"What's Going on For July 2020?"

The moon for July can be referred to as the Full Thunder Moon, for the reason that thunderstorms are most frequent during this time.

The Alpha Capricornids meteor shower starts July 3, peaks on July 30 and ends mid-August. What is notable about this is the number of bright fireballs produced during its activity period.

Perseid Meteor Shower happens between July 17 and into August. The colorful meteors may be most visible towards the end of the month and into August.

World Friendship Day, also known as International Day of Friendship takes place on July 30th. The original idea for a day of friendship came from Hallmark cards in the 1930’s. The idea of a day to honour friendship was, however, adopted by a number of countries in Asia where it remained a popular custom to reserve a day for celebrating friendships and the exchange of gifts between friends.

World Listening Day July 18

World Listening Day is put on every year by the World Listening Project, a nonprofit organization that is “devoted to understanding the world and its natural environment, societies and cultures through the practice of listening and field recording.� They explore acoustic ecology, a discipline that studies the relationship between humans and the natural world as mediated through sound. It falls on July 18 to honor the birthday of Raymond Murray Schafer, a Canadian composer and environmentalist who is seen as the founder of acoustic ecology. World Listening Day was established in 2010, and each year the holiday has a specific theme tied to it. So quiet down, open up your ears, and get ready to study soundscapes on World Listening Day.

"The World's Most Sought After And Priceless Gift By Steven Boyd"

When we think of a gift, we think of something that’s potentially good and exciting. Once we experience it, it tends to fade with time. So, what is this "priceless gift" that can't be bought, sold or taken by anyone on this planet but is desired by everyone? The foolish and greedy may call it gold, diamonds or power but these can be acquired by those who have the means.

Teenagers full of passion and desire may claim a new car or a boyfriend or girlfriend but these come and go like the changing tides of the sea. Young married couples may suggest that owning a home with a picket fence may be the perfect prize. But, like everything else in the land of matter, those who are fortunate with regard to money are able to enjoy this pleasure while many never get the opportunity. Even for those people who are fortunate enough to purchase a home, they quickly realize it takes a lot of money, time and effort to keep it up and that it’s not the source of lasting happiness they thought it would be.

Many during this technological age would probably call a new smartphone a significant gift to oneself but these quickly lose their luster and interest with the next new version that roles out from year to year. Sadly, in the near future, some may call water the priceless gift as supplies dwindle in certain parts of the world. But, this is not the gift sought by all as some parts of the world have large supplies available and some people don’t give it a second thought just as the air we breathe. Some may call it health, but this can be had by many that have the means and desire to cultivate good healthy habits. Health is very good, but many are never taught the correct habits of a healthy life. Also, there are many others who never have the Page | 18

chance to be healthy due to chronic health problems from birth or due to accidents or other unfortunate events. Others may call it success. But, as we know, success can be had and lost in today's fast moving tumultuous world as there are no guarantees about tomorrow.

There are those who would call it true friendship. Even though this is a one of the greatest gifts we can have in life and is available to everyone, it’s still elusive for so many people as they don’t know about unconditional love and acceptance. Without those two mains ingredients, lasting friendship is difficult at best. Some would label it happiness. This is another noble thought and right of all citizens but so many have misunderstood what real happiness is. So many are taught from a young age that happiness is something to be had, earned, acquired or even taken. The problem is that when someone gets what they want, its luster fades quickly and they want the next best thing as soon as possible so they can be “so called” happy again. With this type of belief system, it’s like living on a roller coaster of highs and lows, which eventually leads to frustration and sorrow. It’s no different than the addict looking for his or her next fix or trying to catch the fleeting rays of the sun in a bottle. True love is another royal gem that is sought after by all but sadly, is enjoyed by only a few. Throughout history, people have searched for true love and many have fallen against the rocks of despair while searching hither and yonder to find it.

After reviewing many of these ‘ideas, beliefs & concepts’ we can begin to see that everything in this known world of nature comes and goes along with time. Nothing is fixed or solid in this world of change as it only appears so. Nature is full of such examples from the budding trees and blooms of spring flowers brimming with new life only to shed them just before the cold months of winter. Another example would be the great variety of insects that begin life anew each year only to fade and die during their short cycle of life. Upon more reflection, we can see that nothing really stands still long enough to be captured or held tightly as it’s always in motion, changing just as our physical appearance does with the passage of time. The more we race around looking and seeking in this hectic world of matter, the less we find of this most perfect substance that transcends all things and conditions of life. So, what is this most sought after and priceless gift that can't be bought, sold, bartered, conquered or possessed by any outward means?

It’s none other than Peace. Peace is the equivalent of "The golden ticket" in the movie classic "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory". Every child wanted the ticket but very few were fortunate enough to find one. In reality, peace is far more precious than any golden ticket, house, car, job, Page | 19

position, spouse, money, gold, etc. One can become rich and have many material things in life but without peace, they quickly become dull and fade into discontentment. Also, without inner peace, long term happiness is not possible. How many times have we read about someone on the internet or television that seemed to have everything money could buy but ended up going rogue, losing everything and/or destroying themselves or those they supposedly loved? Material abundance doesn't equate to peace. A PhD can’t guarantee peace any more than a job, spouse or things acquired.

The simple truth is, the only thing in this world that can give lasting peace is being rightly centered in Spirit and living in harmony in thought, word and action. Spirit, God, Allah, El Shaddai or whatever name you prefer to call our loving Creator, is the one true source of endless peace and joy. The old adage "Don't build your house on sand" is valid and based on wisdom.

Everything in this material world is in a constant state of flux and ever changing whereas God is always constant in His way of peace.

The great master Jesus spoke about this in the bible and many other great saints and masters from around the world have also spoke of this eternal truth. The infinite well of peace is within all souls and waiting to be tapped by daily prayer, silence, meditation and devotion. From this peace comes the thirst quenching power of joy, which is also eternal.

Unfortunately, learning about and tapping our well of daily peace and joy is not taught in most families, schools or the business world. Things of the world tend to teach chaos and constant commotion, which is the opposite of peace. Most go throughout life trying as they may to get as many material things as possible with peace nowhere to be found. Or, like the squirrel who runs around frantically finding and burying nuts before the winter arrives only to realize he can’t remember where he buried most of the nuts. Where is peace in a life like this? The road of life is difficult enough but without peace of mind, which comes from right living, being morally centered and having compassion for others, it can be an outright nightmare. Looking at the current state of world affairs, it’s easy to see that global peace is lacking and is sorely needed. It's sad that so many go throughout life without this most precious substance that is equally available to all.

Since Spirit is the infinite ocean of peace and we its children are its divine heirs, all we need to do is get quiet and sincerely ask our heavenly mother & father for help each day. If need be, numerous times throughout the day until we start to feel this truth and happiness percolate from deep within Page | 20

our heart and soul.

Once we get in touch with our inner peace and try our best to walk in its path, happiness will fill our hearts and we will know what Jesus meant when he said "Peace Be Still and Know I AM". Then, once we know peace, we too can become humble servants to carry His peace filled water to all who are thirsty. We will be known as “Peace Makers”.

"In Case The Don’t Live Forever" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

Joyce and I recently put out a link to a YouTube video of our son, JohnNuriel, singing Ben Platt’s beautiful song, “In Case You Don’t Live Forever.” He sings it with so much heart and soul. Here it is, but be prepared. It will likely move you to take some very important risks in your life. We highly recommend you watch the video before reading the rest of this article- see below.

The song addresses a vital issue in every relationship: Why do we hold back from telling our loved ones that we love them? Why do we procrastinate, waiting for the “right” time … later … when it may be too late?

But life goes by in a heartbeat and, before we know it, the ones we love are gone, and we may be left with the regret that we never spoke our deepest truth.

Sure, we may have demonstrated our love in our actions. We may have given beautiful gifts, done meaningful acts of service, or made lots of time for this person. I always think of Joyce’s dad, who built shelves in every place in our house that needed them. It was his way of saying, “I love you.”

And yet Joyce sometimes longed for the actual words.

The words, “I love you,” are important. And even more important are the reasons why I love you. Here is something we wrote in To Really Love a Woman: Sean often said the words “I love you” to Erin. He felt this adequately expressed his love for her. Erin, however, needed more. She needed to hear what it was that Sean loved about her. The words “I love you” were nice but too vague. They lacked specifics. They could be said without real conviction or feeling. They could be said automatically.

It turns out that Sean was uncomfortable expressing genuine appreciation.

“I love you” was really a token gesture, a cop-out from vulnerably letting Erin know what he loved about her. With a little guidance, Sean was able to tell Erin, with tears in his eyes, “I love how you feel everything so deeply.

Sometimes I can’t believe how lucky I am to be married to you.” Erin looked like a child on Christmas morning.

So, if you find yourself only saying “I love you” to your partner (or to anyone else), think details – what do you really love and appreciate about her (them). Remember, love is often in the details.

So, now for the big question. Why don’t we truly express our deepest love?

We may think, “Why do I need to use words? Don’t my actions speak louder than words? We may think, “They already know I love them.”

But here is the main reason: Many of us are afraid of vulnerability. To use words of love genuinely, like Sean did in the above example, exposes our naked feelings and makes our hearts more visible.

We may be afraid that our words won’t come out right. We won’t be eloquent enough. We’ll never be able to compete with the great poets. But I say, better to try to express our love and come across as a bumbling idiot, than to let fear keep us silent. Perhaps the most vulnerable moment of my life happened after Joyce and I got married during the winter break in my first year of medical school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. After our honeymoon, we moved in to an apartment in Nashville. When it was finally time for me to start back to school, I was hit by a wall of fear. I was a white minority in a black medical school, and every day I felt the discrimination towards me, that I was taking up the space of a potential black student.

The morning I was to return to school, I clumsily revealed my fear of leaving Joyce, and the safety I felt with her, and how much I needed her.

My words were anything but eloquent, but my heart was laid bare. It was at that moment that Joyce could see the true beauty of my soul. She received my awkward words, and my fear, as the purest love poem to her.

We may also be afraid that speaking our deepest feelings of love will make us look weak. This is the core of vulnerability, taking the risk to show our weakness. I learned as a small child never to show my weakness or my fear, or I could get beaten up. Well, most of us now as adults are not afraid of physical abuse, but we may still be afraid of ridicule, judgement, or not being understood.

One of my favorite scenes in the original Disney’s The Lion King was Simba’s father, Mufasa, in James Earl Jones’ deep voice, after rescuing young Simba from the hyenas.

Simba: Dad, you're not scared of anything. Mufasa: I was today. Simba: You were? Mufasa: Yes. I thought I might lose you.

Many of us are afraid of appearing overly emotional. Like it’s too emotional to tell someone what they really mean to us. So instead, we’re not emotional enough. But this backfires. We play it safe by hiding our emotions, only to find that we’re protecting ourselves from love, hiding in Page | 23

the dark, not the light. The most beautiful words, without emotion, are just words. Our emotions are what makes our words of love most deeply felt.

We’re really waiting to feel stronger, or safer, and then we can speak our full love. But that time may never come. The time to show love is right now, when you don’t feel ready. The time to speak your deepest feelings of love is right now, when you may feel the most vulnerable. Trust me, no matter how awkward you are, you will never regret any attempt to truly speak your love.

"Five Messages From Spirit About Finding Love" By Sarah Itkin

I’m a psychic medium and angel channel, and many of my clients are interested in receiving guidance about love and relationships. I would love to share the following insights about love. Over the years, angels and spirit guides have shared this wisdom with me during many different readings.

1. Self-love leads to partnership with your divine match.

We’ve all been told that in order to love others we need to love ourselves.

When self-loathing overshadows self-love, the likelihood of entering a relationship with the wrong person increases.

For most of us, self-love is a journey. If you’re experiencing difficulty believing that you’re worthy of love, you can start by simply being a loving parent to yourself.

Would you tell your child that he/she/they are ugly, stupid, and unworthy?

Would you tell them that mistakes are unacceptable? Or that they will never find love because they don’t deserve it?

You’re a precious being. Treat yourself as such.

Love yourself for not being perfect. Love the messy parts of yourself. Love the fact that you are self-aware enough to heal negative patterns. You got this!

2. Love your partner for who he/she/they are right now. Have you ever fallen in love with your partner’s potential? My first serious boyfriend’s Page | 26

dream was to become a robotics engineer. He constantly talked about building robots someday. I wanted to be with someone with a steady income, so I chose to be in a relationship with the robotics engineer.

But that robotics engineer didn’t exist. My partner was actually a man who was passionate about coffee and loved working as a barista. Higher education was too emotionally challenging for him.

Once I realized he couldn’t meet my expectations, we broke up.

So many of my clients wait for their partners to change the core of who they are, when their partners actually have no desire to do so. We all grow and change in relationships. But if you’re waiting for your partner to become something they’re not, you will always feel a sense of dissatisfaction.

Try taking a leap of faith. Trust that you will find a mate that can fulfill your desires in the present moment.

3. Release the fear of ending your unhealthy relationship.

When a client know it is time to end their relationship but is afraid to do so, the angels reveal the beautiful outcomes that could arise if they end their relationship with integrity.

When you give yourself permission to end a relationship, you open doors for your partner and yourself. Your partner’s hurt feelings will fade when they recognize that they are free to find a lasting love. That is unless they choose to hold onto the hurt and anger. But that’s their choice.

If you’re afraid that breaking up with your partner means that you could be single forever, ask yourself what you’d rather do: be in an unhappy relationship or take the risk that may lead to finding a partner that will truly make you happy.

4. You have the power to co-create and call in your beloved.

If you’re experiencing challenges finding a partner and you’re ready to throw in the towel, don’t worry. You have the ability to co-create with spirit to help your desires blossom into reality. You have more than one soul mate and the angels and guides want you to find your most compatible match.

Write a letter to spirit about why you would be an amazing partner. Are you a good listener? Are you able to communicate effectively? Are you kind and supportive? Write it all down in a special journal.

After you’re clear about what you have to offer, write a list of everything you desire in a partner. Think of every detail you can possibly want without judging it for being superficial. Consider your past relationships, whether or not they were positive or difficult. You can use your experiences with former partners to gain more clarity about what you want.

For example, if your previous partner had anger management issues, you would write down that you desire someone who is even-tempered.

Then review your list and put a star next to the traits that are nonnegotiable, such as loving, kind, honest, etc.

When you are done with your list, imagine how you’d walk through life with your partner. Visualize your soulmate holding you in the morning when you first wake up. When you open your closet, imagine your partner’s clothes hanging next to yours.

Use your intuition to connect to your mate’s energy. You are intuitive, whether you realize it or not. Quiet your mind, and see your partner as a ball of energy. Feel the warmth of the energy and breathe it in.

5. Let go of karmic relationships that don’t serve you.

Have you ever had a connection with someone that was really powerful, but the relationship itself felt unhealthy?

You might even notice synchronicities that appear to be signs from spirit that this person is your soul mate. But if your interactions are unhealthy, you are misinterpreting the purpose of your connection.

Letting go of this person energetically can feel impossible, even if you ended your relationship ten years ago.

You may have had an intense relationship with this person in a past life. Or perhaps he/she/they came into your life to reveal aspects of your heart and soul that need healing.

Visualize a meeting with him/her/them and thank them for coming into your life. Acknowledge the lessons they taught you, surround them with pink light, and wish them well. You may have to repeat this many times if Page | 28

they continue to pop-up in your mind.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. If you’ve just tuned in, this is the ninth channel of the series given in the island nation of Iceland.

The group comes together for the last time, and I wish to speak to the group and say this: In these days, dear ones, there have been some seeds planted with each of you. The seeds are good ones and, like any other seeds on this planet, when they are buried in the dirt, the farmer has the option to water them or not – to let them grow – to take care of them – or to care if they are there or not. This is the free choice of every single one of you.

Some seeds have been planted in those who would never come to a Kryon channel without this tour. Some seeds went to those who were curious and wanted to know a little more about esoteric things. Many seeds were also planted with the most esoteric of you, and those seeds are for growth in perceptions past where you are currently perceiving.

Every single one of you is known to God, known to Spirit, and known to the Creative Source. You are not known by the name or the face that you carry, but by the attributes of your unique soul, something you have that is acknowledged by almost all humanity. Humans intuitively have recognized the soul as something that is eternal. Every belief system on the planet talks about where the soul goes after death. It is part of you; it is above you; and, even if you don’t believe it, the traditions of eons of maritime seagoers always talked about souls onboard. The soul’s existence is assumed; it is innate; it is something that all humanity, at some level, recognizes as real.

And the Human who is connected to the soul is also well known to us. We know why you might be here, what you think, and what you need.

Free choice is the phrase that we use now. It means that nothing happens, no seed grows, unless you ask it to. Nothing spiritual happens for you unless you are willing to look beyond that which you’ve been taught and, Page | 30

perhaps, say to yourself: I doubt this is true, but I want to know more. And if that’s you, you’d be just like my partner who now sits in the chair.

I would like to briefly repeat a parable I gave you many years ago because it’s germane to your time. We sit here now at a time on the planet that is worried about the virus. [March 2020] Much is happening regarding trying to slow it down, and many are wringing their hands wondering what’s next. They are in fear.

Parable of the Mother and the Son. The parable I give now was also given many years ago, but it’s a parable that needs to be repeated. The parable is about the mother and the son.

Imagine, for a moment, in this allegory, in this story, that a mother has a small infant son, three or four years old. Inquisitive he is, and he is just learning to speak better. The mother, like all mothers, will spend time looking at him and saying: “Oh, you have so much to learn, my son. I wish I could give you advice that you could understand and know now. I wish I could tell you about things which you’re going to encounter that might frighten you – and show you they are okay. I wish I could tell you the pitfalls of life – what not to do and what to do – if you’d listen. I wish I could have a moment with your soul. I wish I could have communication that I know isn’t available right now, that you will have when you grow up.

I know that you will get to a certain age where you won’t listen. You’ll go your own way, and then, you’ll listen later, and then, you’ll have to learn your own things your own way.”

Every mother wishes these kinds of things as they look into the eyes of their newborns and say, “What a life is before you! What beautiful things you’re going to discover. I’d love to show you more.”

Imagine, in this moment, an angel appears and says to the mother: “Dear one, I’m going to give you your wish, for just a moment. It won’t last long, so make it count. I want you to go look at your child because, when you look at your child and he looks at you, he will have the mind of an adult for just a few moments. He will be allowed to ask three questions of you, and you will be able to answer him because his intellect will be the same as yours.”

This is just what she asked for! However, she cannot do anything but answer his question. She cannot talk to him other than that. She cannot teach him or give him advice on what to do or what not to do. He must ask.

He gets three questions.

The mother was astonished! “This is it,” she thinks. “This is what I wanted all along. It’s going to happen! What an opportunity to help him!”

The mother gets ready emotionally and goes into the room with her son.

She looks into his eyes, and he looks back and smiles. “Greetings, mother, I love you so much.” Oh my! Can you imagine for just a moment the intellect that poured into him just as an adult spanning thirty years or more? It was amazing and she sees that he is very aware of what is happening.

The mother then says, “Oh, this is a great time, son. Please ask your questions.” The boy looks around at his room and he looks at his mother, deciding what to ask. He looks at all the things around him, then he turns and looks out the window. He says: “Mother, there is something I’ve always wanted to know. Why is the sky blue?”

The mother is almost mortified with the question! Oh no! That can’t be the question! Get to something substantive. Who cares why the sky is blue! He wasted the first question.

She does her best to answer, as any mother would do. The next question comes and it’s about the waves in the ocean. Not again! The angel said he was supposed to have an intellect! He is supposed to be like I am. He is supposed to know what to ask. He’s smart. Why doesn’t he ask something wise?

The mother discusses the tides of the ocean and things about the sea and the moon. He listens and obviously understands what she is saying. He is so happy to have this conversation! He is completely satisfied and it’s a very loving time for both of them.

The third question comes, and it’s just as simple as the other two. The mother tries hard to hold steady and hide her disappointment that the boy doesn’t know what to ask, or how to capture this profound moment to find out something really important to life.

What the child has done, dear ones, is to look around his reality, sum up what he has seen and experienced already in three years, and ask the best questions he can. He asks the ones that are most important to his level of Page | 32

reality and his level of experience.

The mother, although disappointed, has had the conversation of a lifetime with her small child, and forever will be happy that she got a “magic” time with him. She realizes that he just didn’t know what to ask [that she feels is vitally important for him to know]. ______ The story, dear ones, is a metaphor. The metaphor is about you and about your time right now.

So I’ll ask you: What if you were given, right now, the choice to ask three questions of the Creator of the Universe. As a Human Being with the intellect that you have right now, what would you ask?

The parable would indicate that the most common questions would be about your situation right now as you huddle in your homes away from a virus. You might ask: “Why did this happen? How do we get out of this world mess? What next?” In other words, you’d waste every chance and question because you’d only ask questions from your perspective as a Human Being, caught up in your own reality of the time.

You would not know what to ask because you don’t know what you don’t know.

So the parable ends with a solution: What’s the best question to ask?

What’s the only question to ask? The answer has always been the wisest one to ask: Dear God, dear Spirit, dear Creator, tell me what it is I need to know.

It’s not really a question, is it? You can posture it as one if you wish, for it’s still a request: Dear Spirit, what do I need to know? Then you can sit and be informed or sit and be loved. It is very profound because it’s a request that opens a door for all of the teachings that you didn’t know how to ask about.

LISTEN: If the boy had made this question or request to her, she would still be talking now … perhaps for hours or days. Do you understand this?

The question is not limiting or time-sensitive or linear. A door is opened to the mysteries of life, with the intent of the question. It gives you what you Page | 33

need, even without knowing what to ask!

It can be about your next step in life, or about how to take care of yourself.

Perhaps even better, where to meet the right people or find the right things for your future. Some of these who you may meet may be sitting here [in the seminar], but you haven’t really met them or listened to them yet.

There is a lot of knowledge carried by lightworkers in these groups, dear ones. I sit before many Old Souls.

“Dear Spirit, tell me what it is I need to know.”

Then sit back. Don’t expect handwriting on the wall or a voice from beyond. Instead, be quiet and continue your life. Wait for the synchronicity that belongs to you, to supply the answers that you didn’t expect. This is the most mature, wise, and profound question a Human can ask – yet they often do not. Instead, they ask about immediate reality and things that are linear, that have nothing to do with their magnificence.

As an Old Soul, you know the difference, or you wouldn’t be reading these words or hearing this message. I tell you this because, as you go from this place, these things are going to be needed.

Let the seeds of this message take hold and blossom within you. Let the seeds of this message that have been planted this day in every single one of you create solutions in your life that last forever. Leave differently than you came.

And so it is.

"June 2020 and the Shattering of Illusions" By Patricia Cota Robles

Wednesday, 3 June, 2020 June 2020 is going to be a very powerful month that will give Awakening Humanity the opportunity to transcend the obsolete patterns of separation and duality in new ways. The illusion of Humanity’s separation from God and each other has kept us trapped in negative behavior patterns for lifetimes. Now it is time for us to realize that this self-destructive belief is nothing more than a lie.

This month we will experience a rare Triple Eclipse Series that will coincide with the June Solstice. The added influx of Light that will bathe the Planet during these celestial alignments will give the I AM Presence of every person on Earth the opportunity to accelerate the Awakening that is taking place on a global scale during the forced time-out Humanity is experiencing as a result of the Covid-19 virus.

The first of this three-part Eclipse Series will be a partial Full Moon Lunar Eclipse that will occur on June 5th. This Full Moon occurs during the Sun Cycle of Gemini and is celebrated around the World as the “Good Will Festival of Humanity.” This global festival revels in the Oneness of the Family of Humanity and the Divine Love and Enlightenment that has been bathing the Earth from the two previous Full Moon Festivals which took place during the Sun Cycles of Aries and Taurus. The added impetus of a Lunar Eclipse on June 5th will exponentially expand the Light of God on Earth in ways that will accelerate Humanity’s awareness of the Oneness of ALL Life.

The second part of this Triple Eclipse Series will be a New Moon Solar Eclipse that will coincide with the June Solstice on the weekend of June 20th and 21st. This is also the weekend that we celebrate Father’s Day in the United States of America. The celestial alignment that takes place during the June Solstice every year provides the Solar Logos from Suns Page | 39

beyond Suns the opportunity to bathe the Earth in higher frequencies of 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light. This is the Light that our I AM Presence and our 5th-Dimensional Body Elemental are using to Transfigure our carbon-based planetary bodies into the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline-based Solar Light Bodies that we will all abide in on the New Earth. The added impetus of both a New Moon and a Solar Eclipse during the June Solstice will exponentially expand this process of Divine Alchemy within our Earthly Bodies.

The final part of this Triple Eclipse Series will occur on July 4th with another partial Full Moon Lunar Eclipse. In the United States of America July 4th is celebrated as Independence Day. This year with the Awakening that is taking place through our forced time-out and the Planetary Reboot unfolding on Earth, the Company of Heaven and the I AM Presence of every person will be able to raise the consciousness of the masses to a higher level of Enlightenment. There is no doubt that this is an unprecedented time in the lives of all Humanity and people have very conflicting and often extreme perceptions about what is actually happening on Earth. However, in the midst of all of the chaos one thing is being made very obvious to all of us and that is that we are all interconnected and interdependent no matter what illusions of separation we think exist.

Regardless of the original source of the Covid-19 Virus, astonishingly, in a matter of just a few weeks we watched this virus spread from a small market in Wuhan, China to every country in the World. The virus is clearly demonstrating that the Family of Humanity is One collective body of Human Beings and that we are all in this together. With this global pandemic, we are seeing that what affects one of us in a positive way lifts the hearts of all of us and that what affects one of us negatively hurts all of us in one way or another.

The belief that we are somehow separate from each other because of our gender, race, religion, nationality, culture, age or life-style has caused more fear and problems than just about anything else. This erroneous belief has given our fear-based human ego the idea that it is on its own, and that whatever it needs to do to survive and to get what it wants is perfectly okay. This narcissistic consciousness is the basis of Humanity’s destructive Page | 40

and self-obsessed “dog-eat-dog” and “looking out for number one” attitude.

When we fell from Grace aeons ago, we began perpetuating the illusion of separation and duality. Our fragmented and fear-based ego began believing that our physical body is all that we are and that the physical plane of Earth is all that exists. When that happened our ego came to the erroneous conclusion that its very purpose and reason for existing was to gratify its physical senses. Our ego decided that even if it needed to lie, steal, cheat or kill to accomplish its self-centered goal of instant gratification, that would be just fine.

But now everything has changed. Humanity is Awakening and our fallen human ego no longer has the ability to manipulate and control us the way it used to no matter how hard it tries. We are beginning to hear the “still small voice” of our I AM Presence and to receive Divine Guidance once again. From deep within the recesses of our Heart Flame, we are remembering profound Truths that will empower each of us to reverse the adverse affects of our human ego’s erroneous belief in separation and duality.

The most important thing our I AM Presence wants us to remember at this time is that WE ARE ONE and that there is NO separation. This means quite literally that there is no such thing as “us and them.” I know for many people that concept just boggles the mind. For others, the Oneness of Life seems like a sweet sentiment, but they do not comprehend the magnitude of what that profound Truth really means.

WE ARE ONE means that every single Son and Daughter of God throughout the whole of Creation is interrelated, interconnected and interdependent. In addition to that profound Truth, every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life that has ever been Breathed forth from the Core of Creation by our Father-Mother God still lives, moves, breathes and has its Being in the all-encompassing Divine Matrix that forms our God Parent’s Body.

The amazing thing that we are remembering about the fact that we are One with all Life, is that every single thought, feeling, word and action we express, day-by-day with every Breath we take, affects every facet of Life in our Father-Mother God’s Divine Matrix. This means that depending on our frame of mind, daily and hourly, we are either adding to the Light of the World or we are adding to the pain and suffering. Just imagine.

As the masses of Humanity Awaken and remember that WE ARE ONE, they will COMPREHEND, in brand NEW ways, that if a person inflicts harm on ANY person, place, condition or thing for their own selfish gain, it will result in not only the suffering of others, but in their own self-destruction as well. With this awareness, no one of sound mind will be willing to deliberately wreak this kind of havoc in their own life experience by behaving in such an abhorrent way.

As the reality that WE ARE ONE Awakens in every person’s Heart Flame, the good news is that they will ALSO realize that every thought, feeling, word or action they express that is based in a consciousness of Divine Love, Oneness and Reverence for ALL Life will Bless every person, place, condition and thing on Earth and greatly enhance the Love and Harmony in their own life as well.

This information means that we are NOT just the victims of circumstance being randomly buffeted about by situations beyond our control. We are the cocreators of our lives, and if we do not like the way things are going by remembering that we are Beloved Sons and Daughters of God and that WE ARE ONE with all Life, we can change our course of action and create a new life for our self based in Love, Peace, Happiness, Abundance, Vibrant Health and the Heart-based desire for the highest good for all concerned.

Dear One, in order to help the masses of Humanity to take full advantage of the influxes of Light we will receive throughout the month of June in 2020, please make the Heart commitment to focus on each person’s I AM Presence. Anything a person does that reflects something less than Divine Love, simply ask their I AM Presence to take control of their thoughts, feelings, words and actions and to guide them to their Highest Divine Potential.

Then, ask their I AM Presence to blaze the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection in, through and around everything they have ever done that conflicts with Divine Love. Know that their I AM Presence will accomplish this in perfect alignment with their Divine Plan.

"The Art of Soulful Giving" By Dr. Judith Orloff

In my book, Positive Energy I describe the Four Laws of Energetic Attraction that manifests positive relationships in our lives. The fourth prescription is “Soulful Giving Generates Abundance.” Now that we are in the midst of the holiday season it would be beneficial for us all to reflect on the art of soulful giving. A gift is a transfer of energy from one person to another. Typically the giver chooses an object, wraps it in a box, ties a ribbon around it, writes a card, and presents it. Then the receiver reads the card, undoes the wrapping, reacts to the gift, and takes that subtle energy in. These vibes continue to permeate if the gift is used or displayed. Ideally this ritual is an extension of the heart, a sign of respect, appreciation. At worst, though, it’s a ploy to manipulate, bribe, blackmail, show off, or is part of a give-to-get cycle. In this blog, I describe how soulful giving draws caring relationships and brings them to fruition.

Gift-giving has been read in many different ways. For instance Freudian psychoanalysts adamantly view a patient’s gift to them as “acting out,” and never accept it. Rather, the alleged unconscious motives behind the gift are much probed, such as wanting to be liked or appeasing guilt. Despite the Freudian thesis, many cultures would consider rejecting a gift an insult. In Japan, modest gifts are traditionally exchanged on first meetings, a sign of respect. However, there are also cultural faux-pas such as a present of a Page | 44

clock in China–the word for clock is similar to the word for death, an ominous omen!

To spread positive energy in your world, the following exercise offers giftgiving strategies. As with all soulful giving, they’re intended to convey bountiful vibes for you and the receiver. Make sure to cross check if this is true on your energy-meter. However, one outcome you can bank on: if you give from your heart, vitality ensues.

Give spontaneous gifts for no reason other than you want to. Don’t just wait for designated holidays. A token gift lets someone know, “I appreciate you.” Though you don’t do this to “get something back,” you set in motion an energy cycle that inevitably brings sweetness to you.

Distinguish “good” from “bad” gifts for special occasions. Research studies have indicated that a “good” gift matches a person’s needs, not just what the giver wants. A “bad” gift is perceived as a bribe or aimed at securing some favor.

Choose gifts that resonate with the person. You may see something you intuit a friend would love. It leaps out at you, makes you smile, or communicates, “I’m the One. Buy Me!” You may not know the import the gift will have, but trust the force that’s compelling you.

Add loving vibes to gifts. Do this by holding the object or wrapped box in your hands for a minute, closing your eyes, and sending it a blast of loving energy from your heart center. These vibes will spontaneously expand out from your chest, down your arm, into the gift, which absorbs them.

To receive gifts also requires an energy awareness. The easy part is when they’re offered with love. Accept them in that spirit; let the positive vibes infuse you. With that knowing you can help and support one another as you learn and grow in knowledge and awareness of one another as a fellow human.

A Major Shift There has been an ongoing evolving shift in consciousness on your planet in the past few decades, that is now reaching its apex. With this shift will come increased chaos, disharmony, social upheaval and the fear of losing all that you have believed in. But don’t let fear hinder your human and soul progress, you will be guided and protected through this very important step into ascension. There is nothing to be alarmed about dear ones, you will all have what you need on every level of your existence as you have been preparing for this shift before your present human birth took place.

In other words, you each metaphorically signed a soul agreement to move through this shift with all the others that are presently becoming aware of the ongoing shift in consciousness.

If you fear this new progressive shift in consciousness, you are not alone. It is to the point where old souls and lightworkers are aware that this conscious shift is, spiritually just starting to bubble to the surface---and spilling over little by little.

What Now Must Surface and be Changed Humanity has been pushing down fear, anger, hate, cruelty, arrogance, jealousy and greed, causing harm to one’s self and others, because there have been no real hard-core answers as to how and why human life has been in so much mental and physical anguish for seemingly too long, causing sensory overload. This unhealthy sensory overload has and does lead to the taking of dangerous drugs and other substances that snuff out the human heart and mind in order to no longer live through more human loss and fear. This shift must take place to balance Earth/Gaia and grow one’s soul and human consciousness.

"Working With Water Symbols During Summertime"By Leticia FerrerRivera

Summertime, especially the month of July is my favorite time of the year.

The Full Moon will probably be more visible than during the wintertime and it is my birthday month too! I am a Cancer, hot water as I am at the end of the zodiac close to Leo, a Caribbean Mermaid that loves to eat ocean food and that misses enjoying any of the beautiful beaches in Vieques or around the main Island (Puerto Rico). Now that you know a bit more about me and the reason for this article, let us move into the information I want to share with you this month.

During Summertime we can incorporate crystals and other items that can connect us more with the ocean, with the rivers and with all the Holy Water from the Archangel Gabriel, who even though is considered to be connected with the Autumn, for me and others who are from the same cultural background we see the ocean connected to the Summer. We also have other deities that are from the Neo-African Religions of the Caribbean such as Yemayá in Santería (Cuba) and Palo Mayombe (Dominican Republic) that are representative of the Ocean as well as for Cuba the Catholic version is “Virgen de la Caridad del Cobre” (who is Yemayá as well) and for us in Puerto Rico our Catholic Patron is “Virgen de la Providencia”, but she has no equivalent in any of the Neo African Religions of the Caribbean since we do not have our own in Puerto Rico.

In the other hand in the Wicca Religion we venerate and honor our beautiful Moon Goddess who is also connected with the ocean. In other Page | 53

words, this is definitely the best time of the year to bring the energy of abundance and bless yourself with all this Holy Water.

The following are items you can use in your altar of jewelry that connect with any of these deities and facilitates working with the energy of the Water Element. You can also work with boiling or hot water energy as we have the Sun warming us too. Just handle with care…

1- Aquamarine is a wonderful crystal that metaphysically talking, brings abundance, calm, peace and great to work with for Asthma and other respiratory ailments. It helps you “breath under water” when you feel life is trying to drown you.

2- Wear Sea Glass Jewelry. In the picture you can see one of the Sea Glass that I aged myself and mount it with a beautiful Mermaid (available in my online metaphysical store). This type of jewelry you can also wear it while doing a ritual on your altar and under a Full Moon Day like this upcoming on in July 5th!

3- Use shells as a fire safe container for your smudge. As you can see, for Palo Santo you can even use a smaller size than the one for Eucalyptus.

4- If you have the blessing to live in the Caribbean itself, make your own smudge with ‘Uva Playera Leaves’ or Palm Tree Leaves. You can even decorate your altar with those and different kinds of seashells.

5- Work with the energy of the waves. Meditate on a calm ocean or perhaps surfing or enjoying the splashes of the waves sitting on the shore, touch the sand, feel the shells around. This type of meditation can also serve as a nice way of grounding and cleansing some stagnant old energy.

6- Last but now least, shark teeth are a great addition, including a nice big Megalodon Tooth if you own one, and this is a symbol of protection and strength.

I can add that if you are like me, who incorporate Tarot Cards in rituals and Magick, the suit of Cups is perfect, and you can select the specific card for the specific intention. Just to give some examples.

‘Ace of Cups’ is great to attract abundance and a great start of a project of business. As a surprise in this article I am incorporating a picture of my upcoming new Tarot Deck to have a visual source of the representation to work with deities and Water symbols during Summertime. have the shell with the Pearl because Puerto Rico has always been called “The Pearl of the Caribbean” and as it is stated above, our Virgin is ‘Virgen de la Providencia’, and there is even a song in her honor, so this is a great card once the Tarot Deck is out for sale, to work with the Water Element and either the Virgin, Yemayá or The Goddess. It is also for attracting blessings and abundance if you ask the Virgin to bless you and protect you against all harm.

‘Knight of Cups’ is great to work with Archangel Gabriel to bring you good news and bless you with his Holy Water.

‘Three of Cups’, definitely a celebration or partnership similar to the energy of ‘Two of Cups’. However, in ‘Two of Cups’ we can also add the romance to it.

For honoring Yemayá, The Goddess or any of the Virgins, and depending on the deck, you can use ‘The Star’, ‘The Moon’ or even ‘Queen of Cups’.

Use ‘The Sun’ for honoring The God and ask him to warm or boil the water for you in case you need that as well. *Also, see above in the ‘Ace of Cups’ as in my upcoming deck I have ‘Virgen de la Providencia’ on it. * I hope you enjoyed and got some ideas from this article; It is an understatement to say that I love this warm time of the year!

More than twenty years ago in Sedona, Arizona, I began to talk about a spiritual revolution that would be the solution for the ills of our country and the entire planet. Since that time, many have picked up on the idea of a “spiritual revolution” and used it in their own outreaches and ministries to the world, because it is a great concept. But we should not just talk about the problems of our nation and world but actually do something about them.

The term I coined, Spiritualutionsm—the fusion of spirituality with activism, which actually creates a spiritual revolution—is unique, because Page | 57

basically it puts the responsibility of change on each individual.

Spiritualution is not a movement of millions on the street doing civil disobedience. It goes way beyond that.

Spiritualution is an individual relationship with the Creator, whatever you call that Creator—Jesus, Jesus Christ Michael, Allah, Buddha, Jehovah, Yahweh, Odin, Thor, Spirit, God, or the Supreme. And there are many more names that humankind, throughout the ages, has used to identify with a divine power that we can really hardly explain.

99% of humankind does believe that there is some form of divine power, call it what you may. And with that divine power also comes divine law or commandments. Every religion has them. In Judaism it is the Old Testament and in Christianity it is basically both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. The URANTIA Book (also called the Fifth Epochal Revelation) has the teachings of the commandments as God’s laws that a civilization needs in order to exist without chaos and anarchy.

Of course the abuse of any power in the hands of man is not, and never will be, the Divine Power’s will. When Moses was called up the mountain at Sinai, he received the commandments by fire on stone. But those commandments were already written, and have been written, in the hearts and superconscious minds of humankind since the beginning of time on this planet, and all planets of time and space. And no one is exempt from following those guidelines, else chaos, destruction, and death occur.

The URANTIA Book calls the disobedience of these commandments the Lucifer Rebellion. Basically, even a mighty being, a Primary Lanonandek Son—who was the administrative ruler of 619 inhabited worlds in the local system of Satania—thought that he would write his own commandments (which in his mind was an easier way to get to Paradise), which were based mostly on self-assertion, unbridled liberty, and the disobedience of every commandment that could be bent to justify one’s disobedience to the true commandments. The “true-true” has become the “maybe-maybe.”

Basically, humanity has written their own rules, and absolutes are bent as to the whims of humankind in rebellion.

So on Internet videos and television broadcasts, we hear experts in theology all giving answers to the present dilemma of the rioting and Covid-19 virus. Some of these professors of divinity use 26-letter words, which the common man (in rural areas, suburbs, and inner cities) can’t understand.

When I grew up in the ghetto and did something wrong, I was blessed to have some elder in the neighborhood—be it my immediate family or just some elder who knew me and loved me—say to me, “Hey, what are you doing? You know that’s wrong. You shouldn’t do that. And you shouldn’t do that again.”

There it is, plain and simple. The fact of it is, most of us know when we do wrong. And it’s really wonderful when an elder points evil, sin, and iniquity out to us. But people today, young and old alike, don’t want to be corrected. At this point in the history of Earth/Urantia, after 200,000 years of rebellion, humanity has become apathetic and outright insensitive to the fact that they can do something wrong and that their behavior has to change.

So the Divine Source, or Creator, or God, or Allah, or Jesus, or Christ Michael had a plan. And that plan is called The Purification, also called The Tribulation, also called The Cleansing, also called The Quickening, also called The Correcting Time, also called The End Times, and, for those who go to Harvard’s school of theology, also called eschatology.

No matter what it’s called, it’s painful. But we all have to experience the cause-and-effect situations of our sins, of our wrong actions, of our wrongdoing in any way. We must realize that we humans are actually responsible for the Covid-19 virus (not some snake, rat, or bat in China) and we are responsible for the riots, because our smug, hidden racism prevented us for decades from speaking up when outward displays of racism occurred. We remain apathetic, because we don’t want to rock the boat in our family or in our neighborhood.

How easily we forget that Jesus turned over the tables in the temple and made quite a rumpus when He felt that the people were disrespecting the Creator by their greed. And as far as He felt, “Wall Street” had to come down, and so He knocked it down with His own two hands.

Certain truths had already been brought to this planet by adepts, sages, prophets, and even celestial beings long before Jesus came 2,000 years ago, for humankind has been around for about one million years. He did not come to start a new religion or teach that people had to join an existing one. It’s not about joining a church, or going to a synagogue, or a mosque.

It’s not being on the right or the left with your political viewpoints. He came to emphasize the truth within all the religions that was already on the earth, written in scriptures in every country. He came to emphasize the truth of the loving Fatherhood of God and the brother-/sisterhood of Page | 59

humankind.

He did not see skin color in people. He looked at their souls. And no matter what race or religion they were, as long as they had love in their hearts and eyes, He knew they were His brothers and sisters. And because He said that He was the Son of God, He saw those who obeyed His commandments and followed the Father’s will as His own children.

If I have lost you here, it’s because you are lost. It’s because you are one of those people of lost souls who do not know their Creator. You do not know that you are living on a planet called Urantia, that is number 606 in the system of Satania, in the constellation of Norlatiadek, in the universe of Nebadon, in the minor sector of Ensa, in the major sector of Splandon, in the superuniverse of Orvonton.

I could go on, but I’m just trying to give you a bigger picture, because God is big and your universe is big. And you can’t put God in a box of your own ideas and concepts (or anybody else’s) because God does have absolutes, that you, or anyone else, can't escape from. You cannot live in relativity, thinking anything goes and it’s OK. You can’t raise your children that way, because there’s a way that leads to eternal life and there is the way that leads to disease, destruction, and eternal death.

The choice is up to you. And so the Spiritualution is you deciding that you want to surrender everything to whatever you want to call God. Just understand that He or She is there, and He or She is bigger than you. You will learn in time all about God, as you begin to seek and knock at His door.

He doesn’t expect you to know everything at once. And He doesn’t expect you to be perfect all at once. But He does expect you to take one step at a time and stay on the Tao, the Right Way as Lao-Tse taught, and don’t let anything or anybody knock you off of the Tao, because the Tao is actually God. Choice by choice we ascend into eternity. So join the Spiritualution movement. And you don’t have to tell anybody except (what I like to call God) “the Father in Heaven.”

"Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty

Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with your roots though the ancient art/science of Astrology.

We offer a glimpse into the current celestial weather under which we are all operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes for ourselves and others.

We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer. Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it is also the most easily observed in a personal way.

We are obviously in a time of great change and disruption of patterns.

Astrologers have been watching and anticipating great events this year (and beyond) for a long time. While no one predicted a world wide pandemic or weeks of massive protests related to the current celestial configurations, it has been widely acknowledged that governments, monetary systems and more would break down. Our country is in a long process of deep transformation related to the racial and social inequities Page | 62

woven into the very fabric at the foundations of our nation.

It is clear that life cannot return to what was normal. Our work, should we choose to take it on, is to envision and work toward new, more equitable systems going forward. Knowing the current astrological energetic impulses can greatly assist us.

July features the last of three eclipses: first we had a lunar eclipse on the Full Moon June 5, when the moon was darkened by the earth’s shadow.

Next, a solar on the New Moon June 21 - the Summer solstice - when the sun was covered. The third (another lunar eclipse) will happen on the Full Moon July 5. These are partial eclipses and this is why there are three.

Eclipses most frequently occur in pairs, every six months, and they can trigger events for extended periods ranging from several months to a year or more.

Where they are visible, a partial solar will appear to have a halo, often referred to as a “corona”, because the Sun is not totally blocked. It’s more than a little ironic that this will occur in the midst of this historic pandemic of the same name. We will likely see a spike in the rate of infection, especially in the regions where it can be seen. The second lunar eclipse (July 5) will be visible across North and South America, southwestern Europe and Africa. (http://www.eclipsewise.com/oh/ec2020.html) Eclipses are most impactful where they are visible, but affect everyone everywhere.

If they occur on or very near planets in someone’s birth chart, or the chart of a country, the effects are more dramatic, as we are seeing from the “Great American Eclipse” of Aug, 2017. In ancient times, they were feared and seen as “the death of the king” and general reversals of fortunes. Now we understand intense events are possible and not just on the dates of the eclipses, but for months afterward. They also amp up the energies of New and Full Moons, so being aware can help us navigate. The total solar eclipse of Aug. ’17 that was so visible across America, portended changes and challenges in our country. It also impacted important parts of both the US chart and the birth chart of Donald J Trump. We currently still see the resulting ripples each and every day.

An hour or so past midnight on July 5th, if you’re awake and the sky is clear, you may have the opportunity to view the Full Moon partial lunar eclipse here in the US. Sun, now in the middle of home-sweet-home Cancer, opposes Moon in business-minded Capricorn, and this continuing theme of feeling into our collective heart beat - be it at home or at work - is Page | 63

once again spotlighted. This is obviously one night past our nation’s birthday, making it very potent with accentuated symbolism related to the state of our country. Those with birthdays July 4-6 and Jan. 3-5 will be most strongly effected.

New Moon July 20 at the end of nurturing Cancer will focus once again on how we are to move forward with our new realities. Saturn (rules and restrictions) is in a challenging position to this New Moon, and will put further pressure on how we emerge from our sheltering in place. We all will be negotiating sharp disagreements indicated by communicative, mercantile Mercury (in Cancer) in a stressful, challenging relationship with warrior, action-oriented Mars (in Aries). This will be in effect all of July, tapering off as we enter August. We must all try to resist the temptation to argue over emotionally held viewpoints, instead using this energy to pierce illusions and access creative imagination to initiate new solutions.

This forecast period is one when several planets will be in retrograde (apparent backwards motion). Sun and Moon are technically referred to as Luminaries and do not retrograde, but all the others spend some time retracing some area in the zodiac. These are times of inner reflection and possible revisions. This in some ways is all leading up to a rather unusual Mars (in Aries) retrograde later this year (Sept. 9 - Nov. 14).

Mercury’s second retrograde of the year began on June 18 in mid-Cancer and will resume its forward motion on July 12. This will make it difficult for commerce to move forward with any vigor. Communications will be more acrimonious as Mercury and Mars (in Aries) square off with each other especially around the July 20 New Moon. In the US President’s chart, this is effecting his planet of communication Mercury. Watch, if you can, for him to show even further signs of difficulty managing the official message.

Venus, goddess of love and guardian of the feminine mysteries, has recently had an extended retrograde journey through flirty Gemini. She resumed her forward motion on June 25 and will spend the entirety of July in this sign. Venus is now appearing as Morning Star since mid-June, in the east before sunrise. In this morning star phase, her energies are more assertive and anticipatory of needs in relationships. This is a great time for creative pursuits in a variety of avenues of expression, especially literary.

Mars changed signs and entered Aries on June 28, where it will stay for an entire six months. Warrior Mars in headstrong Aries, a sign it is strongly aligned with, will dominate our reality. This time period will be marked by increased aggressiveness and impulsivity. The desire for freedom and initiative will be energized, and we are all strongly advised to take care not to get caught up in demonstrations that include expressing anger with force. This alignment will be prolonged due to Mars going retrograde in Sept. (More on that in coming articles.) This can be very productive for individuals with strong Mars or Aries energies if focused carefully and with awareness. The mild-mannered among us can seize this moment to express ourselves with greater courage.

Jupiter (expansiveness) continues its retrograde in late Capricorn (through Sept 2020), emphasizing efforts to retain the crumbling status quo. Jupiter and Pluto (deep transformation), retrograde since April, met on June 30. We no doubt will see major revisions continue and unprecedented, desperate and inevitably fruitless measures to revive corporate business as usual. Collectively, we will feel the tensions between the push for previous profit levels versus the health of the work force and small businesses. Personally, this is very strong for people with birthdays Jan. 13-16 and July 14-17.

Saturn (limits and structures), which has been testing the waters in humanitarian Aquarius since late March, will also retrograde back into Capricorn on July 1 (until Dec 17). On a personal level, this will re-energize the Saturn returns of those born 1990 - 1991. Everyone experiences their first Saturn return at the end of their twenties and cyclicly every approximate 28-29 years they are alive. If a retrograde occurs, it extends this period of taking stock of our lives before moving forward.

Collectively, our focus will again temporarily return to the more conservative and conventional approaches to organizing civic life. What has been revealed to us through the current crisis is the nature of essential services, who provides them and what they need in terms of wages and working conditions. Humanitarian efforts to support those workers are apt to meet with greater resistance. We can expect increased ferment around these issues through the end of the year and into 2021.

We are still in an interlude between two very different eras: what we were accustomed to and a yet-to-be-revealed new normal. It is best used to focus on the inner work our previously busy lifestyles too often crowded out.

Time spent on self-care, or with family or friends over the internet, will help keep us grounded and stave off both the virus and its predatory Page | 65

companion: fear. The years ahead will provide opportunities to creatively embrace new pathways forward. They will eventually unfold, with our help, into the much-anticipated Age of Aquarius.

It’s usually out of habit, from not wanting this particular experience, not liking the discomfort or uncertainty … or really not liking the fact that we aren’t going to get what we want.

Shutting ourselves off to the uncertainty of whatever is going on, by distracting ourselves (ugh, I just can’t) Complaining about other people, often just in our heads (I don’t know why they have to be that way!)

Shutting down, wanting to exit, when things get hard (I can’t take this anymore, why does she always have to complain??)

Avoiding the discomfort or fear of something difficult (umm, that’s too hard, I’m going to tackle email!)

This rejection of our experience is why we so often get frustrated with other people, down on ourselves, or avoid the hard things.

It’s why we have such a hard time with good habits: meditation, exercise, healthy food, writing, reading, flossing. They’re not easy, so we say no to them, even when we know we should say yes.

It’s why we turn to alcohol, smoking, drugs, junk food, TV, social media, other distractions — to numb out, to say No to life.

What if instead … we were a Hell Yes to life?

How to Be a Hell Yes to Life Think about everything you complain about. Everything that makes you want to go, “Ugh.” Everything that makes you feel discomfort, want to avoid, want to exit. Everything ugly, angry, negative.

Now imagine that you could be open to all of it.

You could be in a room of people you normally dislike, and be compassionate with them. See their beauty and power. Love them, just as they are.

Love every experience, every moment, just as it is.

What if you could be a Hell Yes to everything? What would that change for you?

That doesn’t mean that you don’t fight against injustice, or try to help those who are suffering. You don’t have to love injustice — but you can love the people who are suffering, even those whose suffering causes them to Page | 70

commit terrible injustices. You can be compassionate toward everyone, and love their hearts, even if you don’t agree with their actions or beliefs.

What if you could be a Hell Yes to all of the difficult things in life: your scariest project, the hardest tasks, the most boring moments?

The practice is to face everything, and to open up to it. To see the beauty in the moment, even in the parts you normally reject or dislike.

To love the parts of yourself that you usually want to change. To love everything.

Be a Hell Yes to life. In my experience, it becomes a Hell Yes to you in return.

MBOs FOR FAMILY, FRIENDS, EX, SELF Debi writes: It’s absolutely wonderful how I’ve incorporated MBOs into my life on a daily and sometimes minute by minute basis. I request MBOs for Page | 72

myself and my family members and friends. My friend lost her credit card and her driver’s license last week and she told me about it yesterday — I said an MBO and she texted me later in the day that she found both. I said “thank you!” I requested an MBO for my daughter’s vehicle that appeared to be not repairable after overheating, and she was going to have to start looking for another vehicle – my son contacted me yesterday that her vehicle can be fixed for not more than $900… Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I request MBOs all the time for driving and radiating safety around my vehicle and for other drivers and for the angels to help keep the animals safely off the street so they come to no harm. My ex-husband was in the hospital last night for chest pains – he has a long medical history of heart issues, and I said an MBO, and he was released late last night to go home and they found nothing remarkable with the EKG, the CAT scan or the MRI. Hallelujah!

I find that saying an MBO for completing a task at work makes everything go better and more smoothly. In addition to MBOs I do what Abraham Hicks called a Rampage of Appreciation – I verbalize all the things I appreciate from the moon and the stars, to plants and rocks, to family and friends, to this beautiful world, to harmony, acceptance , and patience. I’ve happily shared your books with many people and it is a joy, a pleasure, and an honor to be part of this movement. Thank you for all you do and for your incredible work!

MBOs FOR BEST COLLEAGUES AND WORK Sandra writes: First, another MBO story: I had a very hard experience last year (won’t go into detail) suffice it to say, it was very hard at my job. This year, I did not want to have the same repeat of last year in my job. My MBO – I request an MBO for the best people to work with next year, the best circumstances. I let it go, knowing it was already benevolent. The result: the absolute best outcome (not sort of good) but the BEST. I have a theory. The line that “faith can move mountains” is tailor made for the MBOs. The mountains may not be physical, but they can be moved. I think that if we all were using MBOs, the world would change in a day.

I want to shout to people who read your newsletters to take 10 seconds out of 86,000 seconds in a day to say the MBOs. Eventually, a person can create MBOs themselves.

The other thing is to have faith. Letting go is the most difficult part. No expectations, no conditions.

I feel people are coming back from millenniums to the gentle way, slowly, oh so slowly. Keep doing what you are doing. Stories you tell have power in themselves to change, to bring life to MBOs. Keep doing your work, Reporter to the stars!

MBO FOR SUNNY SKIES Leigh Ann in Wisconsin writes: Here is an MBO I thought wouldn’t happen. My husband and I were in our back patio trying to enjoy the sun. It suddenly got really cloudy and looked like rain. I said MBO that I would be able to enjoy the sun without clouds and that it would be better than I could ever hope for or expect. Nothing happened. The rest of the day was cloudy and it rained. The forecast called for rain the next day.

The next morning, the sun was out and there was not one cloud in the sky.

Not one cloud and not one drop of rain all day. So, instead of getting a couple extra hours of sun, we got an entire day. BP/MBOs do work, but sometimes you have to be patient because you will receive something much more than you ask for.

"Contemplating Coming of Age" By Niann Emerson Chase I have always valued my many coming-of-age experiences that have helped me move forward in my own evolution and unfoldment as a human being. I am grateful that I grew up in a cultural environment and home life that provided opportunities for me to continually learn about the world and discover my own potentials and limitations. Growing up on four different Native American reservations in Arizona allowed me to almost daily interact closely with the natural world of large open spaces and enjoy friendships with individuals of a different culture and color.

Early on I developed a comfort with being outdoors, exploring the wild lands around me for hours at a time in solitude. My father, being a naturalist himself and working in an occupation that taught sustainable stewardship and conservation of land and water, encouraged me to talk with him about my observations of the natural world, to ask him questions, and to read further about what I was discovering in my own experiences with nature. My father graduated from this earthly life many years ago, but I will always be grateful to him for helping me embrace the wonders of scientific exploration and discovery.

Though I loved being alone with the high and low deserts and forests, and still savor my solitude, I am also a very sociable person who enjoys associating with a variety of people of different religious and political perspectives as well as having lifestyles different than mine. I owe much of Page | 78

my love for socializing to my parents and the home environment they provided, which was clean, orderly, and chock full of fun, laughter, and lots of visitors—neighbors dropping in to say hello and grab a glass of iced tea and some food or friends and relatives from out of town who spent several nights or weeks with us. My mother was truly a "home maker" who made a sanctuary of our home for all who entered and stayed for a while.

Most of my coming-of-age experiences during my first twelve years of life felt comfortable and really nice, for I was discovering how wonderful and awesome the world and being alive in it is. I learned to be "at home" with me—in solitude as well as with other people, and I was very much at home with the outdoors. In those early years I acquired many life skills and developed many mental and social habits that have enabled me to know how to enjoy my moments, learn continually, and love fully. Sure I had minor conflicts with my sister and some of my friends, but I was able to quickly work through those misunderstandings and reconcile without too much effort or heartbreak. My feelings of inadequacy and feeling dumb when I was in the first and second grades because I just didn't seem to "get" the art of reading were softened by the quality of the rest of my life, and in the third grade I experienced a "suddenly" episode where my mind just suddenly clicked into understanding how all of the reading-readiness activities worked, and I began to read almost instantly . . . well, not quite.

Later that year I was reading at least a couple of books a week and have not stopped, though my books today are bigger and more complex.

At around 12 years of age, I begin to experience mood swings and a sense of not being completely satisfied with my life, as if things in the world were not as wonderful as I liked to think. Of course, I was aware of extreme material poverty, for most of my Native American friends lived in poverty, but we were children, and in our innocence and freedom to roam the beautiful land, none of us really were bothered by the poverty all around us. Also, we were unaware of racial prejudice, for none of us were personally experiencing it among each other, though we were very aware that I was "white" and they were "Indian." In the mid 1950s and 60s we lived in the cocoon of the reservation located in a desolate area far from any large city, with no television yet in our homes to let in the outside world of troubled people and societies. But at 12 years of age I began reading more grown-up books that did bring in the troubles of the outside world.

(Interestingly, reservation life for most of the indigenous is a reflection of what all disenfranchised and marginalized people of the world experience as a result of centuries of imposed colonialism that developed into today’s Page | 79

global greed-motivated capitalism, which continues to disregard people’s well-being and degrade the earth. But I did not see that fully until I had graduated from college and came back to live and teach on a reservation I considered "home" at the time.)

One of my first extremely painful coming-of-age experiences began during puberty when I read Leon Uris' then-popular novel, Exodus. My heart felt shattered with grief when I first realized the degree and depth of cruel hatred that human beings could reach as I discovered the existence of the terrible Nazi regime and the genocidal holocaust and ensuing diaspora of the Jewish people. My parents assured me that this indeed was part of our very recent history, and I could not refrain from researching this awful era that happened several years before I was born. Part of my research was a discussion with my seventh-grade math teacher who had served in the Air Force during World War II where he was engaged in the battles of the Pacific. He was very honest in his recital of the horrors of that war and the psychological damage he had as a result of what he witnessed. It was from him that I first heard of the atomic bomb and what it had done in the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. His graphic descriptions of this bomb have stayed with me all these years, and this experience motivated me to continue expanding my awareness of scientific discovery gone awry due to motives that are based on greed and power-lust.

Along with my chilling awareness of what nuclear energy misused can do in warheads and missiles as well as in power plants that provide electricity (consider Chernobyl and Fukushima), is my awareness of the misuse of synthetic and natural chemicals that is evident in the horrifying weapons of biological and chemical warfare, as well as in the toxicity of most of the earth's water and air, and much of its soil. Today we see the complete manifestation of the predictions given in a book I read in my late teens, Rachel Carson's Silent Spring, which was first published in 1962.

From 12 to 14 years of age, I researched worldwide and national events that were triggered by ignorance, fear, hatred, racial prejudice, lust for power, and greed, thus becoming more aware of the baser, evil parts of human existence and how masses of people and governments participated in this lower nature of humanity. You might say I created an extended twoyear coming-of-age experience in discovering the existence of evil. And I have not stopped expanding in my awareness of the atrocities that occur when humans are outside of divine pattern, thinking and acting outside of the spiritual and cosmic laws that have a foundation based on love, order, and true justice.

At 12, I could have stopped reading Exodus when I realized how uncomfortable I was getting in discovering certain truths about humanity, but my inquisitive mind, caring heart, and deep desire to discover truth no matter where it would take me were a stronger drive than my wish to remain comfortable in the way things had been. Before I was even a teenager, I had jumped into beginning adulthood within my developing understanding of the nature of good and evil, and both of my parents allowed, even encouraged, this leap in consciousness. They understood my need to seek truth and were ever ready to discuss with me anything that I wanted to talk about.

In their wise love, my parents allowed me to become aware of a world of complex social, political, and spiritual issues, and they did not try to protect me from the experience of being uncomfortable and puzzled, and at times heartbroken and mentally tortured in my search for higher understanding. Though they themselves were not as driven as I was in seeking answers to the reasons for such evil or solutions to the myriad problems in our world, they allowed and supported me in my quest.

Though they did not understand at times my drive or some of my perceptions, they loved me and provided a place where I could search and delve and discover. And, as religious people who lived daily their spiritual ideals, they provided sanctuary for my own spiritual renewal.

Needless to say, I have had, and continue to have, many coming-of-age experiences in my life that catapult me forward in my own spiritual ascension and understanding of the world we live in. My childhood upbringing and youthful coming-of-age experiences laid a foundation for me to be more open to continued growth and change—change of mind, change of heart, and change of lifestyles (yes, lifestyles because I have changed my lifestyle more than once).

My most recent lifestyle change was to move from a region that I loved— with its clear spring-fed creek surrounded by the colorful high desert near the Mogollon Rim (in northern Arizona) and the clean air of a mountain altitude and minimal industry—to a region I was not familiar with (in southern Arizona)—near a dwindling "river" of treated effluent in a dryer, low-desert, troubled borderlands area with air high in toxic particulates due to more than 120 American-owned industries in Nogales, Sonora (some 20 miles south) that are not under any regulation of environmental protection of clean air and water laws.

I moved from an area that has mostly wealthy people and lots of gated communities to a county that is considered one of the poorest in Arizona Page | 81

and to property that has a railroad running through it with whistling trains barreling through three times a day, carrying materials to and from those large corporate-owned factories, which operate strictly on the profitmotive with very little consideration for the people, cultures, and natural environments their factories' presence negatively affect (regardless of the jobs that are provided).

But I love this change. I love living in the midst of people struggling with poverty and racial prejudice. I love living in the middle of a drought-ridden desert that has a multitude of environmental issues. I love living near the border with all of the political and human-rights controversies. I love being reminded of corporate greed and social irresponsibility when I hear the whistle of an approaching train. I love living in an area that has an "edge" to it, where it is challenging to become too comfortable in my personal peace of mind and happiness, for I am blessed with a fulfilling, purposeful, and joyful life.

I am truly grateful for my own coming-of-age experiences that have been personal change points for me, which have led me to progressively become more strongly committed, outspoken, and radical in my activism. I am realizing more everyday what it is to "be in the world but not of it." At the same time, I have also become more humble, compassionate, and gentle as I have become more spiritualized in my mind and tempered in my passions. *** People need to allow coming-of-age experiences because our survival and our children's survival and the earth's survival depend upon it. It is crucial that individuals, no matter what their chronological age, be willing to experience the pain and discomfort of becoming aware of the actual state of our natural, social, religious, and political systems, for they are all unraveling. The dire dilemma that the world is in now is partially due to too many people being "asleep at the wheel" and stuck sitting on their "couches of apathy," or unwittingly collaborating with the small percentage of oligarchs who control the social, economic, and governmental institutions of this world.

In order for a new paradigm to be created for a healthier world, we individuals need to become psychospiritually and physically healthier world citizens by awakening to the laws of spiritual morality and ascension science within the pattern of God—the First Creative Source and Divine Center, the Universal Creator. It is within those universal laws that we Page | 82

world citizens can evolve a world that is based on the brotherhood/sisterhood for all persons and is sustainable for the biota of all ecosystems and regions.

I encourage you to embrace your own coming of age in these times of transition and purification. "Feel The Love" By Dean Fraser

“Love can be a verb and a noun, and sometimes an abstract noun” so much for the dictionary description…

Love is quite simply the most powerful creative force, self-healing energy and gift to success that exists.

Whatever achievements you and I wish to accomplish, if they are worthy of our time and energy, deserve to be invested with a large healthy dose of love. Love for what we are doing for sure makes any achievable change in the reality of our life way more likely to happen for us.

Love invested in our actions means we are absolutely believing in what we are doing. Here is something which truly matters and is worth making a resolute commitment to, for the long-term awesomeness it is bringing into our lives…

SELF-LOVE AND OUR HAPPY POINT Self-love matters. Without self-love how can we possibly hope to project love? Love is the most powerful motive force for manifestation of our goals in the Universe. Self-love is essential if we hope to gain mastery of the game of life.

Please be sure to read through all of this section before starting the exercise.

To plant the smallest acorn of self-love (at least to begin with) you need to find somewhere you will not be disturbed for the next twenty minutes. Sit comfortably as you start to concentrate on your breathing. Observe how your body feels, is there any tension anywhere? Gently move your shoulders or any other tense area of your body to release any tightness, as you continue to focus on your breathing.

You are going on an inner journey deep into your feelings to find your Happy Point.

As you ponder all the facets making up your uniqueness now choose to focus on a part of who you are that you feel definitely happy with, and it doesn’t matter how small or seemingly unimportant this facet may appear to be. A brilliant fraction of all that makes up the whole of you which works so well for you and always makes you feel at ease and happy. One selected piece of the jigsaw of you which sits so beautifully with you that would never wish to change it in any way.

Enjoy the warmth of the emotion as you focus all of your attention entirely on how this wonderful part of you makes you feel when you think deeply about it.

Next, I want you to apply a colour to that feeling, it does not matter what colour that might be, one which just seems right to you is the perfect choice. This wonderful feeling now imaged as your colour of choice…spend some time strongly visioning this colour as you bask in the warmth of the feeling.

Let us see how to bring that warm feeling into other parts of your life and begin to transform through love. I mean would not it be amazing to feel this fabulous across the entire spectrum of the whole of you! Let us make this happen…

Still focussing deeply on the nice feelings associated with this part of you that feels wonderful seen together with the colour this feeling is now associated with…slowly begin to re-focus your thoughts to instead think about some other aspect of yourself that you sense needs some definite work. Maybe this is something you dislike in your reactions to situations or a habitual pattern of thinking…

It is important here to only concentrate on the one area you sense needs work at a time.

As you ponder how the emotions associated with this part of you makes you feel, gradually overlay this feeling with the colour you associated with those beautiful, warm feelings you experienced a few moments ago. All you can vision in your mind is your happy colour. Feel this! You deserve to really feel this!!!

You can return to your normal waking state when you sense you have done enough for this session.

What is happening here is the start of a transformational process, a selfhealing welcoming self-love into your life. Re-programming old issues and healing them. And feeling far more comfortable in your own skin and accepting of who you are.

You never have to perfect, that is a myth, I’m certainly not. We all have a choice which path to take and now you own your personal map to self-love please do yourself the greatest service and take the time to use it.

Any time we find ourselves facing a challenging situation or person, if we bring to mind and stay focussed on the colour associated with our happy point, we can bring love into the situation. And nothing is more empowering than love!

You might even like to reinforce this process further by wearing or keeping the colour you associate with your Happy Point around your immediate environment.

The more you practice this the easier it gets, and a natural part of the process is you experience the beginning of a different approach and outlook to life unfolding for you.

SHOUT IT OUT! Why are so many of us unwilling to show our true passion for life and what we wish to accomplish?

Fear of failure and caring what others may think, judge or say if that happens. Or even judging ourselves far too harshly.

If we dare to raise ourselves up to be observed, being happily passionate and enthusiastic, we are inevitably going to attract a fair amount of attention. Then come along those self-limited individuals who adore to ridicule and seize the opportunity to rain on parades, those dream-stealers Page | 86

we all occasionally encounter.

If we are going to be judged anyway it may as well be for being a passionate and enthusiastic participator in life! Yes, for sure the path to our goals may well take a few twists and turns, so what? At least if we are actively walking that path step by step, we are going to arrive there some day. All the new experiences unfolding before us ensuring life will for sure always be interesting along the way…

Let us choose to use any dream-stealer’s negative feedback as a sure sign we must be actually doing something right, if you think about it, they would hardly be giving us their attention if we weren’t! This is actually brilliantly motivating. I have always found this kind of negative attention a sure sign I am certainly doing something right in life and it helps keeps me centred on achieving more of the same.

It is okay to feel enthusiastic. It is okay to shout from the rooftops expressing passion for what you are doing!

Furthermore, passion means that when things occasionally fail to work out quite as we anticipated (which, let’s face it, happens) we will surely keep on moving forward anyway to find another way. Look for that another way and there is always going to be one. Every single time.

Whatever your starting point in life, the desire to improve your reality only takes passion, love, and the drive to make it happen. The Universe does not care if we came from a family of twelve children with parents who struggled to put food on the table or were born into the most privileged of circumstances – background is completely unimportant when daily living goals. Having the clearest vision of where we are going, plus one healthy dose of passion added, is going to ensure we arrive. Energy is energy and works in exactly the same way for all. Be passionate and you will gain much wisdom to easily live on your terms and, even more importantly, have amazing adventures along the way as well! And remember to feel the love…

DAILY EMPOWERMENT ROUTINE In the morning, as we already established, it is incredibly self-empowering to take a few minutes to think of a few things you can feel some passionate gratitude for…then keep that passion with you as you go through your day.

Last thing at night do the same, focus attention on your goals as you fall asleep. This is programming your subconscious to work on your behalf, to Page | 87

"Heart Chakra" By Cherry-Lee Ward

The Heart Chakra is located in the center of the chest, it is the locus of compassion, forgiveness, community and love. Accepting and loving ourselves is its greatest priority. From this initial place of compassion we are able to feel more accepting and loving toward those around us. This center enables us to reach out and build community in healthy ways.

The heart chakra is about balance. It integrates the energies of the three upper chakras and the three lower chakras. It is the energy center where we bring heaven and earth into balance and find peace. Our love for self and our love for others harmonize here so we can truly love our neighbor as ourselves.

When the heart center functions well we feel connected to loved ones and the world around us. We accept ourselves as the imperfect beings we are, and compassionately offer that same unconditional love to those around us. We are able to find peace amidst the business of the day and breathe life in deeply. Giving and receiving come into balance and we feel as though we are ‘in the flow.’ We trust that we can handle what life brings us.

I often wonder what would happen if I could get myself out of the way and seclude myself like Henry David Thoreau at Walden’s Pond? I often envy him for the time he took to have by himself in the woods. I would have no issues or problems just a peaceful surrender to nature. Would this really be my reality? I can be completely alone in my space with no apparent threats, but my ego still punishes me.

Your house is empty or maybe you found a peaceful little spot in your home or outside away from everyone that lives there for the moment.

What happens next is truly remarkable. Most of the time you do not ponder on the beauty of life or treasure the present moment. Even though you have utter silence you are the one doing the attacking on yourself with the thoughts that seem to enter into your mind.

You are on the tail end of your journey of life slowing down so I ask you to watch the monkey madness in your brain and see if you can switch it over to pleasant thoughts. At first maybe it was sort of nice for some of you to sleep in and have time to play board games. I played some solitaire with actual cards over the past few months. Something I have not done really since I was young before the internet. But now you are itching to have something to do, not feel loneliness anymore and stop feeling a disconnect to others.

As Thoreau says, “What sort of space separates a human from another and makes him solitary?” I may be in the same room as another but not really understand him as he does not get me and this makes me alone. It is when I connect with someone and our minds come together that we are near each other. I may be at a house all alone in the woods but communicate to another by social media my most innermost thoughts and even though we are separated by distance he is with me and I am not lonely. Thoreau states the value of a man is not in his skin, that we should touch him. It is through this method that we acquire new value for each other. So get on Zoom, call each other and really get to the heart of what matters most to find deep connections and you will not be alone.

"How The Universe Was Introduced" By Sean McCleary

I do work in evolutionary cosmology and the evolution of consciousness.

The evolution of consciousness is very important to understand because consciousness is the will contained within energy measured by frequency vibrations that facilitate evolutionary development and advancement. This element of existence has been evolving into the scientific community here; especially with quantum physics. A lot of scientists and researchers will resist this proposition and this has to do with the evolutionary development of planet Earth. When the universe was introduced a different stage of evolution happened within space and time with the introduction of matter. This generated resistance in evolutionary development because the early stages of the development of Universal Consciousness did not understand why matter was being introduced into existence; when there was only energy and vibrational frequencies which previously existed. Earth and life on Earth evolved out of the universe so scientists that primarily study how matter behaves with energy will experience this resistance in their consciousness.

Earth is located in a region of space and time which is 13.51 billion years old. The universe was introduced around 13.8 billion years ago. This means that Earth has experienced the evolutionary activity contained within space and time in the environment which is associated with the early formation and introduction of the universe with the expansion and acceleration of the universe itself. What came together in the early formation and development of this universe was extremely powerful activity with consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, matter, evolutionary development and the resistance to evolution due to the change that occurred within time and space. This universe is contained Page | 106

within a larger body of consciousness and energy which has always existed; as far as always can be conceived. This isn't that difficult because the consciousness of a human being can conceptualize existing forever; and this comes from the evolution of universal activity. This larger body of consciousness and energy is somewhat of a parental structure which I like to refer to as Infinite Consciousness.

What existed before this universe was consciousness measured by frequency vibrations and light and dark energy everywhere. Consciousness and higher frequency vibrations produce light energy and consciousness and lower frequency vibrations produce dark energy. This is where the light and the dark originate from. Photons carry and distribute light energy in the universe and were introduced into universal evolutionary activity because matter requires light energy in the universe. These vibrational frequencies produce thought and thought is the basis for conceptualization to facilitate evolutionary development and advancement. An evolutionary event took place over 13.8 billion years ago and Infinite Consciousness found it absolutely necessary to introduce another body of consciousness and energy within itself in order to generate more evolutionary development for its consciousness and energy.

When this happened Infinite Consciousness combined the higher frequency vibrations of light energy together with the lower frequency vibrations of dark energy with conceptualization and the Higgs boson was introduced into existence. The Higgs boson has the most powerful evolutionary force that consists of consciousness, light energy, dark energy and the will of infinity. This is why the Higgs boson is called the fundamental particle. This is the basis for the evolutionary development of the universe and why the Higgs field exists.

The Higgs boson was introduced and a formation occurred. More Higgs boson's were introduced into the formation for the beginning evolutionary development of the Higgs field which is the primary basis for Universal Consciousness. The Higgs field is a very powerful combination of Infinite Consciousness and the foundation for Universal Consciousness. Other subatomic particles are a result of independent evolutionary development and activity of Universal Consciousness. When the formation started gaining power the vibrational frequencies started changing and different subatomic particles were introduced as a result of the evolution of Universal Consciousness. The formation contained; Infinite Consciousness, Universal Consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure, matter, the introduction of time into the universe, evolutionary force and the resistance to evolutionary development. Pressure began accumulating in the formation due to the very powerful convergence of Page | 107

frequency vibrations and evolutionary activity.

Light energy and dark energy contain different frequency vibrations so when combined with evolutionary development; this can cause polarity to occur which generates pressure. The resistance came from the pressure that was accumulating and the evolutionary change itself that the early formation of Universal Consciousness was experiencing. This consciousness and energy that was under formation originally belonged to Infinite Consciousness and a certain aspect of this consciousness did not understand why this change was occurring and felt like a separation was happening. This produced a very powerful form of resistance in the formation and this resistance transferred into energy. When this happened antimatter began accumulating into the formation. When the formation reached a very powerful level of evolutionary force and development; the resistance level decreased very quickly; the pressure was released and a lot of matter and antimatter collided creating fusion. This caused the explosion to occur which is known as the big bang.

When this happened the universe transferred outwardly in an extremely powerful way. The Higgs field began its formation everywhere in the universe to serve as the fundamental field of energy which generates evolutionary development and advancement in the universe. The Higgs field has the most powerful connection with this parental structure Infinite Consciousness. This is how the universe itself experiences evolutionary development. The Higgs field absorbs frequency vibrations in the form of consciousness so conceptualization can take place through thought in the universe. This is necessary to maintain the integrity of infinity. At the most powerful quantum level the Higgs field contains frequency vibrations and generates subatomic activity. What generates subatomic activity is thought produced in Universal Consciousness. Thought within these frequency vibrations generates energy and this produces subatomic particles. This is the foundation for universal evolutionary development. Higgs bosons generate the most powerful evolutionary force and activity. Due to the different variables of time, space, light energy, dark energy, pressure, evolutionary force and evolutionary resistance; different subatomic particles are generated out of these frequency vibrations and represent Universal Consciousness experiencing evolutionary development and activity.

Human beings have not been able to see, feel or detect the activity of the Higgs field because of a very powerful resistance contained within the human body. Human beings are introduced into the environment through reproduction; but on a more powerful fundamental level of evolutionary Page | 108

activity a human being evolves out of the frequency vibrations contained within Earth's environment. Earth contains the Higgs field within the environment and evolved out of the Higgs field but the resistance to evolutionary development has been very powerful in this location of time and space. The primary reason is death. There is other very powerful evolutionary activity in Earth's environment where pressure is concerned that represents resistance which affects the concentration of the energy of the Higgs field here. Human beings absorb, retain and process light and dark energy in their bodies. The powerful mixture and evolutionary activity produces a great deal of pressure in the human body. Human beings also do not understand what happens with the experience of death and this is an extremely powerful form of the resistance to the evolutionary development of consciousness and energy.

Because the Higgs field represents the foundation for the evolutionary development in the universe and human beings contain this form of resistance; the human body repels the Higgs field in a very powerful way.

This is what causes aging and death here in Earth's environment. Because human beings don't experience a very powerful level of the transfer of energy from the Higgs field they cannot detect what is actually occurring in the universe and makes everything look very empty; when in fact it is not.

There are world's and beings contained in world's all over the universe.

Human beings simply cannot see this activity even with the most powerful equipment. You can say that human consciousness has been in somewhat of a rudimentary stage of evolutionary development. This is in the process of changing through the Paradigm Shift here on Earth and the evolution of consciousness. With Earth's activity and the completion of the evolutionary development of the early formation and introduction of the universe which had to evolve into Earth's environment; the frequency vibrations contained within the Higgs field here are becoming more powerful and a lot of pressure is being released in this region of time and space. This is similar to what happened with the formation and introduction of the universe.

The light discovered around the black hole M-87; the transfer of energy from that black hole towards Earth and the discovery of the new planet Kepler in our galaxy are a result of the evolutionary development of the Higgs field into human consciousness. Because the Higgs field is experiencing more evolutionary development the energy is transferring into human consciousness and Earth's environment which is slowly providing a more powerful outlook into universal evolutionary activity.

The scientific term for Earth's evolution is the Paradigm Shift. The Metaphysical term is the Shift in Consciousness; and the religious term is Page | 109

the Apocalypse. Apocalypse is Greek and means a revealing of information and a transition into a heavenly state. I have personally been affected by this activity and understand a lot of information about existence now. "The Human Challenge" By Jaap van Etten An increasing number of people are on a spiritual path. I have noticed that being on a spiritual journey can oftentimes give people stress, frustration, and feelings of failure instead of joy, happiness, and increasing bliss.

Something seems to be challenging, and it does not seem to be easy to define. People give all kinds of different reasons why the spiritual path is challenging. Youth, family, church, society, the collective, they all receive their share of the blame. Does that blame have an aspect of truth, or does it mean that people place power and cause outside of them? In this article, we will look at challenging issues that we all encounter to various degrees.

The collective consciousness We all live within the consciousness construct of the world in which we live. We may connect to different aspects of it, based on where we are born, and in what tradition we grew up. However, all are aspects of the collective consciousness. Therefore, it seems that the starting point to look at our challenges is the collective.

I learned that the definition of collective human consciousness is not the same for everyone. Many call it also the matrix, something in which we are locked. From my perspective, the collective human consciousness is that part of human consciousness that we, at this moment, actively use. It is the part that we can find in the triad grid system (Image 1). I described this system extensively in Gifts of Mother Earth (for more information on this book, click here [https://www.lemurantis.com/books.html]). It seems that we are mainly functioning at the frequencies of these grids. The energies in the triad grid system lock us up in the box of the collective human consciousness.

The three levels of consciousness The triad grids that I mention in Gifts of Mother Earth describe the collective human consciousness as we experience it in our world, the fourth world. These triad grids form three levels of consciousness (Image 2), which I call the I-, we-, and all consciousness. Most people function most of the time at the level of the I-consciousness. This level of consciousness invites us to create a healthy ego that surrenders to the heart as the guiding system. However, most people live in too much fear, which leads to survival strategies, locking us in an unhealthy ego-oriented way of functioning. That makes it difficult to function at the next two levels, the “we-“ and the all-consciousness. Most people are not or hardly aware of how much they live from fear-based emotions and beliefs.

The we-consciousness invites us to collaborate with other humans based on equality. We tend to function based on inequality by seeing others as less, not right, wrong color, or false religion. We base our society on ranks and functions in which people are either in charge or are followers. That is a collaboration based on fear and throws us in a deformed level of the Iconsciousness. Living and functioning based on equality and respect are in our society still quite far away and forms another great challenge.

If we are not able to live in equality with our fellow humans, we will not see other creatures, visible and invisible, with which we share this world, as equal. The idea that all living beings are our relatives is part of several indigenous traditions but is not part of our modern society. There are not many people who can live on this level that I call the All-consciousness.

Our journey of awakening is the journey of mastering these three levels of consciousness. The invitation is to help each other to find a way to create a healthy I-consciousness that will allow us to live increasingly in weconsciousness, leading to living in all-consciousness. It is a challenging journey but an inevitable journey. We determine how difficult we want to make it.

The Diversity of the Collective Human Consciousness The three levels of consciousness of our world are a small part of the total human consciousness, which exists in twelve levels. The nine levels that are not part of our world are part of the other three worlds (image 2).

While many may find it difficult to believe, these three worlds still exist in addition to ours. There are human groups that live in these worlds. We call these human groups the Sidhe (for more information I refer to Birth of a New Consciousness, Dialogues with the Sidhe; for information click here [https://www.lemurantis.com/books.html], Inner Earth People, the Blue Race, and the Master Race. Their consciousness resonates with one of the three other worlds. For example, the Sidhe live in the third and second world; the Inner Earth People in the fourth, third, and second world.

Each of these human groups has its unique view of Gaia. While human consciousness is one field, there are many grids, reflecting how each group uses a different part of the human consciousness to express themselves in this Gaia system. While we see the four worlds as separated, they are different expressions of one human potential.

While different human groups live in different worlds, often in different groups, the situation is changing. Humans of the other three worlds have chosen to start an alliance. The majority of the groups of the three worlds are participating in this alliance. The one that is missing is the human collective of the fourth world. We are not part of this alliance.

While the different groups allied, the purpose of this alliance is not to create one uniform human consciousness. On the contrary, each group must hold on to its uniqueness. We need diversity, especially those of the four worlds. We need each of these four worlds to create the fifth, the new world. The best way to explain the importance of the functioning of the Page | 113

four worlds is through a pyramid (image 3). Each of the four sides of the basis of the pyramid represents one of the four worlds. We can only create a stable new, fifth world when the foundation is solid. That brings up the question of how solid the basis is.

The Challenge of the Fourth World Before the forming of the alliance between the people of the other three worlds, each of the groups of Sidhe, Inner Earth People, Blue Race, and the Master race functioned more or less independently. Thanks to the alliance, groups of each of the worlds are collaborating, creating more solid worlds.

Also, there is communication between these three worlds. While maintaining their diversity and uniqueness, the three worlds begin to fulfill their role in the creation of a new world. I have learned how fast they work, mostly because their concept of time is different from ours.

However, what happens in their worlds is not our responsibility. We have chosen to incarnate into the fourth world. We need to focus on our job, which is to bring this world in harmony so it can express its uniqueness required to create the new fifth world.

Our world, seen from the perspective of the other worlds, is chaotic and threatening, with a lack of respect for diversity. They even mention that our world is destructive. I can fully understand why they do not want to connect with us, other than with a few individuals. Our world is characterized by fears, egoism, inequality, lack of respect, arrogance, and destruction. We systematically are destroying our world because we believe that we own the world, and can take whatever we want. Also, we do not mind to pollute the world on which we depend. The coronavirus pandemic shows us again how messed up we are as a society. We give our power away because we believe the fear-inducing information that governments and specialists tell us. No wonder that the alliance did not invite us to be part of it. We would also destroy the other three worlds.

The challenge of the fourth world, which is our challenge, is to change. If we change, we will be welcome to join the alliance. We are an essential part of the whole and need to contribute to the creation of the new world.

We are on the way As dire as the current state of the collective consciousness of our world is, there are signs of change. There is an increase in interest to get healthy, develop abilities, and become more spiritual, which are all clear signs of a willingness to change. Also, there is an increasing interest in subtle energies, beings, and worlds. People begin to accept dragons and unicorns again as beings from subtle worlds that are real. People talk with angels Page | 114

and nature spirits again.

These all are beautiful signs. However, the coronavirus outbreak shows us that it is still somewhat superficial. As soon as our fears are triggered, we go into a survival mode. We become “believers� in what others who we see as leaders tell us, or fight and deny it. However, real change comes from learning to find our truth. That does not mean we do not respect the beliefs of others. It means that we increase our frequencies by following the truth of our hearts. That is our contribution at a personal level. When enough people start doing that, the collective will change. Once we change enough, the alliance will invite us to become part of it and contribute to the creation of the new world.

The challenge for each one of us is to connect with our hearts, listen to it, and live our lives in alignment with it. Are you up for the challenge?

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet� because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

Our justice system is millions of years old, based on the original Lemurian system that was used when we lived on the surface in homes and communities similar to yours. We took this form of democracy with us when we decided to go underground 12,000 years ago. Our knowledge is vast, since our lives are long. We still have people alive who are 20,000–30,000 years old, and who, because of their lengthy age spans, remember "all that was" when we lived on the surface. These souls are wise indeed, for they have conscious access to all accumulated knowledge from that time forward. This is one of the ways we keep our laws pure, for we have the Divine Standard of God to base them on from the past. This was a time when we had reached glorious heights of evolvement.

Fortunately for us, we have been undisturbed beneath the Earth to carry on our evolution in peace and prosperity. Because of this, our evolution on all levels keeps increasing as the years go on. Someday soon, you, too, will be in the position of experiencing life in the peaceful and prosperous way it was meant to be lived. Then you, too, can gain in strength and wisdom, and evolve into the God Beings that you are.

All life needs peace for evolvement to take place. Without peace, species just struggle for survival, and never have "time" to add to the strength and wisdom that they have accumulated. So peace is a necessary factor for evolvement, and evolvement is a necessary factor for the continuation of a species.

All your brothers and sisters are here with you now; albeit, they are still in the higher dimensions, but they are here monitoring and protecting your planet.

They are here to guide you on your path of evolvement to the Stars. So look to us, all of us who are here with you, whether from above or below, and call to us for strength and guidance. For we are all here for you, so that all of us, together, will find our way back home into the higher dimensions of Light.

This phase on your planet is activating all this. In this way it is only telling everyone that my subconscious is activated and is trying to unravel those blockages inside me that are hindering all change in my life. The blockages in subconscious hinder progress in man's life. When you realize this, you can accept these states which are happening in you and understand that they are love. They are the key that can open the door to the subconscious and to the locks in there. When you accept this state and the keys, the emotional locks can be opened. It is very important to realize this, for then man will not deny his emotions and will not classify and analyze them, instead he will accept all his emotional states as they are. The emotional state can then rise to be lived and to be freed and the inner blockages can disappear.

Your world is a culture of power, and when a child is still small, he accepts this culture from his environment. He adopts the attitudes "good/bad" and as he grows, he learns to deny himself and he learns to compare himself with the surroundings. The feelings that are born this way will very often cause insecurity in the child, so the child denies himself. He is trying to adapt to the environment and to what is the prevailing comprehension of the word "good" in the environment. He tries to be good to earn love and to be enough. How often does this occur in your world at the moment as ever increasing restlessness, violence and crime? It is exactly the same thing which is manifested as extremes underneath everything: the need to get for oneself that which is everybody's basic right, or the need for love.

Everyone finds his own way to get the void filled, depending on the structure of the personality and those conditions in which the individual is growing and living. Someone becomes active, makes trouble and gets what he needs that way. In this way he gets attention and gets noticed. Whereas the other one tries to be good. How many illnesses are there in your world which are related to self-esteem and to the pursuit of perfection and behind which is the same need for love? It can have myriad manifestations.

Your social structure is shaking when the state of people is shaking because the state of the society is based on the state of people. You can realize this and accept your emotions as they are, and the door to the subconscious is opened. Then those prejudiced blockages become undone as emotional expression, when love can rise and what I really am can manifest itself. When the subconscious opens and I accept my feelings and myself as I am, I learn to be aware of my personality structure, and through myself, I learn to realize that all you can see has its own background. Underneath everything and in the background of every human being, there is the same need for love. When I accept and recognize Page | 128

what I am, where I come from, and why I am the way I am, I can love myself and accept myself as a human being. I can accept that at the moment I am like I am and underneath everything, I am born of love.

When I am looking at other people, I can see that they are love. Every individual is born of love and every individual is love, being love itself. As much as my self-knowledge and self-acceptance is increasing, I can also see behind other people and see what is real in them. In this way I can act out of love in every state and realize what is love in that state.
