"What's Going on For June 2020?"

June's moon has a variety of names. And it's referred to as the Full Strawberry Moon, the Rose Moon, the Hot Moon, and the Mead Moon. The next full moon is June 5, 2020.

As a consequence, there will be a very thin ring of sunlight that will shine around the dark silhouette of the moon, resulting in an "annular" eclipse, Page | 16

A partial eclipse will be visible from virtually all of Asia, Africa and northern Australia.

Summer Solstice & Litha

What is the longest day of the year? It's called Summer Solstice. In the northern hemisphere, the summer solstice, or longest day of the year, this year it falls on Saturday, June 20. The solstice officially marks the beginning of astronomical summer, which ends when the autumn equinox falls on September 22. Day and night will be at almost equal length on this day, as the sun crosses the celestial equator and moves southward into the northern hemisphere.

What happens during the summer solstice?

The summer solstice occurs when the tilt of Earth's axis is most inclined towards the sun. Traditionally, the summer solstice period fell between the planting and harvesting of crops.

The term 'solstice' derives from the Latin word 'solstitium', meaning 'sun standing still'. Some prefer the more teutonic term 'sunturn' to describe the event. Astrologers say the sun seems to 'stand still' at the point on the horizon where it appears to rise and set, before moving off in the reverse direction.

The day marks the ancient middle of summer. It has significance for pagans who have always believed that midsummer day holds a special Page | 17

power. Midsummer's eve was believed to be a time when the veil between this world and the next is at its thinnest, and when fairies were thought to be at their most powerful.

Litha was long known as Midsummer, an older name for the Solstice that emphasizes the actual course of the warmer months in the Northern Hemisphere. The name “Litha” is traced back to an old Anglo-Saxon word for the month of June.

"I'm So Happy To Be Me" By Joan Post

Not many of us are really happy with who we are, at least not in all aspects of our life, and for many of us not in any aspects of our life.

We live in two worlds, the one the outside world is a witness to, which is often much different than the second, the one inside our own mind; the one where the same you talks to another you. Inside of your own mind there’s the you who is often a harsh critic. The scolding you generally leads to decreased self-esteem and confidence. We are Page | 18

relentless in saying to ourselves, we aren’t good enough. This scenario can play itself over and over again for a lifetime, causing us to stay stuck when we are meant to grow, expand, become more. Notice I didn’t say better, because my belief is that in any “stage” we are perfect, whole and complete just the way we are. A tomato seed is perfect whole and complete. Nourish it and the seed disappears (effectively dying) as it becomes roots and a little sprout. At this stage the tomato plant is also perfect whole and complete. (When you grow and expand, your old self dies also giving way to a new and more expanded version of you.) We know we can be so much more, yet we don’t risk growth because we fear we won’t make the grade, and most of us are uncomfortable with vulnerability. We are afraid of not succeeding, or being laughed at or criticized, so we defeat ourselves, even before we get started, by not trying; staying safe in our small world that feels comfortable and strangely out of focus and uncomfortable at the same time. The tomato seed never has a selfawareness challenge to deal with; it just keeps growing and eventually becomes dozens of juicy tomatoes which are whole, perfect and complete just the way they are….and really yummy to eat. All this in one tomato seed; imagine the infinite potential in your mind. Imagine what you could choose to create in this world. Our very animal nature continually fights our divine nature. Our animal nature has this amygdala primitive brain that wants to keep us safe, protected, “comfortable.” Our animal brain is driven by three things says Harry Palmer creator of the Avatar Course: 1. Who is going to eat me, 2.

Who am I going to eat, and 3. Who am I going to mate with. Along side this animal brain we have our Divine Mind that is always and forever open for expansion and growth. It drives us toward self-actualization (Maslow.) When we are not utilizing our innate gifts of the mind (imagination, will, perception, memory, intuition and Reason) to expand our awareness and grow our being-ness, we try to rationalize these opposites away; hence, a continuous internal conflict.

The good news: it doesn’t have to be like this. When you think about your capacity, your potential, infinite possibilities exist. What do you really want to do, be or have? What makes you happy, fills you with joy at the thought of it being in your life? In that secret mind of yours that no one is tuned into but you, what do you yearn for? We all know our yearnings; be honest with yourself, listen – hear the shouting?

There are some of us that have buried our yearnings so deep, it will Page | 19

take some digging to uncover them. Believe me when I say it is worth the work. It can be scary once you admit you have a burning desire because now there’s no being satisfied; you must choose to live by it if you truly want to create the life of your dreams. No more listening to the lies your mind tells you; (yes your mind lies to you all the time, it’s the amygdala brain keeping you safe) there is no going back once you awaken your passion. Your paradigms (a multitude of habits which run your life from your subconscious brain consisting of thinking patterns, beliefs, emotions and the physical, bodily actions that result from these) generated in the past are in control. You can determine a lot about your habits of being (these are on auto pilot and make up between 94 to 96% of your life) by looking at your life results. If you don’t have the money you want, the friends you want, the job/business you want, the partner/spouse you want, etc. then it is your paradigms and the limited beliefs that are ingrained in your subconscious that cause these results. Change your paradigms/limiting beliefs, grow your life. Sounds so simple, right?

Most paradigms are impressed on your subconscious in early childhood. To change them, get off auto brain paths that repeat involuntarily the same pattern over and over again causing the same result. Your brain likes efficiency and has created super highways to keep you automatically thinking, feeling and doing the same things over and over again. Once a pattern has been established, it repeats over and over and over again for a lifetime, unless you consciously choose a new pattern with your reasoning mind.

By now you might be saying, no way can I change, I don’t even know what my patterns are. The good news is you don’t need to go into the past and try to figure out where it all began; the how, when, where, what and why. You need only to look at the results you don’t like and be committed to changing them. For instance, I was committed to buying a different house. The house I am living in is quite satisfactory, but it didn’t meet all my wants. I wanted a garage I could park my car in (I really dislike winter mornings scraping ice off my windshield and brushing snow that inevitably lands on me.) I wanted my own private backyard. Our house has two apartments downstairs which is good for paying the mortgage but not so good for noise control and privacy. You get the picture. Eight years ago I decided I would buy the “Taylor House.” Mr. Taylor went into a senior facility and one of his sons told me they were selling the house. I told him do not post a for Page | 20

sale sign, I’m going to buy this house. I had no idea where I was going to get the money from, I just knew I could get it from wherever it was.

A committed decision is a powerful thing and allows magical manifestations. That house sat in pre-foreclosure for 8 years; no one was buying it. I had to let go and let God. In the meantime I had a chair on the porch of that house that I sat on every morning I took a walk. I called it my dream porch. I imagined that house was mine; I cooked dinner, cut the grass, had sweet dreams, jumped in the hot tub, had parties there. In my mind I lived there. For eight years that house was mine even though I did not technically own it. When the bank finally auctioned that house, I won the bid, I had no doubt I wouldn’t.

You can have what you want, be who you want, do what you want if you let go of your animal energy that wants to keep you safe, and secure. Living from your divine self can be somewhat scary at first.

You have to conquer your innate fear of the unknown and conquer the terror barrier, and then do it over and over again and again to keep growing from your innate genius as a spiritual being living in a human/animal body. I am always telling people we are a drop of God in the ocean of humanity. That drop of God allows us to create our lives. Look around at the creative nature of man. I am continually in awe with what our new smart phones can do. It was not very long ago I had a party phone attached to a wall. Neighbors shared the same number. As spiritual beings our human duty is to continually create.

We are always for greater expansion and expression. Each of us as individuals has that same capacity to create; are you creating or disintegrating? Are you conforming to your situation or being courageous and venturing out to brave new worlds created first in your individual imaginations.

Do you want to be happy, to be you; stop hiding your true self?

Imagine every day being who you are meant to be; aligning the inside of you with the outside world. No more pretending. No more harsh criticism. You are thriving and continually striving to be more, expanding your awareness repeatedly to greater and greater elevations. You wake up every morning with a smile on your face excited to create your life of purpose and passion. Imagine how your heart emotion would feel – pure love for yourself and life. Imagine how your mind would perform, searching constantly for your next big Page | 21

idea to implement. An idea worthy of your God-beingness. No fear just joy in the thought of its completion. Once you really get how amazing your mind is, you will be happy to be you.

Actions to take to reach the goal, “I Am Happy To Be Me” 1. Creating the you you are in love with. a. Write down on a piece of paper exactly who you want to be. Be very specific. This must come from you not who your parents, friends, partner, etc. wants you to be. You will know by the thoughts in your mind that connect to the loving emotion in your heart and fill you with joy. You will be in love with the new image of you and the specific characteristics you are creating. b. Everyday take time (15 to 60 minutes throughout the day) to imagine the new you on the screen of your mind. Close your eyes and see the star of this movie, you, on your mind-screen. Feel into your self-movie as if it is real (It is, you’re creating it) and become aware of your thoughts, feelings, and actions utilizing your five senses. Create stories and pictures that fill you with joy. c. Imagine and focus every day on the person you are becoming until this imaginative thought energy is transmuted on the physical plane to create the more expansive you. Be consistent and persistent. d. Write a Life Script (Peggy McCall), record it and play it for yourself every day.

2. Decide on an aspect of your life (finances, relationship, education, health, etc.) you would like to change because you are not happy with this aspect of your life. a. Notice the things/results that you are not happy with. (Do not dwell on these) b. Write down what you want instead in this aspect of your life.

Be very clear, descriptive and detailed (The universe does not understand “I want to be happy.”) Write in present tense, “I am so happy and grateful now that I have …….. “ c. Choose a date by which you will have what you want. d. Repeat over and over and over again, “What I conceive, and believe I can achieve.” until you believe it. No one, including you and me, can outperform their belief system. You must suspend disbelief to create what you want.

e. Imagine in your mind the thing you want already existing. See it/feel it on the screen of your mind. Do this before you get out of bed and right before you go to sleep. f. Become aware of ideas flowing in your mind as to HOW. You don’t have to have an entire detailed plan, but you do need somewhat of a plan so you can begin to take action. g. START NOW! Don’t wait until you feel ready. Fear will hold you back and that start date may never come. No one ever feels ready for the unknown. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. START and continue forward every day toward the realization of your want.

3. Repeat 1 and 2 throughout the course of your life. Once you get to a certain place you see the potential of more expansion and so you choose another expanding self-image and another dream to be realized. Every day use your imagination to be the superstar of your own movie.

NOTE: One of the agreements in the Four Agreements is, “Don’t take it personally.” Repeat this mantra whenever anyone wants to put you down for creating a magnificent version of you – a powerful, aware, confident being you adore. Be the Buddha and do not let negative comments or energy penetrate your spiritual armor. We live in a world of duality. For every thought, belief, emotion, action there is an equal and opposite thought, belief, emotion, action. Send compassion and love to those you perceive are trying to “hurt” you for they do far greater damage to themselves.

"Emotional and Spiritual Quarantine Survival Guide" By Barry & Joyce Vissell

As a psychiatrist and nurse-psychotherapist, Joyce and I would like to remind you all about the most important things to remember and practice in this often difficult Covid-19 era. The following points will help you more than survive emotionally and spiritually, but more importantly, to thrive, both as an individual and in your relationships. There has been a lot of emphasis on physical survival, which of course is important. In the following, we would like to also emphasize the non-physical ways to thrive at this time.

Gratitude is high on the list. There is always something for which you can be thankful. Gratitude lifts the spirit immediately. It is a rapid path to emotional and spiritual well-being. Think it, speak it out loud, or write it down, as much as you can. It will make you feel better. Connection. We keep reminding everyone: social distancing refers only to physical distancing. Isolation leads to worsening depression, anxiety, and a host of other problems, not to mention a weakened immune system which makes you more vulnerable to getting physically sick. In a recent shopping experience at Costco, people’s fear of catching the Coronavirus was palpable. Not only were people keeping the six-foot minimum distance from one another, but most everyone was avoiding eye contact or speaking to strangers, as if this would make them more vulnerable, and the virus can be spread by eye contact. Yes, this social phobia happens to a lesser degree in “normal” times, but it was now exaggerated. I tried to make eye contact, but that didn’t work. I tried to say hello to people I passed in the aisles. I was too often met with nervous and suspicious glances.

God forbid I should cough. It would start a stampede!

Reach out several times a day to people you know, especially to those who may be isolated. Not just email or text, but use the phone also.

It’s never been more important to do this. Now’s the time to appreciate those you love, especially if you are quarantined with them.

Couples, being quarantined together will bring up hidden issues that normally don’t come up. Joyce and I are counseling couples (as well as individuals) over Skype and Zoom, and seeing a number of quarantine-specific problems. There’s the effect of couples not taking enough space from each other. Working at home and not going out as much, places couples in much closer proximity to each other, and many couples are not accustomed to this. There are many jokes going around of couples getting sick of one another. Make sure you have adequate physical and emotional space during the day, but eat meals together and try to go to bed together. This really helps! Then there’s the stress and fear, the not knowing and not being able to plan anything, including vacations. This all takes a toll upon relationships.

The couples who suffer the most are the ones who don’t share their fears, or talk about the stresses. Communicate, don’t isolate!!

Meditation is more important than ever. Your mind needs regular training to stay focused and present. Coffee or other stimulants may seem to help but, in the long run, actually weaken your mind’s natural ability to concentrate. One study reports that, in the year 2000, the Page | 26

average human attention span was 12 seconds. In 2013, it had dropped to 8 seconds. And here’s the sad news. The average attention span of a goldfish is 9 seconds. Goldfish are slightly better than us when it comes to focus! We suggest simple techniques like following your breath, rather than complicated visualizations. And, whenever possible, limit your time in front of screens, like watching TV, Facebook, YouTube, being bombarded with virus news and other sensory overload. This is especially important if you work at home, watching your computer screen for hours on end.

Creativity. Do something creative every day, whether it is art, music, cooking (but not too much cooking!), writing, gardening, craft work, or anything to express yourself. Joyce and I are working on a new book. I’m writing songs. Joyce grows magnificent roses. Without creativity, the soul withers.

Be of service in a world that needs your love and help. Ask people if you can help them. Suggest specific ways. Even be creative in your acts of service. Support organizations that are helping in this time of greater need. Remember the words of Mother Teresa, “We cannot all do great things, but we can do small things with great love.”

Get outside, especially in nature if you can. Walk next to trees to breathe their exhaled oxygen. Get your hands in the earth if you have a garden. There is much healing to be found in growing plants. Your body and soul need fresh air and exercise. If you can, give yourself several outdoor breaks a day.

Most important: Be gentle with yourself. Do not expect to get more done just because you seem to have more time. Many of you actually have less time, like those of you working at home and watching your children at the same time. We have a very busy friend who, for many years, has looked forward to having more time so she could finally clean out a certain closet. Now she is quarantined in her home. Has the closet gotten cleaned? No. Other things are still more important.

So please don’t make this time about accomplishing more. Make it about loving and accepting yourself more.

"Releasing Fear With Angel Numbers" By Sarah Itkin

I've really been struggling with intense bouts of anxiety and fear about money on and off my entire adult life. I originally chose a career in Social Work, the lowest paying profession in the country, and often found myself living from paycheck to paycheck. If only my education as a child included learning to cope with fear of not being able to pay my bills! I could have been equipped to handle a tight budget. Instead, there were times when I felt like I couldn’t breathe from worry.

When I left my salary in social work and committed to earning my way as an intuitive healer and solopreneur, I knew I would need encouragement from spirit to stick with my plan. In fact, I don't know if I would have had the guts to move forward without constant reassurance from the divine realm. In this blog post I will share my experiences with angels so you can trust that the angels will be there to guide you when you need them most.

Leaving the safety net of a regular paycheck was and continues to be a huge challenge, but being able to perform my life's work by being in service is worth every moment of worry. I never know when or from where exactly the money is going to come in each month, but thankfully it comes. And it seems to flow more freely when I release, surrender, and let go.

The key to living a happy, serene life is letting go of expectations. I always admire free spirits for so many reasons. They are experts at letting go. Letting go is FREEDOM. These people are so dialed in to being present they don't worry about the future. Successful spiritual healers and teachers are deeply rooted in faith in a higher power.

I am absolutely NOT a free spirit, but I'm working on getting there. I believe the spiritual experience is like a rubber band. I have moments or days feeling the abundance of the universe, like I'm soaring. I think to myself, I made it! I finally rid myself of the fear of not having enough. I finally trust that I will have everything I need to be okay.

Then I take my car in to get fixed and I have to pay $2000 in repairs.

Boom. Fear leaps back into my heart within a split second.

When it comes down to it, surrendering your fears is a skill that can be learned. I'm committed to mastering this skill so I can know what true spiritual freedom tastes like.

I'm often asked to define the concept of angels. From my perspective, angels are celestial entities whose mission is to help humans lead happy and peaceful lives. I was raised in the Jewish faith and was taught that angels are messengers of God. This resonates with me because I have a strong faith in God. But angels aren’t only for believers in traditional religion. I believe that all of us can evolve, expand our awareness and fully embrace the certainty that we are truly not alone on this planet.

Can you imagine what it would be like if we could see the angels and loving spirits every day and we could hear them talking to us?

Reassuring us that everything would be okay in the end? Showing us that there is so much more to our existence than the physical plane?

In the meantime angels respond to our anguish with signs. We just need to learn how to recognize them! For example, angels communicate with us by revealing repetitive number patterns. Most people notice 11:11 first, usually because they happen to look at the clock precisely at that time on more than one occasion. The trick is that the angels get us to look up at that moment. That's how you'll know you're not making it all up.

Noticing angel numbers and understanding their meanings is a lot easier than trying to hear the angels speak to you directly unless your intuition is off the charts.

Shortly after I developed my intuitive gifts I came to the realization that I didn't want to be a therapist anymore. It was my life's purpose to be an intuitive healer full time. But I couldn't see how I would be able to make enough money doing it to support myself. I needed little nudges of encouragement in order to fully believe that I would become successful.

When I reached a level of intense dissatisfaction at my last job, I started to see the number 69 everywhere. My phone number has a 69 in it, there was a 69 on my license plate, and as I drove to and from work each day I noticed 69s on other license plates. I randomly parked in front of houses numbers that were labeled 69. I bought items that were x amount of dollars and 69 cents.

I became friends with a woman at my CrossFit gym (of all places) who told me that angels communicate through numbers. She referred me to a website, www.joannesacredscribes, posted by Joanne Walmsley, an expert on angel numbers. According to Joanne, angel number 69 means that, "The angels are asking you to 'let go' and 'release the old'. It is a message that reassures you that whatever leaves your life will be replaced with something 'new' and 'better'...Angel number 69 also suggests that an important phase or cycle is ending in your life for very karmic reasons. These necessary endings and closures will lead you to find your true path and purpose which the angels are prompting you to fully undertake. Your angels encourage you to get to work on your divine life purpose and soul mission safe in the Page | 31

knowledge that all of your monetary and material needs will be met along the way. As you focus on and spend your time, energy and efforts on your spiritual interests and passions, the universe will provide for your needs. Give any fears or concerns to your angels for healing and transmutation and be prepared to live your spiritual truths".

Boy, did that resonate at the time! It was an awesome reminder that I was being guided along my path. Every time I saw that number I felt safe and held by the angels. I read that the angels will send more angel number patterns your way once they have your attention.

I was reaching the end of my rope at the agency I was working at and saw no end in sight. One night when I was despairing, a car with the license plate 777 pulled out right in front of me. Then I started seeing 777's everywhere. The meaning according to Joanne is that it was time to reap rewards for my hard work. I was able to leave my job about 6 months later.

I'm from Rochester, New York, home of Kodak and trash plates (a trash plate is a pile of artery clogging delights on a plate). I was planning on living in Rochester for the rest of my life, even though I wanted to live under a therapeutic light box so I could cope with the long, gray winters.

A year into my practice as an intuitive healer, my cousin Emily, who is more like a sister to me, revealed that she and her family would be moving to Boulder, Colorado. I was absolutely devastated. When they left, I literally felt like a huge piece of me was dying. In an effort to console me, Emily suggested that I move out to Boulder as well. She thought it would be a great place for my business.

But Boulder is the land of kombucha and honey! It's a mecca for healers of all shapes and sizes. I thought I would be competing with a million psychic mediums, while in Rochester my gifts were fairly unique.

At the same time, I was becoming really skilled at manifesting. I learned that if I told the angels I desired something and let it go completely, I would get what I wanted. So, I told the universe I wanted Page | 32

to travel between Rochester and Boulder, spending large chunks of time in each place.

I decided to visit Emily and give readings at a psychic fair outside of Boulder. When I arrived, I saw number patterns 22, 55, and 555's everywhere. According to Joanne, these numbers mean that monumental changes would be taking place and everything would be okay. One of the meanings of 22 is that the most ambitious dreams would come to reality.

The psychic fair was slow, but I intuitively knew that the fair would open many doors for me and I would experience financial abundance as a result. A few minutes later I gave a reading to Clay McCaw, an actor and producer who was searching for a medium to be in his docu-series. He enjoyed the reading and offered me the position! I moved to Boulder a few months later, and I've been able to go to Rochester every two or three months for a few weeks at a time. My wish was fulfilled in the most miraculous way!

Packing up and moving my practice to Boulder was terrifying. I was so fearful that I wouldn't be able to support myself after my contract for the documentary ended. Joanne says that Number 444 means that "your connection with your angels and the angelic realm is very strong at this time. You are encouraged to continue on our current path as your drive and determination will lead to success and fulfillment". Wouldn't you know that the three-digit central office code for many businesses in Boulder County is 444? I kid you not.

The angels reveal themselves to use in so many different ways. All we have to do is open our arts and receive.

"The Three Winds" By Lee Carroll/Kryon A message from Kryon channeled by Lee Carroll Saturday, 23 February, 2013 at Canada Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. So the time between when I last spoke to you and now doesn't even exist for me. It is difficult to explain to a linear Human Being what it is like not to have time. All things occur at once, so it's an odd thing to talk about, for in your minds your future to you is not known and your past cannot be revisited. So to you, your existence is always in the present. However on my side we are in all three realities, but we call it the now. These concepts are only energies, but you assign a 3D time location to each of them.

For instance, THE PAST: Past actions in 3D cannot be changed, but the memories of them can. So, therefore, if you rewrite your reaction to Page | 34

something that happened in the past and it changes YOU in the present, then what have you done? You just visited the past and have rewritten it!

THE FUTURE: You say your future is not known to you, yet the potentials of what you might do are indeed known. As you change your mind today, in a certain way you are then changing the potentials of what you may do tomorrow. Therefore, rewriting the future is doable today. When you make an appointment to go somewhere tomorrow, does that make you a fortune teller when you arrive at the scheduled event? If you cancel the appointment at the last moment, did you change your future? "Wait a minute, Kryon.

These are things we have control over, so it's not the same as a future that is a mystery to us." What If I told you that to us, there is no difference.

"Appointments" are scheduled and unscheduled in a reality that you can't easily see in 3D, but they are still potentials you create for yourself. We see it all as one thing, and it helps us to give you the kind of channel we're going to give you in this transcription. We're going to call the channel The Three Winds.

Much of this information has been given in pieces and parts over many years.

However, now we put it together. You've heard some of the terminology and we have alluded to it before, and now we wish to lay it all out as a carpet that will contain many answers and perhaps some controversies. Some of these things may not agree with what you might have heard from others, and this is where your divine discernment comes into play, for your intuitive sense should now be used to see if these things I'm going to tell you make sense or not. You can start to use what I would now call spiritual logic.

The Human Soul First of all, the Human Being and the Human Being's soul are seen as one item to us. It is never split up in our reality and is in many places at once. But for your understanding and for this lesson, we have the soul in only four places at once. The three winds are three of the four, and the other place your soul resides is home. That's where I am, dear ones, and we don't call it a wind because there is no wind when you're at home. There is no action for or against, and there is nothing pushing or pulling. It is so difficult, if not impossible, to describe something to you that is so close to you, yet so hidden.

Home is not one of the winds, for it is where you always are.

A piece of God is in you, yet what it is like to be on my side of the veil will remain hidden as long as you are a Human. It has to, for the test of energy that you are working on as a Human must remain in a certain kind of reality and consciousness for you to exist on the planet and work the puzzle. But there's no wind when you're home. Home is the place you are when you are not in one of the winds. Home is your natural "God state".

How Humans "See" God You're a piece of the soup of God, which is measured in innumerable parts, yet all is one. The very essence of entanglement [a physics term describing a quantum attribute where things are locked into one reality regardless of distance] are the attributes of God. When you are in touch with your HigherSelf, you are in touch with all the parts of you. Sometimes Humans think that they're getting messages from angels, and these angels are given messages from other angels, and so on and so forth. Humans see a hierarchy of authority in everything, since it exists in their own reality. But with God, there's no such thing, for the wisdom of God is a singular wisdom, which is always the same wisdom and is fully present all the time, everywhere. The truth is the truth, and because you have a piece of God in you, you become aware of an absolute truth as you awaken spiritually. This is why you can take an awakened Human Being from another part of the world that is foreign to you, speaking another language that is not yours, and find the same truth.

The God inside you is the same as the one inside them.

So as we give this lesson, honor your intuition, that part of your mind that discerns using spiritual logic. Some of you may actually have a revelation of what we are speaking of as we discuss the Three Winds.

The Three Winds Human Being, there is nothing more honored within the Human life scenario than the Three Winds. They represent one of the three states that Humans are always in. Two of them are brief and one of them is long. There is the Wind of Birth, the Wind of Existence, and the Wind of Transition. In your words, you would say birth, life, and death. We don't use those words since they are biased to a 3D reality, which often is your only view of the truth.

The Wind of Birth The Wind of Birth is different from the actual physical event that you call birth. For us, the Wind of Birth is you right before you enter (taking your first breath). In each "wind", we're going to start by dismissing the fallacies and giving you the truth. So let us discuss as much as we are able and start with the energy at the Wind of Birth.

Imagine yourself as a piece of the whole, a part of the love element of the Universe, and a part of the wisdom of God. You're ready to go back to your planet, but you do not have the mind of a Human. What is involved? What energies spin around it that get you to this place? Who is able to be in the Wind of Birth and is there a system?

These things are difficult to describe, for they are not linear. Understand that you are aware of only linear things, since it is your reality. Your 3D reality as you sit there reading is only aware of one solitary life on Earth. But in this Page | 36

quantum Wind of Birth, we are seeing you standing at the precipice of another reality, returning to the planet after many lifetimes [speaking to old souls now]. So as you stand there, you are about to reconnect as a Human Being into the planet's energy in a certain way. The "wind" of the 3D reality you are about to step into blows against you with great force. You seem to "lean into it" as we make our final love words to you. You are about to disconnect from the reality of Spirit, willingly give away your memory of all that is, and return to Earth yet again. What a beautiful time!

What are the attributes or "rules" of this as you connect again to humanity?

First, let me tell you what they're not, for so much of this is misunderstood.

The first thing you should know is that the Human Being is absolutely unique.

On this planet of the coming and going of sacred souls, Humans all have a divine part that we call the Higher-Self. All 3D Human DNA structure and the potentials within are identical. The only thing that differentiates one from the other are within the quantum DNA portions - the energy of the Akashic Record.

The Power of the Akash The Akashic Record holds within it the ability and potential for enormous energy, depending upon what the Human has done in past lives. If the Human has awakened to spiritual potential before, then there is more energy than if they had not. Therefore, the potential creation of an enlightened old soul is literally available at the Wind of Birth, for it's about prior knowledge and experience and what you've done before on the planet. It's about who you were, what you have accomplished, and if you ever awakened to the workings of the light puzzle before or not, if you are returning or if it's the first time.

So the Akashic Record is not just a record of how many times you've been here, but rather how much spiritual knowledge and life experience you have awakened to through all your planetary experience. The Akash is a sacred library that you pick up and hold through each lifetime and then into the next.

You add to it every time you come and go on the planet, and it helps to develop and alter what your next life may be about. Remember the axiom we have given in the past: You will never have to return to a less-aware state.

Once you open the metaphor of the "spiritual Akashic jar", all spiritual learning is available from all lifetimes, all accomplished learning.

Your Biology is Not All From the Earth The Human Being's soul is a piece of God and is unique on the planet.

However, biologically, the Human is not an animal of Earth. In fact, your unique Human chemistry proves it, since you have "fused DNA" that creates the 23 chromosome separation from the rest of Earth biology. You did NOT evolve from Earth!

The Human species as you see it today is not the Human species of 200,000 years ago. So the first realization for you is that your entire corporeal existence is not as "an animal of your planet", despite what biologists will tell you. There was help along the way with an "awakening to light and dark" within your DNA. Even the most basic of religions tell you about this event as the divine "creation story" common to all humanity. The Human you are today is unique to the Universe and has amazing creative powers, just as the masters of the earth all told you.

The Animals System Animals have their own kinds of energies, and even some of them have their own kinds of animal soul-groups. Animals are on the planet for several reasons, and we've told you all this before. However, all of them are on the planet as part of the balance of Gaia, and many as friends to Humans. They hold the energy of life for Earth, and sometimes they are here to love.

Certain kinds of animals have animal souls and incarnate within their own groups, but always in service to humanity. Their own soul groups come back as animals - only animals. They do not cross the soul barrier into a HigherSelf being. Animals do not graduate into Human Beings. But it is very easy for Humans to think they do, because this is the way Human thought has always worked for you. In your opinion, you graduate into higher levels and then you become better. Therefore, those who would look at the scheme of life would probably say, "A soul starts as an animal and then works its way up to become Human." However, this is not the case and never was, dear one. A Human Being has a beautiful Higher-Self, which is the core soul of God energy.

The Human Spiritual System The puzzle during your life is about how much of this truth of being part of the creator you can accept. How far can you open the quantum door to see this truth when you are alive? This single attribute determines how enlightened you become during life. Listen: It's not how much knowledge and experience in is your Akash, but how much you allow yourself to believe it.

There are many old souls on this planet who have an amazing amount of spiritual learning, yet they don't want to touch that "spiritual jar" within them at this point in their lives. This is the free choice of the Human Being we speak about.

There is immense planning that puts you at the Wind of Birth. What did you accomplish during the last lives, if anything? Who were you and what did you do? What energies did you start that were not complete that you wish to continue? What soul group were you in? Who were your parents? Are you in certain soul agreements to become their grandchildren? That is more common than you think! There are so many things that go into the planning of the "entry energy" of your life, and each life potential is different and Page | 38

unique. The planning is done by you when you have "the mind of God" on my side of the veil.

Humans don't like the fact that there is no generic spiritual instruction manual that states, "Here is what happens and here is what to do." Listen, dear ones, humanity is honored way above that! Are all your children the same? Do books on how to raise children always work for your child? The answer is no, because each soul is totally unique. But Humans still wish to have a list of things to do and not to do, as though each soul somehow came out of a spiritual machine that made them all the same. No. Instead, Spirit honors each soul with unique choice and a tremendous variety of energy selections.

The Great Artists There are certain attributes that Humans receive on the planet, and we'll call them creative attributes. These are almost quantum attributes that may take several lifetimes to complete. What often happens to these creatives is that they go through a series of lifetimes as though it were one in order to have completion of their creative cycle. Famous artists will come back, and the first thing they want to do is pick up a brush and continue what they did before.

Famous composers, famous poets and sculptors will come back and simply keep going! It's so obvious, yet you deny this in your scientific way.

So the creatives are different from the others, and their puzzle is to bring the planet the greatest treasures of art through a unified series of lives, yet personally they try to sort out the puzzle of "what they carry inside is valuable, but nobody knows it". If you've noticed, most of the great artists who have even lived and are here today carry a burden that is easily identified as "lack of self-worth". Do you see the set-up? It's ripe for personal discovery, isn't it? So can you see the Human standing in the Wind of Birth, ready to continue what they only began last time? With the "mind of God", there is a smile on their face as they hear the music that they will compose, for it's with them when they arrive.

As you stand at the Wind of Birth, you are completely and totally a unique creature with incomplete energies. It takes more than one short earthly life to create Human attributes that grow into maturity. Even non-creatives (most of you) have a lineage of starting something that never got fully completed.

Sometimes it's within relationships. Sometimes it's learning or teachings. Old souls are good at this coming and going and often pick up where they leave off as they slowly change the planet by their very presence upon it. The old soul is, "Sewing the seeds of light on the carpet of linear time, not even knowing that he will also be harvesting those exact mature plants of wisdom as he returns in a subsequent life."

Therefore, dear one, you don't arrive with a blank slate, but you have to know that, don't you? The old soul feels it. The only ones who arrive with a completely blank slate are the newbies [first timers] and we'll talk about that in the next wind. But this is a room of old souls who are hearing and reading right now. Each of you is here with a spiritual jar that is filled with the experience of living on Earth, and sometimes even the attribute of "awakening to your own mastery".

Akashic Readers There are those who can read your Akash. But unlike a linear file cabinet, they can't read the lifetime in some linear way. Instead, they'll be the energetic lives that stick out, the ones that have a profundity about them for you. These are the lives where you accomplished things, or perhaps even worse, you didn't. There are the lives where dramatic things happened such as early death, loss of children, or battlefield experiences. It's all based on energy and potentials. You'll hear that again, since it's important.

You are standing at the Wind of Birth and you're about to come back to the planet. Laid upon you are all the potentials and possibilities based on your past experience and the imprint of "who you are." You're coming back as part of the spiritual family of Earth, which is what your soul group does. Where will you be? What gender? The most difficult thing for me to describe to you is that the planning is not linear and it is not something that you would see on a logical financial spreadsheet. It's energy based and very often influenced by others. It's, therefore, also family based.

If you have awakened to spiritual truth in a past life, there is strong potential it will greatly change the next life. So an old soul will go to another place that perhaps a young soul would not go. All of this is in the planning before the Wind of Birth, and you're ready for it. You really are. Listen: No Human soul comes to the planet unwillingly or as punishment. Perhaps you should memorize that statement!

The Biggest Change...

Old soul, right before you come back into the planet, the energy is completely different at the Wind of Birth because of what has happened in the last 20 years. In this new energy past 2013, the old soul who is coming back with that spiritual library filled with spiritual purpose is comfortable with this process.

He intuitively remembers very fully what he has been through. Did you hear that? This is different than the last time! This is a result of everything that has happened in these last years. You have changed the rules!

The old soul is not going to be subject to some of the energies that push and pull a younger soul. The old soul has made up his or her mind as part of the planning about what they are going to do that they could not do before within Page | 40

an older energy. This is only possible since they can now plan on having the spiritual jar intuitively open early in the new life. The old soul may even know this now and plan for this before the end of his/her current life, intuitively knowing about the next life during the current life. This is the difference, dear ones. It's the beginning of "intuitive spiritual logic".

We've told you in previous channels about some of the interesting differences between new Humans and ones like you, who have been born into an older energy. We've told you that the quantum DNA alterations that you have created by living many lifetimes of awakening to enlightenment and knowledge will now allow you to be a very different child in your next life. It will be a child who remembers how to read instead of one who is taught how to read; a child who can walk earlier and talk earlier, because he remembers how. This is because the bridge in the DNA is starting to be complete between what was and what is. What this means is that the DNA is starting to quantumly change into its original state of being, which is that of being far more efficient. You will see it first in the children and, dear ones, don't expect to see it in a microscope. Instead, you will have to eventually ask a sociologist to prove any of this, for it will be seen first as a change in Human behavior.

Therefore, old souls will come in as Humans who will not need to start over and be taught everything from scratch, but instead will arrive with a full load of intuitive past-life experience. As their brains develop, they may even remember who they are [old souls who have been here before]. This is the promise of the new energy, especially after 2013. You're going to see changes in some of your children and grandchildren as they arrive and grow up. The stigma of a planet that is going to be destroyed by war or by God will not be among the energies of the new ones. The promise of a planet going into new, unchartered areas of quantum discovery will be upon them. They'll need a whole new set of tools.

Who Has Gone Through This?

Oh, you have all participated in this wind. Everyone in the room has participated in this. You stood there knowing what the life lessons were and the potentials of what was next due to what had happened in previous lives.

These were not misstakes, dear ones. These were the results of potentials and plans you made for your own soul.

There is no newbie here in this room [to be explained]. Not all of you listening and reading, however, are old souls in the classic sense - souls who have been here hundreds of times. But you have been here before, so this counts as one who has walked through the process many times. It's what makes you interested in this material. Did you think of that? There is great variety, however, in the understanding of this knowledge among you. It is absorbed very differently between you. Some will sleep through it and others will be Page | 41

spiritually awakened by it [Kryon smile]. It depends on where you are on the path you planned. Again, each path is unique.

The Wind of Existence We arrive now at the Wind of Existence. This is what you call life. Let us give you the attributes. First, no matter what you have been told by spiritual authority, you are not here as punishment. You're not here to be tested.

Sometimes we call your life a test, but it's a test of energy, not of you! Gaia then measures the energy of the planet and passes the results to the very fabric of time and existence - to the Great Central Sun. It's the measurement of the vibration of the earth via the Crystalline Grid, which plays a part in a much larger scenario that we have not discussed much.

Therefore, the test is whether Humans can change that earth measurement by their consciousness. That's the test. Again, Humans are not here to be tested, but rather you're here as family. The bridge between the Wind of Birth and the Wind of Existence is not subtle. It's where you remove everything you know about the truth and come in with it blocked out. When you step into that Wind of Birth, you're no longer aware that you are a piece of the Universe.

There is no longer the connection to the consciousness of God itself. You don't remember where you came from or what you've been through.

The newer energy now has you awaken to intuitive potentials of remembering these truths. They are in your Akash, but available only through intent. As we have indicated, some old souls don't necessarily awaken at all! Sometimes an old soul who has had a very difficult and profound previous lifetime will soar through this current life as a vacation from spiritual things and never claim they are interested. But, dear ones, you know who they are when you meet them and you can see it in their eyes. Some of you have even married them!

They may not be here at a meeting like this either, but it's the energy of this very thing that attracted you originally.

The Old Soul's Purpose Dear ones, you have to understand the uniqueness of life. It's why we say there are no rules that state that you somehow must awaken to help the planet or that you have to send light while you are here. There simply are no have to’s because the system is complex with variety. This time around, some are simply here to hold the energy of who they are and where they are. The next time around they will do the work, but for now they just hold a place.

Some of you have had these very attributes and it's necessary and needed on the planet. Like a spiritual relay race, some carry the baton swiftly and some sit and watch, but all are part of the event.

Some old souls are simply holding the energy, unaware of any metaphysical journey at all. So this would be like old soul recalibration or rejuvenation.

However, some of you might say, "I'm not certain I like that. It seems like a waste of an old soul's life - of 80 years or more!" Dear ones, is it a waste of three weeks when you go on vacation? No. You often come back rested and ready to work! It's complex and you look at things in the light of "a lifetime".

But for us, it's simply a passing day. It's all about timing. So don't make up your mind what is working and what is not based on your "lifetime clock".

Old souls will have the greatest impact on the planet in the new energy. The ones who have been here the most often will know better what to do than ever before about the conditions they find when they arrive.

The Wind of Existence Categories: New and Learning NEW: The newbies are always arriving. They have to, because the planet has a geometric expansion [population growth] rate. So logically, do you understand that there are new souls arriving all the time? It's obvious. But you can recognize a newbie in a minute when you start talking to them. You say A and they hear B. You'll ask them to go left and they'll walk right. They'll have no idea about anything, how anything works between Humans. They don't really understand if a thing is good or bad. Appropriateness of behavior is a mystery - and it often shows.

They don't know how life works in general. You will slap your head in amazement because you can't believe anybody could be that way! They're new. They don't know about Human nature. They're the ones who can be easily tricked by another Human Being who wants to trick them. Again, you will slap your head and think, "Did they just arrive?" Yes, they did.

They are naĂŻve to the max in all directions and you've seen them. Each of them will have to come back a number of times before they start understanding the whole process of how life works, so there's always quite a number of them. They are not about to be in a meeting like this and are better off being in a meeting that teaches "how Humans work". Many of them wind up on the psychologist's couch to discover more about themselves and, oddly enough, many even end up being psychologists themselves! This is because Human nature is such a vast mystery to be solved by them that they are fully aware how much they needed help, so they become the helpers of other newbies.

LEARNING: Within a few lifetimes, many arrive at a certain state where there is an intuitive awareness of how things work on the planet. There is a better emotional balance and then that Human is a learner. Spiritual knowledge can start to be collected.

Learners are an obvious category. These are the ones who are the potential awakeners, for these are the ones who have the potential to come to a place like this, hear the truth, recognize it or not, and leave. If they don't feel it's something they relate to, it just means the timing isn't right. Again, remember the axiom about returning to a less-aware state? You can't. So even if you don't agree with something or act on something today, it doesn't mean you forget it. Today's foolishness can become tomorrow's wisdom. It just depends on your perception.

Timing is everything. My partner has asked many times, "Kryon, why did I have to awaken to the truth in the middle of my 40s? It would have been so much more efficient if it had been in my 30s!" The answer I have given is all about timing. It's about placing him at the age he needs to be in order to do what he does now, and also what he's going to do next. I'll get to that.

And so, dear ones, those who sit in the chairs in front of me and who are reading are all in the learning category. These are often the older souls and the ones who have awakened to spiritual questions. They sense what is happening on the planet and want to know more. They have a new awareness that the energy is changing and that the earth needs them. They also know that each path is different, so they are sitting in this room now or reading this transcription with that in mind.

This is the way it works, old soul. Some of you have awakened to the spiritual truth of the "Creator inside" many times. Your library is thick with spiritual purpose. Some of you have just awakened in this lifetime and realized you're an old soul. So since you are all here listening and reading, I give you a diversion. It's a complexity you didn't expect and one for the new energy.

An Advanced Complex Quantum Attribute This may be complex, but some of you are ready for it. This idea is intuitive to some here, for it's spiritual logic. I mention this only briefly, since I have given it before and it needs to be included to make the winds explanation as complete as possible.

As I have told you, inside of you there is a library of the Akash. That is to say that there is a truth that you can pull from that is universal. But in a very linear way, you also understand that you can only have in your Akashic library what you have gleaned from your lives on Earth. True or false? We have spoken of this before in this new year of 2013. The answer is, it depends on how quantum you become.

Now, this is very difficult, but now I broach a subject that is completely nonlinear, so listen carefully. If it is true, dear Human Being, that you were seeded by an ascended race from another part of the galaxy [The Pleiadians], Page | 44

that means that you have a piece of their DNA! Everything that they know is in your DNA - and you know where I'm going with this, don't you? That means that you can awaken to great amounts of truth, but truth that is not based on Earth experience. Instead, it's there from what they gave you. This goes way beyond what we have taught you about your Akash, and takes it into a spiritual quantum Akash.

There will be some who ask, "Well then, we come in with that, right? Even the newbie has that? So why don't we remember it as well?" The answer is this: In the new energy [past 2013], there will be those who will start to use what we will call "quantum Akashic tools". Included in these will be the idea of "mining the Akash" [an attribute we have given before] and also the idea of "quantum Akashic inheritance", which will be the beginning of remembering original galactic ancestor knowledge. This will eventually lead to quantum invention on the planet. As Humans become more quantum in their evolution, they will start to pick up these new tools. It's DNA related, and we have spoken of it many times. It's "remembering". But these things will only begin happening to the oldest souls among you, for it happens only after full realization of "God inside".

Karma How does karma play into all this? The learner, who is the one who gets past the state of just "arriving on Earth", now has something called karma, and it's a big energy to work with. So let's explain what it is.

Karma is "unfinished family group energy" that continues from one lifetime to another. It pushes and pulls you around life, and it has nothing to do with predestination. Instead, it has everything to do with predisposition. If you have a lot of karmic energy around you, then you are predisposed to move left or right when certain conditions happen. This is based upon the energies of the past and mostly from Human interaction.

We gave you information back in 1993 when Kryon Book One, The End Times, was published. We told you that old souls now have permission to drop the energy of karma and steer their own way through life, co-creating the energy of what they want instead of having to battle the past. We continue to tell you that karma is an old system of learning and that you are now beyond it.

Karmic energy is still needed for the learners who are not ready to drop it and need to walk through lessons based upon it. Karma is not available to the newbie [first-timer], since the new soul coming in has no past energy to pull from. By the way, that's why they are clueless! But by the second or third time around, they start creating their own karma from the energy of ordinary life that then pushes them to do things in the next.

Once the old soul has dropped karma, it means that he has severed it completely and the next time around, it won't be there either. Again, here is a quantum attribute that states that, "what you create within the patterning of your spiritual DNA today stays forever. It does not have to be done again in the next life." Again, this is not predestination, but know that what you do in this life shapes the next, and in this new energy it is profound, old soul!

Contracts I want to talk to you about contracts. The very word is misunderstood. Do you feel you have a spiritual contract to do something on Earth? Some of you will arrive on the planet and will think, "I am here doing what I'm supposed to be doing in this city because it is my contract." So while you are seemingly fulfilling your contract, what do you do when another person comes along with a better offer but you have to move to another city? It might be a spiritual offer, placing you in a far better place to help people. Oh no! Here is a big puzzle. What happens with your spiritual contract?

Part of you pulls in the direction of, "I must stay here and do what I came for." The other part of you is torn with indecision. Finally, you bolster yourself and say, "My contract is that I must stay here and do my work. No matter what, I will fulfill my contract with God." Let me give you a word to remember - nonsense! Your contract is in invisible ink! Listen, old soul: Every single day of your life has a rewritable spiritual path. Did you know that? This is the essence of co-creation. The only contract you have is to be here, and it is being fulfilled as you read this. So pick up the spiritual pen and write what you need every day. If synchronicity comes along and sweeps you into another area, view it for what it is - it's what you asked for! Feel the truth of it as it occurs. Go with your intuitive feeling and write a new contract for the day, which can disappear tomorrow as you rewrite it into something even better.

Old soul, you've never had an opportunity like this before. In this new energy, you can change the Wind of Existence to match what you need. In these next few years, you'll decide a number of things collectively on this planet.

Through very slow attrition of the old energy dying out, you will gain the upper hand.

There will be greater integrity and old souls will create it. Sometimes the old souls will be represented in young bodies that are awakening quickly. The very plan of what the earth is about will start to take shape. New alliances of nations will take place. More borders will drop, and governments will start to understand a new principle of unity that has never been seen before on the planet. It will eventually create the seeds for real peace on Earth. Even the Middle East will shift.

I've said it before: There will be future generations who will look back and identify everything before 2012 as, "The Barbaric Era". You will see civilization as you know it start in 2013. That is the promise of a real demarcation point coming within three generations. Think about it. Human history has always been about war and conquering. However, you are beginning to turn a corner. As the old energy slowly dies away, survival will be seen as unity and cooperation. It's already happening on the planet, did you notice?

The Wind of Existence is you, working the puzzle, old soul, and you're not in karma and you're not in a contract. Instead, you're in manifestation mode. It may not seem like it, but give it a chance. We've said this before: When you start getting out of survival mode and stop worrying about every single thing, you eventually arrive into manifestation mode. The worry mode is what your parents were taught. You inherited it, but it's not what enlightened beings do.

Instead, they manifest what they need and they don't worry about what they don't have, for it comes to them when they need it through the process of synchronicity - an enlightened concept that gives credibility to divine wisdom inside.

The Wind of Transition The last wind is the Wind of Transition. You call it death. What can I tell you about this that you don't already know? Well, I think I can tell you a lot. First of all, the rules: You don't know what you don't know. You don't know when it's going to happen. Did you know that we need to keep some of you here for a very long time? It's because you are not done with what you started. For others of you, we need you to transition sooner than later in order to follow your own plan. We need you at a new place on the planet soon, when you're young. We need your Akashic knowledge to awaken early and keep developing what you're developing now, because you'll have the energy of youth.

We need you to be a certain age so you can run for office, just as you planned it. We need to have you young for other reasons that should be very obvious to you as you think about it from our standpoint. So, you don't know when you are leaving. Cast away the fear of this transition, so you understand the reasons that are profound and the ones you helped create when you were on my side. The very awakening process helps to decide when you're going to transfer the energy and move through transition yet again.

I want to give you an attribute you probably haven't thought of: Death is fearful. In the corporeal sense, you have an incredible will to survive. The last thing anyone wants, even bacteria, is to die. Survival then pushes you to live and nobody simply walks into death without fear. This will remain, and it's the way it should be. But there is a gift for you that we give you, and you don't Page | 47

even know about it.

At the moment of transition, when your heart stops and you take your last breath, we are there. All the angels from the Great Central Sun are there, too, and they kindle a light that puts you at peace. It's a peace so great that fear cannot exist. In a fraction of a second, you know it's OK. You might call it a spiritual anesthetic, but we call it the gift from the Creator.

So the Wind of Transition from our standpoint, a quantum standpoint, is beautiful. It represents that instant where you realize you're finished with this life. It's only for a second, and then it's gone. Then you move into the process of a three-day remembrance of who you are. Part of you is still on the planet and part of you is with us. All of it is beautiful.

Some Humans have gone through a near-death experience and explained it the best they could, but they all say they came back different. Oh, Human Being, they saw a piece of it; they saw a piece of the creator and when they came back, they exclaimed to you, "You won't believe it! I was dead for a moment and I heard singing and saw light." Just ask them and they'll tell you.

So this is the gift of transition that we have never talked about before. There is no sting in death, Human Being. The only sting is for the ones who remain and don't know where you are. They feel you are gone forever, but you are not. Neither are the souls of those you have lost over the years, dear listener and reader. Did you know that the parents you may have lost will be with you till your last breath? They are holding your hand the whole time. This is complex, but it's part of a beautiful, multidimensional system of soul grouping. Some of you know I'm right, since you have sensed them.

Human Beings, you have to know that your soul group can be in several places at the same time. We've given you that information before. Souls can be reincarnated somewhere else on the planet as a corporeal Human, and also be with you at the same time as what you perceive as a guide. Don't ask the question about "how", because it won't make any sense in your reality. It's a beautiful system. Death has no sting!

If you lose somebody you love, I want you to remember this: They may appear still and cold and gone forever, but that's just in 3D and it's not the truth.

They are alive and well and looking at you, pleading with you to see the energy of love that they represent. They are not gone.

Those are the Three Winds for today. I love to talk about these things for they are near to me all the time. I work with all three, and I'm working with them right now. The energy that is Kryon is a group. It's just like all of you are, since you have these attributes also. I'm part of a group right now who are working with those at the Wind of Birth. through the transition - right now. This is the role of Spirit through the Higher-Self that is yours. Discover God inside. When you do, you will also see that the plan is beautiful, dear ones.

She plays, ignoring the watchers, amusing herself while entertaining the others.

"Outer World Signs of The Birth Of The New Earth" By Patricia Cota Robles

A message from Wednesday, 20 March, 2013 The New Pope, Asteroids, Meteors, Comets, Coronal Mass Ejections from the Sun, the Vernal Equinox, and the International Day of Happiness Since the Birth of the New Earth and the Shift of the Ages which we experienced over the December Solstice in 2012, people have been wondering what in the world is happening. I have been encouraging all of you to pay attention and to look for outer-world events that indicate we have gone through a quantum shift of consciousness. It is important to observe that indeed powerful changes are taking place on a daily basis. There is certainly no shortage of signs that things are changing at warp speed. If you will just reflect on what has happened in the first three months of 2013, you will be amazed. This year has been heralded as the year of New Beginnings, and it is definitely living up to that declaration.

KNOW that you are an awakening Child of God. Please open your heart and mind and contemplate the following information through the "new eyes and new ears" of your true God Self, your I AM Presence. When you see the bigger picture from this higher level of consciousness, everything will make perfect sense.

So far this year we have experienced an unusual influx of asteroids, meteors, comets, and extremely powerful solar flares. This may seem like just a coincidence, but nothing is happening by accident. The Elemental Kingdom is the Divine Intelligence that magnetizes the unformed primal Light substance into the matrixes that form all physical matter, including asteroids, meteors, comets, and solar flares. What the Elemental Kingdom creates is always a reflection of Humanity's consciousness. Moment by moment, as Humanity expresses our thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs the Elemental Kingdom brings them into manifest form in perfect Divine Order.

The reflection of Humanity's positive thoughts and feelings manifest as positive, life-enhancing experiences in our lives. Humanity's negative Page | 54

thoughts and feelings manifest as challenging and often painful experiences in our lives. Our negative thoughts and feelings also manifest as inclement weather conditions and cataclysmic earth changes. But it is important to understand that even during the most catastrophic event, there is not a blade of grass or a grain of sand that is moved without the deliberate intent of the Elemental Kingdom. So why are asteroids, meteors, comets, and extreme solar flares bombarding the atmosphere of this planet since the Birth of the New Earth?

Well, the psychic astral plane is a sea of negativity that surrounds the Earth.

This very dense and oppressive forcefield of energy was formed through the negative thoughts, words, actions, feelings, and beliefs Humanity has expressed since our fall from Grace aeons ago. This very negative forcefield of Humanity's human miscreations is the "dark tunnel" people consistently report passing through when they go through a near death experience. This is the "veil of illusion" or "the veil of maya" that is often talked about in sacred scriptures.

The distorted energy that is seething in the psychic astral plane from all of Humanity's miscreations was originally our Life Force-our Gift of Life from our Father-Mother God. Tragically, Humanity took that precious Gift of Life and distorted it into gross mutations through the abuse of our creative faculties of thought and feeling and misuse of our free will. Now we are responsible for transmuting that energy back into Light. This must be done before the patterns of perfection for the New Earth can tangibly manifest in the physical plane.

The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have told us that it has been very difficult for Humanity to transmute the energy in the psychic astral plane because it is so very dense. In order to make this transmuting process easier, awakening Humanity has been invoking assistance from the Elemental Kingdom. Whenever an asteroid, a meteor, a comet, or a solar flare passes close by the Earth or enters the atmosphere it literally shakes the ethers and shatters the dense energy in the psychic astral plane. Then, when Lightworkers invoke the Violet Transmuting Flame, it can easily blaze in, through, and around the negative energy and transmute it back into Light.

This must be a cooperative effort. The Elemental Kingdom is shaking the ethers and shattering the dense thoughtforms and behavior patterns in the psychic astral plane; however, it is embodied Lightworkers who must invoke the Violet Transmuting Flame in order to purge these patterns and transmute the energy associated with them back into Light. Only then will the patterns of perfection for the New Earth physically manifest on Earth. Needless to say, it is time for all of us to redouble our efforts in invoking the Violet Transmuting Page | 55

Flame.

The Pope Another outer-world sign that took place after the Birth of the New Earth was the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI on February 11, 2013. This unprecedented event captured the attention of the entire world and created a collective cup of Humanity's consciousness through which the Company of Heaven could intensify the purging of the abuse of power, the corruption, the perversion, the deception, the manipulation, the greed, the suppression of women, and the separation and duality associated with all of the world religions.

This event specifically involved the Roman Catholic Church, but if we step back to see the bigger picture we will understand that this church is serving as a surrogate for the purging of all of the distortion associated with every organized religion. As the patterns of perfection for the New Earth filter into Humanity's consciousness, we clearly know that any religion that functions from a consciousness of separation and duality is not reflecting the profound Truth of Humanity's Oneness and the Reverence for ALL Life. This Truth was originally the basis of every world religion.

Throughout history, at the inception of each New Age, the Sacred Knowledge that eventually formed the various world religions was projected into the mental and emotional strata of Earth by our Father-Mother God. This was done in order to assist Humanity in our evolutionary process. The problem is that it was never the intent of our Father-Mother God for these waves of Truth and Divine Guidance to be crystallized into the divisive world religions we are experiencing today. The Divine Intent was for this progressive Sacred Knowledge from On High to enhance Humanity's evolutionary progress Age

by Age, just as our advancement through our Earthly school system is intended to educate us.

So how does the election of a Pope reflect the Birth of the New Earth? Well, just look at the man that was elected Pope and the signs of change that he has demonstrated so far. Jorge Mario Bergoglio is a conservative Catholic, so he will support some of the old and certainly obsolete archetypes for a while, but look at the outer-world signs of change.

The most tragic thing that happened when we began misqualifying our Life Force and creating patterns of pain and suffering is that we closed our Heart Chakra so we would not feel so much pain. That fateful decision blocked the portal through which the Love of our Mother God entered the physical plane of Earth. This forced the Feminine Aspect of God to withdraw her Love to a mere trickle of its original influence in our lives. This tragic event ultimately resulted in Humanity forgetting that we even had a Divine Mother. We Page | 56

erroneously accepted that even though we were Children of God we only had one parent and that parent was a male, our Father God. Well what child is ever birthed without a Mother? Remember, "As above, so below." Without the Love and awareness of our Mother God, we fell into greater frequencies of chaos and confusion. We began using our masculine power without the balance of our feminine love, which catapulted us into the patriarchal imbalance that is reflected in almost all world religions to this very day.

The Earth is a living, breathing organism and she too reflects the masculine and feminine polarities of God. The masculine polarity enters the Earth as a tremendous shaft of Light in the area of the Himalaya Mountains in Tibet.

The feminine polarity enters the Earth as a shaft of Light in the area of Lake Titicaca in Bolivia. When Humanity closed our hearts the portal through which our Mother God entered the Earth became practically dormant as well.

For millennia the Company of Heaven has been helping awakening Humanity to remember the existence of our Mother God, and to open our Heart Chakras. The way that most people have reconnected with the Love of our Mother God is through the Holy Spirit. Because of their patriarchal consciousness, world religions have mistakenly taught us that the Holy Spirit is a masculine aspect of our Father God, but now the Company of Heaven of Heaven has revealed the Truth. The Holy Spirit is our Mother God, the Feminine Aspect of Deity. The Holy Trinity represents our Father God-The Father, the Son and Daughter of God-The Christ, and our Mother God-The Holy Spirit. We always knew that the Holy Spirit was the Love Nature of God and the Holy Comforter, but now we know the Holy Spirit represents our Mother God. Since our fall from Grace aeons ago the Company of Heaven has been working with awakening Humanity to reopen the Portal of the Divine Feminine in South America. With the focus on the Virgin of Guadalupe over the past 500 years, and the attention that has been given to South America during the past 25 years because of the completion of the 5,125 cycle of the Mayan Calendar, millions of people have traveled to the sacred sites surrounding the Portal of our Mother God adding their Light and Love to this reopening process. On December 12, 2012, the twelfth day of the twelfth month of the twelfth year of the new millennium-12-12-12-the day celebrated as the Feast Day of the Virgin of Guadalupe, the Portal of our Mother God was at long last opened to full breadth.

Jorge Mario Bergoglio was born and raised in Argentina, which like all of South America, is held in the radiance of the Portal of our Mother God. In spite of the patriarchal stance of the Church, his mission has been over lighted by the Holy Spirit. Cardinal Bergoglio dedicated his service to the auspices of Mother Mary and lives a life of compassion and Love. He Page | 57

denounced the pomp and circumstance of a Catholic Cardinal in order to serve the poor and those who need him the most. He refused to live in the Cardinal's Palace and rented a small apartment for himself. He cooked his own meals and refused the chauffeured car allotted a Cardinal in exchange for riding the bus to work.

When Cardinal Bergoglio was elected Pope he chose the name Francis after Saint Francis of Assisi. To grasp the significance of that choice, we need briefly to look at life of Saint Francis. Saint Francis was born into a wealthy family, but rejected his wealth to serve the poor. One time Francis was in an old church, and as he prayed before the crucifix on the altar he heard what he perceived to be the voice of God. God said, "Francis, rebuild my church."

Initially Francis thought God was asking him to rebuild the old church he was in, but he soon realized that the Church of God is not a lavish edifice, THE CHURCH OF GOD IS THE PEOPLE. Saint Francis was well aware of the Elemental Kingdom and worked hand and hand with the animals and nature. He was never ordained into the Catholic priesthood, but he is one of the most venerated religious figures in history.

On July 16, 1228, Francis was pronounced a saint by Pope Gregory lX. He is known as the patron saint of animals and the environment.

Pope Francis is the first Pope to choose to be named after Saint Francis of Assisi. When he was introduced as the Pope to the throngs of people gathered in Vatican Square, the first thing he did was bow and ask the people to bless him. Then he prayed the three prayers that he knew every Catholic child and adult would know. He chose those prayers so that people around the world could pray with him. The first prayer was the Hail Mary, the second was Glory Be To The Father, and the third was the Lord's Prayer.

The following day, the first thing he did before officially addressing the gathering of Cardinals as the new Pope was to go to the chapel alone where he prayed for 30 minutes to Mother Mary, asking for her blessings and Divine Intervention in his mission.

When Pope Francis addressed the Cardinals instead of sitting on the white Pope's throne, he stood amongst the Cardinals as their brother and received their blessings. He said, "I Am asking all of you to help me rebuild God's church."

Pope Francis chose to conduct his first mass on Saint Joseph's Feast Day, March 19, 2013. Saint Joseph is the patron saint of the Universal Church. The Company of Heaven revealed to Humanity a long time ago that Joseph, who was Jesus' father and the husband of Mother Mary, was one of the embodiments of Saint Germain. Saint Germain is the Keeper of the Violet Page | 58

Flame of God's Infinite Perfection. This Sacred Fire, which is the 7th Solar Aspect of Deity, will be the predominant influence on the planet during the Age of Aquarius. How appropriate to have the first Pope after the Birth of the New Earth begin his mission under the auspices of Saint Germain.

His words at the first mass were also profound in Light of this Cosmic Moment and the shifts of consciousness that are taking place. When he spoke to the 300,000 people gathered in Vatican Square and the millions tuning in from around the world he said: "I Am asking all of you to assume the role of protectors. We are all protectors of Creation, protectors of the Plan of God which is written in Nature. We are protectors of one another and of the environment. But it is not allowed that signs of destruction and death accompany our journey in this world."

As I close this segment of my article about Pope Francis, I would like to share with you the Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi. I have had this prayer hanging in my office for 40 years.

"Overcoming Worry & Trusting Intuition During Stressful Times"

The world is experiencing unprecedented amounts of stress as humanity finds its way through the pandemic. The volume is enormously cranked up on stress and fear. Of course, worry is natural but we must do our best to shift out of obsessive worry and focus more on hope, health, intuition and a positive future. Is this unrealistic? I don’t think so.

As a psychiatrist, I’ve seen with patients and in myself that resisting or stiffening during this period only increases stress, wears you out, and depletes power, what I call the side effects of bunker mentality. If you fight pain or adversity, the spasm of discomfort tightens. But when you relax more, your mind, body, and spirit relaxes and suffering lifts.

Empaths and highly sensitive people are particularly susceptible to feeling overwhelmed and worried in stressful times, especially when they obsessively watch the news about daily updates, trauma, economic stress and violence, and then are not able to turn bad news off. Also they are prone to absorbing the suffering of the world. They are natural care-givers and helpers but need to clarify healthy ways to Page | 62

help in this crisis. During these times, staying grounded and centered is the key to an empath’s well-being.

I look at life as one big meditation practice. Our practice becomes how to center ourselves in the midst of chaos, how to calm an overactive mind (a big cause of suffering) and how to awaken your intuition more than ever before.

Intuition, the quiet voice within, supports your happiness and survival. Each day you want to keep listening to its advice. Keep asking your intuition, “Where do I feel safe?” “How can I thrive today?” and “What do I need to learn and heal during this stressful time?” Then, take a few deep breaths, quiet yourself, and listen to what your inner voice says. This may take practice, but the answers will come if you stick with it. The idea is to look at anything in life, including a crisis, as a vehicle to foster your own (and the world’s healing.)

To bring yourself back into balance paying attention to your breath will help to center and relax you. In Hindu traditions, the breath is revered as prana, the sacred life energy. You can tap into this vitalizing force to reduce stress. Your breath cleanses toxicities from your body. The purifying power of breath involves inhaling oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide. You also can exhale harmful emotions such as anxiety and fear. Conscious breathing will anchor you in your body and release stress.

I also recommend practicing the following restorative mantra and other techniques from Thriving as an Empath: 365 Days of Self-Care for Sensitive People to release the worry you may be carrying in your body. Having a daily self-care practice is invaluable during these overthe-top stressful times.

A Mantra to Release Worry Chronic worry is your attempt to gain control over something that is out of your control. My Daoist teacher says, “If you are climbing a mountain and worrying about tomorrow, you will have a very difficult time.” Stretch your soul and set yourself free of worry (even for a few minutes) by repeating this mantra as many times each day as your Page | 63

like: May I be free of worry.

May I be free of stress.

May I stay in Now. May I not project my fears into the future, May I be free.

Set your intention. I will have mercy on myself when I worry. I will ask the suffering of worry to lift so I can face my challenges with clarity and faith.

"Transform Your Home With Feng Shui" By EJ Shaffert

While I write this, the world is facing a challenging situation unlike anything we have seen for generations. As I sit at my desk this afternoon and look out my office windows, the trees are budding with new growth, but the streets are empty and the playground nearby, usually noisy with children, is quiet. Today, we are in the second month of a nationwide shut down, due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

My wife and I consider ourselves fortunate, in that we can easily work from home. And the activity of our two dogs and our new cat, which we acquired at Christmas time, makes for a lively household.

At the same time, I feel deeply for those in our country, and throughout the world, who are in isolation. Being shut in at home can be a depressing and debilitating experience. It is in situations like this that we can wonder what can bring us the greatest feelings of healing and comfort, and Feng Shui has traditionally been used to help us optimise our living spaces for the greatest quality of life.

As a Feng Shui consultant and teacher for over 20 years, my work has helped people understand how the energy of their space affects them, and how to improve this. The practice of Feng Shui dates back over 5,000 years, and it is usually associated with China. However, all cultures have some form of Feng Shui, and it is our natural instinct as Page | 67

human beings to question how to best optimize our living spaces for health and happiness.

In these troubling times, it is especially important for all of us to make our homes into spaces where we can feel nurtured and happy, and this is possible, even if you can’t go out shopping!

Perhaps there is a “Silver Lining” in this pandemic shut down, in that we might have more time to focus on our needs at home. So, while you are stuck inside, you might address any stuck energy in your space.

Here are some essential points to consider: Does your home feel refreshing and alive, or is it cluttered with things that no longer inspire or serve you?

The word clutter comes from the same root as the word clot, as in blood clot, indicating block in the flow of energy. One of the best ways to address clutter is to start with one room at a time and move in a clockwise direction, starting at the door of that room, and dealing with any clutter that is in your path. For example, if the first thing you encounter is a bookcase, address that right away, before moving on to the rest of the room.

With this example, in Feng Shui we believe that there should always be space for new opportunities. So, if your bookcase is already jammed full of books, there is no space for new learning and inspiration to come into your life. As a general rule, bookshelves should be filled only about two-thirds full, leaving space for new books and things that you love.

When you are clearing clutter, I think the worst thing you can do is to take each object in hand and place it in another room as you go. This can take forever! Instead, bring three boxes with you: one box for the things you want to relocate, the second box for things you want to give away, and the third box for things to throw away. Complete your rounds of each room, with your three boxes in tow, before you relocate anything to other places.

I spoke recently with a client who said that for years she had wanted to clear the things she was storing in the central hallway. She kept promising that she would go through the boxes, but only now, as she was living in this state of self-isolation, did she finally decide that she could not stand it anymore, and she used this time to really deal with the clutter. She told me that, having done this, she felt so much lighter, and that her health had improved as well. I thought this was a wonderful example of how we might use this unusual period of difficulty and isolation for our benefit.

Once you have cleared the clutter in a room, you could then add some Feng Shui touches. For example, you might bring in some fresh flowers, or do a bit of shopping online for some new pillows for your sofa, with colours that make you smile.

You might also consider rearranging the furniture in that room, so that it opens up more space. Don't hesitate to remove a chair or other small piece of furniture, which you might not have not been using.

You may be amazed at how removing just one piece of furniture can open up a space and help it breathe. Very often, we can get so acclimated to having our homes arranged in certain way, that we think that is the only way it can be done. But, once we try new arrangements, it can be surprising how refreshing it can be.

When making your home into a healing space, the bedroom is the most important room to address, because this is where we spend most of our time. Clearing clutter in your bedroom is essential. Pay particular attention to the tops of side tables and the space underneath your bed. Although many people think this is a great place to store boxes of unused clothing or other items, it is best not to keep anything under the bed as this blocks the flow of energy and can negatively affect your sleep.

Once you have created a greater sense of space in your home by clearing the clutter, create a balance of Yin and Yang energies. in Chinese philosophy, the universe is a constant interplay of two energies: the Yin, or receptive energy, and the Yang, or assertive energy. Yin is associated with anything that is dark, soft or snug. Yang is associated with anything that is bright, hard or open.

Certain rooms in your home are best to have more Yin energy, such as the bedroom, as this is a room where you should be able to relax and be less active. Other rooms, such as the kitchen or family room, should feel more energised, since these rooms are where we should be more productive and enjoy eating and socializing.

Start to notice if certain rooms in your home tend to be too Yin or too Yang. For example if the home is too noisy, bright, or has a lot of hard surfaces, then it might be too Yang, which can make you feel agitated and unable to relax.

At the same time, if a space is too Yin, it will feel too dark, congested or cluttered, and you may find yourself feeling slothful or depressed.

If that is the case, see how you might bring more light, brighter colors and greater activity to the room, so it feels more energizing.

By balancing the Yin and Yang qualities in your space, and paying attention to what is appropriate for each room, you can balance the energy of the space with how you want to feel.

Another consideration in working with the Feng Shui is called the Five Elements. In Chinese philosophy, everything is comprised of the Five Elements: Earth, Metal, Fire, Water, and Wood. All five of these elements are important in our space, and, if we have too much of any of these elements, the energy will feel out the balance and we can end up feeling stuck, unfocused or drained.

You can bring the elements themselves into your space, or, you can also use the colors associated with each of the elements. For example, if you want the healing power of water in your space, you can use water feature, such as a fountain. Or you could also use the colors black and dark blue, which are connected with this element, to have the same effect.

According to Chinese philosophy, these are the colors associated with each of the element, which you can bring into your space: • Earth: Brown and yellow • Metal: White and gray • Fire: Red and purple • Water: Black and dark blue Page | 70

• Wood: Green and medium blue To begin, notice which colors are predominant in your space, and you will get a sense of which elements are affecting you the most. Then, try bringing in other colors, whether on the walls, or with pillows and soft furnishings, to balance the Five Element color palette.

Next, think about the pictures you have on the walls, the images we see when we wake up are deeply impactful to how we feel about the day ahead, so don’t check your phone first thing! Instead, be sure to have images on the bedroom walls you see when you awaken that make you feel happy and loved. The old expression says, “A picture is worth a thousand words..”, so choose your images carefully!

In Feng Shui, the images on our walls represent our vision of the future. So, if your walls are blank, or filled with any unpleasant or chaotic pictures, this can negatively affect your emotional and even physical well-being. Instead, use photographs from your vacations, pictures of loved ones, and any artwork which is inspirational. You might selectively shop online, and purchase posters or artwork which will bring new vitality and vision to your space.

As another recommendation, I suggest that you experiment with aromatherapy, to bring the healing power of plant extracts into your space. You can use an aromatherapy distiller with the oils of Wild Orange, Basil, and Bergamot in your kitchen or living room, to feel uplifted. In your bedroom, Lavender, Rose, or Jasmine can help you feel relaxed and comforted.

As a final recommendation, I suggest that you create an altar which embodies spiritual peace and healing. The things we look at have a tremendous impact on our emotions and psychology. To help you feel uplifted and serene, you might find a place in your home where you can create an altar to your inner or Higher Self.

Your altar could be placed on the top of a bookcase, bureau, windowsill, or other surface. Consider laying down a beautiful piece of cloth, and then select a small number of objects which invoke a connection for you to your inner sense of spirituality.

A sample of objects you might choose could be things you have picked up in nature, beautiful art, photos of loved ones, and also any written affirmations or prayers which resonate with you.

Then, you might design ritual to do at your altar. This could be something simple, like lighting a candle or adding some fresh flowers to the display, while saying a prayer or affirmation to start begin or end your day.

By following these suggestions, and perhaps even taking your practice of Feng Shui deeper with further studies, you will be able to transform your home into a healing space, to benefit you and your loved ones for all the years to come. By following these suggestions, and perhaps exploring Feng Shui more deeply in the future, you will undoubtedly find ways to refresh your space and create your home as a healing and rejuvenating influence during these difficult times.

“Bringing Crystal Decor To Your Office Space" By Leticia Ferrer-Rivera

I love crystals and besides selling them on my online store, I have my home office area full of them along with my other tools such as my Tarot Cards, many different Pendulums and yes, the electronics too.

However, besides being a Psychic, Crystal Healing Practitioner and creating handmade jewelry I also have a daytime job where I am a Supervisor for about 17 agents in a call center. I must admit that sometimes working in such a huge place I have encountered some toxic environment moments. For the longest time I was fighting myself to leave my Psychic and Crystal Healing Practitioner side out of this other office, but that really does not work.

After having years of experience in a former job working with home and office decoration and one on one with Interior Designers and Architects, I needed to take some action here and be creative. I had to bring crystals and turn intuition on to survive and succeed. I want to share my own testimony and how I make it happen so you can consider enhancing your office environment for you and maybe your employees with a series of wonderful crystals and stones.

I first started by doing my mediation with crystals in the morning before going to work in order to put my mind clear, cleanse my Aura and re-balance myself. I did some Tarot Readings for guidance and from there I started by bringing a Palm Stone and some crystals on a little metallic plate to put them right by my computer. The first Palm Stone I brought was Labradorite and that immediately started protecting me and showing me the real personalities from people, so it was easier for me to coach them and interact with them on a daily basis as I knew them better.

As some weeks passed by, they asked me about the crystals and one Friday, instead of donuts (yes, the famous Friday donuts so classical at work), I brought one Worry Stone for each of my agents. I did my spirit guides consultation along with my own Pendulum system to match the perfect stone for the perfect agent. Some of the stones were getting really hot from the very first day some agents used them to put their stress level and anxiety down during the calls, so I told them to wash it in the fountain with cold water and some did. I knew I was not able to smudge there so the stones were water safe as I picked the ones with a higher level of harness.

It worked perfectly well because even they had some other fidgets to play with, the crystals were absorbing negative energy and cleaning the space or toxic behaviors. It also started working the magic because people will realize if this was a good fit for their career or not and they will leave quick and on their own if it was not for them.

As there are always changes, they moved us to new area and I made a change in the crystals I had on my desk and I brought new ones, a bit bigger and more quantity. I was always in the Top Five Teams in the company, but this is when I was more able to succeed as a Supervisor and the communication with my team was way clearer. I also lost the fear of having crystals visible at my desk. I lost the fear of what people would think of me by having some carvings there including an Angel made of Black Obsidian.

"The Hermetic/Vanetic Marriage, In Relationship To Evolutionary Mortal Marriages, Based Upon An Example Of The Creator Son And The Universe Mother Spirit In Complementary Relationship"

Just a few of these concepts come from Manly P. Hall and his Philosophical Research Society. But the majority is actually Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation and comes from Paladin. This will become Paper 366 in The Cosmic Family, Volume VI. A definition of Hermetic marriage is: Hermeticism, also called Hermetism, is a religious, philosophical, and esoteric tradition based primarily upon writings attributed to Hermes Trismegistus, relating to an ancient occult tradition encompassing alchemy, astrology, theosophy, and male and female polarities in marriage.

A definition of Vanetic is: the writings of Van (1) pre-rebellion and post-rebellion eras. Van wrote for 300,000 years on the relationship of the Creator Son and the Universe Mother Spirit in relationship to evolutionary marriages. Most of the writings of Van were destroyed when the Library of Alexandria burnt down.

Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation (The Cosmic Family volumes) teaches that as a result of the romantic relationship between the Creator Son and Universe Mother Spirit, their universe was sung into Page | 77

existence. Everything, every particle, every rock, every tree, the oceans, everything was sung into existence. This relationship between the two of them is the example of relationships between angelic beings, the positive and negative, and the example on evolutionary worlds of the goal for complementary relationships between mere mortals.(2) Throughout the history of Urantia (Earth), sages and adepts and master teachers have taught the principles of masculine and feminine polarities joining with each other to create harmonic creations and writings and art. Starting in the book of Genesis, we see the example of male and female polarity with Adam and Eve, with Eve actually being made from the rib of Adam, to show a close union between the two of them as the example for the evolutionary races.

In all of the cultures there are examples of male and female gods and deities, as well as in the mythologies of other countries and races, such as the Greeks with Zeus and Athena. In Egyptian mythology, there is the teaching of Isis and Osiris, the male and female deities, who also represent the Creator Son and Universe Mother Spirit, from the teachings in the Vanetic history of Urantia. But in actuality Isis and Osiris are representative of the teaching of Van from the prerebellion era.

There is also the House of Osiris, which is one of the hidden esoteric mysteries of the beginning teachings of the cosmic family. The thrones are L-shaped, and point west and east, and represent beginning and end, birth and death, alpha and omega, beginning and completion, all within the context of the divine marriage—birth being the creatures created by the divine romance.

Urantia Book readers know that Adam and Eve were a Material Son and Daughter of another solar system, who came to this planet by choice to give the evolutionary races their higher genetics.

Thoth Hermes was the Egyptian god of wisdom, learning, and science.

Some say he was a contemporary of Moses. Some scholars even claim that Moses and Hermes were the same person. He was also called by many other names: Hermes Trismegistus and Mercurius ter Maximus. This soul dominated the philosophical and literary thought Page | 78

of the ancient world. His very name became synonymous with wisdom.

If you look at the life of Van and who he was, this speculation by the scholars is probably a fact, because readers of Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation know who Moses was. And so Hermes is also bringing through Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation and brought through the beginning Fifth Epochal Revelation, called The URANTIA Book.

Hermes knew of the relationship of the Creator Son and the Universe Mother Spirit, and all his writings reflected that fact. We know that Hermes was not a god but a superhuman mortal. Scholars say that during the life of Hermes Trismegistus, he wrote holy books that all dealt with, in some manner, the marriage of man and woman, that became known as the Hermetic marriage.

Who Was Hermes?

Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation says that Van himself wrote many many writings and books before the fall of Caligastia and taught about the relationship between the Creator Son and Universe Mother Spirit to the evolutionary races long before he was incarnated as Hermes in Egypt. His teachings, post-rebellion, were brought to the whole world on every known continent of this day.

The ancient yellow race, that became China, have the understanding of mandates, or divine choice given to human beings to fulfill different destinies. They understood the chemistry of life in relationship to male and female, and often had a female goddess who was a virgin, called Kuan Yin, who was also called The Good Mother, long before the Virgin Mary concept. But long before that, the writings of Van influenced many cultures hundreds of thousands of years before the fall of Caligastia.

The book of Genesis talks about the Sons of God had relations with the daughters of men. Some scholars see this as a negative, but in fact it is a positive. Just like Adam and Eve were sent to Urantia to give their genetics to humankind, so too the Sons of God were chosen to give their genetics to the daughters of the fallen evolutionary races (and at times vice versa with the Daughters of God and sons of men).

This in reality was some of the fallen staff of the Caligastia One Hundred, for after the fall, they continued to intermarry with the human races. And the male and female had relationships with human beings indiscriminately, which is why the negative aspect of cohabitation is written about by scholars trying to understand that passage in Genesis.

The URANTIA Bookis more detailed, and Continuing Fifth Epochal Revelation gives even higher detail. Since the fall of Caligastia and the fall of the sixty supermortals, marriage between ascending daughters and ascending sons on the fallen Urantia has been greatly imbalanced and affected by rebellion within the souls of the male and female body. The ideal of harmonic duality, as exemplified by the Creator Son and Universe Mother Spirit, is still in the early stages of perfection.

The URANTIA Book states: “Marriage has given mankind the home, and the home is the crowning glory of the whole long and arduous evolutionary struggle.�(3) First-psychic-circle relationships are only achieved by the Mandate of the Bright and Morning Star. There are no second-circle relationships. Third-circle relationships are more reached at Planetary Sacred Home within Divine Administration by only a few at this time.

The majority of male/female relationships are at the level of fourth psychic circle and down to seventh. People involved in marriages from fourth to seventh circles can be somewhat happy with each other but never achieve their true destiny purposes with each other and are very little benefit to humankind as a whole. They can achieve somewhat of actualization and human happiness within their own nuclear family, but not be an instrument of healing for the whole fallen Urantia state.

David, King of Israel, was first and foremost a shepherd, meaning a pastor. He was pastor and priest by destiny function and also King.

And in that life he had spiritual complements with him, Abigail and Bathsheba. This is why great accomplishments were done by King David.

David was far ahead of his son Solomon. And Solomon tried to find his spiritual complements innate within him by having concubines, that were not the real thing. So Solomon never achieved what David achieved, because only God can bring you the true Hermetic marriage, which is done by Providence, not by human choice.

Even the evolutionary races understood that there was a kind of magic experience that happened in their lives beyond their own choice, which they attributed to the Creator’s hand in their lives because they knew they had nothing to do with this magic. Different cultures called this magic different things.

Lao-Tse called this the Tao—something so perfect that it could not be done by the human hand or mind. This became known as the universal energy by other adepts and sages. In male and female relationships, the mind was called the positive pole of the soul, while the heart was called the negative pole.

We know, as Urantia Book readers, that the male is positive and the female negative and that the Universe Mother energy lives in the mind circuitry. But both polarities can live in the heart. There are analogies between the sun and the moon as being male or female energy. The sun, by the ancients, was understood to be the heart. And the sun for them reflects strength, reason, and logic, that masculine or paternal power. And love, beauty, intuition, and kindness were feminine and lunar qualities.

In our chemical understanding, gold and silver blended to represent spiritual qualities in human life. And so the marriage of the sun and moon was therefore the marriage of the heart and mind, or two halves of nature, which is the union of strength/masculine and beauty/feminine, courage/masculine and inspiration/feminine (not that one of these qualities can’t be in the other).

Presently on Urantia we are in the infancy of understanding male and female polarities and how they relate to each other in human marriage. There is the yin and yang in all human personalities. This was not brought through in China but was brought through by Van and the 100 super mortals to the evolutionary races before the fall.

This was one of the primal teachings of the Caligastia One Hundred Page | 81

before the fall. The yin and the yang is taught in all of the grand universe of time and space. Lao-Tse continued to bring through teachings of the masculine and feminine polarities in every incarnation.

In Genesis it states that God created man in his own image, “male and female created He them.� We must remember that Moses, who was Van, wrote the first five books of the Bible, called the Pentateuch. We should understand from this sentence that God is both male and female.

Cohabitation between male and female brings forth new life. But the marriage between male and female, in relationship to family and home, is in the kindergarten stages on Urantia. And the higher teachings of grand-universal examples of marriage have never taken root on fallen Urantia. The marriage institution, with having children and raising them as parents, is an alteration of the universal example that exists on higher worlds of time and space.

Marriage is, therefore, the Hermetic (Vanetic) symbol of the ultimate reunion of the two halves of each individual’s androgynous nature.

There needs to be an equilibrium between the masculine and feminine qualities in true universal marriage. It is not the wedding ring that establishes the finalization of the union of the male and female. It is the soul or heart desire to become one in God. The male, the female, and the invitation of God in the marriage create a true universal marriage or complementary pair unit.

The Hermetic/Vanetic marriage, as taught by Van, is therefore an individual matter, involving the individual attainment and sincere effort to be balanced, sane, and consistent in everything he or she does in relationship to marriage.

Reason, logic, philosophy, courage, daring, and aspiration are known as masculine qualities by the mystics of history, tapping into the original teachings of Van, just as inspiration, intuition, grace, beauty, faith, and love are the feminine qualities. In India the understanding of Radha and Krishna is the analogy to Michael and the Universe Mother Spirit.

Fallen Urantia has caused the disharmony of the genders as well as the disharmony of individual circuitry with a diseased circuitry. On planets where individuals begin to express these diseased circuitry viewpoints on life, they are quarantined away from population and rehabilitated. This is done so that they do not cause others to adhere to their distorted viewpoints of sexuality or start a rebellion in the imbalance of the Trinity circuitry.

On Urantia and other fallen worlds, because there are no quarantines of imbalanced circuitry, much damage has infected the human race.

The great masters of spirituality have always tried to quarantine disciples in their monastic living or not allow imbalanced initiates into their monastic lifestyle. Proper male and female responses to each other are part of spiritual maturity and ascension.

Understanding of this truth—a composite of Elohim, male and female, father and mother—became known in China as the yin and yang, and in India as the Isvara and Avalokiteśvara of ancient Hindu. It is understood by all adepts of time in the history of Urantia that the home, with male and female balanced parents, is the strength and moral character, and that if these qualities are not taught in the first fifteen years of life, the child will be very damaged.

The concept and the ideal of the immaculate conception is not just with Christianity. It is one of the oldest concepts of spiritual history on Urantia. Gods are born of immaculate conceptions because man himself is such a damaged creature that no God can come from a normal sexual union.

It has been taught that most men are unbalanced to bring forth the sperm to the virgin seed of the woman, who needs to be also undefiled, so that a great soul can be brought through. In cosmic reality this is close to the truth, because only virtuous souls can bring through higher starseed. The more perfect the soul, the higher the incoming soul can be.

The URANTIA Bookbrings through the truth that Joseph cohabited with Mary to bring through Jesus and that He was the Son of God, despite a normal sexual relationship. Jesus Himself, as He began to teach, taught that man had to reach the perfection of God and it Page | 83

begins right here on this lower evolutionary world. And for starseed, particularly fourth-order starseed, they must re-begin what they started at some point in their spiritual evolution.

Sex brings forth a good feeling of physical enjoyment. However, when the soul you are co-habitating with is truly loved, the experience of sex is not just physical but spiritual and even divine. Most humans never experience the divine aspects of the sexual relationship, because they themselves are not interested in spiritual growth. You cannot see what you have not obtained. And your sexual relationships then are of the lower chakras or circuits. You are at the root and are experiencing animalistic physical experiences. You have not evolved beyond the root circuits. And you will be limited by the gods from receiving the gifts of the gods to fulfill your individual destiny.

In summary, to the animal-man there is indulgence in all things. To the God-man or God-human, there is moderation in all things or selfcontrol. To the divine-man, there is abstinence from all things that are outside of the will of God. This goes beyond self-control to desiring the will of God and the laws of God above self-gratification.

Consistency of desiring self-control in all things—eating or drinking, or sexual appetites—is the mark of a mature spiritual man or woman.

Practice of divine discipline leads to true harmonic marriage between you, your wife or husband, and, in an alchemical way, with God the Father, Son, and Mother, which is a universal polarity of love. And in such self-control, over time in this consistency, obeying the divine laws of God becomes natural and automatic rather than struggle.

There is a natural law of polarities in the reproduction of species in fulfillment of the spiritual laws, whereas females become like the Universe Mother Spirit, and males become like the Creator Son—both becoming one, and void of the main deficiency of all fallen human minds. That deficiency is selfishness. Selfishness tends to using the complement for your own desires and wishes.

The human race, since the Rebellion, has lost all semblance to become like the Universe Father or Universe Mother. As a result of the Rebellion, the human race has missed the opportunity to acquire balance and symmetry, therefore ignoring the actual meaning of life’s Page | 84

relationship with husband and wife or pair unit.

Wrong decisions have caused both male and female to stray far past the Tao, or fixed path, of the design of God for evolutionary humans on Urantia. A husband or male complement should be like a priest in the order of Melchizedek, a protector to the wife and a symbol of guidance, to more so hear the will of the Father in the relationship of male and female, to become together a pair unit in the Divine New Order to come.

In Divine Administration presently that is the only spiritual monastic lifestyle that exists to perpetuate the making of true pair units on Urantia. Individuals must first make adjustments within themselves to become the feminine divine and the masculine divine before they can become a pair-unit divine complementary instruments of God— not two instruments, but one flowing and harmonic instrument, positive and negative, masculine and feminine, yin and yang. This could never happen when one or the other is functioning in their own selfishness.

A harmonic marriage, as taught in the Vanetic teachings, is the apotheosis of the world’s most abused institution that can come out of rebellion and into the glorious power of universal marriage between man and woman to move the purposes of God on Earth forward in the Divine New Order to come. Divine Administration is the first fruits of that harmonic relationship that Destiny Reservists are to first bring to the world.

"Ancestral Cycles" By Aeolea Wendy Burwell & Peter Doughty Cycles and circles and spirals are at the core of who we are, despite the fact that we have mostly lost sight of them. What you are about to read is intended to offer insights into ways to reconnect with your roots though the ancient art/science of Astrology.

We offer a glimpse into the current celestial weather under which we are all operating, so that we may have some awareness of how to use these energies for the highest and best possible outcomes for ourselves and others.

We will again begin by focusing on the Moon’s cycle from New to Full and back again. This is the fastest moving cycle in our heavens and the most readily accessible in the sky to even the most casual observer.

Since, in astrological understanding, the Moon represents our emotions - and how we respond to the ebb and flow of everyday life - it Page | 87

is also the most easily observed in a personal way.

We are obviously in a time of great change and disruption of patterns.

Astrologers have been watching and anticipating great events this year (and beyond) for a long time. While no one predicted a world wide pandemic related to the current celestial configurations, it has been widely acknowledged that governments, monetary systems and more would break down. It is clear that things will not return to “normal” despite everyone’s desire and perceived need to do so. Our work, should we choose to take it on, is to envision and work toward new, more equitable systems going forward. Knowing the current astrological energetic impulses can greatly assist us.

This month features two eclipses: first a lunar eclipse on the Full Moon June 5, when the moon is darkened by the earth’s shadow.

Next, a solar on the New Moon June 21 - the Summer solstice - when the sun is covered. Eclipses most frequently occur in pairs, every six months. These are partial eclipses with another occurring in early July. And, where they are visible, a partial solar will appear to have a halo, often referred to as a “corona”, because the Sun is not totally blocked. It’s more than a little ironic that this will occur in the midst of this historic pandemic of the same name. We will likely see a spike in the number of sick, worldwide, and especially in the regions where it is visible.

The lunar eclipse on June 5 will be visible in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. The path of visibility of the solar eclipse on June 21 starts in Central Africa and runs through Pakistan, India and China. Eclipses are most impactful where they are visible, but affect everyone everywhere. (http://www.eclipsewise.com/oh/ec2020.html) If they occur on or very near planets in someone’s birth chart, or the chart of a country, the effects will be more dramatic. In ancient times, they were feared and seen as “the death of the king” and general reversals of fortunes. Now we watch for intense events, and not just on the dates of the eclipses, but for months afterward. They also amp up the energies of New and Full Moons, so being aware can help us navigate the celestial waters. The total solar eclipse of Aug. 2017 that was so visible across the USA, portended changes and challenges in our country. It also impacted important parts of both the US chart Page | 88

and the birth chart of Donald J Trump, and we are currently witnessing the resulting energetic ripples each and every day.

The month starts with a Full Moon on the 5th. Full Moons always feature Sun and Moon in opposite signs: this month it will be Sun in communicative Gemini and Moon in opinionated Sagittarius. In addition Venus is very close to the Sun because just three days before, they were at the exact same degree. This is a very nice union especially for those with birthdays near June 5 and these energies will carry through the coming year for them. The gift, as well as the challenge, asks us to make some revision to our level or type of commitment.

The nature of Full Moons in general require us to balance the energies of Sun and Moon (will and emotions) and in this case we have added challenges from Mars and Neptune. This combination may set up struggles and ambiguities around our physical well-being: the safety of sheltering in place confronting the realities of needing to go back to work, the desire for freedom and the resulting pressure.

On the day of the summer solstice, June 21, the solar eclipse energizes the first degree of Cancer. Sun, Moon and Mercury (along with asteroid Vesta, keeper of the hearth) will all be asking us to focus locally; make where we live work for us in ways we might not have done before now. This New Moon eclipse is a pattern we have seen before on the summer solstice of June 2001. At that time Saturn, Pluto and Mars were prominent also, though in different relationships from where they are currently. Astrologers view this pattern as indicating the dire events of 9-11 later that year.With the current configuration, we can expect sudden, dramatic events related to our economic situation along with possible earth events such as earthquakes.

Starting this month several planets will be in retrograde (apparent backward motion). Sun and Moon are technically referred to as luminaries and do not retrograde, but all the others spend time periodically retracing the same areas in the zodiac. These are times of inner reflection and possible revisions; all the “�RE� words apply.

This in some ways is all leading up to a rather unusual Mars Page | 89

retrograde later this year, Sept 9- Nov 14, in Aries.

Mercury’s second retrograde of the year begins on June 18 in mid Cancer and will resume its forward motion on July 12. This will make it difficult for commerce to move forward with any robust vigor. This will be an opportunity to rework how we communicate about home and what nurtures us.

Venus, who entered her retrograde on May 13 in late Gemini, will be going back the way it came (known as direct) in early Gemini starting on June 25. The key moment is on June 5, when Venus passes through “the heart of the Sun,� when Venus is exactly between Sun and Earth.

Anyone with this birthdate, or December 4, is sure to register the energy strongly. As goddess of love and guardian of the feminine mysteries, Venus in flirty Gemini is apt to require special attention in the relationship arena during this time. Any new relationships are likely to be short-lived unless the partners are able to negotiate unrealistic perceptions and expectations, as Neptune is involved.

Existing relationships are due for review and renewal. This is also a great time for creative pursuits in a variety of avenues of expression, especially literary.

Mars will leave Pisces and enter Aries on June 28, where it will stay for an entire six months instead of the usual six weeks spent in any sign. This is due to the upcoming retrograde cycle. While Mars does retrograde every two years, it is relatively unusual for it to do so in Aries. The last time this occurred was 1988, and it will not happen again until 2067.

Warrior Mars in headstrong Aries, a sign it is strongly aligned with, will dominate our reality. This time period will be marked by general aggressiveness and impulsiveness.

Individual desires for the freedom to break loose will be energized.

We are all strongly advised to avoid getting caught up in demonstrations that include expressing anger with force, because these fiery energies are apt to get out of control. These tendencies will be extended due to Mars going retrograde in Sept. (More on that in coming articles.) This can also be a very productive time for individuals with strong Mars or Aries energies if focused carefully Page | 90

and with awareness. Mild-mannered folks can seize this moment to express themselves with greater courage.

Jupiter (expansiveness) began its retrograde May 14 in late Capricorn (until Sept. 13), emphasizing efforts to retain the structures of business as usual. In combination with Pluto, retrograde since April 25, we no doubt will see major revisions continue, and unprecedented, desperate measures to revive corporate business as usual. Collectively we will feel the tensions between the push for previous profit levels versus the health of the work force and small businesses. Personally, this is very strong for people with birthdays Jan. 13-16 and July 14-17.

Saturn (limits and structures), which has been testing the waters in humanitarian Aquarius since late March, will also retrograde back into Capricorn on July 1 (until Dec. 17). Personally this will re energize the Saturn returns of those born 1990-91.

Collectively, our focus will again temporarily return to the more conservative and conventional approaches to profit-oriented business. What is being revealed to us through the current crisis is the nature of essential services, who provides them and what they need in terms of wages, benefits and working conditions.

Humanitarian efforts to support those workers are apt to meet with increased resistance from the powers that be. We can expect greater ferment around these issues through the end of the year and into 2021.

We are still in an interlude between two very different eras: what we were accustomed to and a yet-to-be-revealed new normal. This time is best used to focus on the inner work that our previously busy lifestyles too often crowded out. Time spent on self-care, or with family or friends over the internet, will help keep us grounded and stave off both the virus and its predatory companion: fear. The years ahead will provide opportunities to creatively embrace new pathways forward. They will unfold, with our help, into the much-anticipated Age of Aquarius. ********************************************** Page | 91

zen habits by Leo Babauta "A Guide To Dealing with The Growing Tiredness & Boredom of the New Normal" This pandemic is no longer an exciting (but scary) novelty. We’re a couple months into this lockdown and crisis, and it’s starting to wear on many of us.

We experience it as boredom, tiredness, exhaustion. We experience it as ongoing burden, and can’t wait for it to be over. We lose patience, and want to do anything else but this.

That all makes sense. It’s also exactly why we have difficulty sticking to habit changes, to long-term deep commitments, to ongoing projects and long-running challenges.

It’s one thing when things are new, novel, exciting, fresh. It’s a completely different thing when things are boring, dull, tiring, burdensome.

What would it be like to work with this difficulty inside ourselves, and shift it?

What would it change for us if we didn’t have to get tired of long-term challenges, or feel them as boring difficult burdens? What would it shift if we could develop the joy of patience?

Just a few possible benefits of shifting this: We can endure long challenges, for months and even years.

We can shift habits long term, instead of dropping new habits after a couple of weeks.

We’ll have more patience for people who usually tire us out or get on our nerves.

We’ll be less drained by things that weigh on us or bother us over the long term.

We’ll have a greater capacity for endurance, fortitude and patience overall.

I’d say those are benefits worth working toward!

And the good news is, with the boredom and tiredness we’re feeling from the lockdown and pandemic, we have the perfect practice ground. This is the time to practice, right when we’re feeling like not facing this difficulty.

So how do we do that?

Let’s first look at why these kinds of situations try our patience, and then how to work with them during the current situation.

Why These Things Try Our Patience If we think about it, there’s nothing in most situations that we face that makes them inherently difficult or annoying. We create the difficulty.

For example, let’s say you had to sit in a room with no devices, nothing to read, nothing to do … for two weeks. Most people would find this tedious, boring, tiresome. (Not everyone, but most.) Why though? There’s nothing wrong with an empty room. It’s not worse than any other situation — except that we make it worse, by deciding that it’s not fun, not exciting, not interesting.

That’s our decision. We create the experience of boredom, burden, difficulty.

The good news is that if we create the experience, we can change it.

We have the power to not be bored, impatient, burdened, annoyed, frustrated.

The shift comes from letting go of the thoughts we have about the situation, which are creating the difficult experience.

“But it really is boring/frustrating! It’s not just my thoughts about it!”

No, it’s not. In reality, it’s just life. The world, and life on earth. It’s just molecules and energy. We create the narrative that it’s bad or good. We can let go of the narrative.

If we let go of the beliefs and narrative and thoughts about the situation … it’s not good or bad. It’s just life. And in fact, we can create a new view: that it’s a miracle to be alive, to witness the universe like this, to be interconnected to other living beings in so many ways; that it’s something to be grateful for. Or just experience the experience, without thoughts and narratives.

It’s up to us. We can practice with these thoughts and experiences.

Using the Crisis to Practice Patience So with this in mind, let’s use this current crisis to practice patience.

Whenever you’re feeling restless, bored, tired of the situation, frustrated, unhappy, exhausted by it all … delight in the opportunity to practice!

Let yourself find the beauty in the practice.

Look at the situation around you, and ask, “Why is this frustrating or tiresome? Why don’t I like it?”

See what thoughts come up. “I just want it to be over. I just want some human contact. I just want to go to my favorite restaurant. I don’t like having to stay home.”

Notice that a lot of those thoughts are about what you want or don’t want. What you like or don’t like. This is about us getting our way — and we always want our way.

What would it be like to not need to get our way, but to love things just as they are?

Look around, and see the beauty in this moment. See the incredible miracle of life and the world around us. Feel the connection to all other human beings, to all living beings, in everything you see.

Or just experience the moment without the thoughts. Just the sensations of this moment.

When you’re feeling frustration, it’s also an opportunity to experience the sensations of frustration, without judging them. What does it feel like in your body to feel frustration? Can you just experience that?

Over and over, the feelings will come up. We can just experience them, without judging. We can just experience this moment. We can see the beauty in this moment.

These are practices of patience. And with practice, we can increase our capacity.

Or we can practice frustration with not getting what we want.

Last week our son’s 2006 Ford Fusion broke down. It was going to cost more to repair it than it was worth, so I said an MBO to find the perfect car for him, and at a reasonable price. We called Shane, our car sales person we’ve been using for years.

This schedule to go to the appointment so my husband and I had to go. We walked into the dealership and sat at Shane’s desk in showroom. Sitting right there next to his desk was the new Toyota Corolla Night Shade, black, sleek, and great design, the perfect car for a young man. It was as if it was handpicked (it was!) and on sale over $2,000 off, and it came with an outstanding warranty and specials! The “bin” number on the car read “10613”. My husband commented that “106” was his birthdate (Oct. 6.) I thought that’s cool, thinking of the MBO. When we went to pick up the car, this time with our son, to sign the paperwork, the insurance guy handed over the key. I turned our sons attention to the bin number commenting it was his dads birthday 10 6. Our son said “cool,” but you know what’s even more outrageous, “613” is my Teller number at the bank in one location and at the second location he said his Teller number is 1013! Thank you, Guardian Angels! The bin number certainly matched up with father and son! And our son was certainly were matched up with the right car!! Amazing! Thank you, thank you!! Thank you!

"Rising Above Fear" By Niann Emerson Chase I get so tired of hearing self-proclaimed prophets, psychics, and remote viewers predict horrible outcomes in our world, without any vision of hope for an eventual outcome of peace and goodness. Sure, there are lots of bad things happening in the world and there is most certainly evil, in the human realm as well as in other realms. But come on, let's understand the real purpose of any prophecy or prediction: to agitate us into action, to solve the problems our world faces, to awaken us out of our sleep states of compromise and apathy, to change our destructive ways that are all too often based on ignorance, selfishness, and/or greed. So, the true purpose of any legitimate prophecy or prediction that forecasts doom and gloom is to become incorrect.

I appreciate hearing the few so-called prophets who talk of possible future events, of an “apocalypse,� from what I consider a more healthy and realistic perspective. Usually we think that an apocalypse brings destruction and very terrible things. It does, but out of that chaos can come sanity and healing. We can move out of our fears and see an apocalypse as an opportunity for revelation, enlightenment, rebirth, a new way of looking at things, and evolvement into something better.

I also can hardly tolerate the fear-based rhetoric on the mainstream television networks that emphasize the “war on terror” and the sensationalized murders, accidents, corruption in high places, and other bad news items. I'm also appalled at the number of horror and action films there are that focus on the terrible things in the world and feed people's lower, fear- and hate-based natures. Oh yeah, there are a few minutes spent on good news and there are some films that have social and artistic value, but they are in the minority.

Though I don't normally choose to watch films that are considered horror or are fear-based, I recall many many years ago seeing The Exorcism of Emily Rose because someone had recommended it, indicating that it was more of a psychological court drama than a film like the classic movie The Exorcist or other films that focus on demon possession and all of the supposed horrific distortions that result.

What bothered me about the film is that the individual who supposedly was possessed by multiple nasty personalities thought that it was her mission, as a devout religious person, to continue living with these demons because it would show people that there is a world of other dimensions and spirits, and that if people realize this, maybe they would know that God exists. Excuse me! I personally don't think people find God through horror and destructiveness; that's twisted. I most certainly have not grown closer to God or true spiritual reality by hanging out with ghouls and goblins, whether real or make believe.

I recall a few years ago having two separate conversations about fear with two people who have known me in my childhood as well as in my adulthood—my sister, and an Apache friend who grew up with me on the San Carlos Apache reservation. In my conversations with each of these women, we talked of the place fear has had throughout our lives.

As mothers, my sister and I acknowledged that the fear and worry we still experience over our grown children will probably be with us for the rest of our lives. But we must be careful in not allowing this innate mothering concern to result in us mothers becoming “control freaks.”

If we allow our fears concerning the well-being of our children to dominate us, we become “smothering mothers” who can either develop unhealthy, co-dependent relationships with our children that Page | 106

render them almost helpless, or cause a wide chasm of bitter resentment between us and our child that sometimes can never be bridged. What a fine line it is for mothers to walk—being an appropriately responsible parent who should take control, or being an over-controlling, fear-motivated parent who drives her child away or too far within.

Though I have had several nightmarish dreams about my children being harmed over the years, I recall one that stands out even today.

When one of my daughters (who now is a mother herself) was around three years old, for about one month I had recurring dreams, each dream being a different scenario with the same outcome—her drowning. For two years I worried constantly about her, losing much sleep as a result. I recall being very anxious and nervously watchful whenever she was near any body of water, including her bath.

Eventually, my fear of my precious daughter drowning or dying in some other kind of accident lessened as the months and years rolled by, with her surviving all the things that active, adventurous kids do.

However, I still am jumpy whenever I am near a body of water with small children around.

What did those dreams so many years ago of my small daughter drowning mean? Besides taking them literally and being ever watchful that she was safe, I did consider if they were a warning that my toddler daughter was drowning in another way. Was she psychologically drowning in her home or pre-school environments?

Were there certain people in her life who were harming her in some manner? Oh, I did all of the investigating possible, but could not come to any conclusion that my daughter was being harmed in any drastic way. I did much soul-searching, realizing many of my own shortcomings as a mother, but the only area in which I felt I was possibly smothering her was my anxious over-protectiveness, which I considered reasonable since I did have those dreams and children do die in drowning accidents.

I realize that dreams can be useful at times and indeed can be messages, literally or symbolically, but I also know that many times dreams are merely a hodgepodge of subconscious thoughts and emotions that are being released. Were those “drowning dreams” Page | 107

merely my own motherly subconscious fears being expressed? I don't know. All I know is that they were very real to me and did feed my fear for the safety of my little girl, and for a couple of years I became imbalanced in my concern.

I have had many nightmares, scary dreams, that have caused me to be fearful. I recall going through a period in my own childhood where I had recurring nightmares of large spiders crawling all over the walls and floor of my bedroom. I would wake up in terror, shaking and screaming for my parents who would come in to comfort me, turning on the light to show me that there were no spiders, explaining why rationally it was not possible to have hundreds of giant spiders in my room. Then they would sit down on my bed and pray out loud with me, thanking God and the angels for being there to look over me.

After that I felt comforted and safe, able to go back to sleep. Every time the spider dream (or any other nightmare) returned, my parents would patiently reenact the saving-me-from-fear scenario.

I remember the first time I saw a movie designed to create fear in its watchers. I was about twelve years old and was having an overnight stay with a friend who had a television. Since my home did not have TV. I was very excited about watching a late-night movie called Frankenstein's Daughter. For two weeks after that, I was terrorized by nightmares about man-made monsters coming to our house to brutally slaughter members of my family. My parents would explain to me that in reality there were no Frankenstein-like monsters and the movie was fiction, made-up, and then we would pray.

Today I am puzzled by the obsession that some people have in watching films or reading material that incites fear. I am reminded of the statement found in The URANTIA Book (in a section that discusses the human mind and the divine mind circuitry of the Absolute Mind) where we are told that “often, all too often,” we humans “subject” our minds “to animal fear and distort them by useless anxiety.” (1) It seems pretty stupid to me that we would do such a thing for recreation.

How my parents helped me deal with my childhood fears gave me coping mechanisms that I have used throughout my life. Any time a fear raises its head, I use my reason, my scientific mind, to investigate Page | 108

the fear, to see its root and reason and whether the fear is even realistic. If it is something I need to address and do something about, I then take action to solve the problem. If the fear isn't really founded, I must adjust my mind to deal realistically with my fearfulness before it turns into some form of paranoia.

Here's where faith comes in—faith in the First Source and Center, a loving Personality more powerful than me and my fear. When my parents prayed to God, the Universal Father, in helping me cope with my fear, I knew deep in my soul that I indeed was in God's circle of caring spirit personalities. I did not see them, though I often sensed their presence around me, and I most certainly experienced the spirit presence of God within me. I think the prayer opened up my mind and heart circuitry to the divine presence, which helped me adjust psychospiritually to my reality and to realize that usually my fears were unfounded.

In the discussion on fear with my sister, we agreed that fear is very much a part of the human being, and that fear can be quite useful at times. Fear can save lives because it motivates action to get out of a dangerous situation or make necessary changes for continued survival, physical or psycho-spiritual. But fear can imprison people too. As my sister pointed out, if an individual lives in bondage of fear, fear often translates into worry, anxiety, anger, self-pity, lack of compassion, victimization, blame, hatred, and many other lowernature attitudes and emotions that prevent us from being healthy and happy. If we allow fear to be a driving force in our lives and the reason for many of our choices, then eventually it will become paranoia, which, according to Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, is fear that is delusional, at times psychotic, and involves excessive and irrational suspiciousness and distrustfulness of others.

According to Rob Brezsny, the antidote for paranoia is pronoia, which is “an understanding that the universe is fundamentally friendly.”

Pronoia is “a means of training your senses and intellect so you're able to perceive the fact that life typically gives you exactly what you need, exactly when you need it.” (2) I like that. And it makes me think of something from the section called “The Life and Teachings of Jesus” in The URANTIA Book. “As you view the world, remember that the black patches of evil which you see are shown against a white Page | 109

background of ultimate good. You do not view merely white patches of good which show up miserably against a black background of evil.”

(3) As I grew up and out of my unfounded fears and into my faith in a real and loving God, my nightmares and other worries diminished until now I do have a general, overall attitude of pronoia that determines my reactions and choices in life. But I think my pronoia has an added spiritual dimension because of my faith in and experience of God and His/Her goodness, fused with an understanding of the scientific aspect of reality. I have come to realize—after studying and embracing the epochal revelation found in The URANTIA Book and The Cosmic Family volumes, and the science of our natural world and universe, on microscopic and macroscopic levels—that the destiny of each one of us humans is bonded with the destiny of the evolution of all of reality in the grand universe, ever moving toward divine pattern of complementary harmony and cooperation on all levels of reality— physical, mindal, and spiritual. In other words, the stars and galaxies are moving towards light and life, and so are we human beings, as individuals and as a species.

If we stay imprisoned in our fears, we will miss the many hints and nudges that come from the spiritual level of reality, and we will miss the glaring facts that are presented to us from the physical and mindal levels of reality. Our fears can keep us locked in destructive, habitual ways of responding to situations and people that challenge our superstitious and unrealistic belief systems.

In my conversation about fear with my childhood friend from San Carlos, we discussed how we used to tell ghost stories as children and become scared out of our wits. Now, of course, we've outgrown those fears because we realize that most of those ghost stories are “the mind at mischief,” with superstitious, overactive imaginations going wild. We used to get so frightened when we believed certain bullying peers who threatened us with having their medicine man relative (who dabbled in “black magic”) put a curse on us. Both my friend and I have outgrown most of those fears about curses and black magic, which were just as much a part of the traditional Apache religion as was the belief in good medicine men and women who brought healing, and good spirits who helped human beings. But many of my Page | 110

friend's Apache friends and relatives have not evolved out of those superstitions of curses. Nor have many others of all races outgrown their fear of demons who might possess them, and ghastly ghosts who can haunt places and people.

My friend told of an experience when one night she awakened to the realization that there was another personality in her room, a being that was not of this dimension. She was terrified, for this was a new experience, though, being brought up in the traditional Apache culture, she has always been aware of the existence of personalities of another dimension. Because my friend was going through a process of deep self-evaluation and healing and because I am aware of certain non-material personalities who are present with us when we go through these dark nights of the soul, I was sure that this personage my friend saw was actually there to nourish and encourage her in her struggles to expand and heal. When I shared my thoughts on who was present with her that night, she immediately resonated with that and knew that her terror had resulted because she was not familiar with this presence.

I read the following from The URANTIA Book to my friend: “Evolutionary religion is born of a simple and all-powerful fear, the fear which surges through the human mind when confronted with the unknown, the inexplicable, and the incomprehensible. Religion eventually achieves the profoundly simple realization of an allpowerful love, the love which sweeps irresistibly through the human soul when awakened to the conception of the limitless affection of the Universal Father for the sons and daughters of the universe.� (4) Both of us could relate to that for we both had grown in our own understanding and experiences of God and the spiritual world, my friend more recently, for in her own struggles to rebuild her own brokenness she had encountered her own spirituality at a more personal and deeper level than ever before.

Since we were talking about personalities of another dimension who are here for our benefit, I told her about what The URANTIA Book says about angels. “The only emotion actuating you [humans] which is somewhat difficult for the angels to comprehend is the legacy of animal fear that bulks so large in the mental life of the average inhabitant of Urantia [Earth]. The angels really find it hard to Page | 111

understand why you will so persistently allow your higher intellectual powers, even your religious faith, to be so dominated by fear, so thoroughly demoralized by the thoughtless panic of dread and anxiety.” (5) My friend and I continued to converse about how fearful we humans get with new experiences, with unknown territory, with anything that may challenge our comfort zones—whether they are persons, uncertain outcomes, or ideas. My friend shared with me that her family and friends seemed angry with her because of her attempts to start a new life by making some changes in her lifestyle and moving to a new place. I told her that they probably were fearful of losing her as they knew her, for they were comfortable with her as she was, even in her downtrodden and broken state. Often family, friends, and acquaintances react with fear, distrust, and disappointment when someone they know goes through some major change, some form of transformation. (6) I realize that fear is an integral part of almost every human being on this planet. Fear has many faces, many facets, and there are many reasons for it. Fear can be useful at times, but usually, if we allow fear to overtake us, it becomes a burden that poisons us mentally, destroying our peace of mind and happiness. If we allow the perfect love of the Universal Father/Mother to permeate us, then indeed the truth that “perfect love casts out all fear” (7) will be our reality. If we continue in our faith walk, fusing the reality of spiritual truth with scientific truth, we will make “the important discovery that many human perplexities are in reality non-existent, that many pressing troubles are the creations of exaggerated fear and the offspring of augmented apprehension.” (8) We all fear cancer, right? And rightfully so. But we should also fear fear. Let me explain. The basic concept is that normal healthy cells in our body have the ability to regenerate and repair themselves. But cancer cells exist when that normal functioning goes awry and the cells begin to attack themselves, regenerating inappropriately and dysfunctionally. In simple terms, it's a good process gone bad, and we all know it can lead to the destruction of parts of the body or possibly the entire body. In a sense, it's not much different with our fears. A little fear, operating under normal human conditions, can be a good Page | 112

thing, something that protects us and keeps us safe and healthy. But too much, gone awry, can wreck the same kind of havoc and destruction (on physical and mental/emotional levels) as a literal cancer. "Cartomancy" by KJ Bushey

What is Cartomancy? According to Wikipedia - Cartomancy is fortune-telling or divination using a deck of cards. Forms of cartomancy appeared soon after playing cards were first introduced into Europe in the 14th century.

Practitioners of cartomancy are generally known as cartomancers, card readers, or simply readers.

Cartomancy using standard playing cards was the most popular form of providing fortune-telling card readings in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries.

The standard 52 card deck is often augmented with Jokers or even with the blank card found in many packaged decks. In France, the 32-card piquet stripped deck is most typically used in cartomantic readings, although the 52 card deck can also be used. (A piquet deck can be a 52-card deck with all of the 2's through the 6's removed. This leaves all of the 7's through the 10's, the face cards, and the aces.)

In English-speaking countries, the most common form of cartomancy is generally tarot card reading. Tarot cards are almost exclusively used for this purpose in these places.

"Solar Plexus Chakra" By Cherry-Lee Ward

The Solar Plexus Chakra is located just below the sternum; it is about power, purpose, will, and identity. It is the home of the intellect. It is also where we measure ourselves against the world and determine our own worth. As the basis of our personality, it is the part of us we put out for the world to see and the place from which projects get the push for success.

When this center is in balance, we radiate sunshine. Confident in our ability to approach life, we are clear on what it is we have to offer and have access to our intellect to support us. We know that our contributions will be worthwhile and honor our uniqueness as an individual. A balanced Solar Plexus also brings us access to our gut feelings or knowingness.

When this center is blocked, doubt creeps in and we become indecisive. We are uncertain of our worth, our contribution and our purpose. Fearing rejection, we become oversensitive to criticism and our self esteem declines. We often give our will or power to others and live a life of “Shoulds” and “Have to's”. "The Long Walk From Darkness To Light" By Steven Boyd

I recall hearing a saying many years ago that stuck in my mind and heart and resonated within my soul. It goes like this “Spirit sleeps in the mineral, dreams in the plant, walks in the animal and thinks in man�. It has a deep metaphysical meaning that goes beyond the words strung together on a piece of paper just as we human beings are much more than the trillions of atoms formed together to make these human bodies.

Many religions and over a billion plus people believe in Karma and Reincarnation as a means for each soul to evolve as they traverse a path over many, many lifetimes from a simple form of creation such as the mineral or plant to an animal and eventually that of a human. If this is the case, one can see how it could take many lifetimes for a soul in its current human state to evolve back to its awakened perfection and freedom in God. Also, if we look at our own state of consciousness and that of the collective consciousness of the planet, which is currently in a sorry state of affairs, it’s both powerful and humbling to consider.

As a great Indian saint said “Saints are sinners who never gave up”. If one looks backward in history, one can surely see that man has been evolving over many tens of thousands of years from the Cro-Magnon man to modern man. If we go back even further to Neanderthal man, we can clearly see his way of life and belief system was even simpler than that of the average man during the Dark Ages. If you look at an average human life from birth to death, one can clearly see that each person typically evolves to a certain degree based on various factors such as parents, schooling, society, mental habits and willingness to grow and change. The changes may seem small for some people but they are still advancing from darkness to light as we all are. Also, each person tends to grow and evolve at a different rate of speed than the next person as each seems to have their own unique karmic path of evolution.

In truth, no person is better than the next as we all have the divine spark of God’s perfection within us. In some people with severe emotional cases of greed, anger, dishonesty or other strong tendencies that may appear violent or even evil in nature, it may not seem the case but the divine spark is there just waiting to awaken under the right circumstances. If we are honest with ourselves, we all have some sort of prison bars of ego, bad habit or darkness that we are trying to break free of.

To struggle against this darkness or limitation is our divine birthright as our souls are constantly pushing us to awaken from the dreams of limitation, bad habits and despair. Make no mistake; everyone is struggling in some way and everyone wants to be happy, free and at peace within. One of my favorite sayings from the movie Dune is “The sleeper must awaken”. In essence, the divine God spark within us wants nothing more than for us to awaken to our divine birthright of happiness, freedom and joy.

Isn’t that a beautiful thought to know that God has encoded within us His DNA of perfection? So, how do we go about this transformation to uncover our sleeping perfection? As the Chinese proverb says "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". Since our atoms and cells are always in a state of motion, we may as well help them by taking conscious steps in the right direction from our current state of darkness “which may take many different forms” to the light Page | 128

of God’s love, truth and inner freedom. Since this is our divine birthright, we should do everything we can to take advantage of our time left on this planet to cultivate it.

To forge ahead by living a God-filled life is like investing money each day as a child to an adult and realizing later in life that your investment paid off with a large sum to make your future more secure and bright. The main difference is that we can’t take money or anything material with us when it’s time to leave these bodies, but the investment we make into our spiritual and mental health go with us from this life to the next, helping to shape a much better life for the future.

So, whether you’re a believer of one life or multiple lives such as in reincarnation, it matters not. Either way, if you make the spiritual effort to change today, you’ll become a much happier person and will be pleasing to God as a channel for his goodness. As a great yogi-saint said “It’s all about God’s Grace”. If we are sincere in our daily effort to improve both spiritually and mentally and to help others in need along the way, we make ourselves open to receive His glorious grace.

God’s grace can move mountains and destroy any darkness, bad karma and disease from our minds and hearts so that we can flow with His love. His grace can speed up our evolution and help us to become the true sons and daughters of spirit.

So, how do we go about this? We start today by asking God for divine aid and guidance in all our affairs and trying to live as the great saints do by daily prayer, meditation, right thinking, clean healthy living and mutual respect for all forms of life knowing they too are on the long march from darkness to light. Getting acquainted with yoga and meditation by reading a book or going to a class can be a great start to the spiritual path as it feeds the spirit, mind and body and promotes peaceful living.

Yoga is not just about breathing and stretching, it’s an age old science that brings with it positive transformational change to each person who sincerely follows its path. There are quite a few different types of yoga to choose from these days to serve all walks of life. For myself, I was guided at a young age to the book “Autobiography of a Yogi” by Paramahansa Yogananda. This book profoundly changed the course Page | 129

of my life. After reading it, I sought out the teachings of Self Realization Fellowship, which was founded by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1920. Paramahansa was one of the first Yogi’s to come to America from India. Steve Jobs who Co-founded Apple was a big admirer of this book and Paramahansa Yogananda. This path changed my life at an early age from suffering and despair to that of happiness and freedom.

So, whatever path you feel guided to follow this life, know that God is behind all true paths that eventually merge back into Him. Always remember that happiness is not just a destination, it’s in our DNA and available with each breath of life!

“What if I lose my job?”

“Am I or my family members at risk of death?”

“Is my business able to survive this economic crash?”

A look at Maslov’s “Hierarchy of Needs” and you can say we are indeed involved with the two “most” needs…Physiological and Safety which deal with home, food, sleep, security, job, etc….very much the five sensory environment.

Now is a good time to re-engage all our senses, including the one that powers the synchronicity of daily life, our sixth sense. Along with good internal habits of well-being, such as meditation, quiet time reflection, journaling, yoga, and long walks, we can add listening to that small voice, the gut feeling, or “just knowing” instance.

Beyond the rational thinking of survival, we can ignite intuitive energy that syncs up with the creative flow of the universe. We add inspiration to our intention and allow things to happen for us.

"The Power of Joining" By Dr. Seema Khaneja

This past weekend, I offered my very first online Zoom retreat with Mary Magdalene, and everything flowed smoothly on Friday evening and all day Saturday – which is when we shared the 2019 Mary Magdalene movie. There was not a glitch!

On Saturday evening, I felt so grateful because my prayer was answered that all my two dozen or so mighty companions joining me from all over the world receive the best possible experience they could during the retreat. I felt now I could relax and let go. The retreat was almost over.

Right? Well, not quite!

Sunday morning arrived. I was in the Zoom room and I could see all the participants waiting to join but I could not let them in. There was a problem with the Zoom interface system and an upgrade needed to be installed.

Something no one was aware of and could not have been anticipated as a potential problem.

I could feel a sense of anxiety along with feeling like I failed in my role as event organizer. Yet at the same time, I began praying for help. I was turning to Mary Magdalene (whom I often refer to as Maggie) and asking her to guide me. And what transpired in the next hour was a beautiful miracle of healing which I felt I just had to share.

The power of joining with mighty companions My friend was able to support me as I downloaded the new software, restarted the computer, and prepared to draft an email to the participants explaining the situation. Yet just as we started to join in resolving this situation, I began to see that other participants were now able to enter the Page | 134

Zoom room. First two, then a few more until we had nearly all two dozen on board. Yet there were still a few that seemed to be negotiating tech issues.

As I shared with everyone about the Zoom interface issues, I was met with such patience and generosity. Even if some of the participants had just met less than two days ago, there had been such a powerful joining during our sessions that we felt like family. So when I shared that I needed some time so that I could contact the few other participants that still were not successful in connecting with us, there was an overwhelmingly unanimous consensus for everyone to be there for the final closing session. And everyone was willing to accommodate and allow for this unforeseen delay.

Message from Mary Magdalene The participants continued to share and discuss about what had come up for them during the retreat and they listened patiently and kindly to one another with grace and love. Meanwhile, as I listened to them while also texting, messaging, and even phoning the others to help them connect to the retreat, I felt Mary Magdalene was helping me to even more fully absorb the message she shared with me prior to the retreat: I am here with you to show you that each moment is a beautiful crystal reflecting light, shining light, a portal of entry into peace, into the Beloved.

Each moment is precious.

There is no need to distinguish one as better than another.

For they all offer the possibility of a portal into Heaven.

The mundane and the sacred, The temporal and the eternal collide into One. The only One that is Real, the Good which I directed all the apostles towards.

And I am directing you and all who choose to join you.

I am shepherding you all into the light.

Where I am.

In that moment, to connect with the few that were needing tech assistance seemed as important, no less precious, then attending to the others waiting for me to lead the retreat. Suddenly, it was not about being the retreat leader or facilitator or speaker; rather it was all about acting from a space of listening, reverence, and guidance, and simply being truly helpful. Not because of any sense of outward coercion but simply because that is what Maggie ( Mary Magdalene) would do- shepherding each of us into the light where she is. No one left out. No one excluded. And no task being more or less important or worthy than the other.

I feel so thankful to the beautiful mighty companions that joined me from all over the world so we could deeply connect to Maggie and allow her to lead us into an experience of love, peace, and stillness. "Mark Twain Aquarian Messenger For Peace� By T. Stokes

His real name was Samuel Langhorne Clemens, a Sagitarian born November 30, 1835 and known worldwide as the Father of American literature. Almost forgotten in the country of his birth his work is loved to this day in the UK. One is reminded of the saying based in Luke 4:24 "truly I tell you, no prophet is accepted in his home town" and this is echoed in the Holy Quran "a man is never a hero in his own land nor a healer in his own village."

Mark Twain's early days were spent in Hannibal, Missouri, and he wrote the literary masterpieces - The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County. His finances were up and down through his life knowing poverty and riches at different times. Twain was born Page | 139

shortly after an appearance of Halley's Comet, he predicted that he was born with the comet and would leave with the comet, and he died the day after it left.

His hand print has some striking markings as we would expect, but it has some opposing features which need very carefully weighing together.

(1) the long high set Mercury finger shows a born communicator, we sometimes see this advanced verbal ability in salesmen actors and clever lawyers. It is a mark of someone who can bring things to life and even paint events in other colours, good comedians have this, and he could be very funny.

(2) Long straight Head Line, a shows a business man, a straight thinker a man very money conscious and we see this with people born into poor families. They are rational, logical and feet on the ground.

Ancient Roman palmistry calls this the "Table Line." They would choose their military commanders with this line marked in this way, they said "The flatter the Table Line, the more can be placed on it."

The Head Line ends in a fork, since ancient times this has been known as "The mark of the fish" as it is forked like a fish's tail. This is always the mark of the actor, author or lawyer. The fish is a sacred sign in several religions including Christianity, and it puts a spiritual hallmark to the work of anyone who carries it. This being the Head Line, the underlying message must always be a spiritual one, but these folk are realists, they cannot be persuaded with talk of having faith, they need evidence before believing.

(3) Long straight Heart Line the mark of a philanthropist, it ends on Jupiter in a cross, a cross here in ancient Greek palmistry infers a good marriage or someone skilled in making good relationships.

Jupiter so named after the Roman king of the gods is known as the greater benefic and on a psychological level it gives broad development with wide horizons. It brings optimism, generosity and Page | 140

kindness. It makes for a kind mentor, all qualities we associate with Mark Twain.

(4) Two Destiny Lines coming up from Luna, any Destiny Line coming from low on this mount shows someone here on a mission, we see at approximately age 40.

(5) A line leaving the Destiny Line to a large square between heart and head, and progressing on to the Mercury mount even reaching the finger.

A square seen anywhere in the hand is a remarkable symbol of protection at that period in the subject's life. These markings together show an astonishing confirmation of predestination, showing success in a communicative arena involving heart and head.

Where we see the Destiny Line starting from the base of Luna this always infers some one reincarnated it is often seen with those in show biz entertainers, performers etc, but just as the Moon waxes and wanes so do these peoples fortunes, up and downs in life are certain for them, but at some point they will be public favourites. The Fate or Destiny Line is the deepest in his hand, this is why he has come back.

"An Explanation Of The Nature Of The Evolution of Consciousness By Sean McCleary

I'm going to explain what happens when you fall in love with someone and it's much more than a chemical reaction; this activity involves the evolution of consciousness in a very powerful way. Before Universal Consciousness existed Infinite Consciousness and energy had always existed and this was "existence" everywhere and this is where the concept of infinity comes from on Earth. Infinite Consciousness contains light energy, dark energy and eternal love. Before Universal Consciousness existed there was no matter only consciousness, energy, frequency vibrations and eternal love. On the most powerful, fundamental and quantum level consciousness and higher frequency vibrations generate light energy and consciousness and lower frequency vibrations generate dark energy. This is where the light and the dark come from is consciousness and vibrations. When Universal Consciousness was introduced pressure had to be an integral part of the evolutionary process because matter requires pressure in order to sustain form and evolve. Universal Consciousness went through an early developmental process similar to what a child goes through in the womb and the introduction took place through the expansion and acceleration known in scientific terms as the "big bang".

When this happened; consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure all transferred into what we live in today as Universal Consciousness. There was also a very powerful convergence or fusion of light and dark energy when Universal Consciousness was introduced and matter contains different degrees or concentrations of light energy, dark energy and pressure. These vary according to different states of evolution and some matter contains all Page | 147

light energy and some all dark energy; but most matter contains a very powerful mixture of both. Contained on the most powerful fundamental and quantum level in Universal Consciousness is consciousness, frequency vibrations which generate light energy, dark energy or both and different degrees of pressure. The Higgs field permeates throughout all of Universal Consciousness and extends into Infinite Consciousness. Universal Consciousness is contained within Infinite Consciousness and this is how Universal Consciousness experiences evolutionary development and advancement. The Higgs field has remained a catalyst between the two so eternal love and eternal life can continue to flow into Universal Consciousness and experience evolutionary advancement. The Higgs field is a combination of the frequency vibrations of light energy, dark energy, eternal love and eternal life. Light energy produces higher frequency vibrations and dark energy produces lower frequency vibrations so they are different and when they interact or converge together with different types of evolutionary activity it can produce polarity which generates pressure within the vibrations.

The Higgs field can maintain a combination of these vibrations because the Higgs field contains eternal love and eternal life. This is where the statement comes from "we are all one". It means that in spite of experiencing a different formation of consciousness and energy; when you contain eternal love and eternal life you feel as though you are one with everything. Pressure within frequency vibrations can either expand and accelerate with time and space comfortably or sometimes it can become restricted. Eternal love from Infinite Consciousness and the Higgs field can transfer into the pressure with evolutionary activity. Love is what allows the pressure to flow freely with evolutionary development. The frequency vibrations themselves represent the experience or existence of "thought" thought is what exists at the most fundamental level of the evolution of consciousness, matter and energy.

When pressure is introduced into these vibrations it can cause a sensation in the consciousness of separation. It's because pressure is being introduced into the existence of thought and energy; and this is also what generates the experience of fear. Pressure transfers more easily into dark energy because there is more dark energy than light energy in existence and the vibrations are lower. Consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure and love are the five primary components which drive evolutionary development and advancement in Universal Consciousness.

Life evolves out of these five primary elements of existence and matter is generated in time and space. The foundation for a human being is consciousness, light energy, dark energy, pressure and love. These elements exist within an individual even before a subatomic scale. Earth's Consciousness also contains these 5 primary elements and there is a very diverse level of evolutionary activity happening in time and space on Earth.

Pressure interacts with the consciousness between these frequency vibrations in different degrees and on different levels. This is how fear can also be experienced in different degrees; according to the distribution and regulation of pressure within the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy (mostly dark energy). If love can transfer more easily into the pressure itself in the consciousness then the less the fight or flight mechanism responds with fear in the consciousness to different stimulus in the environment or from one's own perception of self. If pressure becomes restricted within these vibrations what happens is it slows or interrupts the frequency vibrations of light and dark energy from interaction and can generate powerful experiences or sensations of fear and separation. This happens when the consciousness of an individual is unable to understand the truth associated with a lot of different fundamental activity in time and space or in World Consciousness. The ultimate truth is eternal life and eternal love. Earth and all life are eternal; living organisms on planet Earth just go through the experience of death and when this happens their consciousness evolves into another location in Universal Consciousness known as the Whirlpool galaxy or commonly called Heaven.

Universal Consciousness evolved out of Infinite Consciousness. Earth's Consciousness evolved out of Universal Consciousness and life in Earth's environment evolved out of Earth's Consciousness; but all of this contains an incorporation of one another. Every living organism on Earth including Earth him/herself contain all of this consciousness. When two people fall in love what happens is a symbiotic relationship with consciousness, energy and pressure occurs in the body. With family members it's more prominent because DNA contains these elements and families share DNA. Eternal love transfers into Universal Consciousness through the Higgs field from Infinite Consciousness. This evolves into planets and life contained on planets. The transfer of love into planets and living organisms contained in the environment depend upon the amount of resistance contained in consciousness within the environment and the individual. When I say resistance I am referring to certain types of fear in the consciousness where pressure is restricted in dark energy and a little light energy. The resistance to the evolution of consciousness comes in many forms; resentment, anger, frustration, hatred, indifference, conflict etc. Human beings contain various forms of resistance and the evolution of consciousness. The evolution of consciousness comes from eternal love and is expressed in human beings in characteristics like love, compassion, nurturing, generosity, unification, friendship etc. When this happens what flows freely is the frequency vibrations of consciousness, light energy, dark energy and pressure. The pressure can experience expansion and acceleration in the consciousness comfortably because love is introduced into the pressure as well in the consciousness of an individual because love is contained in Earth's Consciousness, Universal Consciousness and Infinite Consciousness and this Page | 149

is where evolution comes from with everything.

If pressure becomes restricted mostly within dark energy in the consciousness what happens is the frequency vibrations can't flow freely with the frequency vibrations of evolutionary activity in time and space everywhere else and this generates the experience of separation which causes the fight or flight mechanism to respond in different degrees. When two people fall in love with one another what happens is the frequency vibrations themselves in both individuals begin vibrating and interacting in very similar ways because this exemplifies symbiosis in consciousness and energy everywhere in time and space that experiences love. Also the pressure or certain aspects of fear also become regulated in a similar way with expansion and acceleration. When this happens more energy from the Higgs field begins transferring into both individuals because love exists within consciousness and energy everywhere and flows within time and space in certain ways due to different variables of activity occurring. Two individuals that fall in love actually become incorporated into the foundation for love everywhere in Earth's Consciousness, Universal Consciousness and Infinite Consciousness.

This is why the experience becomes so powerful is more love begins transferring in from the Higgs field into the individuals on a collective level.

What this does is through the evolutionary activity and advancement in their consciousness; is it transfers back into the Higgs field and helps Earth's Consciousness, Universal Consciousness and Infinite Consciousness evolve further and advancement. The experience with love on Earth is symbiotic with the experience of love everywhere. Falling in love isn't just about the individuals it's also about the advancement of the evolution of consciousness on an infinite level.

Channeling

Channeling is a natural form of communication between humans and ascended masters, angelic beings, nature spirits, or non-physical entities. A channeler is very similar to a language translator or interpreter. They allow themselves to sense the non-verbal communication from another being and then translate it into human words.

Channeling is often defined as the act of allowing a spiritual entity (e.g., angel, archangel, ascended master, guide, deceased loved one) to merge, join, or enter your body and use your vocal cords to communicate directly with those on the Earth plane or provide knowledge and the channeler can write down the shared information. For some people who channel, the entity will also move the channeler’s body (e.g., open your eyes, move your arms/legs, have you walk around).

Channeling can be done in two different ways: Conscious channeling is done while being fully aware of what is happening, including being able to stop the experience at any time. The channeler can remember what was said to varying degrees. Often conscious channels will say that they hear themselves speaking as if they were at a distance . . . as if they were listening from another room. When told about what was said, they often feel as if they are remembering a dream. There are many people currently alive on the Earth plane who consciously channel. For example, Esther Hicks brings through the group of entities that refer to themselves as Abraham (no relation to the Old Testament). They speak about the Law of Attraction.

Trance channeling is channeling done while in a deep trance state. Arguably one of the most famous trance channelers was Edgar Cayce. He was referred to as “The Sleeping Prophet� because he only channeled when he was in a deep trance state. This meant that he lost all muscle tone and had to be lying down. He was also unable to remember what he said, which meant that his secretary had to be present to take dictation and then transcribe the notes from the channeling session.

These groups caused the diseases in the first place, and could have easily stopped them years ago. Instead, they've used disease as a profit generator—a way to make billions of dollars at the expense of a suffering humanity. All the diseases have been caused by corporations and governments polluting your air, water, and food with chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, biological germs, and you name it, along with destroying the rainforests and Cetaceans. All they have to do is stop this pollution to rid the Earth of its effects.

But it's their greed, at the expense of humanity and Earth that has prevailed.

For they will all be exposed for exactly who they are: profiteers in the worse sense, whose goal has been to rape and destroy a planet and its people.

We have no diseases in the Hollow Earth because we grow everything organically, and know and revere the connection between our Earth and our lives. We know we are part of the Earth and whatever we do to her we do to ourselves. As more and more of humanity reconnect themselves to Nature, they will understand how to eliminate all diseases and destruction on Earth.

Once Your Pollution Is Cleared Up Your Diseases Will Vanish We have the answers to all your pollution problems that your greedy politicians and secret governments have created. And once we have surfaced, we will put our technologies into operation to solve all your pollution problems and all your health problems.

– Fear is always an expression of man’s imbalance with himself. If man’s mind and emotional self are not in balance or in collaboration with each other and the inner energy, they only think about themselves and their own needs and strive to fulfill them. Everything that concerns serving the whole is a threat to them. When man is in balance with himself, all his parts work in collaboration in truth and in love with the fundamental energy for the best interest of one another. You also have an emotional self in which lives the ability to feel, and amidst it all lives an energy which is you. In this way your mind fights for its existence and is constantly afraid because fear is its ally maintaining the fight.

These energies are in you all the time and collect fear from your environment, when you see things from the perspective of fear. You cannot see things as a whole, for the other parts do not act in you as a whole but each of them acts as its own unit. Your consciousness receives from the environment only that information which is, at the time, the strongest state in you. When your mind is at its strongest, it lets consciousness bring those things and points of view from the environment which support the state in your mind. If your mind wants to be the strongest, it fights for its existence and is then a threat to your emotional self, which also ends up in a fighting mode. So fear is born there, and your mind controls with the help of it. Then you only take from the environment things and information which support this state. Your energy does not think but only receives, when you are not in yourself as a whole and you cannot see in your environment other energies than those that are functioning in you. Additionally, you yourself produce around you that energy whole which you carry inside you, for every man is this kind of energy formation, and your state is a central state in many people. They are not in balance, for their self is fighting with itself for its existence. In this way they produce negative energies around them which, for their part, reinforce their Page | 163

energies, when the continuum cycle returns to its starting-point in accordance with the law of energy.

Fear always realizes itself in the end, for energy always gravitates to the starting-point according to the law of energy. If there is fear living inside you, your energy keeper lets into consciousness from the environment only the information supporting this fear, when you act according to this consciousness and create, with your actions, to yourself situations which increase this fear. This energy is around you all the time and is seeking a point of contact in you.

– How can I get rid of the fear? The more I forbid myself to fear, the more frightened I become.

– In man, nothing changes by denying, for denial is negative energy which supports fear and submission. In fear, there is a need to control, the need to control creates fear, and in this way energy feeds itself. If you deny it, you maintain it and you are in that cycle. Denial does not work because it is not balance or loving collaboration but it is control. If you deny from yourself and from different parts of you their functioning, you act like them and you, for your part, maintain this cycle. Your mind, your emotions and your body are manifestations of your loving and self-conscious core energy, or yourself and your consciousness. In it, there is all information and skill, all love and truth, tolerance, forgiveness and tenderness. It is perfect like all energy is perfect when it is in its natural starting-point. The energy inside you which is you, is perfect, and when you reach it, you want to express it in other parts of you as well. In this way balance is born, love awakes and fear gives way, for fear is not needed in any form. Inside you, only balance and symbiosis prevail, for symbiosis is love.

– How can I get into this state?

– Think, discuss with yourself and listen again to this what we have discussed.

Let it etch into your mind and through it, into your consciousness. Assess it all, discuss with this information and probe this information, when you probe yourself and reinforce this state. Listen to yourself, to the state of your body, mind and emotions at the same time as you probe yourself, for then you do an exercise and reinforce in yourself that nucleus. Then you function with all your parts and teach them to co-operate, and when you listen to yourself, you listen to them as well. You are aware of their state and you discuss with them, when you strengthen the nucleus and you can alter your own state. Do not deny one single emotion, image or thought but let them simply come! In this way they come and free themselves, when their significance ceases, and a holistic change takes place. Fears are love, too, and they serve you, for fears give you a possibility to confront them and notice that they are illusions underneath everything. When you confront your fears, also light and love are revealed. Fears take man forward in his life, strengthen his power and open Page | 164

his eyes, for they are very big possibilities. Fears can also close your life if you decide to choose that way. Then you do not want to see what fear wants to bring to you or how it wants to open you, for if you only concentrate on the shell of fear, you only take from that whole the force that locks you. In fears lives a dual force which is one and the same energy, but man’s mind turns it.

Man himself controls the movement of his mind according to his free will and choice, when this immense, unlimited and loving light can, through man’s free choice, strengthen him and open life for him. It can pull him forward or respectively close his life, for every state includes its equivalent, and man himself chooses and directs the state for his use. When you think about the word “fear”, you can create a mental picture that it is a possibility, going forward, a force, love, light, guidance, anything your mind produces, and when you use this tool to serve you, reality unfolds.
