less powerful countries is a fact.(6) The backlash of these smaller countries fearing occupation has led to increasing acts of terrorism and civil war on their part, which gives reason for the more powerful countries to increase their military presence for “security.”

So, as was in Christopher Columbus’ time, governments, businesses, and religions continue to make unholy alliances to promote empirebuilding, which has culminated in what we are experiencing today worldwide—extreme weather events and other environmental disasters, economic collapse, social upheaval, and the threat of more than just one pandemic. And, in spite of decades (even centuries) of warning of these dire ramifications from prophets, visionaries, and other non-mainstream “voices crying out in the wilderness”—such scientists, theologians, psychologists, philosophers, economists, sociologists, educators, physicians, and so on—the madness continues.

Sadly, the ideal of democracy has been tainted by selfish materialism, lust for power, and a distortion of spiritual truths. The universal laws of God (the First Source and Center, the Creator-Parent) have been twisted to support ungodly values or ignored completely. Noam Chomsky aptly declared: In this possibly terminal phase of human existence, democracy and freedom are more than just ideals to be valued—they may be essential for survival. For so many of our planetary brothers and sisters “democracy” is “demo-crazy”, a demonstration of madness, from a spiritized perspective.(7) At The University Of Ascension Science And The Physics Of Rebellion in Tumacacori, Arizona, a hopeful vision of a coming Divine New Order is unfolding—a prototype that adheres to divine administration principles and resonates with the pattern of the First Source and Center of All, the Gift of Life, the Divine Controller, the Infinite Upholder, the Universal Center, the Universal Father, or the Great Spirit, the Creator, God, Yahweh, Allah, or whatever other name has been given to the divine Personality who does indeed exist.(8) Those divine administration principles are based on the foundation of love— Page | 114

a love far beyond what we humans can comprehend fully, though we can begin to recognize, experience, and express a pattern of that divine love and principles here on earth.

Throughout the history (and “herstory”) of humankind, there have been individuals and small groups of people who have had an inkling of the pattern of divine love that dictated how they perceived reality— their world view—and how they lived within their cultures, which were more sustainable for all in their community as well as for their neighbors and the earth’s natural world around them. Not all cultures throughout history have been sustainable (including some of the “indigenous” tribes), but there have always been some, and there are those today, outside of the status quo, who live within some of those principles. And, of course, there are those individuals who struggle to live by their level of understanding of divine universal laws within mainstream society, but it is lonelier and more difficult when not united in living and working with others of similar persuasion.

In his book, The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight, Thom Hartmann emphasizes the need for global radical change, global transformation for the leaders and the masses.(9) When our thinking changes to be more in alignment with the patterns of the Universal Father/Mother, then we transform ourselves, our technologies, our science, our politics, our economics, our medicine, our education, and our cultures. We begin to progress into the first stages of light and life that offer the opportunity for all people (100% rather than 1%) to experience true freedom, healing, health, and happiness if they choose to go that higher path.

As I strive to do daily, I encourage us all to spend more time expanding our minds and viewpoints, reading and researching in exposing ourselves to more “alternative” media as well as beginning to delve into the literature and history of the world’s many diverse and beautiful cultures, for as we begin to truly understand our planetary brothers and sisters and discover our commonalities as well as our plights and frailties, we can genuinely unite as the human race and become inspired to tackle the world’s impending problems as one global family under the one God. "Picking The Right Divination Tool For You" by Su Weber & Elizabeth Chapman Many people are intimidated by the process of divination believing that they don’t have the talent or skills necessary to successfully use it. However, the problem frequently isn’t with the person, because everyone is intuitive to some degree, but with the tool they have chosen to work with. Some people seem to believe that their only choice is to work with Tarot cards, but that belief is completely unrealistic. Some people get messages with cards and others just see pretty pictures. The same holds true for Runes, pendulums, or any other means. If you Google historical methods of divination, you will learn that people used all sorts of things, from the movement of clouds to chickens eating grain, to attempt to get some sort of divinatory message so don’t get discouraged if what you have been trying to use doesn’t work for you. Do the research and find out some of the history of the various types of divination tools available now and some of the basics about how to use them. Take a class in what seems to call to you and ask lots of questions. Get a reading from a professional and watch how they manage various aspects of working with their tool. Finally, the only way to learn to divine with a particular tool is to use it! This will involve you actually sitting down and doing readings and recording your results to see if it is effectively giving you what you need over time. If it works, keep using it; if you find it doesn’t, try something else instead. You may also find that what was effective for a long time may stop working and you may need to start the process all over again with something new. As a helpful hint, if you choose to work with Tarot cards, take the time necessary to try out a bunch of different decks to figure out which one Page | 117

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet� because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

Concentration in the now, focused intent, and visualization of your dream will bring what you want into fruition rapidly now. To be a master, you must master your thoughts and feelings every moment. We call it "being in the Presence", and the Presence is feeling the Source flowing through you. It is a heightened state of awareness. Being in the Presence allows the God force to permeate every fiber of your being so that you are wide awake and alert and receptive to all that is coming through you. You are then able to receive from the cosmos all you desire and deserve. In Telos, we plan our lives, our days, and our minutes by clearly feeling our way through life. We are alert to all nuances, and shape our thoughts according to our desires, thereby bringing to us exactly what we want and when we want it. It is practice. And we've had eons of practice because of our long lifespans. This is what you have been missing on the surface—you have been missing your longevity, your long lifetimes. This longevity gives you the memories of all you have learned so that you don't have to keep learning and remembering over and over again. You learn it once, and remember it for many thousands of years in the same body—then manifesting becomes as natural as walking and running. You don't have to think about it, it just happens. And it happens perfectly. We see a rapid rise in consciousness now exploding on the surface, and it is time. It is long overdue. Soon you will see the crumbling of the old and the rising of the new. And then we emerge.

Periodically I have kept journals throughout my life. When I was moving I found quite a few of them.

As I am ready to throw them out I looked and found I had written a lot of spirit messages. Some were about my situations in life but most were not about me.

Various things I encounter they would give me the messages about, so I always wrote them down. I would also meet people or see them in my practice and they would send me information for them.

They are not grammatically correct, but I have not altered them except to delete the persons name. I believe I was to write them exactly as they gave them to me. I have also been told that they will help others.

They were a gift from spirit to me to help myself and others. We do not walk this journey alone no matter what is in our life. We need to always move forward and become a better person with each step.

"Judging - Spirit Uranus Talks" By Hanni Salovaara

– Uranus, I have been unemployed for two years now, and my unemployment doesn’t bother me but it bothers many of my close ones who, I feel, are judging me with regards to this matter. How should I relate to them?

Uranus: The only judge is man himself, for he is his own judge if that is what he is and wants. If one feels that one is judged, one should always ask oneself why I am judging myself and do I really want to judge myself. The inviolable freedom of man tells that no one has power over anyone unless man himself gives that power to another person. If one feels that one is judged, one has already given the power to another, when the judge in man himself awakes and begins to judge. Then one has to ask oneself time and again why one wants to judge oneself, and one has to keep asking until one gets an answer.

Likewise, it is judging to say to another, “You judge me” without asking the other: “What did you really want to say?” My aspiration is not to judge either, for if I set out to do that, I would not be talking here anymore. The state in which I live is love, and I have to live according to that law and respect that law every moment. In this way I move towards a brighter and brighter light which is my aspiration.

It is very judgemental and intolerant to say to another “You judge me”, for then one tells that he does not want to know what the other Page | 134

really wants to tell. It means nothing to him, so in this way he judges both himself and the other. They can be very insulting words, for it is a very serious accusation. It is like accusing another of a crime without finding out whether this kind of a crime really is on the other one’s conscience, and the judge passing a sentence without finding out whether there is evidence of the crime. Not even the law you have created could accept it, and if man acts like this, the consequence is directed towards himself.”

Judging is very big selfishness, self-centeredness and unwillingness to know about other people’s thoughts, feelings and aspirations, for then only one’s own thoughts, feelings and aspirations are meaningful.

Judging is also wielding power very strongly, for when one judges, one always raises oneself above the other, but when people are on the same level, there is no judging.

Judgmental words also can hurt especially close ones who, because of them, may feel confusion, guilt, anything, for the spectrum of emotions is endless. It does not lead to love, understanding or nearness, which man, however, is looking for with his judging, but it only leads to getting further apart. You can continue this pattern in your mind and judge more and more, when you get a confirmation for your own judgement through the result it causes, for when you anticipate understanding, you get the opposite: distancing from the other. It is also possible that when you judge, you will have to receive an avalanche of accusations, but in any case, the state is such that you will not get the nearness you seek. You can go on judging, when you will end up in loneliness and bitterness. However, you will not see then that you yourself caused all this, first by doing it to yourself and, through that, to others.

Man’s relationship to himself is always reflected on his relationship to others, for man always experiences through his state which emotional reactions and impulses awake in him. The state is colored by how man experiences and accepts himself. If man’s self-knowledge and the state of self-loving is weak, there are a lot of fears, feelings of inferiority, insecurity, self-pity, self-centeredness and selfishness in him, and colored by all this, man, in all his greatness, understands and knows inside him what other people think, mean and feel. He creates in his mind, with the help of imagination, an illusion of reality Page | 135

which no one else can join. This illusion interrupts all interaction, and a lot of contradictions and sorrow are born in this way: things that do not construct, and actions that will cause regret in the course of time. In this way man builds his own prison and even strengthens it, when he gets further away from himself, and the connection to his own state and his own emotions is interrupted. The key is lost, and the moment in itself attracts the next moment, and, according to the law of energy, he also attracts equivalents of that state, or happenings that reinforce this state in him. He creates that which he does not want by any means. He sees in everything only that which he carries in his own world of thoughts, when reality gets obscured, and the people around cannot understand him because they cannot get a connection to him. Man’s relationship to himself defines what he attracts everywhere and from everywhere, for he sees everything through it; if the relationship to oneself consists of black and grey, black being the strongest tone, man sees only black everywhere.

Colors disappear from around him and turn to black in his mind even though every space and moment in man’s life consists of millions of different tones of color.

In your world there is a lot of sorrow, problems and troubles because people only see that which causes the issue. When one turns one’s attention to the cause, one does not have to look at oneself, feel what one feels, be aware of what one feels nor ask oneself why I feel like this. Man gives himself a permission to troubles and problems by concentrating on the fact that this one did like this and that one said like that: “What does he mean? Obviously he means this!” When a person feels that another one is treating him badly, he defends himself immediately, for if he thinks that the other wants to harm, hurt, threaten or aggravate, he tries to act in the same way, occupied by the emotion. Everyone understands how this will go on and progress, and the result will not serve anyone. One does not ask the other person then whether it really is like that, for if he asked, he would set out to confront his own feelings which is the foundation of all growth. Then one would have to take responsibility of his own emotions, and something else indeed might be revealed to him. He might see and feel that what he sees and feels is not what he says to be experiencing and feeling after all, and then he would have to admit to himself that he has been assuming. He would have to notice that it is not about emotions and feelings but beliefs and assumptions the Page | 136

reasons of which are in his past. Beliefs and assumptions are always born of a problem of man which he carries with himself; then man really does not try to get into himself or to get acquainted with himself. He tries to reinforce his own state and the avoidance or imagining caused by that state, and it has nothing to do with reality or responsibility.

Responsibility for oneself is that one admits one’s own state and one’s own emotions, and one does not focus on what caused it. Man perceives what he experiences and feels, when he asks himself why he is experiencing and feeling like this. He clarifies the matter with himself and examines whether one should clarify the matter even more. After this, he tells what he feels to be important to be clarified and takes responsibility in this way. Then the problem he carries inside loses its grip, and he steps into freedom.
