Imbolc

Imbolc, in the Celtic seasonal calendar marks the beginning Spring and the stirrings of new life. The holiday is usually celebrated beginning at sundown on February 1 and continuing through the day of February 2.

Imbolc means in the belly of the Mother because that is where seeds are beginning to stir as it is Spring.

It is time to let go of the past and to look to the future, clearing out the old, making both outer and inner space for new beginnings. It's a good time for wish-making or making a dedication.

Imbolc is traditionally the great festival and honouring of Brigid, she was so revered as a pagan Goddess that her worship was intertwined into the Christian church as St Bridget. She is a Goddess of Fire, of the Sun and of the Hearth. She brings fertility to the land and its people and is closely connected to midwives and new-born babies. She is the Triple Goddess, but at Imbolc she is in her Maiden aspect.

Date When Celebrated : Always February 17th February 17th is Random Acts of Kindness Day. And, you know what to do...perform a few random acts of kindness. Almost any kind deed will do.

And, we highly recommend you perform kind acts on as many people as you can.

This is a favorite day of many people and groups. People like the idea of showing a little kindness to others. It’s a fun and good thing to do. And, they like being on the receiving end of this day as well. It makes both the giver and the receiver feel good.

Schools have used this day as an educational event, and to promote the value of kindness.

Interview with Marcus Katz with Leticia Ferrer-Rivera

The following interview is a very important contribution, not only for ROC Metaphysical but also for our community to connect with an amazing International individual, who has a huge impact in a lot of the things we read, we study, we teach and talk about from the occult and Western Esoterism. I am sure each of you have probably seen or read his books in our local stores or online. I feel blessed that I am his student and I am sure Page | 14

that if you study Kabbalah, Tarot and Magick you must be excited to read about the one and only Marcus Katz!

Question 1: A lot of people involved in the Tarot knows your name or have seen your name in different books. In your own words and without referring to any written biography, tell us a little bit of who Marcus Katz is.

BY OUR WORK WE ARE CHANGED. It sounds like a fictional idyll, but I actually grew up in a small rural village in Derbyshire, England, and spent most of my younger years sitting by a stream in our orchard garden, composing pretentious pagan poetry. I was introduced to Witchcraft over forty years ago, when I was 14, through an article in my younger brother’s music magazine, coupled with my reading of lurid tales in the News of the World tabloid about saucy goings-on in free-love “covens”. I learnt there was an occult shop in Derby, and spent my early teenage years hanging out there, using my allowance to buy books, starting with Crowley and Dion Fortune, the Golden Dawn, and Tarot decks. My dad got me the volumes of Kaplan’s Encyclopaedia of Tarot as a Christmas present for three years in a row as they were published.

The owner of the occult shop also wisely directed me to Yoga, self-discovery work and advised me to always refer to the original sources. I corresponded (pre-internet) with all the authors I could reach, including Kenneth Grant, Pete Carroll (when Chaos Magic first developed), Soror Nema (of Ma’at Magick) and various Witches, Wizards and Wierdos across the world. I also became involved in Greenpeace, CND, ‘Pagans Against Nukes (PAN)’ and the local writers circle! I reached out to teachers and followers of many paths, such as Ogdoadic Magic, Flux Magic, Thelema, etc. and was lucky to meet and learn from many travelers on the wild and wonderful Way. The owner of the occult shop also introduced me to a local coven, who required me to wait until I reached the age of 18 before they would initiate me.

Having made my own tarot deck of 22 Major Arcana copied from a book, I conducted readings from the age of 13-14, and started a daily journal of meditation, ritual and divination practice until the time I was initiated into the coven, which had hived off directly from Patricia Crowther, High Priestess to Gerald Gardner.

I then practised Witchcraft every day, every night, every Esbat, Sabbat and every moment, with a German High Priestess, over a period of ten years, whilst developing my interest in Western Esotericism, Ritual, Tarot and Page | 15

Kabbalah. I wrote for various ‘zines of the time, including the infamous Lamp of Thoth and Chaos International, where I believe I had published the first esoteric computer program! I’m also fairly sure we ran the first internetconnected magical ritual in the world, so it was a very experimental time.

Having a good teacher in more advanced initiatory work for the next decade, I then went on to study Western Esotericism in the new M.A. at the University of Exeter, specialising in the teaching methods and curriculum of magical orders. I developed this into a PhD thesis but sadly after a further four years of research and writing, I found myself unable to complete it for financial and practical reasons. It was unfortunately a timely decision, as the program was closed down the next year due to the untimely death of its founder, the great mentor, Professor Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke. That work later found its way into the first volume of the ten-volume MAGISTER series, of which I am now writing the next volume with co-author Charlotte Louise.

I have now written over fifty books on Tarot, Lenormand, Western Esotericism, Kabbalah and Initiation, with co-author and researcher, Tali Goodwin, and have many books further planned or close to completion.

In 2004, I conducted the sacred magic of Abramelin the Mage, which was the turning-point in my spiritual life, and virtually everything else has flowed from that singular moment. I describe this demanding six-month ritual to contact the Holy Guardian Angel in my published journal, After the Angel (2013). I have also described the entire magical Operation in the forthcoming Llewellyn’s Complete Book of Ceremonial Magic (February 2020).

I generally write every day from 10am-11pm, sometimes longer if the work demands it. I am currently in completing the third book in my Secrets of the Thoth Tarot trilogy; NLP Magick, a new book on the use of NLP from my private practice with clients; and developing new Kindle books.

We are also in the process of completing and editing a large (currently 140,000 words) book co-created by daily practice over two years with the Order of Everlasting Day, a magical order dedicated to the Western Esoteric Initiatory System. This will be the first book, other than the Magister, to reveal the work of our Order and will be announced during 2020.

Question 2: I have seen that you have a series of 12 books, 'Tarot Life', that are available in Amazon and to read in Kindle. What is this series about?

What is the biggest difference in content between Tarot Life and other books you have written, for example 'Practical Tarot Techniques' among other titles for Llewellyn?

Tarot Life is the concept of co-author Tali Goodwin, who developed the original idea of “Gated Spreads” which was introduced in my first book, Page | 16

Tarosophy. We wanted to provide a self-guided initiatory sequence for readers to experience by using tarot cards as a mystical, spiritual, esoteric or practical framework. We also wanted to add a narrative to make the journey feel like a cinematic framework, with linked series, cliff-hangers and even plot twists to the work. This was perfectly fitted to a Kindle series.

We have further developed this concept in our master-work, ARKARTIA, which is a one-year online experience of tarot that remains an entire mystery until the seeker embarks on the quest through the website. The site teases the content through only ten lines of text, hiding a vast piece of work for the participant to discover, which took ten years to develop and three years to write.

Question 3: Do you feel that within the audience that is into the Esoteric Arts and the Occult is happening a change between reading a physical book and changing to e-reader or do you think that due to the nature of what we practice, people still love the smell of the fresh new book in their hands?

Whilst we are in the early days of e-reading, I think for now there is still a draw to physical copies of books as artifacts in themselves. The reaction we received to Abiding in the Sanctuary, which is printed on very high sheen paper, was testament to the power of print. This features the discovery and full publication of A. E. Waite’s second tarot deck, which lay secret for a century. One reader described the book as carrying the gas-lit glow of the Victorian British museum from where the images within had been discovered. However, with Kindle and other e-books there is potential for representing material in a convenient and hyper-linked format, which I believe is still in its infancy.

As we progress with Augmented Reality and cross-media delivery, the immersive nature of books and story-telling will further develop into presently uncharted realms. I have also long held that tarot cards themselves will become more “intelligent” devices; with cards becoming animated, coupled with augmented reality, other narrative platforms, social media, etc.

One proposal we discussed many years ago was to enable tarot cards to have ‘interpretations’ overlaid upon through augmented reality, which would be crowd-sourced, with a live and ongoing database of potential interpretations being collected and shared for each card. This would be accessible to anyone reading a deck. Future variations of such a system would enable an ‘expert system’ to suggest the most likely interpretation of a card based on analysis of hundreds of thousands of real readings.

Question 4: From all that you execute and practice, do you have one thing you like the most? To be more specific; What do you prefer? Magick or Page | 17

Tarot?

My core work is experiencing and teaching the Western Esoteric Initiatory System (WEIS®) as a viable spiritual path in contemporary life. As such, I decided to teach tarot first, as it provides a language system for later mystical experience. In our magical order, we spend a lot of time on the notion and experience of correspondence; the true heart of the western system, in my opinion.

So, tarot is my favoured example of correspondence, but beyond that is the Tree of Life as an initiatory map and the whole mystical path to spiritual enlightenment. It is why we chose the tagline “restoring the spiritual dignity of tarot,” graced to us by Naomi Ozaniec, as it alludes to the purpose of tarot as I teach it - the re-distinguishing of one’s own spirit.

At the same time, I teach “tarot to engage life, not escape it”, as I would not want tarot to become a mere escapist tool for avoiding profound change. We are to use the cards to escape our cell, not wallpaper it.

Question 5: Are there any possibilities that we can count on you to have a TarotCon in Rochester, NY in the future or to be our guest if we do one?

The significant changes in global sentiment over the preceding years has made it challenging to run overseas events, and their financial cost and responsibility on us was always massive. We turned to more on-line work whilst we waited for politics to perhaps return to a more open world scenario.

It was a natural trend to our work also, particularly during the fulfilment of the Arkartia project.

However, the real connections and friends made at an event can become lifetime relationships and lead to a lot of creative partnerships and projects by all attendees. So, in future, we certainly look to support and attend worldwide events, particularly where we can license the TarotCon trademark to those who share our vision.

Question 6: To close this interview I would love to know what message can you send to all the community that follows you?

This year, as we reel from the dramatic changes of the world and prepare for many more to come, I would only say, to myself and anyone else, “be kind”.

Take time and use your attention wisely as it is your only true currency; it is the one presently sought by those who have things to sell to you.

Furthermore, I believe that in the future, authenticity will become the most valued of commodities, because it can neither be manufactured, stolen or replicated.

So, be kind and pay attention to whatsoever you consider to be authentic.

"Accepting Ourselves Completely" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

(Second and final excerpt from our new book, Heartfullness: 52 Ways to Open to More Love, chosen also to honor our beloved mentor, Ram Dass, who passed on Dec 22) We all have parts of ourselves that we prefer to remain hidden. We are all ashamed of certain things we have done or were done to us, or even feelings or thoughts we have had. We imagine that if people knew these things about us, they would not like us. We would be rejected, abandoned, judged or criticized. We think we are safe by keeping this shame hidden, but we are far from safe. Shame kept hidden keeps us from our freedom and happiness. The parts of ourselves that we try to hide are the parts that have the most power over us, because they control us from our subconscious. Trying to bury our past is thus really rejecting, abandoning, judging and criticizing part of ourselves.

On the contrary, when we vulnerably share our shame with another in a safe setting, and this is what Joyce and I strive to create in our workshops and counseling sessions, we actually become more loveable. Our vulnerability in a safe setting opens people’s hearts to us. This is a basic premise for much of our work. And going further, seeing and feeling other’s acceptance of us helps us to accept ourselves more deeply. This is a path toward freedom.

In 1977, Ram Dass, whose books and lectures had helped awaken us to the path of consciousness since 1970, came to live in our community of Santa Cruz while he worked on one of his books. For about two years, Joyce and I, along with a few others, had the wonderful opportunity to be individually counseled by this gifted teacher. He told us it was important for him to be in direct service to others instead of just locking himself away writing.

It is extremely humbling to admit our spiritual arrogance when we first visited Ram Dass after he moved to town. At that time, Joyce and I dressed all in white and wore sacred mala beads for our intensive meditation practice.

We didn’t go to see Ram Dass for help. We didn’t feel we needed help.

Instead, we went to see Ram Dass to help him.

We sat at a picnic table in his back yard while he sat opposite us loudly munching on a green apple and gazing at us with those piercing crystal blue eyes. After about a half hour of putting up with our shenanigans, he interrupted our (well, mostly my) eloquent proselytizing, and announced, “You guys have just given me a headache. You really need help. I’ll agree to see you each individually while I’m working on this new book. Your energy together is too much for me to take. You’re both, mostly you Barry, ‘phoney holy’.”

So much for our helping Ram Dass. We left that day humbled to our roots, and then began what became a two-year intensive training that pulled the proverbial rug out from under us, spilling all our righteous beliefs about ourselves, and helping us integrate true spirituality.

One of my visits happened to coincide with Halloween, which triggered some old memories from my childhood. I told Ram Dass about my childhood obsession with monsters. I had watched every monster movie that came out, read monster stories, and played monster games at night, delighting in scaring my friends with my various expert monster sounds. One night, while my parents were next door at the Cooper’s house, they heard a loud roar and scream coming from outside. Upset, the Coopers asked what had happened.

My mom casually remarked, “Oh, that’s just Barry playing his monster games.”

Yes, part of all this was perhaps innocent, but there was another part that was shameful to me, that I hid and didn’t tell anyone but Joyce. It was my cruelty, the ways I took out my anger that hurt others, that was particularly shameful.

Ram Dass listened compassionately as I bared my soul to him. Then he asked me to close my eyes and feel this shameful part of myself as deeply as I could.

While I did so, he secretly reached down beside his chair into a bag and quietly pulled out a mask that he planned to wear that evening for Halloween.

By “coincidence” it just happened to be a full-head, very realistic, hideouslooking monster mask. He slipped it on and then asked me to open my eyes.

I was in a very vulnerable state when I opened my eyes and, unlike a traditional therapist, Ram Dass was sitting with his face perhaps two feet from mine. The scene was surreal. There was this grotesque life-like face immediately in front of me, my complete projection of the cruel monster inside of me, scary beyond belief. In my vulnerable trance state, I was sitting in front of a real monster.

And then I noticed the eyes through the mask. There was no cruelty there, only compassion and love pouring out to me. The combination was so incongruous that I felt an acceptance of the monster part of me, and especially the pain and anger that was behind it. Then I started laughing. Ram Dass looked strangely cute with the mask but, more importantly, I felt the cuteness of my own inner monster persona. Not that my cruelty was cute, but that I was cute, and thus could more deeply forgive myself for the actions that hurt others.

This is the heart of self-acceptance. Behind our shame is our pain, and behind the pain is the precious, innocent child that deserves love. When we touch upon this precious child inside ourselves, we more easily accept the shameful parts. And this brings freedom … and peace.

"Blackie The New Cathedral Cat" by T. Stokes

Buddhist monasteries in Siam, Sikkhim and Tibet have traditionally over the centuries had Siamese cats as temple guardians, and these can be very fierce toward strangers and cats do seem very attracted to ancient churches and cathedrals.

For many years Marbles the 17 year old overweight cat, looked after the 1000 year old historic Ely cathedral in Cambridgeshire England, deep in Oliver Cromwell country and Marbles was noted for his friendliness.

His death 5 years ago after many years of sitting during the services to deter errant sparrows from flying round the high roofing, has brought a deluge of tributes, and even forgiveness for walking muddy paw-prints over the alter cloth in the lady chapel, for he was a great favourite with children and adults alike.

Strangely he died the same day as a friend Jo’s cat Slob, Jo a single mum takes in any strays and ill cats and looks after them as best she can.

For 3 years the cathedral was cat-less and empty, but now a new owner has taken charge, Blackie a large black stray tom cat has moved in and trots out tail in the air to check on visitors.

Blackie so named by the delighted children who come into the church and now enjoy the long services, while being entertained by Blackie's roving and climbing antics, and although he is discouraged from climbing the huge cathedral organ during services, he is given the whole run of the enormous building.

Blackie is secretly fed by an army of people who bring in juicy tidbits to place in the small bowl at the entrance, and Blackie has appointed a frail old lady in a knitted hat and red coat as his personal servant and she comes in to feed Page | 24

and groom him each day, but it turns out, Blackie also visits the old Bishops house along the way, the ancient almshouses, the caretakers cottage and the new coffee shop for scraps. Maybe that's why he is ballooning in weight?

Regulars said they could never replace Marbles, but Blackie had other ideas.

Marbles became famous in the 1993 book by Richard Surman called Cathedral Cats, but Blackie is becoming famous too as the number of visitors who while walking the cathedral suddenly find a large black cat fussing round their legs and then want to be photographed with Blackie is making him the new firm favourite.

Strange really as just across the green is Oliver Cromwell's house, and Oliver who lived there 400 years ago, did not like black cats at all or the ladies who owned them, when Cromwell died it is said a whole row of jackdaws landed on his roof, Jackdaws are known as a "Bird of ill omen" and Cromwell was said to be a practitioner of Black Magic.

I wonder what he would make of the feline goings on just 200 yards from his old home?

"Five Concepts For the New Human" by Lee Carroll/Kryon Sunday, 7 February, 2016 at Alberta, Canada Greetings, dear ones, I Am Kryon of Magnetic Service. Again we tell you that the name magnetic service is a metaphor, for the magnetic grid of the planet contains that which we call the posturing of consciousness. We’ve told you before that you could not live here on this planet without it. Early on, we told you that the magnetic attributes of Earth had to change because of the coming consciousness shift. That was in order for all to be ready for what’s coming.

That’s the service that I originally came for and now that it has been accomplished by my grid group, I am simply a messenger.

People have said, "Well, where do you really come from, Kryon?" I told you this morning that I am not an entity and I'm not singular. It's a Human bias that considers messages to only come from a singular source. Instead, I’m from the creative source, just like you are. I represent the pure consciousness Page | 26

of love and compassion and I speak through this Human Being who you see sitting in the chair.

Is this too unusual for you? Thirty years after the death of the one you call Jesus, Saul of Tarsus was in prison. However, now his name is Paul, and he’s writing what will someday become the Holy Scriptures. He’s sitting there by himself, and the man is filled with joy - tears are running down his cheeks and in the half-light of his cell, he is inscribing the words that so many millions will read one day. They will call it the word of God, but it’s not. It’s the word of Paul, under the influence of his beautiful God. That's channelling. Directly, he is receiving information about the wonder of God, what has happened on the earth and the master of love.

But when a modern man sits in a chair and gives you updated messages from the creative source about the great shift, there are many who object and say, "Impossible!" This is your discernment, dear ones, and there is no judgment of your belief. But we continue to ask you to discern - at least discern this situation and feel it. Discern the energy of what you are hearing right now.

Are you going to listen to these words and understand and hear them, or are you going to feel them? We invite you to feel the compassion and the love for each of you, or have you already got your mind made up that it isn’t happening?

The Question of the Old Soul This channel today is going to be an answer to a question that is often asked by awakening old souls: "Dear Kryon, dear Spirit, dear God, in this new, changing energy, what is it that old souls on this planet can do that will not only enhance this energy but help ourselves? What is going to happen? What can we do? What is it we should be doing?"

Dear ones, I’ve told you before that each time this question is answered, the answer evolves as your linear time goes by. The potentials change, therefore, you are sitting in a reality you have never experienced before. This is new. It may feel like it was yesterday or the day before, but the potentials have changed all around you. The kind of shift you personally expected may not arrive at all, but instead something better. You situation is always dynamic [variable]. There is no set amount of energy being delivered to you on a certain schedule, dear ones. Your consciousness changes the potentials of your life all the time. It’s beautiful.

I can give you these things that I’m going to give you because there has been precedence set in other worlds just like yours, and some of you have been through it already. You were there. Your Akash says, "Here is this situation again and I know what to do. I have seen this before." This is not the first time. You sit on the cusp of major Human shift on this planet. What can you Page | 27

do to marry with this energy?

Five Concepts I’m going to give you five concepts today, and they’re not easy. It’s not a list for you to accomplish, dear ones, since we don’t give lists. Rather, these are concepts, and the very first one I will say is primary - that is to say, it will be the first one each time we discuss this subject.

FIRST: Cognize this experience. To cognize is an English expression that loosely means the cementing of belief. You believe there is gravity because you have seen it since you were born. It’s invisible, but you believe in it so strongly that you don't even think about it. It simply "is". You have cognized gravity. It is not something that you would believe in like you believed in the Tooth Fairy, for instance, as a child. No, it is cognized and it becomes part of you until your last breath. You believe in gravity.

We’re going to ask you to cognize the belief that the energy you are moving into is vastly different from the energy you have come from. This is first and it is primary. You have got to cement this into your belief system so strongly that everything you do from now on recognizes the new energy as the new normal. It’s never going to return to the way it was and it’s part of a new plan.

It’s almost like you died and came back with gravity that was less and you could do more things. It's forever and so you must cognize this.

Dear ones, this always has to be first of the five because you won’t be able to do anything else unless you believe that this shift has happened and it’s real.

The shift is dynamic, and it continues to change. However, similar to you turning a page, you’re reading new words in a new novel, but the page stays turned. You don’t get to go back and read what happened before it. You are now past the turned page, experiencing the new energy, and you cognize it by believing that it’s happening.

SECOND: Number two is "allowance of change". Oh, stubborn Human Being, get used to change! Things are changing and perhaps they are not changing in the direction you had planned? How do you feel about that? Oh, singular Human Being, can you understand that to allow change is to mature? Can you think out of the single box? Can you sit there and say, "This or something better? I allow growth, I allow consciousness change in me that may change my life in ways I never, ever thought." How afraid of this are you? The fear is about change, it’s not about where it’s going, it’s just about the word itself - change!

So the second in this set of five is to allow yourself to accept the changes Page | 28

without fear.

Look at the numerology of these things. Number one is always new beginnings, that’s easy. Number two often deals with duality and duality is often the primary fear of change. You just don’t want your reality to move off that center point that you’re used to, do you? It's often about survival between light and dark. The duality that you’ve been used to, that balance between light and dark, is comfortable. Now suddenly, spirit wants to push it a little so that you capture a little more light and the darkness starts to diminish in your life. That's going to make almost everything change! Do you allow it or not?

Belief and allowance of change are the first two.

From the other side of the veil, we look at you and we know that everything that you’re going through is like breaking old habits. But they’re just habits, that’s all they are. You’re like someone who has super powers: You can fly, but it’s simply too comfortable for you to walk around. The metaphor is clear - allowance of change.

THIRD: The next three are more practical, but are very difficult. With your belief intact, and with your allowance for things to change, you’re now ready for one of the biggest steps. Number three is compassionate action. Everything you do from now on will be from a standpoint of compassion.

Imagine you’re going down the road and you’re in a vehicle and somebody cuts you off! They sound their horn at you and they act like an idiot and a fool and yell something at you. How do you feel? Is it possible to take that scenario to a compassionate level? Really? The answer is yes. First of all, don’t let it affect you. Is there some universal law that says you must now be angry in return? You’re a compassionate person, so let the buttons of anger and frustration be disconnected to the point that there is no reaction at all.

Instead, all you can think about is that person is having a bad day. So you slow down, give them more space so that they’ll feel better. There’s no grudge to hold, no retort you have to make, and you don’t yell back at them. You have compassionate action in everything you do.

Things may happen to you in your life in relation to communication with other individuals that might normally hurt your feelings. Your life is unique and there are things people say that might hurt your heart. This is about the disappointments you have with those around you and how they act. Dear ones, this is simply Human. But what if everything you do as a result of these disappointments comes from a compassionate soul who sees it all differently?

In a compassionate way, there really is no one who can hurt your feelings ever, because you know who you are. They can't define you and make you Page | 29

something you are not just because they say things. The real issue is that these individuals are probably unbalanced at that moment and they’re just having a bad day. Do you see what I’m saying?

Compassionate action is coming from a compassionate heart no matter what.

It is a position of strength and wisdom. Now, some of you who are listening to this need to hear this: It is not a weakness to be compassionate. The masters who walked this planet exuded compassion! They broadcasted it! The very ones that you may worship are all about compassion. They were not weak, dear ones. So whatever you’ve been told about a kind, compassionate person, you’re going to have to rearrange your perception. Balance is strength.

Compassion is strength. A balanced Human Being will seldom catch disease, did you know that? A balanced Human Being will have that which you will call synchronicity. Others call it luck. Synchronicity is to be in the right place at the right time and have perfect things happen, because they’re the result of compassionate action. Compassion actually is an energy that pushes the idea aside of luck or chance. You control your reality.

It’s a beautiful package, isn't it? When you start a compassionate action path, everything changes. That was number three. Now, three in numerology is the catalyst. A catalyst is a word often used in chemistry as a substance that changes things around it, while it often remains the same. A compassionate person changes those around him/her, instead of being affected by them. No negativity will attach to you. It’s such a position of strength, and others will often want to be with you. You change the earth where you walk!

FOURTH: Number four - spiritual sight. I want you to start seeing the grander picture. I want you to see God in everything. I want you to look outside and see God in the trees and in the dirt and the light that comes from the sun. I want you to feel the warmth of God shining on you, even when you are in the dark.

Compassion is one thing, but with spiritual sight you can see the creative source in all things and other people. The one who cut you off on the road has God inside, just like you. Your spiritual sight, married to your compassionate action, says, "There goes a creature just like me, who doesn’t yet know about themselves - not yet."

The compassionate soul, which was number three, who has spiritual sight is the one who can see God in everyone. It helps you to become compassionate, doesn’t it, when somebody yells in your face and instead of anger, what you see in their face is God? Can you do that? You’ve got to think differently. You might even have to be more like the spiritual masters of the planet, because Page | 30

this is what they did.

Dear ones, these things I’m giving to you are a true and accurate representation of the new Human Being. You’re not going to be fully, 100% successful in every one of these unless you practice them. Number one was to cognize that which has changed. When you cognize something, it doesn’t happen instantly. You’re going to have to work on it. The belief has to be gradually cemented to your brain as you see evidence of it and eventually it cognizes itself. You’re actually training yourself to cognize and believe. The allowance for change is you training yourself to accept things that might be different. You’re working on it all the time. A compassionate personality comes slowly, not all at once. Don’t feel you failed because you get frustrated or even angry. It’s just a reminder that you weren’t compassionate yet. And spiritual sight comes with time, dear ones, it comes with time.

There’ll come a time where everything you look at will be in the light of God, a totally different perspective. The server who comes to your restaurant table is not a server at all, but rather this person is a beautiful Human Being carrying the creator’s light. You smile at the server and you just want to hug that person and say thank you for coming to the table. Is this too strange for you?

Is it too odd to see beauty first instead of judgment and criticism? You eventually treat others differently and it's not a weakness. The biggest strength you can ever have as a Human Being is to see God in others. Outside, you see God in the trees and you know that there is a divine system and you’re part of it, and it’s part of you. You can be overwhelmed with joy and love just to be part of the system. It’s so different than you were taught.

FIFTH In numerology, five is change and it’s one of the hardest attributes, since it calls for patience. The Human Being wants everything now. See? I know who’s here! It is inbred in you to want things immediately. We have discussed this so many times. When authority speaks, they want something now. Every single time there are instructions and something to accomplish, there is a push to do it at the moment, not later. Human Beings want things delivered to them quickly and they want action to happen immediately.

You’re going to have to practice relaxing with synchronicity. Listen: The things that many of you are asking for are dependent on other things happening first! Relax!

These other things will be things you seemingly have no control over, but the potentials are there for them to change. If you can wait for it, and not be frustrated or angry, that is the task. Years and years ago, when I first started channelling with my partner, we talked about having the ticket to the train Page | 31

and standing on the track. You have earned and paid for the ticket. The train is coming, but you just don’t know when! So because you are a patient person, you will know the train is coming, be comfortable with it, and have a nice time waiting for it. This is instead of complaining that it’s late. Patience!

Spiritual patience is gold. It’s hard. Every single one of these five things is not intrinsic to any of you. You weren’t born with any of them and that is why they’re difficult. But they are so accomplishable, dear ones!

Don’t work on them one at a time, except the first one. Make it first. Cognize what you’re doing. Understand and believe, and then the rest of them you can work on all at once. Some of you will be better at one than another, and that’s just because you’re unique and your personalities are a summary of your past-life lessons and experiences. Don’t compare notes with others, then feel that you’re doing it wrong. Did you hear me? There’s a tendency to get together and homogenize everything into a list, then make it so that if you don’t measure up to a generic list, you’re not doing it right. You can’t do that, not with these things, not with the individual soul that you are, having lived so many lifetimes.

Did you know that what you did the last time you were here impacts you right now? It tempers how well you’re going to do with these five things. Some of you are ready for them; some of you are not. And some of you will have to practice harder than others. So approach them all personally, and work the puzzle independently of what others tell you you should be doing. You are vastly different from each other!

I want you to know that all this, and the learning of it, is totally and completely normal and acceptable before God. You’re not going to fail. Don’t compare yourself to others. I want you to look straight ahead into the eyes of the Creator and know that you are God, and that everything I have told you is true and possible. That’s just the beginning. That’s what I came to tell you today.

“Surrender to the Miracle of Love” By Dr. Judith Orloff

In my book, The Power of Surrender I define a soul mate as a fated romantic relationship with someone to whom you feel a special affinity. You fall in love with and support each other’s souls as well as their bodies. The relationship is never denigrating, abusive, or based on narcissism or control. When you meet, something in you awakens, even rejoices. You can finally breathe. The wait is over–you’re home again.

However, contrary to what you may think, a soul mate isn’t necessarily some ideal person who will make your life perfect or cure your loneliness. Nor do you have to always like each other or agree. But he or she will help you evolve.

You’ll learn from one another. There is no deadline for a soul mate. One can arrive when you’re twenty or eighty, whenever the time is right. Sexual attraction is part of the bond though this may vary in different phases of life.

Some of these relationships are incredibly smooth, whereas most have more challenges. However, with soul mates, two are stronger than one. You make Page | 46

each other better.

What should you look for in a soul mate? How can you know you’ve met yours? To avoid missing out on these relationships, you must let go of unrealistic expectations. Here’s a summary of some fundamental qualities that define what a soul mate is and isn’t. Though the intensity of these may vary in different phases of your lives, they form the basis of your bond.

How to Identify Your Soul Mate What a soul mate relationship is: You feel a strong connection, comfort, and sense of familiarity There’s a physical attraction You share mutual love, commitment, and support You “get” each other; you’re each other’s biggest fans You are emotional mirrors and teachers for each other You’re in synch, even telepathic You’re willing to work through conflicts, compromise, and surrender unhealthy patterns to improve the relationship What a soul mate relationship isn’t: All about you (or all about your partner) Lukewarm, boring, or noncommittal Forced or merely a “good idea” Based on abuse, control, or rigidity Only physical attraction or the sense of “lightning striking” The “answer to all your problems” or always conflict-free Based on “settling,” being together for convenience, or out of a fear of being alone, breaking up, or change Whether a soul mate lasts forever, these relationships are transformative and provide a goldmine of lessons. They bring you face-to-face with aspects of your masculine and feminine sides that you desire to integrate. Marriage, which is a civil agreement, doesn’t require that you be with a soul mate. So, if it happens that your spouse isn’t one, or if you always stay single, there are still numerous benefits and much love that is possible. I’m not saying it’s necessarily better or worse to find a soul mate. The level of connection is just different. One thing I am sure of: each of our paths is uniquely perfect. Life presents us with what we need to grow. In this sense, a soul mate may not be appropriate or essential for everyone, as much as the heart may long for one.

Moreover, you can’t force one to arrive or demand that the universe deliver one. I guarantee: that won’t work. This is where surrender is key. It’s a fine balance. You must clarify what qualities you desire in someone, then Page | 47

surrender expectations. Paradoxically, the “letting go” part is what most increases the likelihood of results. Being too hungry or fixated on finding a mate can backfire by acting as a death grip that stifles flow. To manifest a goal, you must always hold it lightly so you don’t inadvertently sabotage yourself by clamping down.

There are clear ways to hone your intuitive focus to make it more possible for your soul mate to materialize. Here is an exercise to do from The Ecstasy of Surrender.

Invite Your Soul Mate In Surrender into action by setting the stage for a soul mate, then notice the signs that he or she has arrived.

1. Make a wish list Spend some quiet time picturing the qualities you most desire in a mate. Ask yourself: What would truly be good for me? What do I need? Intelligence?

Kindness? Support? Chemistry? Wants children? Good communication skills? Is he or she spiritually connected? Also make a list of traits that are unacceptable to you such as being self-absorbed or rigid. Everyone’s needs are different.

2. Release Expectations Think of your list as a letter to spirit. You’ve put in your soul mate requests.

No need to keep re-sending the letter. Now, let the list go. Hold your desires lightly in your heart but don’t push. Have faith that you’ve been heard.

3. Listen to Intuition Pay attention to intuitive signs that you’ve met someone of interest, even if he or she isn’t “your type.” These are: A sudden wave of chills, a gut feeling of attraction, or a flash of insight that this person may be right for you. Also stay aware of intuitions such as a sick feeling in your gut or a sense of distrust that warns, “Danger. Bad news. Stay away.” These will protect you from unhealthy relationships.

4. Be aware of synchronicities and déjà vu Synchronicities are moments of perfect timing when paths effortlessly interconnect. You sit next to someone in a movie who turns out to be your soul mate. Or, out of the blue, you have a chance to go to Paris where you meet The One. Also, notice when you have a sense of déjà vu–as if you’ve known each other before. If this occurs with a stranger, say in the market, act on the situation by smiling and making eye contact. Then strike up a conversation such as asking for directions.

"Love Your Psychic Life" by Connie Wake & Sue Fiandach

“Sitting in my car at an intersection in the middle of winter on a very cold morning, I smell the distinct odor of a pipe. That was strange because there was no one else in the car and the windows were all closed. At that same time, I look at the license plate on the car ahead of me and it read, “AL 1985.” It dawned on me that my grandfather, Al, smoked pipes and passed away in the year 1985. I later realized later that day it was his birthday.

Coincidence? Or synchronicity? While both words are defined as “striking occurrences of two or more events at one time” the difference is that coincidence is perceived as chance or luck while synchronicity implies the presence of a deeper intelligence at work.

You can walk away saying to yourself, “wow that was freaky!” OR you can embrace it as a purposeful event and enjoy a wonderful connection.

The “deeper intelligence” is the nature of universal consciousness energy. It’s in all of us and we are all of it, so naturally we receive information from it and within ourselves. Rumi described it as: “You are not a drop in an ocean; you are the entire ocean in a drop.”

This is the psychic self…the soul self…the one person and the universe at the same time.

So we say, don’t just trust it, LOVE IT! Many of us can point to a situation that would be termed “freaky,” “psychic,” “weird,” etc., and it happens in our every day life, during waking hours, when nothing else may have been happening.

There were no trances, no meditations, no burning incenses, no raising of vibrations, no portals, no chants...just you and your psychic self.

You may feel it was “just your imagination” and we would say, “Yes it was!”

The brain is wired to pick up signals from sensory organs…the five physical senses…and interpret the signals to help us navigate our reality.

"What Cartoons Have Done for the Evolution of Consciousness On Earth"

Cartoons have been extremely important for the evolution of consciousness on planet Earth. I used to watch the Simpson's all the time; and now with my work on Earth's evolutionary development and the evolution of consciousness I understand why cartoons exist on Earth. Earth is a very powerful living organism that contains male and female consciousness; because Earth supports male and female species. Earth's consciousness as well as life on Earth contain love and fear. Fear in some aspects represents resistance to the evolution of consciousness because it becomes restricted in the body. Fear represents pressure in the consciousness and pressure in the body or consciousness (which is one in the same) is consistently being regulated through evolutionary development. The body contains light energy, dark energy and pressure. This produces love and fear in the experience of evolution in time and space. On the most powerful quantum level light energy contains higher frequency vibrations and dark energy contains lower frequency vibrations.

These frequency vibrations are the foundation for the evolutionary development of matter in the universe and pressure accumulates in the vibrations with certain types of evolutionary activity. These vibrations generate subatomic activity; and this evolves into atomic activity which generates the evolution of matter. Because the vibrations are different when they collide in certain ways this produces polarity and causes pressure to accumulate within this activity. This is experienced as fear in the consciousness because pressure generates the experience of separation. This happens because the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy collide together to further evolutionary development the moment they collide represents the moment of the conceptualization of creation. Creation happened as a result of consciousness, light energy, dark energy and love Page | 52

happening in the moment. Evolutionary development in time and space produces change and change has been associated with fear due to uncertainty experienced in consciousness. This generates resistance to the evolution of consciousness and pressure is a result of this activity.

Some pressure expands and accelerates with time and space; this is fear that the body contains but doesn't produce a response with the fight or flight syndrome. The human body is full of pressure or fear due to the uncertainty of what happens with the experience of death. Human beings see death as separation but everything is connected through Universal Consciousness and beyond with eternal life and eternal love; the experience of separation is only temporary. This pressure in the body represented as fear repels the consciousness and energy in Earth's Consciousness and Universal Consciousness; contained in a primary field of energy called the Higgs field.

The Higgs field is the foundation for eternal love and eternal life and contains a perfect balance of the frequency vibrations of consciousness, light and dark energy; and eternal love. This represents the foundation for creation.

Because life here contains pressure in the body it repels the frequency vibrations of the Higgs field and causes the experience of separation.

The experience of separation is manifested in the consciousness in many different ways due to the activity of the stimuli in the environment. Fear is associated with a plethora of activity in Earth’s environment and on an existential level. Love happens when the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy collide and produces more evolution of consciousness. Love is contained in the Higgs field so when love is experienced in living organisms it causes Earth's Consciousness and Universal Consciousness to experience further evolutionary development. The convergence of light and dark energy with consciousness has to happen to further evolutionary development because these two forms of energy exist everywhere and life is incorporated into light and dark energy. The convergence of these two forms of energy in the consciousness represents the moment in time and space and the moment represents eternity. When pressure is introduced into these vibrations in the consciousness it can cause the experience of separation depending if love is being introduced into that pressure and that pressure expands and accelerates with time and space.

If that pressure becomes restricted in the consciousness it can cause a disruption in the evolutionary activity of the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy which generates the experience of separation in the consciousness in many ways due to interaction with oneself and the environment. This is happening on a global level in Earth's consciousness with the human race and Earth as well. All life on Earth contains both love and fear due to evolution and resistance to evolution. Not all fear represents the resistance to evolution; a lot of different aspects of fear produce more evolutionary advancement because pressure is involved in the creation of Page | 53

matter. A living organism can contain a very powerful level of fear but not experience the response from the activity because the pressure in their consciousness flows with the evolution of time and space everywhere. This happens because there is consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure everywhere. We all exist in consciousness which is everywhere and soon the human race will be exposed to this truth. The reason that the human race hasn't been exposed to the rest of the activity in existence is because a very powerful resistance to evolution contained in consciousness and time and space here on Earth.

This resistance comes from the uncertainty associated with death in all living organisms. There is an aspect in the consciousness of every living organism as seeing death as a permanent finality which is not the case it is just an experience. The experience of death actually evolves consciousness into a much more advanced state of existence because the consciousness, identity, light and dark energy and love transfer into the Higgs field when the resistance to evolution in the form of pressure is released from the consciousness and the body. The individual transfers into the Higgs field and accelerates very quickly into the next destination in world's contained in the Whirlpool galaxy which is about 23 million light years from Earth. Every living organism that experiences death on Earth is reborn through Universal Consciousness and the Higgs field and the foundation for perfection exists within the Higgs field. Human beings cannot see or detect any of this activity because of the resistance to evolution in their bodies represented by pressure contained within the consciousness. The universe looks empty to people when it fact it is not. It just hasn’t been time for the consciousness to evolve into the primary field of energy in the universe. If it had human beings would know much more information and be much more advanced; and this occurrence is emerging now in time and space here. This is why all of the exoplanets were detected is because consciousness is awakening and transferring into the Higgs field further.

This resistance or pressure exists on a global level and causes the experience of separation. Death is more powerful on Earth than any other location in the universe because of the region of time and space that Earth is located within.

Earth exists within Universal Consciousness and time and space that is 13.51 billion years old. This consciousness contains memory or actual experience that is this old. Death was introduced into Universal Consciousness from the larger body of consciousness and energy which the universe exists within.

This consciousness has always existed and this is why life here can conceptualize existing forever because this is the truth. When Universal Consciousness was introduced in order to further evolutionary development in the form of matter a very powerful experience of separation happened.

Universal Consciousness contains both love and fear and fear was introduced when the universe was conceptualized and introduced. Certain aspects of fear Page | 54

produce resistance in the consciousness and this resistance was introduced with Universal Consciousness.

Universal Consciousness had to have a great deal of pressure introduced into light and dark energy for the purpose of generating matter and expansion and acceleration with evolutionary development. The introduction of the universe was a new form of evolutionary development in consciousness with the development of matter. There was only consciousness and light and dark energy everywhere before the universe existed; in the form of frequency vibrations that contained eternal love and the foundation to generate more eternal love. When the universe was introduced in the form of consciousness, matter, light energy, dark energy and pressure there was a very powerful form of resistance to evolution that was expressed in consciousness. This came from the change in the evolutionary state of consciousness with the introduction of matter. Universal Consciousness had to begin a new life within this body of infinite consciousness so there was a very powerful form of resistance to evolution and an experience of separation that occurred. This is why there is the existence of love and fear and the concept of duality. This is basically evolution of consciousness and the resistance to the evolution of consciousness.

There was a moment when the universe was introduced that consciousness experienced separation with the introduction. It was similar to the birth of a child; and this is actually where reproduction comes from in time and space.

Reproduction is an extension of the conceptualization and introduction of the universe. Reproduction generates the introduction of more consciousness, matter, light energy, dark energy, pressure and love into time and space; and this is the evolution of consciousness. Fear and death were introduced with Universal Consciousness but these two aspects of existence will change with evolutionary advancement because everything comes from eternal life and eternal love with evolution. An aspect of Universal Consciousness experienced the sensation of separation in a very powerful way with the resistance to evolution due to the change in the state of existence. The experience of separation is only temporary. Earth is contained in a region of Universal Consciousness where a very powerful concentration of fear and death have existed; and this type of consciousness exists within Earth's consciousness. Earth contains eternal love, life, the experience of death, fear and evolutionary development. Some forms of fear can be very destructive because this is pressure in the consciousness which has a difficult time with expansion, acceleration and evolution and represents a very powerful resistance to the primary element which drives evolution and this is love.

On a global level love and fear are expressed in different degrees. In the image of the cartoon above Homer Simpson is saying "why don't I just lay down and die". In cartoons like this or others there are a lot of issues contained in human consciousness and the human race which contain a lot of Page | 55

resistance and separation. Cartoons contain issues in the world like politics, religion, death, life, love, science, violence, warfare etc. The material contained in cartoons that deal with human nature are very powerful elements of World Consciousness. When individuals watch cartoons what happens in consciousness and energy is the resistance contained in Earth's consciousness concerning these issues transfer through human beings and this activity helps Earth evolve. When cartoons are viewed the consciousness usually expresses elation, humor, well being and positive entertainment.

Cartoons are watched on a global level and transfer through electronic devices that contain high concentrations of light and dark energy due to electricity. People will understand more about this activity with the emergence of the Shift in Consciousness. Light and dark energy are the two forms of energy in existence and everything in existence contains both of these. Human beings will understand more about light energy, dark energy, pressure and vibrations soon because this activity exists on the most powerful quantum level and consciousness on Earth is evolving into this level due to evolutionary development and advancement. Evolutionary advancement is generating more of the energy of love because love gives eternity a reason to exist and is the highest form of evolutionary development that consciousness can experience.

Electricity was harnessed out of time and space and time and space consist of light and dark energy. Television contains a very powerful concentration of consciousness, light energy and dark energy. When human beings engage in watching television it helps consciousness evolve everywhere because it transfers information and consciousness from Earth's consciousness into human consciousness; and human consciousness is continuously evolving.

Cartoons that contain a lot of issues that pertain to fear and resistance in World Consciousness help evolution in a very powerful way. I mentioned that love is the most powerful form of the evolution of consciousness because everything comes from love. Cartoons express very powerful issues in the world where fear and resistance are contained. When people view cartoons and experience the sensation of love what happens is the resistance contained in World Consciousness evolves through them due to evolutionary advancement. All consciousness and energy are connected here the experience of separation is expressed on Earth due to the fear of the uncertainty of death. This is primarily stored in the subconscious energy which is contained all over the body. This is a global form of pressure and dark energy. Human beings experience death because the fear of the uncertainty of death is contained all over the body; and I am speaking of aging. This type of fear of death is so powerful it separates consciousness for evolutionary purposes and human beings experience death and transfer to another location in the universe; this applies to all living organisms here in Earth's environment.

Consciousness on a global level gravitates towards or into more love where pressure is least experienced in the consciousness and cartoons are displayed globally. As people watch them the resistance to evolutionary advancement contained in a lot of primary aspects of society changes due to the concentration and evolutionary activity of consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure; with televisions and human consciousness. The love being experienced in different degrees with consciousness in the human being helps to evolve the resistance contained in Earth's consciousness from different sources of activity. This transfers into the Higgs field here in time and space and helps this field of energy evolve and advance. The relationship between life here and consciousness everywhere is symbiotic. As the Higgs field becomes more powerful the level of separation from resistance in time and space changes and consciousness evolves further. The experience of separation in consciousness is now changing rapidly due to certain very powerful forms of activity happening in Universal Consciousness right now.

The evolution of consciousness is being expressed globally with consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure and love in a very powerful way. The human race just hasn't been able to see, detect or experience the rest of the activity in the universe because of the experience of separation from the introduction of life happening and the experience of death happening on a global level and in consciousness in time and space here. Having both of these aspects in your consciousness generates a very powerful form of separation; especially with the uncertainty of what happens and the concept of never existing again (which is only an illusion) but very powerful consciousness. This is actually why black holes exist and soon astronomers will understand more about this as well. My work deals with the Shift in Consciousness or in other terms Apocalypse. Apocalypse means a revealing of information that could not be previously known; and this is what this information is in reference to; and represents the evolution of consciousness.

"Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with your roots though the ancient art/science of Astrology.

Additionally, we offer a glimpse into the current celestial weather under which we are all operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes for ourselves and others.

We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it is also the most easily observed internally.

As February 2020 begins, the Moon will be appearing to grow larger as it approaches Full on Feb. 9 in regal Leo. Watch for the larger emotional focus to be on our personal pride, dignity and need to be noticed and appreciated.

This will be most notable, even dramatic, for those born Feb. 6-12 and Aug. 915.

Then two weeks later on Feb. 23, the New Moon occurs in sensitive Pisces, bringing a certain dreamy quality to all the new projects that we can imagine.

Those born Feb. 20-26 and Aug. 25-31 are likely to experience these energies most strongly, but they are accessible to us all.

The first half of February features fleet-footed Mercury slowing down as it moves into watery Pisces on the 3rd, where its natural tendencies toward clarity and quickness are dampened. On Feb. 17 it goes retrograde again. This apparent backward movement in the sky - and all that it brings - continues until Mar. 10. We here on planet earth will notice a slowing of communication and transportation of all kinds as well as missed and/or re-scheduled appointments. General advice for these times is to avoid signing contracts or making expensive purchases, as they are unlikely to turn out as expected.

Our galaxy’s Goddess of Love, Harmony and Beauty, Venus moves out of dreamy Pisces on Feb. 8 and into fiery Aries until Mar. 7. Her softer side will be harder to find but wearing red and being impulsive will be much more in evidence. So much depends on our personal chart, yet we can all watch for the shift into the feisty energy of Aries.

Mid-month, many of us will try to observe St Valentines Day, which our culture views through a thick Venusian veil of romantic love. Generally speaking, it is an awkward fit at best to celebrate personal love during the month that the Sun is in humanitarian Aquarius. This year, not only is Venus challenged to engage her cooperative nature in head-strong, individualistic Aries, but the moody Moon will be in deep-feeling, secretive Scorpio on the 14th. It will be best to navigate the romantic waters lightly. At the same time action oriented Mars will be finishing up its journey through blunt, forwardthinking Sagittarius at this time as well, while thoughtful Mercury will be bogged down in emotional, watery Pisces. We will all experience difficulties taking action on any romantic inclinations.

On Feb. 16 fierce warrior Mars joins the large historic planetary lineup in practical Capricorn, staying there until Mar. 30. It will add urgency to the ongoing overhaul of our culture and all our institutions already in progress by transformative Pluto, structural Saturn and expansive Jupiter. It doesn’t have to be harsh, but it might be. Where it falls in personal charts will dictate how we experience these energies within our own individual lives, but it’s unlikely to be missed wherever it shows up.

As we segue into Spring, we are likely to enjoy the easing of some of the intensity that has marked this first quarter of 2020. Our cultural upheaval will continue a bit more quietly, as this task-oriented period yields to an interval of integration. It remains important to have a plan.

zen habits by Leo Babauta “Wanting Someone Else To Fulfill Our Lives” I have a friend who is lonely, who has such a good heart and desperately wants to find a partner who appreciates that goodness, to share a life with.

We have all felt this, I’m guessing: this desire for a deep connection, this hope that another person will just get us and want an intimate relationship with us, the idea that if we could just find this person and merge with them, we’d be fulfilled.

What if we tossed that idea out on its head?

What if everything we need for happiness and fulfillment is within us?

What if all the requirements for fulfillment were in this very moment, not in some imagined ideal future?

What if the idea of a romantic partner who is perfect (because of their imperfections!) and who fills our every need is just a fantasy that isn’t helping us?

The truth is that even those of us who have partners know that it’s not all honeymoon, and in fact a long-term relationship contains a lot of struggle.

The fulfillment that we get in life ends up (mostly) not coming from the other person, but from ourselves.

What would it be like if we let go of this fantasy of a fulfilling partner, this fantasy of a better future … and instead focused on finding fulfillment in the here and now, within ourselves?

Where We Get Fulfillment Another person isn’t going to fulfill us — at best, they’ll make us feel better about ourselves, and listen to us. The listening part is great, but we can get that from friends or family as well. The feeling better about ourselves is a function we can fulfill on our own as well. I’m not saying a partner is useless, but I am saying that a partner isn’t needed for fulfillment.

So how can we fulfill ourselves, by ourselves?

Well, what brings fulfillment? In my experience, focusing on pleasures like food, entertainment, online distractions, sex, drugs, alcohol, and thrills … these only bring temporary pleasure, but in the end you’re left wanting more.

Fulfillment comes from something deeper — finding meaning in life, finding appreciation for the fleeting beauty of every moment, being in service of others, loving.

But we don’t need a partner for those things. We can find meaning by searching within ourselves and in the world around us. We can start to appreciate the impermanence and joyful moments around us all the time. We can be in service of others in our community. We can love anyone, from those already in our lives (even if they don’t know we’re doing it) to strangers on the street, to all living beings.

Fulfillment From Within What if we could do all these things just sitting here, doing nothing?

What if this very moment contained all we need for fulfillment?

Try looking within: Stop and be still. Sit and do nothing, finding stillness and just noticing the moment.

Notice your body, your breath, emotions that happen in your body (like a tightness in your chest, or a warmth in your heart area), your thoughts.

See that there is constant change within you, and a loving goodness as well.

Fall in love with all that you see, from the emotions and thoughts to the body and breath, from the impermanence to the underlying goodness.

Reflect on a desire to be in service of yourself, and others.

Cultivate a love for yourself and all others by radiating a wish for everyone, including yourself, to be free of suffering, to be happy, to find joy.

Reflect on your innate connection to others — reflect on how others support your life, how the food that nourishes you is brought to you by thousands of others, how you’ve been created into the person you are because of the influences of every person you’ve met and connected with. This web of connections is how you are always a part of everything and everyone around you, a deep connection that is ever-changing and everlasting.

Reflect on your surroundings and in the constant change and beauty that is in every single thing, in the ocean of matter and energy that you are a part of.

These and more are always available, right now and in every moment, in you and all around you.

This practice can bring fulfillment, and nothing is required but attention, appreciation, gratitude and love. You have that in you.

MBO FOR KITTEN TO SLEEP ALL NIGHT Laurie writes: I have recently started reading your book and receiving your blog/newsletters. I find them quite interesting! I see you take submissions of stories of when people use MBOs with good results. I tried this the last two nights and was pleased.

We have a new kitten in the family. She’s extremely active and still has claws.

IF she comes in our room at night she tends to be too active and sometimes grabs our feet or hands with her claws when playing, waking us up. Night before last, I said an MBO that she stay with us all night and is calm and sweet. She was slapping at my hands and then suddenly stopped, curled up behind the crook of me knee and went to sleep. The next morning she was still there! She didn’t wake me up, playing in the middle of the night. Encouraged by this, last night I said an MBO that all our kitties sleep with us all night and are calm and sweet. I was aware of them once in the night, when I was rolling over but woke up with my alarm, and all three were still there. One at my head, one at my feet and one in the crook of my knee. MBOs FOR NEW JOB, FINDING LOST KEY Siddharth in India writes: MBO stories For myself – I had said an MBO for a very smooth joining of my new company. I got all the required documents arranged. I also got an exit and experience letter from my previous company in a very convenient way. This helped me to submit the documents and get started in my new company and role very seamlessly.

For my wife – My wife had forgotten the key for the basement where she gets her car out. MBOs FOR DOG’S AND CAT’S HEALTH Auntmommie writes: I have a MBO story for you……I have several animals….7 cats and 2 dogs. Most of them get along, in fact, one even takes long walks with both the dogs and me through the woods….and she manages to keep up in spite of the fact that her legs are very much shorter than the rest of ours.

Anyway, my dog, Harley wasn’t feeling well. He was not himself and he stopped wagging his tail….which was weird. He’s usually very happy. He is a senior dog and the whole family was worried about him and how he was feeling. I waited two days to see if it would either pass or get worse before taking him to the vet. He didn’t get worse, but he didn’t get better either. On the way to the vet, I must have said about 4 MBO’s and BP’s for him to feel better and that the remedy be a simple and inexpensive one and for him to be able to come home with me. All those things happened. The vet bill was affordable, the poor thing had an infected anal gland, the doctor expressed it and gave me some pills to give him and off we went. He was back to his old self in a matter of days.

About a month later, my ragdoll cat, Abby disappeared from the house….or so we thought because nobody could find her. She was having the “scoots” and making messes everywhere. She is also a senior kitty, but she has been in good health most of her 11 years….but I worry. I found her deeply under one of the couches and when I got her out, I could see the mess on her backside.

The whole ride to the vet, I did MBO’s and BP’s for the exact same thing I did for my dog Harley….illness easily remedied at an affordable price and no overnight stay. I even did one as we sat in the exam room waiting for her blood test results….which can be catastrophic with older cats. But, everything came back normal and the doctor said that the only thing she can find causing her to have soupy poopies was her food, so we changed it to a more digestive formula for seniors.

“The Basic Use of Candles (Can You Ever Have too Many Candles?) “

By Elizabeth Chapman & Su Weber THIS IS NOT A HINT! NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED. IF YOU NEED TO PUT IT OUT AND FINISH BURNING IT LATER, THE UNVERSE WON’T MIND AND SAFETY COMES BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE. First of all, let’s be practical. Candles are a great way to see while you are performing ritual. There is something about the flickering light of flames that adds an air of mystery to any type of event. If you are like us, we use candles all the time but have been known to pull out the ritual flashlight as an aid to reading. (Ok, our eyes aren’t as young as they used to be but we still love to watch the candles flicker).

Magickally, candles are a great way to perform all sorts of spells. They come in an infinite variety of shapes and colors that can be used as a focus for your magick or as an adjunct to reinforce what you are trying to accomplish.

Dressing a candle with oils and rolling it in herbs or carving symbols into it is a great way to use it as a spell. Burning a candle of a particular color works well also; pick a color that you feel relates to your working and go for it!

Sometimes it is beneficial to write a spell that calls for the candle to be burned down all the way and that is when the magick is accomplished.

Helpful Hint: While that large pillar candle may look amazing, sometimes it is important to consider when you want your magick to manifest and if you want something quickly, a tea light might be more appropriate.

Every Candlemas, we adapt tealights for all sorts of uses from healing to quick focusing. We take an old electric frying pan and melt the wax, add our own colors, essential oils and herbs to them and let them firm back up. These little lights can then be burned throughout the year for their intended use when we need it. We also prepare larger candles that we will use on our ritual altar throughout the year. We have also created spell candles for long-term Page | 71

spells such as creative inspiration and focus; I have one of those burning next to me as I am sitting here writing this blog post.

Let’s face it; there are candles out there that look and smell amazing.

Ambience and scent can increase your brain’s ability to move into that magickal state which enhances your enjoyment of ritual and life. So feel free to grab some and burn them whenever and wherever you need a little boost to raise your spirits.

"Just Thinking..." By PJ Perkins

It’s coming! The big LOVE day February 14 where cards, flowers and tokens are being exchanged. I want to help offset that “I’m missing out” feeling. For those not coupled we should celebrate ourselves and have an I LOVE ME DAY. In order to do that here are some simple steps, there could be hundreds more but these are good starters.

1. Celebrate the past - part of being human is making choices. It easy to pat ourselves on the back when we did the right thing. Some folks may have done lots of not so smart things. I am sure you must have learned from the good and the bad. Just think how wise you are. Those incidents have given you such great insight now.

2. Ramp up your passions and desires – what do you love to do, what makes you jump out of your seat and say I want that. We all should be participating in things we love to do.

3. Each day is a new future – what can you do to make the day fresh and new, find new appreciations, focus on the positive. I write down ten things each morning by 9am. It may take some practice but I now easily write more than ten. If you know about the Law of Attraction the more of what your focus on is what comes to you.

4. Live in the moment- did you see a beautiful sunrise, have a engaging conversation with a stranger, make another person smile? Don’t spend too much time on the past or what’s going to happen in the future. You’re missing the NOW.

5. Do things that make you feel great - a therapeutic massage, new hair style, a new outfit, sign up for an interesting class, take a mental health day from work. I'm sure you can think of something.

6. What is good and just flows in your life - Acknowledge what is working and congratulate yourself first and foremost. Then focus on what areas need change. You know what challenges you have that need to be resolved. You may feel they're impossible and it's overwhelming. Find ways to break them into small, simple tasks that you know you can accomplish. Maybe even asking for help in counseling of a life coach. Here's my analogy: I was down hill skiing on a huge difficult mountain trail thinking I was going down in a first aid carrier. I had to get down to the bottom. I only looked a few feet ahead and when I got to the bottom I was amazed at what I did.

These combinations are shown separately with detailed explanations and colour images showing how each sign works.

The reader is then introduced to the planets, their symbols and the influences for which each is responsible.

The various parts of the chart wheel and associations of Zodiac signs with planets and the areas of the chart are covered next. Readers learn about the relationships between items in a chart. Known as Aspects, coloured images Page | 77

help identify the way the influence of each one works.

An explanation is given of the effects of Transits, which are the Aspects the movements of planets in the sky make on elements in a birth chart. This section includes a list of planets and their transit times.

In the last but one section are explanations of the remaining parts of a printed chart which haven’t yet been covered. These include a chart summary which breaks down all the parts of the chart wheel into a table. A diagram of this is shown with a key and explanations.

Introduction Your Birth Chart Overview Your birth (natal) chart is unique to you. It is created using not only the day and month of your birth, but also the year, place and the time you were born.

(Even if you are a twin, born on the same date and in the same place as your sibling, you wouldn’t both be born at exactly the same time.) Don’t worry if you don’t know the time of your birth, I can use my pendulum to find this out.

Your birth chart is like a map of your life showing your strengths and the challenges you may face. When you are familiar with your chart, you can use those strengths to help overcome your challenges.

Our Sun is a star, so when you read about your Star sign in newspapers or magazines, it’s referring to the Zodiac sign the Sun was in at the moment of your birth. This is your Sun sign. (I’m a Scorpio, thanks for asking.) But the Sun only represents your conscious self, not your subconscious or any other part of your personality.

Each of the other planets in the solar system also has an influence on you. For example, the Moon represents your subconscious. It shows how you react to things when you are tired or perhaps have had too much to drink. Mercury shows the way your mind works and how you communicate. Venus is the way you relate and harmonise with others. Then there’s Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, etc. Each shapes your life in a different way.

Horoscopes in the media have some relationship to actual Astrology but the real stuff is based on all the planets in the sky, not just your Sun sign. Sun signs are what most popular horoscopes are based on which doesn’t give you a complete picture.

What’s in this Book I’ll start by comparing the horoscopes you read in a newspaper or magazine to what I call real Astrology. Then we can get down to the nitty gritty and I’ll talk about everything you’ll need to know to begin to understand your own birth chart.

The example chart called Item 1 may look complicated but I’ll explain all of the sections in detail. I hope when you get to the end of this book it will all make sense.

Although you may already be familiar with the names of the Zodiac signs, I’ll explain how they’re made up and their influences. Then we’ll look at the planets so you can find out what each one relates to.

Once that’s no longer a mystery, I’ll progress to the significance of the location of each planet in your chart, then onto the relationships between planets and how the movements of the planets in the sky affect your life. I’ve given a few examples in Appendices. At the end of the book there’s a brilliant quote which I believe brings everything together. I’ve put an Index and Glossary at the back.

Learning the Lessons You spend your lifetime learning the lessons shown in your chart. Some lessons are so easy you don’t notice them. Others are challenges. All recur at regular intervals.

As you meet each challenge you can learn from it so that when it next arrives, you’re better prepared. At each one you learn more. Eventually you know what to expect and what to do, so those challenges become strengths.

Newspaper Stars v. Real Astrology So how is real Astrology different from the predictions in magazines and newspapers?

Media Astrology focuses on your Sun sign - it doesn’t take into account the other planets in your chart which could be in different Zodiac signs to your Sun sign. This omission makes a huge difference in predictions.

Popular horoscopes talk about zones of your chart: money, love, career, etc.

The areas they refer to are based on their Astrological sequence. (You’ll see what this is as I talk about the signs.)

In your personal chart, i.e. one drawn up especially for you, these zones are dictated by the place and time you were born as well as the date, so they apply only to you and not to a twelfth of the entire readership of that newspaper or magazine.

Computer v. Personal Interpretations An accurate birth chart is the result of many very complicated calculations, so like many other Astrologers, I find it easiest to use a computer program.

Some of these programs also offer interpretations. However, relationships between elements in the chart have to be interpreted individually so more intricate relationships aren’t taken into account. A personal interpretation which interprets the chart as a whole is likely to give the most accurate results.

The picture of Item 1 below is an example of what a chart would look if I’ve calculated and printed it using my computer program. As you can see, the wheel takes up most of the page. It may look confusing but I’ll be explaining all the parts of it in this book. (Where relevant I’ll mention possible differences in charts drawn up by other Astrologers.)

To differentiate between the various elements of your chart I use different colours. Each Zodiac sign has its own colour as do other elements of your chart. I’ll explain these as we go along.

If you have several planets in your chart in the same Zodiac sign, (in the example chart there are two in the sign of Capricorn Ê which is shown in green like this) you’ll have more tendencies which are linked to that sign. I refer to this as ‘having that sign strongly in your chart.’

Although this could be your Sun sign, it’s important to be aware that it may be a completely different one.

But that’s not the end of the story. Each planet will be located in one of the Zodiac signs, so to understand your chart fully you need to take into account the effects of the planet’s Zodiac sign, any relationships it may have with other planets AND any relationships with certain important points in the sky at the moment of your birth. These relationships are known as Aspects.

The wheel of your chart consists of several circular rings. Item 2 shows a section of a wheel. The outer circular ring (1) is divided into degrees like a compass and contains symbols representing the Zodiac signs. (In this Page | 80

example they are Cancer Ä and Leo Å.) The next, and widest ring (2) contains the Houses of your chart which represent the different areas of your life. The Houses are numbered and the narrowest ring closest to the centre of the chart (3) shows the House numbers. I’ll describe all of these more fully later on in the section on the Chart Wheel on page 29.

“The Cost of Compromise And The Need For Change Agents” By Niann Emerson Chase

Recently I had a conversation with someone who works for a corporation that is striving to control seed production and other agricultural farming methods worldwide, which would destroy all other avenues and alternatives of agriculture that include organic and more sustainable, effective methods of growing food for people. This individual stated that he was so grateful that he still had his job, a job he has had for fifteen years.

I asked this man what his thoughts were on the controversy about the lack of ethical practices of the company he works for. His face had a blank look on it; he did not understand why I was asking the question. I informed him of what I generally knew of this particular corporation and my concerns for what it represented, which was contradictive of values of truly sustainable practices that take into consideration the natural world systems, healthy human cultures, and the overall well-being of humans and the bioregions in which they live. I went on to point out that this corporation and others like it are destructive of that which is in divine pattern and truly sustainable for the planetary web of life that is now endangered by the practices and policies of these unethical, profit-only-motivated companies.

This individual angrily retorted that he did not care about “all of that,” that he was just happy he had a job that provided a decent lifestyle for his family. I bit my tongue from arguing with him, for I knew (from decades of experience) he would not accept what I had to say, though I could not help but suggest before we parted that he consider looking for another job that would be better for Page | 82

the world and his children and grandchildren. Of course, he huffily stormed off, and I sadly went on my way.

This man represents the majority of Americans who have “secure” jobs and are quite content with their lives just as they are. They are basically “good,” law-abiding people who have worked hard to get to that point of contentment, and they are not interested in making too many changes in their understanding of life. These kinds of U.S. citizens feel that they must be loyal to the American status quo that provided the opportunities for them to experience to some extent the Great American Dream. The discomfort that the man felt with me was when I began to present an expanded way of viewing life. It went beyond his comfort zone, and he wasn’t about to allow himself to really listen to what I tried to share with him. Like most people, he did not want his deeply-entrenched ideas and opinions to be shaken or challenged.

It is challenging to be a change agent, someone who causes discomfort in people who are very comfortable in a consciousness that is selfish, narrow, and not very thoughtful. As long as any of us—who are more aware of the serious state of the world and the need to make huge changes—compromise and go along with other people’s comfort zones, we are not really change agents. We need to step out of the boundaries that the “unaware” and “unawake” and “comfortable” people have set up around their minds and hearts, and we need to speak out about wrongdoing, even if it causes others to feel embarrassed or upset or even really angry.

We change agents must continually challenge our own ideas as well as those beliefs and perceptions of others. If we truly yearn for truth and more truth, we must be willing to look anywhere for truth, and relay that truth to others.

But, in order to inspire others to awaken and make changes that will contribute to a more wholly sustainable world—sustainable for all peoples and ecosystems—we first must be able to continually be awake and open to changing and adjusting our own perceptions and behavior to complement divine pattern.

As a change agent, I know that although this world is filled with confusion and much suffering, the divine Creator is alive and well on this planet—in human beings who have awakened to the innate sense of divine pattern within them, in the ordered systems of the natural world of which we are a part, and in the living spiritual forces that are on present on this world. I believe it is my destiny and responsibility as a change agent to share my personal experiences and realizations as I expand in my own understanding of what is right and wrong, what is actually scientific fact, and what is ethical within the morality of divine pattern and the laws of the Creator. I can be no other way, for when I have tried to compromise in order to not discomfort Page | 83

others when they should feel shaken and concerned, I do them and myself a great disservice, and I contribute to the continued suffering that could be lessened if I and others confronted evil (yes I dare to use the “e” word) with the truth.

Though much personal suffering in individuals is caused by their own decisions and thoughts that are out of divine pattern, there is another kind of suffering that is caused by the decisions and mindset of others who have the power to improve other’s lives but instead create terrible and destructive situations for those others. And then there are those who remain oblivious to the suffering of others and continue to go with the status quo and remain complacent within the Great American Dream.

Though I have had a piece of that dream, as a change agent I have struggled with the knowledge of millions of people unnecessarily suffering, and I have burned with a fire that drives me to continue to question any belief, situation, institution, or person that in some manner contributes to that suffering.

Those who have a sincere love of truth are willing to go wherever it leads, and where that will always eventually lead is to divine pattern found within natural ecosystems and the higher systems of human thought and behavior.

Truth does indeed challenge any beliefs, ideologies, and values that are false (outside of divine pattern), and most of the mechanistic and strictly materialistic values and beliefs of the American dominant culture are not truths within the Creator’s pattern. Selfishness and materialism without true morality cause suffering in individuals and whole cultures as well as in the natural environment of which we humans are a part. If our ecosystems erode, so do we.

If any of us want to be change agents in action and not just in word, we need to ask some questions. Are we really willing to go wherever the truth leads?

What if that truth leads us to throw out most of what we have believed to be “moral” and acceptable and O.K.? Are we willing to un-learn useless, incorrect theories or ideas that may be considered traditional and acceptable within the status quo but are contradictive to true righteousness and sustainablity? Are we willing to re-learn that which is true science and truly moral, right, and sensible within divine pattern? What if that truth leads to conflict with our family, friends, and acquaintances who become discomforted with our expanded consciousness? What if that truth leads us to receiving false accusations and ridicule from others? What if that truth leads us to feeling as a stranger in a strange land, struggling to bond with and relate to others who are not so willing to go where truth would lead them? What if that truth leads us to feeling grieved over the terrible suffering that so many millions are experiencing and therefore no longer comfortable with our own Page | 84

lives and the way we live them? What if that truth leads us to continually question our own motives, our own purity before the Creator? What if that truth leads us to never be satisfied with the way things are if they are wrong, but to constantly strive and struggle to make life better for others?

Though at times I experience inner agitation and conflict as I continue to go where rightness leads me, I can honestly say that truth has always led me to an inner peace and poise that “passes all understanding” and inexplicable joy and gratitude for being alive during these exciting times of great transition. I continue to experience expanding love and compassion for others and a daily sense of inspiration and purpose. Whatever my conscience has led me to relinquish has been replaced with something much higher and nobler. I have hope for the survival of this world and a vision of a much kinder, more sensible and sustainable world culture that encompasses many types of people and ways of living sustainably within the divine pattern of diversity and unity without uniformity.

"Tips To Improve Your Breathing" By Bob Frissell Most people are not very good breathers. Circular Breathing not only harmonizes the energy in your body immediately, but is also the best way to breathe all the time.

Circular Breathing is relaxed and does not produce hyperventilation. What it does do is open the energy channels of your body. The bliss you feel during a Breath Alchemy session is a result of your spiritual energy flowing freely.

Suppression of emotions requires inhibition of breathing. Every time you integrate a feeling, your breathing improves automatically.

Circular Breathing does not produce hyperventilation and does not get you “high on oxygen.” The marvelous, blissful feelings you experience through Breath Alchemy come from resolving suppressed emotions and restoring your connection with your spiritual essence. Breath Alchemy makes you feel good in the same way that prayer, meditation and forgiveness make you feel good, but very physically.

Breathing exercises that give no focus to integrating emotions are very limited in their ability to make permanent improvements to the breathing you do normally. This is because suppression of emotions requires an inhibition of your breathing. Integration of suppressed emotions makes it possible to breathe more freely, because after integration, you have no covert payoff in continuing to inhibit your breathing.

A few years ago, I had a client who is an extremely successful entrepreneur.

"The Times They Are A Changing" By Gabriel Of Urantia

Bob Dylan wrote those words in the 1960s, in reference to political and social changes. TaliasVan wrote the songs “The End Is Near” and “Wake Up America” in relationship to the times of the tribulation that we are going through now all over the planet, with floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, droughts, wildfires, and much more.

We don’t have to look at Matthew 24 or Luke 21 or the Book of Revelation to read about prophecies of these things. All we need to do is to look at the news on television, and the more factual news videos on the Internet, because the corporate news masks what is really happening a lot. But in reality, millions of Americans are experiencing the tribulation firsthand by losing their homes to fires and floods.

I don’t know what it’s going to take for Americans to wake up to the fact that they shouldn’t rebuild; they should move. And that begins by asking God “what next?” instead of asking the insurance companies.

People in America have no sense of the prophecies of the Old and New Testaments, or Nostradamus, or the Times of the Purification of the Hopi and somehow believe what is happening now will change and not get worse. But it will get a hell of a lot worse before it will get better. The only ones who seem to be oblivious to what is happening are those who are still trying to succeed in greedy Babylon, now called Western civilization, also called the third dimension or the matrix.

Great prophets of old spoke to the people about coming out of the false kingdom and into the kingdom of God. But as civilization grew, the lines became more invisible between the two kingdoms, because the moneychangers that Jesus threw out of the temple became that invisible power that controlled the world, and the sounds of Wall Street and the stock Page | 91

exchange became the new music of civilization, while the proletariat became the slaves controlled by the 1%.

The difference between these new slaves of modern times and the slaves pretwentieth century to ancient times is that the new slaves call themselves the middle class. Comedian George Carlin called this out in the 1960s. But people who heard him, and even laughed at his political satire, would deceive themselves and were and are comfortable in their self-deceptions.

What’s it going to take for people in California—the land of quakes, fires, and floods—to stop seeking the Great American Dream? The recent 10,000 quakes hasn’t woken them yet. And the times of the purification prophecies are just a voice crying out from the desert in Hopi Land by some old Native American Hopi elders. The Hopis said we are, as a planet, moving from the Fourth World to the Fifth World and that there will be a new language of the Fifth World.

Many, who have begun to walk out of the third dimension into the fourth and beginning fifth dimension, know that new language to be the Fifth Epochal Revelation or The URANTIA Book and The Cosmic Family volumes. Many, who have come into the 196 papers of The URANTIA Book, have turned around and embedded themselves into the third dimension with desires for riches, fame, and materialistic possessions other than the true golden nuggets of the words of truth taught by the very Jesus of the book they supposedly read, understand, and teach.

They fight hard to deny the 197th paper and onward of Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation (The Cosmic Family volumes), because these books tell them specifically to give up their false delusions of grandeur and to truly serve humanity.

One of the signs of the end of the world prophesied by so many prophets, including Nostradamus, was divisions. You can truly tell false spirituality and false religion when people don’t truly love each other and talk negatively about any new revelation of God. The truth is Jesus ran away from all that divisive nonsense and offers of “success” that were offered Him. He chose not to join any corporation of His day, for the retirement benefits, because He trusted in His Father’s guidance—something He tried to teach His Apostles and disciples 2,000 years ago. The Book of Revelation mentions 144,000 who will be coming out of the system to show the rest of society that faith in God and His laws and commandments is all that humankind needs to have a peaceful, prosperous life.

But the majority of those 144,000 are, at this time in the tribulation, still a part of the fallen system and very much diseased by it, desiring everything the third dimension has to offer them—cars, houses, boats, paid vacations, designer clothes—and they call this “the Great American Dream.” Well it wasn’t the Great American Dream of the writers of the Constitution of the United States. They were very much aware of those false dreams in Europe and “one nation under God” actually meant something to George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, Betsy Ross, and Thomas Payne.

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet” because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

Yes, our cells radiate our Light and it is very visible to the eyes. Once you are living in a peaceful state on the surface, you too will be radiating this Light from within your cells, and this light will encompass all around you and you will Light up the surface for all to witness.

And then there will form a great conclave of Beings from other dimensions and other star systems who will celebrate your climb into Light, and you will be formally accepted into the Confederation of Planets once again, for regaining your Light Status. What a moment in time! You will achieve this, this we know. But why take so long? Do it now. It can happen in the twinkling of an eye, since time does not exist. Just make up your minds that you intend to live in peace, and it shall be, and the whole Universe will support your intention. It is not a mystery…it is your intention. It is simple, isn’t it? It is only your governments who have purposely made it so complicated by devising wars to entangle and control you. For they know that in peaceful conditions you would rise in consciousness and find your Self, and merge with your Higher Self, thus gaining your Immortality. And this would put them out of business, and they would lose their hold on you and would have to leave the Earth plane enmasse. So let them leave!

You do this by being the peace you wish to create and spreading it out to all around you. Could it be more simple? As you rise in consciousness, you will find that most mysteries in life have simple solutions. Whatever you want to achieve, just ‘be’ that achievement and it will effortlessly come to you because you are already radiating that frequency of what you want to attain so it has to come to you once you have identified with it ‘as you’. It has nowhere else to go but to you – it’s vibration then matches yours. Simple? Yes! So you have to become actresses and actors, don’t you? You have to play and live the part you want to create in your role on the screen of your life – and it is your life and you are the actors, so play your part well and your dreams will all come true. It is only up to you. No one can fill in for you to play your part on the screen of life, only you can.

Meaning that if you see abundance in every part of your life such as love, friendships, material gain, etc. as something that you welcome in your life, as something that you are willing to accept in your life, and have balance in, than you begin to see that abundance is everywhere and you begin to open up more and more those channels that support you in bringing it in.

It is important that you realize that in order to become abundant in every part of your life, that you open up to the frequency of love, that you open up your heart so that you can truly receive and give, balancing your energies every day. Being worthy of abundance is something that has to come from you. As it is a unique belief that you can activate or deactivate, that you can enhance or make disappear. Abundance is associated to how open your heart is, it is aligned to the beliefs of what you believe you are worthy of.

Are you worthy of love? Yes you are, for you are love, for you are made of love.

Are you worthy of having anything you want in your life? Yes for you have come to this world to experience through grace, love and joy. You have come here to find yourself in different ways and you are doing so right at this moment.

"Take Care of The Body - Spirit Uranus Talks" By Hanni Salovaara

The most important thing is to respect one’s own body and listen to what it needs, for it itself knows best. When one listens to one’s body, one gets a more and more distinct and stronger connection to it, when also the message can move more and more distinctively and strongly. It is very important to oxidize one’s body on a daily basis, for every cell in man’s body needs oxygen.

Man’s body needs oxygen for the combustion in order to get the nutrients for its use; the whole body entity needs a sufficient oxygenation so that the metabolic waste could become differentiated too. Oxygenation is a foundation stone for body’s health, and if man does the oxygenation during natural light, exercising outdoors, his energy field receives this light as well. The energy field also stores this light, when it affects the body all the time.

Another important foundation stone for the well-being of the body is a sufficient cleansing or drinking clean water, for clean water does not produce any nutrient but only takes away with it. It is like taking a shower for it cleanses the body and helps it be better. Too small amount of clean water in the system causes many problems like fatigue and momentary states of imbalance. Everything is in connection with everything, for the spirit expresses the balance of the body, and the body expresses the balance of the spirit, when they are continuously each other’s computer terminals, whether man wants it or not. They express all the time man’s overall state and mirror each other’s state. Drink daily two liters of clean water, oxidized in natural light and preferably blessed. In this way you maintain cleanliness, health and Page | 105

life in your body, and also the metabolic waste can move and go away freely.

Water also helps and maintains the combustion, for water transports oxygen molecules in the body; also man’s digestion and bile alone need this amount of water daily in order to be able to work for the best interest of man. Your world does not understand that the most essential thing in man’s functioning is the functioning of his digestive system. It is the basis of everything, for if there are disturbances in digestion, they cause disturbances gradually in all the other functions of the body as well. So this is extremely important for the balance and well-being of the body.

People say: ‘But I do drink enough juice, tee, coffee, alcohol’, but they still avoid clean water because they do not realize its importance. The task of liquid is to rinse toxics from the body and cleanse the body, but if there are liquids moving in the body which contain toxics in themselves, the amount of toxics doubles. This toxic liquid poisons the body more and more while moving, for the mucous membranes of the body are in constant contact with this amount of toxics and suck it in themselves, and finally the body is slowly poisoned instead of being cleansed. This is a very important thing, for it maintains balance and health in the body. A balanced body creates a balanced mind, and a balanced mind maintains a balanced body. Furthermore, decrease the use of salt to a minimum, for there is more salt than man needs in everything and everywhere. If you start observing what you put in your mouth, you will notice that there is very often salt in there in some form. Man gets an enormous amount of hidden salt, and if the salt man uses as such is added to it, the amount during a day is huge. In small amounts, salt is very important and it maintains bodily functions but in large amounts, it turns against the body, poisons and obstructs the lymphatic system and, through that, the metabolism.

Everything that contains white sugar poisons and obstructs the body, for sugar is a very bad neurotoxin which affects man’s nervous system. Man becomes addicted to it, for his nervous system gets used to it and needs it, when it affects man’s mind and his whole causing insecurity, mood swings, imbalance, anxiety and worries. The list is endless, for the state of the body is reflected on mind in many different ways and it always affects everything. The nervous system regulates and maintains body’s well-being, and white sugar, either as such or in products, is an enormous toxic to this regulatory system.

If man can understand and internalize this and curtails the use of salt and sugar to a minimum, he will notice how it will serve him in the years to come, for it maintains balance, health and well-being in him. Furthermore, eat enough wholegrain products so you will maintain the well-being of the intestines; also avoid white flour, for it paralyzes and poisons, in its part, bodily functions.

It is also important to man to have a sufficient amount of rest during which his etheric body is able to mend itself, for if man wants good things and balance into his life, his energy tries to heal itself then. Sufficient rest then gives a possibility for it, for in rest and silence, the body is able to generate healing energy in itself and communicate with the fundamental aspiration inside man. If the aspiration is balance, growth, healing, goodness, it multiplies itself with the help of this energy which, for its part, communicates constantly with the energy streams of the universe. This is like concatenation as a result of which man’s energy body can multiply and unite itself. Your world is not aware of the importance of rest, and people often cause themselves unnecessary problems and illnesses because they abandon rest.

When people feel the need to rest, they quickly find something necessary to do, when it gradually leads to the weakening of the energy body. Man creates his well-being in every moment with very simple things, and he himself has the most important keys; he himself has everything he needs, and only he can use those keys. Only man himself, and no one else, can make a permanent change in his life, for he himself is responsible for his own life and well-being.
